About Hello Heart: Hello Heart is on a mission to make heart attacks a thing of the past. We’re an AI company focused exclusively on heart health, building a platform that predicts and prevents cardiac events before they happen—identifying risk up to 10 days in advance versus 10 years in traditional clinical models. This is already working at scale. Hello Heart has been shown to reduce inpatient hospital days by 47% and deliver ~$1,800 in annual savings per member. Hello Heart is the cardiac prevention partner to over 80% of large U.S. health plans and serves hundreds of public and private employers. We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us. About the Role: Hello Heart is hiring a full-time Senior AI Builder to drive AI enablement across Tech, Product, and executive workflows. You will identify high-value manual work, build the AI solution, and own the technical implementation required to make it reliable in production. This includes the workflow itself and the AI-adjacent IT layer behind it. You must also be effective with non-technical executive users. You will turn ambiguous requests into practical workflows and help leaders become independent, confident users of AI. You will report to the SVP, AI & Data Science, with dotted-line priority alignment to an executive sponsor. Responsibilities: • Partner with Tech, Product, and executive leaders to identify high-friction workflows where AI can create measurable operating leverage. • Build and ship agents, automations, and AI-powered workflows, from discovery through adoption. • Own the technical implementation behind AI workflows, including tool configuration, access setup, connector configuration, API and OAuth integrations, workflow deployment, troubleshooting, and ongoing maintenance. • Work directly with non-technical executive users to build reliable workflows for preparation, synthesis, operating reviews, follow-through, and decision support. • Run rapid discovery, build quickly, test in real work, and iterate based on usage and impact. • Partner with IT, Security, and AI Ops to implement approved access and integrations. Escalate only true infrastructure or policy blockers. • Create reusable technical patterns, templates, and playbooks that make future builds faster and safer. • Measure adoption and impact. Retire workflows that do not create durable value. Qualifications: • 5+ years of experience in applied AI, product engineering, workflow automation, technical operations, or a similar hands-on building role. • Strong hands-on ability with LLMs, agent design, prompt engineering, workflow automation, APIs, OAuth, integrations, and light engineering. • Experience configuring and supporting enterprise SaaS tools, permissions, connectors, and operational workflows. • A portfolio of AI agents, automations, or internal tools that demonstrates real adoption and impact. • Ability to work directly with senior, non-technical leaders and translate vague requests into useful, trustworthy products. • Strong judgment about source quality, privacy, security, reliability, and when human review is required. • Comfort troubleshooting real user problems and owning the technical resolution. • Bias toward shipping, measuring, iterating, and killing low-value work. Hello Heart has a positive, diverse, and supportive culture - we look for people who are collaborative, creative, and courageous. We’re defining how the #1 cause of death—heart disease—is managed in the AI era. Join us. About the Role: Hello Heart is looking for a Senior ML Engineer/ML Ops to own the engineering behind the models in the Hello Heart app: member engagement, cardiovascular risk stratification, and personalized health recommendations. You'll be the first engineer dedicated to ML on our Data Platform team, and you'll own the full model lifecycle: training pipelines, the model registry, automated evaluation and release, real-time and batch serving, monitoring, and retraining. You'll work closely with the data scientists who own the modeling and with the product engineers who call the models, so that what they build ships safely and runs reliably. Our models run on Snowflake ML. Our ML platform is still taking shape, so you'll set the standards rather than inherit them. You should have a proven record of owning ML systems in production and be comfortable using AI coding assistants as a core part of your workflow. Responsibilities: • Turn model releases into a pipeline: every new version is evaluated automatically, gated against the one in production, approved, and rolled out with a fast rollback. • Build drift and performance monitoring for our production models, and the retraining that follows from it. • Own the model lifecycle end to end: training pipelines, versioning and the model registry, automated evaluation, promotion and rollback, deployment, monitoring, and retraining. • Build CI/CD for ML: automated testing and validation of every model version, release gates with clear criteria, and an audit trail of who shipped what and why. • Serve models in real time through our Python model-serving service and Snowflake Container Services, with a focus on low latency, reliability, and graceful degradation. Run batch inference in the warehouse with clear standards for latency, correctness, and cost. • Build and operate ML pipelines in Airflow and Snowflake, from feature preparation through training and batch scoring, with reproducible training data. • Monitor drift, data quality, latency, and model performance, and automate retraining that goes through the same release gate. • Partner with data scientists, product engineers, and data engineers. Define clear interfaces between modeling, serving, and the services that consume models, and push back when a request belongs elsewhere. • Handle members' health data responsibly: access control, pseudonymization, and nothing sensitive in logs. • Write high-quality, well-tested production code, and own its observability, debugging, and reliability. Requirements: • 5+ years of software engineering, including 3+ years of hands-on MLOps owning production ML systems on AWS with a data or ML platform (e.g., Snowflake ML, Databricks, SageMaker, Vertex AI). • Hands-on model management: versioning, registries, automated evaluation, and promotion and rollback of models in production. • Experience building CI/CD and pipelines for ML: automated training, validation, and deployment (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions), with orchestration in Airflow or similar. • Strong Python experience, including building and operating Python services (APIs or gateways) in production. • Experience serving models in real time: low-latency inference, autoscaling, and reliable serving architectures. • Strong SQL and data warehouse experience (Snowflake preferred). • Experience monitoring models in production (drift, data quality, and performance) and acting on what you find. • Experience owning a solution end to end, from pipeline and model integration through deployment and production debugging. • Proficiency with AI coding assistants as a core part of your workflow, and the judgment to review and verify what they produce. Nice-to-Haves: • Snowflake ML: Model Registry, Snowpark Container Services, ML Observability, or Notebooks and ML Jobs. • Shadow and canary releases for models. • Feature stores and ML lifecycle tooling (e.g., Feast, MLflow, Weights & Biases). • Model development: feature engineering, training, and evaluation with scikit-learn, XGBoost, or LightGBM. • Kubernetes and infrastructure as code (Terraform). • Event-driven systems (Kafka). • Integrating LLMs into production systems. • Observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog). • Experience with health or other regulated data (HIPAA). Overview Nexxen's SSP connects publishers to programmatic demand across web, ctv mobile app and mobile web. Because publishers integrate with us in different ways, we need someone who can be the technical expert across openRTB, prebid.js, mediation SDKs. This role owns the technical, end to end integrations with publishers: helping publishers implement and troubleshoot their chosen integration path, validating that ad requests and responses are flowing correctly, and translating publisher feedback and issues into clear requirements for product and engineering. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office and works daily with publishers, partners, and colleagues across global markets. You'll report into Product, working closely with SSP product leadership and platform engineering to make sure integrations are scoped accurately, shipped reliably, and supported after launch. What You'll Do • Serve as the primary technical point of contact for publisher integrations across all three paths into the SSP: third-party mobile mediation SDKs, Prebid client-side wrappers, and direct server-to-server OpenRTB. • Support commercial teams and provide technical guidance for publishers through implementation — reviewing their mediation SDK setup, Prebid config (ad units, params, adapter/module set), or OpenRTB request construction — and troubleshoot integration issues end to end. • Review publishers’ integration specs and requirements, and analyze and validate bid request/response payloads (OpenRTB) and Prebid.js configurations to confirm parameters are being passed, parsed, and rendered correctly across each integration path. • Apply a working understanding of ad delivery and rendering (including VAST-based video ad delivery on web) to debug tag/creative rendering, tracking, and playback issues raised by publishers. • Translate publisher technical questions, bug reports, and ad hoc requirements into clear, structured input that product and engineering can act on. • Partner with SSP product managers to scope integration-related roadmap items, distinguishing quick technical fixes from larger initiatives that require product or platform changes. • Write and maintain publisher-facing integration documentation, implementation guidesand troubleshooting runbooks for each integration path, as well as the documentation for internal hand-off process. • Triage and debug integration issues in production — delivery discrepancies, malformed bid or ad-tag responses, misconfigured mediation waterfalls, Prebid setup errors — in partnership with engineering and data science. • Represent the technical feasibility and constraints of the SSP platform in conversations with publishers, sales, and account teams, helping set realistic scope and timelines. • Contribute to internal tooling and self-serve documentation that reduces the manual lift of future publisher onboarding. What You Bring • 3+ years in a technical, publisher- or partner-facing role in programmatic advertising or ad tech (solutions engineering, technical account management, publisher integration/support, or similar). • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; able to switch between a deeply technical conversation with a publisher's engineers and a scoping conversation with internal product/commercial stakeholders. • Working understanding of how publishers integrate mobile app inventory via third-party mediation SDKs — comfortable troubleshooting SDK configuration and ad-call issues from the publisher's side, even without owning SDK development. • Hands-on experience with Prebid.js (or Prebid Mobile) client-side integrations — ad unit setup, bidder/module configuration, and debugging auction behavior. • Solid understanding of OpenRTB and server-to-server bidding — comfortable reading and reasoning about raw bid request/response JSON. • Working knowledge of VAST-based video ad delivery on web — tag structure, wrappers, tracking events, and common player integration issues. • Strong analytical skills - comfortable pulling and interpreting data (SQL or similar) to validate whether an integration is working as intended. • A track record of owning ambiguous, cross-functional problems and driving them to a clear, documented outcome. • Comfortable working directly with product management in an agile/sprint-based environment, even without a formal engineering reporting line. Nice to Have • Experience with CTV/OTT app ad delivery and associated standards. • Familiarity with specific mobile mediation platforms and how their waterfalls/adapters are configured. • Basic scripting ability (Python, JavaScript) for building quick validation tools or parsing bid/ad-tag logs. • Prior experience onboarding publishers across more than one integration path (SDK, Prebid, and/or OpenRTB) from scoping through launch. Reporting & Team This role reports into the SSP Product organization (not Engineering), and works in close daily collaboration with SSP product managers, platform engineering and platform operations. You'll also regularly interface with publisher technical teams and internal account/commercial teams supporting those relationships. Why Nexxen Nexxen operates a full-stack programmatic platform — SSP, DSP, and Discovery — giving this role visibility into both sides of the marketplace and a direct line to how integration decisions affect publisher yield. You'll help shape how publisher onboarding gets built and supported, not just handle tickets after the fact. #LI-BO1 At Nexxen, we value our differences, varied experiences, and collective contribution. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there. What is this opportunity? Senior Security Engineer to act as a hands-on technical leader inside our security org, part builder, part architect, part trusted partner to R&D. You'll sit in design reviews, push back (constructively) on architecture choices, prototype the controls we're missing, and help R&D ship faster and safer. This role suits an engineer who thinks in systems, codes when needed, and is energized by securing modern AI-driven, multi-cloud environments. What you'll do • Act as a security architect for new initiatives. Join design and solution-concept meetings with R&D before code is written and help shape architectures that are secure by default. Produce threat models, reference designs, and decision docs that engineers actually use. • Partner with R&D as a peer, not a gatekeeper. Embed with product and engineering teams. Translate security requirements into engineering language, and engineering trade-offs into risk language for leadership. • Own security across our multi-cloud footprint (AWS, GCP, Azure). Design and implement controls for identity, network, workload, and data protection that work consistently across environments. • Drive AI security. Build our defenses against threats specific to LLM and ML systems: prompt injection, model abuse, training-data integrity, agentic-workflow risks, MCP/tool-use exposure, secrets in prompts, and supply-chain risk in the AI stack. Help define what "secure AI development" means for us in practice. • Lead data security initiatives. Classification, encryption, key management, DLP, access governance, and data-flow mapping. • Evaluate and implement new technologies. Run POCs and deploy new tooling end-to-end. We expect you to have strong opinions on the security stack and to evolve it as the threat landscape shifts. • Write code. Automate controls, build internal tools, contribute to detection pipelines, and integrate security into CI/CD. What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful? Must-haves • 5+ years in security engineering, application security, or cloud security, with meaningful time in a hands-on technical capacity • Strong software development background — you've shipped production code and read others' code fluently. • Deep experience securing multi-cloud environments, including IAM, networking, workload security, and infrastructure-as-code • Architect-level thinking: ability to look at a system diagram and identify trust boundaries, blast radius, failure modes, and the controls that actually matter • Hands-on experience with data security at scale, classification, encryption, key management, access controls • Demonstrated experience introducing and operationalizing new security technologies, not just maintaining existing ones • Track record of working closely with engineering teams; you're comfortable in design reviews and code reviews • Direct experience with AI/ML security, securing LLM applications, agentic systems, model deployments, or AI infrastructure

Who is Eleos Health? The people who deliver care in our communities and homes do some of the most important work in healthcare. But too often, theyʼre asked to spend their time navigating paperwork, administrative burden, and problems they only discover after something has already gone wrong. Eleos exists to change that. Weʼre building the system of action for community-based care - helping behavioral health, hospice, home health, and other care teams spend less time reacting to problems and more time focused on the people they serve. Powered by our Polaris AI, Eleos works alongside clinicians and their teams to understand whatʼs happening across care in real time and take action before issues become problems, reducing administrative burden, protecting revenue and compliance, and giving care teams more time and capacity to deliver great care. Our vision is a world where care teams can stay one step ahead, rather than constantly catching up. Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there. What is this opportunity? Weʼre helping shift an entire industry from reactive to proactive, and we need talented people to help us get there. Who are you? You are someone who gets energized by turning a messy, manual process into something that runs automatically and at scale. You think in systems — you see how tools, data, and workflows connect across teams, and you know how to design solutions that are coherent. You do not wait for perfect requirements, you move fast but do not compromise on things that matter. You ship, you learn, and you improve. You are excited about doing this work in a behavioral health company where the downstream impact of getting operations right is real. How will you contribute? • Map current-state processes, identify automation and optimization opportunities, and build end-to-end workflows that reduce manual work and improve consistency across GTM and operations • Develop and deploy AI agents, copilots, and automation tools that support daily operations — integrating AI into existing systems to enhance decision-making and execution, not as a bolt-on layer but as a first-class component • Connect tools, data sources, and workflows across the tech stack to ensure seamless data flow between systems and enable real-time insights and actions • Create scalable frameworks for how workflows are built, maintained, and improved — establishing best practices for automation governance and performance tracking so others can operate and extend what you build • Monitor workflow performance, iterate quickly based on user feedback and operational impact, and translate ambiguous stakeholder problems into structured, executable solutions • Constantly track the AI landscape and new innovations, bringing in best practices, new tools and capabilities that move the needle • Take charge of solution deployment end-to-end from discovery to adoption. Support teams in developing enablement and the incorporation of solutions. The platform only matters if people use it. What qualifications and skills will help you be successful? • Hands-on experience building production workflows using automation platforms such as Zapier, Make, n8n, Workato, or similar • Practical experience applying AI and LLM tools to real operational workflows — including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or open-source models — with at least one deployed example you can speak to concretely • Logical approach, thinking in structured steps and knowing how to break down workflows, sequence them correctly, and designing how they should run before building them. • Comfort working across both technical and non-technical stakeholders and translating between the two • • Prioritizing building and shipping over prolonged planning; moving from idea to production quickly. • Driving initiatives forward with minimal oversight; proactively engaging the right stakeholders without being directed to. Taking ownership and leading confidently. • Experience in teaching and change management; treating adoption as part of the job, not an afterthought. Demonstrated patience with others. • 2–5 years of relevant experience in workflow automation, AI operations, RevOps, or a technical GTM or systems role Some nice-to-haves: • Experience with APIs, data pipelines, or low-code / no-code platforms • Exposure to CRM, support, or operational SaaS systems • Background in operations, systems design, or process improvement
