Jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
Description Personetics is shaping the Cognitive Banking era, harnessing AI to help banks anticipate customer needs, provide actionable insights, and deliver intelligent financial guidance. Our platform continuously analyzes and leverages real-time transactional data, enabling banks to proactively support customers in managing their finances and reaching their goals. As industry leaders — yes, we really are leaders — we partner with the world’s top financial institutions, empowering over 150 million customers monthly across 35 global markets from offices in New York, London, Singapore, São Paulo, and Tel Aviv. About the position We are looking for a Senior Software Architect to help define and evolve the architecture of our SaaS platform and core products. You will work closely with product, delivery, and engineering squads to design scalable, reliable systems, set technical direction, and guide teams in making high‑quality architectural decisions that balance delivery speed with long‑term sustainability. This is a hands‑on, senior technical leadership role: you will spend most of your time shaping architectures with teams, reviewing designs and critical code, and driving shared standards and patterns across the organization, all in an advance agentic environment. Responsibilities Architecture & technical leadership • Define and evolve the architecture for key domains in our platform (APIs, services, data flows, integration, observability, security). • Translate business and product requirements into clear, pragmatic technical designs and architecture roadmaps. • Create and maintain architecture artefacts: diagrams, decision records (ADRs), reference implementations, and guidelines. • Evaluate design options and technology choices, articulate trade‑offs, and lead the decision‑making process with stakeholders. • Push forward the agentic mindset and implementation. Working with squads (R&D) • Partner with squad leads and senior engineers to design solutions, break down complex problems, and keep implementations aligned with the target architecture. • Participate in design / tech reviews, ensuring non‑functional requirements (performance, resilience, security, operability) are addressed early. • Provide hands‑on support where it matters most: spike and prototype critical flows, review complex pull requests, and help debug tricky production issues. Partnering with Product • Collaborate with Product to shape technical feasibility, sequencing, and scope for roadmap items and cross‑squad initiatives. • Communicate complex technical topics in simple language to non‑technical stakeholders when discussing roadmap options and trade‑offs. Standards, reuse, and platform mindset • Define and promote architecture principles, coding standards, and reusable patterns (modules, libraries, services) that reduce duplication and technical debt. • Champion platform thinking: design services and components that can be safely reused across teams and products. • Drive adoption of shared platform capabilities (observability, CI/CD, authentication, data, DevOps tooling) across squads. Quality, reliability, and continuous improvement • Ensure architectures are observable, operable, and resilient by design; partner with DevOps/SRE on deployment, monitoring, and incident response. • Identify areas of high technical debt or architectural risk and lead structured remediation initiatives. • Help define and track technical KPIs (e.g., performance, reliability, incident volume) tied to architecture decisions. Mentoring and leadership • Act as a technical mentor and sounding board for senior engineers and tech leads, helping them grow their architecture skills. • Foster a culture of thoughtful design, documentation, and constructive technical debate. • Lead by influence rather than authority: you help teams make better decisions instead of making every decision for them. Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software engineering, including several years in a senior / staff / architect role designing complex systems. • Strong experience with modern backend and distributed architectures (microservices or modular monoliths, event‑driven patterns, robust APIs). • Solid understanding of cloud‑native architecture (e.g., AWS/Azure/GCP), containers, and infrastructure‑as‑code practices. • Proven ability to design for scale, performance, security, and reliability in production SaaS environments. • Hands‑on experience with at least one major language and ecosystem used in our stack (e.g., Java, Python, Node.js, or similar). • Proven agentic experience – as hand-on experience and as architecting GenAI systems • Comfortable reading and reviewing code, guiding implementation, and occasionally building prototypes or reference implementations. • Experience working with product teams in an agile / kanban environment; able to balance long‑term architecture with near‑term delivery. • Strong communication skills: can explain complex technical concepts clearly to engineers and non‑engineers. Nice to have • Experience with financial services, B2B SaaS, or integrations with large enterprise customers (e.g., banks). • Background in data platforms, analytics, or ML‑adjacent systems. • Familiarity with domain‑driven design, event sourcing, or CQRS patterns.

Yotpo is leading the next era of trust and loyalty in eCommerce. With AI-powered Reviews and Loyalty solutions, we help brands turn browsers into customers and customers into advocates. Through deep integrations across the eCommerce ecosystem and the trust of over 30,000 global brands, Yotpo delivers seamless omnichannel experiences that increase conversion, strengthen customer relationships, and drive profitable, long-term growth. About the Role We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team in Tel Aviv. Recruiting here is changing as fast as the business is. Teams shift, technology shifts, AI is changing how work gets done — and some of the roles we hire for today will look different a year from now. That's what makes this interesting: going beyond the brief to understand the real problem behind a hire, reading the market, questioning our own assumptions, and sometimes writing the profile for a role that doesn't have a precedent yet. You'll get broad business context, direct access to leaders, and real freedom to shape how you work. You'll recruit across functions, seniority levels and geographies — from individual contributors to senior leadership, in Israel and globally. AI is becoming part of how we recruit day to day — mapping markets faster, automating sourcing, helping hiring managers run sharper interviews. We try things, keep what works, and build the next version with the team. What You'll Do • Own hiring end to end — from the business question to the signed offer. Work with hiring managers to define what they actually need, shape the profile, source, assess, and close. • Partner with the business. Get close to leaders' world, understand it well enough to have a point of view, and help shape the answer alongside them. • Recruit anything, anywhere: Product, Engineering, GTM, G&A, leadership, or a profile we've never hired before — in Israel, the US, Europe or a new market. Figuring out a market fast is the skill that counts here. • Go deep on assessment. Look past titles, keywords and rehearsed answers to find real evidence of what makes someone great in a specific context. • Use AI constantly — to research, map markets, source, prepare, and spot patterns. Build the tools and workflows that make the team sharper. • Build what's missing. Candidate experience, employer brand, interviewer training, sourcing infrastructure — if you see a gap, you have room to close it. • Read the market as data. Use conversations, funnel numbers and signals to sharpen a profile, and sometimes redirect a search entirely. • Play for the team. Own a complex leadership search one week, jump into someone else's sourcing push the next. The team's outcome is what counts. You'll Love This Role If... You're a strong recruiter who's never treated the job as a checklist. You want to know the business behind every role — why it exists, what success looks like, what could make someone unexpectedly great at it. You like forming your own view, testing it, and adjusting when you're wrong. AI excites you because of what you can build with it — new workflows, new tools, faster ways to work. And you're generous with what you know: glad to help, jump in, and get better because the people around you are good. What You'll Bring • 5+ years of hands-on, full-cycle recruiting, ideally at a fast-moving tech company • Experience across functions and seniority levels, with a strong technical recruiting foundation • Strong sourcing, interviewing and assessment skills • A track record of real partnership with hiring managers and senior leaders • Experience in global markets, or the speed to learn a new one fast • Hands-on use of AI in your work — tell us what you've built, automated or changed because of it • Strong written and spoken English • Curiosity, ownership, and a builder's instinct If this reads like how you want to work — even if you haven't done every part of it yet — we'd love to talk. #LI-Hybrid

Your Mission at Yotpo As a member of the Office of the CTO, your mission is to make every engineer at Yotpo 10x more effective. You will be a central driver in reimagining our Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), building the intelligent platforms, automated golden paths, and AI-powered tools that will fundamentally change how we build software. This is a rare opportunity to have a massive, force-multiplying impact on our entire R&D & Product organizations, building the systems that enable hundreds of engineers to innovate faster and deliver with exceptional quality. The role is based in our Tel Aviv office. Key Responsibilities • Shape the Software Factory: Act as a key thought leader in shaping Yotpo's Software Factory — the agentic workflows and loops that carry work from idea to production. You will research, prototype, and build the agents, harnesses, and tools behind them, and define the governance, controls, and standards that keep the factory predictable and safe at scale. • Build the Platform Beneath It: The factory only runs on solid foundations, and the Office of the CTO owns them. You will take a hands-on role in building and scaling the shared infrastructure every agentic workflow depends on — our AI gateway, shared memory and context graphs, guardrails, and the golden paths that abstract this complexity away from the teams using it. • Make Quality Automatic: Turn those standards into enforcement — automated gates in our CI/CD pipelines, evaluations and guardrails for agent-generated work, and the telemetry that tells us whether the factory is actually producing better outcomes. Quality, testing, security, and reliability become the default, not the exception. • Drive Adoption & Foster Community: Champion the tools you build. You will create documentation, lead workshops, and act as an internal advocate for your users, turning their feedback into the next iteration. You will also mentor and guide builders across R&D and product — in Tel Aviv and across our global sites — helping to foster our AI-native culture. • Cultivate Engineering Excellence: Raise the bar for how we build. You will set and evolve the technical standards, review practices, and architectural principles that define what "good" looks like at Yotpo, and hold the line on craft as AI accelerates everything around it. What You Bring: Mindset, Experience & Qualifications We are looking for a "Swiss Army knife" — a passionate, high-impact engineer who thrives on solving complex challenges and building leveraged solutions. Your Mindset & How You Work • You Have a Builder's Mentality & Deep Ownership: You have a deep-seated need to build and fix things. You don't just identify problems; you roll up your sleeves, take full ownership of the outcome, and follow through until you see a measurable impact. • You are Customer-Obsessed: You are driven to understand the developer's workflow, identify their friction points, and build tools they love. A sloppy process or a broken tool genuinely bothers you because you know it impacts your customer. • You are a Collaborative, Low-Ego Influencer: You thrive on partnership. You know how to influence decisions and bring people along with you, working across teams to drive change with humility and a focus on the shared goal. • You are a Self-Starter Who Drives Change: You don't wait to be asked. You proactively identify opportunities, start initiatives, and drive them end-to-end. You see change as an opportunity and push forward despite ambiguity. Your Experience & Qualifications • Experience & Leadership: 10+ years of software engineering experience, with a proven track record in a Staff, Principal, or architectural leadership role. You have strong architectural depth and experience shaping the technical direction of complex, cross-team projects. • Agentic Engineering & AI Workflows: You have hands-on experience researching, architecting, and building agentic workflows, autonomous systems, and AI-driven development loops. You are fluent in leveraging modern agentic platforms and developer tooling to drive full-stack engineering automation. • Systems Architecture & Design: Deep expertise in designing distributed, composable, and extensible systems. You have a strong understanding of modern development stacks, cloud-native patterns, microservices, and event-driven architectures. • Full-Stack Technical Skills: Strong hands-on skills with backend systems (e.g., Java, Node.js, Python, Go) and familiarity with frontend frameworks (e.g., React). You are comfortable and effective across the stack. • Strategic Communication: Exceptional communication and analytical skills, with the ability to distill complexity and influence technical and non-technical stakeholders. Fluent English (written and spoken) for working with our global R&D sites. • Academic Foundation: Academic degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience. Nice to Have • Prior experience in a CTO Office, advanced R&D, or a platform engineering team focused on developer experience. • Background in data science or working on data-science-centric projects. • Technical publications, open-source contributions, or speaking engagements. • Experience engaging directly with customers or working on products in enterprise SAAS environments. We're building the engine that will power the future of Yotpo. If you are a passionate builder who wants to be at the forefront of the AI-native transformation, we would love to hear from you. #LI-Hybrid

Cloud is now one of the biggest business expenses and one of the hardest to manage. At Finout, we’re not just shedding light on spend—we’re giving companies the power to make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions about the cloud. We’re trusted by brands like The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM, and Lyft, and backed by top-tier investors with over $85M raised. In just 4 years, we’ve grown to 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York—and we’re just getting started. If you’re looking to build something big, solve real problems, and grow fast -we’d love to meet you. You've been in the meeting. The cloud bill goes up on the screen, the number is bigger than last month, and nobody in the room can say why. Finance wants an explanation. Engineering can't read the bill. Everyone agrees to look into it. Nobody does. That meeting is our product. The New York Times, Wiz, Elastic, SiriusXM and Lyft use Finout to find out where the money actually goes and what to do about it. $85M raised, 100+ people across Tel Aviv and New York, four years old, still shipping like it's month three. Now it's happening again, faster. Your company went from spending nothing on AI to serious money in under two years, and when someone asked which team, which feature, which customer — the answer was a shrug. The unit of consumption is a token, and no accounting system on earth has a column for it. Cloud took fifteen years to break properly. AI is managing it in eighteen months, and every CFO funding it is already asking what they're getting. Nobody has answered yet. About the role You'll own Finout's enrichment layer — the proprietary part of the platform that joins operational metrics with cost data. That sounds quiet until you see what it decides. A bill tells you what you spent. Metrics tell you what actually happened: which pod ran, how long a GPU sat idle, how many tokens a feature burned, whose request caused it. Join them and you can answer the only questions anyone truly cares about — what did this cost, who caused it, was it worth it. Keep them apart and you've got an invoice and a Grafana dashboard that never speak to each other. Nobody else in this market has that layer. It's why customers pick us, and it's yours to push forward. Kubernetes is the biggest use case. A cluster is a blender — dozens of teams, hundreds of services, thousands of pods sharing nodes, and one line on the invoice that says EC2. Enrichment is what turns that into cost per namespace, workload, team and customer. Then into efficiency: requests versus real usage, idle nodes, bin packing, spot and autoscaling, each one turned by CostGuard into a dollar figure and something to do about it. Then into planning: what this cluster costs next year when the workload doubles. AI is the newest. The GPU nodes landing in those same clusters, and above them the AI gateway traffic that has to be enriched until a token lands on the team, the feature and the person who actually spent it. Nobody attributes this properly today, and no vendor ships savings recommendations based on real GPU utilization. Not one. Whoever builds it well sets how the industry measures AI efficiency. And then whatever's next. A new provider's billing model, a telemetry source nobody has mapped, a customer's data at a scale that breaks the obvious approach. Those land with whoever can take them — nobody here owns a lane. The constant isn't the domain, it's the kind of problem: technical, data-heavy, unsolved. One more thing worth knowing. This is a system where people start their morning inside. A FinOps lead opens Finout at 9am to find out what happened yesterday, and if the number is late, or wrong, or doesn't reconcile with the invoice, we failed — no matter how good the feature looked in review. If that stake appeals to you rather than frightens you, you'll fit here. How we work, and who we're looking for We move fast, we work hard, and we have a good time doing it. You'll love it here if: • You prototype with AI, hand it to our coding agent, and get an answer in days instead of quarters. Most product people spend a career writing about the product — you'd rather make it • Speed is the part of the job you enjoy, not the part you survive • You'd rather ship something imperfect to ten enterprise customers this month than a perfect thing next quarter • You don't believe in six-month roadmaps either. A plan written in January is fiction by March, and you'd rather re-plan every few weeks and be right • You love data. Not dashboards about data — the real thing. You'd open the raw utilization numbers yourself before asking anyone for a summary, and you've been known to find the bug in them • Hard scale problems are the fun part. Billions of rows, queries that have to come back before the coffee's poured, and a correctness bar that doesn't move • You want to sit across from the sharpest platform and Kubernetes people on earth. They're opinionated, they'll argue with you, they'll be right about half the time — and you'd rather have that conversation than a polite one • When something brand new and undefined turns up — a provider nobody has integrated, a gateway nobody has modelled, a cost structure nobody has seen — you want it on your desk, not someone else's • You already use AI to do real work, not to look busy. You've built with it, and you can tell output from value • You're comfortable being the most junior person in one room and the most senior in the next, on the same day And probably not, if: • You need a stable roadmap, a quiet quarter, and a clear lane • Your favorite part of product is the process • You want to be handed requirements, or hand them off • You're looking for a "strategic role" — meaning a seat further from the building • Your AI experience is mostly having opinions about AI • "It's not defined yet" reads to you as a problem rather than an opening What you bring • 3+ years in product roles is a must. Devops/SRE/strong data background is a major plus. • Technically hungry. You go deeper than the job strictly requires, and when you hit something you don't know — how a scheduler places pods, how a new provider bills, how a metrics pipeline drops data — your instinct is to go learn it this week, not to find someone who already knows • You can take a messy data question and turn it into a detection a customer trusts enough to act on • Independent by default. You don't wait to be unblocked, prioritized for, or told what happens next — you find out and go You don't need to have done this exact job before. Nobody has. We care more that you can learn a system faster than anyone expects you to. How to apply Skip the cover letter. Tell us about something you shipped that forced you to understand a system nobody else on the team wanted to touch. Our Values We're a hybrid company with a big vision and a startup soul. If you’re excited to help shape the future of cloud infrastructure and join a team that cares deeply about what (and how) we build—we’d love to meet you.
