1. Agreeing to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and JustConnectUs (“JustConnectUs”, “we”, “us”). They cover your use of justconnectus.com, app.justconnectus.com, our mobile apps and our WhatsApp service (together, the “Service”).
By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
2. Who can use JustConnectUs
- You must be at least 18 years old.
- The information you give us must be accurate, and you must keep it up to date.
- You’re responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure, including the phone number and email address you sign in with. Tell us right away at [email protected] if you think someone else has used your account.
3. What JustConnectUs is — and isn’t
JustConnectUs helps you find service providers through the people you know, and helps providers be found. We connect people; we are not a party to the work.
- We don’t provide, employ, supervise or guarantee any provider, and we don’t verify their licenses, insurance or qualifications unless we say so explicitly.
- Recommendations, reviews and ratings are the opinions of the people who share them, not ours.
- Any agreement you make with a provider — price, scope, schedule, payment — is between you and that provider.
Before hiring anyone, use your own judgment: check licenses where they’re required, get a clear quote, and ask the people you trust.
4. Directory listings
Some listings in our directory are compiled from publicly available sources and may be incomplete or out of date. If a listing is about your business, you can claim it and manage it yourself, or ask us to correct or remove it by emailing [email protected].
5. Provider accounts and plans
If you list a business on JustConnectUs:
- Your profile must describe your business honestly, and you must hold any license or permit your work requires.
- Profile descriptions may not exclude or discriminate against people based on protected characteristics such as religion, ethnicity, gender or disability. We review descriptions and may reject or remove ones that do.
- You may claim a listing only for a business you own or are authorized to represent.
Paid plans
Some features are available on paid plans. The price, billing period and features of a plan are shown before you buy. Paid plans renew automatically until you cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trials, when offered, end on the date shown unless you choose a paid plan. We may change plan prices or features with advance notice; changes take effect from your next billing period.
6. Your content
You keep ownership of what you post — profile details, messages, Shout Outs, recommendations and reviews (“your content”).
You give JustConnectUs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, translate and process your content as needed to operate and improve the Service — for example showing your provider profile publicly, delivering your messages, and providing the assistant features you use. This license ends when your content is deleted, except for copies we must keep under our Privacy Policy.
You’re responsible for your content and must have the right to share it.
7. Contacts and invitations
- Only import contacts you’re entitled to share with us.
- Invitations are sent only when you choose to send them. Only invite people you know and who you reasonably believe would welcome the invitation.
- Don’t use invitations, messages or Shout Outs for advertising or bulk unsolicited messages.
8. Assistant features
Some features help you search, write your profile, manage contacts, or get advice during a conversation. Their suggestions, drafts, translations and pricing observations may be incomplete or inaccurate, and they are not professional advice. Review anything before you send or rely on it — you’re responsible for the messages you send and the decisions you make.
9. Acceptable use
When using JustConnectUs, don’t:
- break the law or help anyone else do so;
- harass, threaten, defame or discriminate against anyone;
- post fake, paid-for or misleading recommendations or reviews, including about your own business or a competitor;
- impersonate anyone or misrepresent your connection to a person or business;
- send spam, or misuse other people’s personal information;
- copy or scrape the Service or its data by automated means, or reverse engineer it;
- get around limits or security measures, or interfere with how the Service works.
We may remove content or restrict features to enforce these rules.
10. Third-party services
The Service works with services run by others, such as sign-in with Google, WhatsApp and app stores. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we’re not responsible for them.
11. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design, logo and brand, belongs to JustConnectUs and its licensors. These Terms don’t give you any rights to them other than to use the Service as intended.
12. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and ask us to delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, puts other users at risk, or where we’re required to by law. Where appropriate, we’ll tell you why.
13. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including about the accuracy of listings or recommendations, the quality of any provider’s work, or the Service being uninterrupted or error-free.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JustConnectUs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, and is not liable for the acts, omissions or work of any provider or user.
Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Indemnity
You agree to compensate JustConnectUs for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your content, your use of the Service in breach of these Terms, or your dealings with other users or providers.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute will be heard exclusively by the competent courts in Israel, unless the law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above and, if the changes are significant, let you know in the app or by email before they take effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the updated Terms.
