Do paid providers rank above my friends' recommendations?

Never. When you're logged in, providers your friends have used always appear first — regardless of what plan they're on. Paid plans only affect visibility among providers you have no personal connection to.

What's "in-conversation help"?

During a conversation with a client, you can ask your assistant for advice — pricing guidance, what questions to ask, or a summary of what you've discussed. It's like having a business advisor on call.

Can I try before I commit?
