Act Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role We are looking for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to join our team and take ownership of the data infrastructure that powers our cloud security platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity. What you’ll do • Design and build backend systems that process complex cloud infrastructure data at scale • Own the data layer end-to-end: storage architecture, partitioning strategies, query optimization, and incremental load patterns • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver clean, modeled data to product features reliably and fast • Design ingestion pipelines that normalize data from AWS, Azure, and GCP into a consistent internal model — so adding a new cloud provider doesn't mean rebuilding the integration layer • Work closely with Product and Research to turn security insights into real, usable capabilities • Ensure data completeness through backfill management, historical data loading, and accurate aggregation layers • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow — we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant time on data-intensive systems • Strong backend skills (Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Golang preferred) • Proven experience building data pipelines, ETLs, and data models in production at scale • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — ideally at the API and data ingestion level • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tradeoffs • Experience working alongside or embedded with data teams - you understand how data engineers think and what they need • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role You'll own a product lane end to end. At Act, PMs don’t hand off a backlog, they take an area from raw customer signal to GA and deliver the win. Our PMs own end-to-end use cases like external perimeter hardening across IAM and network dimensions, human access boundaries, application perimeter enforcement, and agentic application least-privilege enforcement. You’ll take on an end-to-end boundary use case and everything it touches. You’ll shape how Act turns raw cloud configuration data into deterministic, enforceable boundaries, working closely with R&D, design, and customers to ship a product that materially shrinks the attack surface, reduces lateral movement opportunities, and eliminates exfiltration routes - preventing modern agentic attacks before they can take hold. What you’ll do • Shape and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for your area, translating Act's mission of shrinking the cloud access surface into a clear, prioritized plan. • Manage the entire product capability lifecycle - from discovery and requirements through design, execution, and release. • Learn customer environments, threat models, and security workflows to ensure the product drives real operational success for cloud and security teams. • Gather and analyze requirements, and write clear, detailed PRDs and user stories. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams - R&D, UI/UX, security research, and GTM - to guarantee smooth, efficient implementation. • Deep dive into the technical layers of identity, network, and AI access to make sound product and prioritization calls. • Engage directly with customers and prospects to validate ideas, gather feedback, and inform strategy. What you’ll bring • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager. At least 2 in cybersecurity, cloud, or application security (AppSec) - a must! • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security practices, tools, and frameworks. • Strong technical orientation, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams • Proven ability to own an entire product feature / capability / module end-to-end, with a comprehensive understanding of system flows and user interactions beyond a single feature or domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Background in network analysis, active directory, cloud IAM - an advantage. • Background in intelligence, cyber operations, or security research - an advantage. Member of Technical Staff - Islo
Incredibuild · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Member of Technical Staff - Islo Engineering teams want background agents that pick up tasks, run on their own, and hand back real results - PRs, fixes, verified outcomes. Islo is the runtime for autonomous coding agents. We run agents in isolated environments connected to real tools with a policy layer that blocks what you didn't approve. Enterprise teams use us to deploy agents they can actually trust. We're a small team in Tel Aviv. Engineers figure out what to build, talk to customers directly, and ship it. We're growing fast and hiring people who want to own product - not just tickets. If you're ready to solve hard problems in a space that's being invented in real time, come join us. As a Member of Technical Staff You will engineer innovative cloud solutions: - Build robust, scalable cloud services in Rust, Python and TypeScript for Islo's agent runtime. - Design and implement secure, isolated agent environments using MicroVMs, virtualization, containers, and other isolation techniques. - Develop developer-facing surfaces creating clean abstractions over low-level infrastructure. - Build agent orchestration, policy engines, and verification layers that let background agents pick up tasks, use real tools, and hand back results humans can review. - Build resilient, high-performance solutions. You will shape the product: - Own problems end-to-end - from understanding the user's pain to shipping the solution. - Talk to customers regularly: discovery calls, onboarding sessions, debugging their workflows, gathering feedback on what we shipped. - Turn messy, ambiguous requests into clear product decisions - what to build and what to cut. - Write lightweight specs and design docs when it helps the team move fast; skip the ceremony when it doesn't. - Prioritize the backlog based on customer impact and what the team learns in the field. - Demo new capabilities to customers and iterate based on what you learn in the room. - Join customer calls - technical deep-dives, onboarding, troubleshooting live agent runs. - Attend and speak at conferences and meetups on agents, developer tools, and AI infrastructure. - Be the technical face of Islo with early adopters: answer hard questions, collect real-world failure modes, bring insights back to the team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with all requirements. We prioritize a positive attitude and potential over an exact match in experience or skills. Juniors are welcome - if you've shipped something, enjoy talking to users, and want to learn how autonomous agents actually run in production, we'd love to hear from you.

Amazon Account Manager
Zyg · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale. This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing. With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale. The Role We are looking for a hands-on Amazon practitioner with strong growth potential to own a portfolio of brand accounts end to end - advertising, listings, launches, creative direction and the client relationship. This role sits at the intersection of Amazon performance, brand marketing and operations. You bring solid Amazon experience and the drive to go deeper: you get into the campaigns and the reports yourself, learn fast, and decide what happens next based on the data. What you'll do • Account Ownership: Own revenue, profitability, strategy and the weekly client relationship for a portfolio of Amazon accounts. • Amazon Advertising: Plan, build and hands-on optimize SP, SB and SD campaigns against ACOS / TACOS targets - bids, budgets, placements, harvesting, negation and architecture. • Diagnostics & Action Plans: Read Amazon's reports in depth, diagnose why sales moved, and turn it into a clear weekly action plan. • Listings & Brand Store: Own product-page optimization and SEO, A+ content, Brand Store and Virtual Bundles. • Creative Direction: Review product pages and creative critically, brief designers on what to fix and why, and QA the output. • Launches & Catalog: Lead new product launches from listing upload to ranking, and run deals and promotions around key events. • Brand Alignment: Connect Amazon to the brand's wider eCommerce strategy - positioning, DTC funnel, pricing and promotional calendar. • Operations & Brand Protection: Oversee inventory planning and FBA shipments with our logistics team; protect account health, the Buy Box, Brand Registry and reviews. • VA Management: Work with our VAs on your accounts - assign, prioritize and QA their execution. Requirements • Experience: 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon experience managing brand accounts and meaningful ad budgets ($1M+ annual ad spend as a reference point), agency-side or brand-side, facing the client directly. • PPC: Hands-on optimization of SP, SB and SD campaigns; solid command of architecture, bidding, harvesting, negation and ACOS / TACOS economics, and the appetite to master it. • Report & KPI Depth: Fluent in Amazon advertising reports (Search Term, Targeting, Placement), Business Reports, Brand Analytics, SQP and Repeat Purchase Behavior, and in the funnel KPIs behind them - CTR, CVR, sessions, Buy Box %, organic vs paid. • Attribution & AMC: Good understanding of Amazon attribution - 7-day SP vs 14-day SB/SD windows, ACOS vs TACOS when PPC drives organic lift - and familiarity with what Amazon Marketing Cloud can answer (path to conversion, ad-type overlap, New-to-Brand). • AI-Driven: AI is a daily working tool for you: you spot a repetitive process - a weekly report, a bulk file, a listing audit - and build an AI workflow for it, so your time goes to strategy and growth; and you know when the machine is wrong. • Creative Mind: You give precise notes on a product page - what's missing from the main image, which gallery slide isn't earning its place, where the A+ loses the shopper - tied to CTR and CVR, and lead designers with a brief, not taste alone. • Marketing Understanding: You think like an online marketer, not only a channel operator: the full funnel - awareness, consideration, purchase, repeat, scale - how each stage is driven and measured on Amazon, and how Amazon fits the brand's wider DTC marketing. • Launch & Catalog Experience: Comfortable in Seller Central; you have launched products, uploaded listings via flat files, optimized pages for SEO and worked on a Brand Store; strong Excel, Helium 10 and Sellerboard or equivalents. • Independent & Growth-Minded: You take decisions and close loops without waiting for direction; you learn fast and want to grow with the role; sales mindset, out-of-the-box thinking, strong team player. Business-level English; the team works in Hebrew. Advantages • Amazon DSP & AMC Hands-on: Running DSP campaigns and writing AMC queries. • Influencers & Affiliates: Amazon Creator Connections, influencer and affiliate programs for Amazon. • Off-Amazon Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising and how they drive Amazon traffic. • TikTok Shop: Hands-on management of a TikTok Shop. • Beauty / Wellness Background: You know how these categories sell on Amazon. • Walmart & International: Walmart Marketplace / Walmart Connect, Amazon EU or other regions. • Basic SQL.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale. The Role We're looking for a DevOps Engineer to join a fast-moving, AI-native engineering team. This is not a traditional ops role. A large share of our code is written and shipped by AI agents. The platform underneath them has to keep up. You'll be expected to help our dev teams ship, debug, and monitor fast, using AI wherever it fits. This is a ground-floor seat on a startup with serious growth ambitions. If you want to build the platform that lets a team of humans and agents ship at machine speed, this is your role What you'll do • Run CI/CD end to end: GitHub Actions, Bazel builds, and Argo CD deploys. Make them faster, greener, and safe for agents to trigger unattended • Build and maintain the infrastructure as code behind the platform on GCP with Terragrunt and OpenTofu: GKE, VPC networking, IAM, Secret Manager, Cloud SQL • Run the data platform: Cloud Composer (Airflow), dbt, and the BigQuery layer the business reports on. Keep pipelines on schedule, cheap, and trustworthy • Keep production observable: Datadog and Grafana, alerts people trust, error tracking that points at the real fault • Put AI to work on ops: extend the agent-driven alert triage, wire Claude Code into pipelines, automate the toil you'd otherwise do by hand • Work with backend and data engineers to make services and pipelines resilient, observable, and easy to deploy Requirements • Minimum 4 years of hands-on DevOps/SRE experience • Kubernetes in production: you've deployed it, upgraded it, and debugged networking on it • GCP: GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Secret Manager, IAM, VPC networking • Infrastructure as code with Terragrunt and OpenTofu (Terraform experience counts) • CI/CD depth: good knowledge of GitHub Actions, and GitOps on Kubernetes with Argo CD, Flux, or equivalent • DataOps: Airflow, dbt, and a warehouse like BigQuery. You've operated pipelines in production, not only written them • Monitoring and alerting with Datadog, Grafana, or similar • Comfortable scripting and reading code in Go, Python, or TypeScript • A pulse on what's actually breaking in production right now • Someone who thrives with responsibility, moves fast, and wants to build something big Nice to have • Bazel: you've managed the build of a big monorepo • Crossplane • Istio or another service mesh in production • Temporal or another durable workflow engine • Helm chart authoring and Kubernetes operators • Supply-chain security tooling: Trivy, gitleaks, SBOM

The Role We're looking for a Customer Support Communications Manager to own the content and training that keep our support organization sharp across every brand we work with. You'll be the person who makes sure that no matter which brand a customer reaches out to, or which rep answers, the answer is accurate and on-voice - and that new reps get there quickly and stay sharp over time. What you'll do • Knowledge bases: Build and maintain accurate, easy-to-navigate knowledge bases for each partner brand, keeping content current as products, policies, and promotions change. • Help Centers: Own the customer-facing Help Centers end to end - structure, content, search performance, and the overall self-serve experience, tailored to each brand's voice. • Macros: Write, organize, and continuously refine support macros so reps can resolve common issues quickly and consistently, without sounding robotic. • Internal communications: Keep the support team informed on policy changes, product launches, known issues, and process updates - through clear, timely internal updates and a well-organized internal knowledge hub. • Rep training: Design and run onboarding training for new support reps, plus ongoing training/certification as processes, tools, and brands evolve. • Quality & consistency: Regularly audit tickets, macros, and Help Center content for accuracy, tone, and consistency across brands; close the loop with reps and stakeholders when gaps are found. • Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to make sure support content reflects the latest brand messaging, policies, and launches. • Metrics & reporting: Track how documentation and training impact support quality (CSAT, first-contact resolution, ticket handle time, escalation rates) and use that data to prioritize what to fix or build next. Requirements • 2+ years in a customer support enablement, or support communications role - ideally supporting more than one brand, product line, or business unit at once. • Excellent English written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands. • Proven experience building and maintaining knowledge bases, Help Centers, or macro libraries (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, or similar). • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for support teams. • Comfortable working with support metrics (CSAT, FRT, resolution time) to identify gaps and prioritize work. • Able to juggle multiple brands, launches, and deadlines without dropping details. • A clear, structured thinker who is direct and actionable, and can turn ambiguous situations into simple, usable guidance for a team. • Fluent in English (Hebrew a plus, given our Tel Aviv base). Nice to Have • Experience in DTC/eCommerce or a multi-brand/agency-style environment. • Familiarity with AI-powered support tools (chatbots, AI-assisted macros, auto-suggested responses). • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment. What We Offer • The chance to shape support operations and culture at an early-stage, well-funded startup from the ground up. • Direct exposure to a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, not just one. • • A collaborative, fast-paced team building genuinely novel AI-driven infrastructure for eCommerce.

With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale. The Role We are looking for a CRO Manager to take ownership of ZyG's conversion and funnel optimization across both hands-on execution and strategic design. In this role, you will run and lead optimization initiatives, owning the full funnel end-to-end - from landing pages to purchase and growth - while also defining how optimization should be structured and scaled across brands. What you'll do • Own and optimize conversion across the full funnel (landing page to purchase), driving CVR, subscription opt-ins, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell). • Close the loop between creative, audience, and performance to the funnel - match the right creative, messaging, and offers to the right audience and funnel stage. • Optimize for economics, not just conversion - balancing immediate CVR with LTV and CAC payback, and weighing acquisition against long-term retention. • Lead experimentation, moving from ad-hoc testing to repeatable, systematic learning loops. • Build reusable optimization systems that scale across all current and future brands. • Translate brand learnings into structured, AI-ready inputs that power automated variant generation and personalization. • Take ownership of CRO KPIs, analyze performance, translate insights into continuous improvements, and communicate results clearly to leadership. • Work closely with Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams (performance, creative, lifecycle, partnerships) to align and scale growth. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and funnel optimization, with deep experience in the D2C e-commerce space. • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of unit economics and the tradeoffs between CVR and LTV. • Strategic mindset with experience building systems, not just executing playbooks. • Experience defining KPIs and driving performance against them (not just working toward predefined goals). • A systems thinker who prefers building platforms and reusable frameworks over one-off fixes, and knows how to make work compound across multiple brands. • A self-starter comfortable operating at the intersection of execution and architecture, working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative.
