Do paid providers rank above my friends' recommendations?

Never. When you're logged in, providers your friends have used always appear first — regardless of what plan they're on. Paid plans only affect visibility among providers you have no personal connection to.

What's "in-conversation help"?

During a conversation with a client, you can ask your assistant for advice — pricing guidance, what questions to ask, or a summary of what you've discussed. It's like having a business advisor on call.

Can I try before I commit?

Yes. When you list your business or claim your listing, you get a 30-day Professional trial — message translation, Shout Outs, referral tracking, and enhanced analytics. No credit card required.

What happens when my trial ends?

You choose a plan or stay on Free. Your profile stays live either way. You never lose your listing or your reviews.

Can I switch plans?
