We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to lead Figma Weave's enterprise motion. On a small team where everyone's scope flexes, you'll also work across product marketing more broadly — defining how the product shows up for enterprise buyers, arming sales with what they need to close, and building the systems that turn enterprise accounts into long-term customers. Enterprise is the primary focus, not the only one: you'll move into PLG, growth, and launch work as the team's priorities shift. This is a strategic and hands-on role. You'll think in pipeline and narrative at once — translating product capability into value that lands with enterprise buyers, while staying close enough to execution to write the deck yourself. Description About us At BlinkOps, we are building the next generation of security automation through our Agentic security platform. Our mission is to help security teams operate faster, smarter, and at scale. As the industry’s only Agentic Security Automation Platform, Blink enables you to automate all aspects of your security operations by combining AI security agents with deterministic workflows. Retain full control as you deploy your own custom army of virtual security employees - each tasked and responsible for managing specific jobs and capable of taking autonomous decisions. These AI agents leverage the deterministic security workflows assigned to them or by calling upon peer agents as required. Blink empowers security teams to rapidly operationalize response to zero-day and emerging threats by automating detection ingestion, cross-environment hunting, containment, and coordination with human stakeholders. About the Role: We are looking for a Senior Security Product Manager to drive the strategy, development, and growth of our product, shaping how security teams automate and scale their security operations across the enterprise. This is a strategic product role at the center of Blink's growth. You will define the product vision, translate deep security domain knowledge into scalable product capabilities, and partner across Engineering, R&D, GTM, and Customer Success to deliver exceptional outcomes. This role requires strong technical depth, security expertise, and an AI-first mindset. What Makes This Role Unique This role sits at the intersection of security operations, AI-powered automation, and enterprise product strategy. You will shape how BlinkOps helps security teams work faster and smarter — operating at the strategic level to drive innovation while staying close enough to the details to ensure every initiative lands with quality and impact. Your responsibilities What You'll Do • Define and execute product strategy – Own the roadmap for your product areas, balancing near-term customer needs with long-term vision. Think big, plan strategically, and dive deep into the details to ensure flawless execution. • Translate security expertise into product – Draw on your security domain knowledge to deeply understand how security teams operate, and shape features that solve real operational challenges at scale. • Drive end-to-end product development – Lead initiatives from discovery through design, development, release, and iteration — including full product launches in close partnership with GTM. • Go-to-market execution – Partner with GTM to plan and execute product launches end-to-end: develop positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and launch plans that land with security practitioners and buyers alike. • Engage directly with customers – Work with enterprise customers and internal teams to understand security architectures, workflows, and unmet needs. • Own product specifications – Write clear, rigorous technical and product requirements that guide engineering and ensure high-quality delivery. • Leverage AI throughout your workflow – Use AI tools to accelerate research, synthesis, spec writing, and decision-making — and bring that same AI-first thinking to every product initiative you lead. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of owning and delivering complex product initiatives. • Strong security domain knowledge — deep understanding of how security teams operate, the challenges they face, and the tools and architectures they rely on (e.g., SIEM, SOAR, CSPM, EDR, IAM). • Proven ability to operate at both the strategic and tactical levels — capable of setting a long-term vision while also managing the nitty-gritty details of execution. • Proven ability to lead complex technical product initiatives end-to-end, from discovery to launch, including full GTM execution. • Experience planning and executing product launches in close partnership with GTM teams — including positioning, enablement, and cross-functional coordination. • AI-first mindset — you actively use AI tools to accelerate your own PM workflow (research, synthesis, spec writing, prototyping) • Experience working with automation platforms, workflow engines, APIs, and integrations. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, working effectively with Engineering, Design, GTM, and Customer Success. • Experience working with large enterprise customers in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Security Domain Knowledge This role requires deep familiarity with how modern security and IT operations teams work. The ideal candidate understands the day-to-day realities of security operations across a broad range of use cases and tooling — including SOC operations and incident response, threat detection and hunting, vulnerability management, identity and access management, and more. You should be comfortable navigating complex security architectures, understanding how tools and data flows interact, and translating operational security needs into scalable product capabilities that work across diverse enterprise environments.

Head of Security, IT & AI Governance Obligo is looking for a Head of Security, IT & AI Governance to own security and IT end to end. You will set the strategy, lead the team, and also roll up your sleeves to deploy, configure and investigate yourself. You will secure a fintech that handles open-banking and sensitive financial data, and an AI-powered product and workforce, from day one. What you will do • Own security and IT strategy. Define and execute the multi-year security and IT roadmap, budget and scorecards, and communicate risk clearly to leadership, customers and auditors. • Secure our AI footprint. Improve our AI security and governance program covering AI tools used by employees (approved-tool lists, shadow-AI discovery, data-leakage controls) and AI built into our product (prompt injection, sensitive-data disclosure, excessive agency of AI agents, MCP/tool and model supply-chain risk, vector/RAG data exposure). Align with OWASP LLM Top 10, NIST AI RMF and ISO 42001. • Strengthen security monitoring and Zero Trust controls. Continuously improve detection, response and access security across AWS, Google Workspace, endpoints and SaaS. Work hands-on with SIEM and SASE / Zero Trust technologies to refine logging, detection rules, alert triage and incident response, and strengthen access and data protection through SSO/MFA, device posture, ZTNA, SWG, CASB and DLP. • Lead SOC 2 and compliance. Own SOC 2 readiness, audits and continuous monitoring (using Drata). Be the face of security in customer due diligence and questionnaires. • Run cloud and application security. Harden AWS and Google Workspace, manage vulnerability management, annual penetration tests, secure code review, secrets and IAM hygiene, and work with R&D to embed security in the SDLC. • Run IT operations. Own employee onboarding/offboarding, device management and hardening, software procurement, and the IT ticketing function with clear SLAs. • Manage vendor and third-party risk. Run security reviews of vendors and third parties, including AI vendors, and keep the vendor inventory current. • Improve security awareness. Run an ongoing security awareness program for all employees, including phishing simulations and training. • Be hands-on. Investigate alerts, write detections and automation, configure tooling and respond to incidents yourself, while leading and growing the team (today a SecOps engineer, and external IT company) and managing vendors. • Co-lead risk. Serve as the primary technology-risk voice on the Obligo Risk Committee, working closely with R&D, Legal and Operations leadership. What we are looking for • 5+ years in security and IT, including 2+ years in a leadership role at a cloud-native, fast-growing company (fintech or SaaS an advantage). • Proven, hands-on experience working and implementing tools such as a SIEM (e.g. Splunk, Sentinel, Elastic, Wazuh, Panther, Sumo Logic) and a SASE or modern Zero Trust stack, including ZTNA/SWG (e.g. Zscaler, Netskope, Cloudflare, Palo Alto Prisma). • Deep, current knowledge of AI security risks and controls, for both employee use of AI and AI-powered products, including agentic AI and LLM-specific threats. • Direct experience leading SOC 2 (Type II) readiness and audits end to end, ideally with a compliance automation platform. ISO 27001, PCI or similar is a plus. • Strong AWS and Google Workspace security background: IAM, network, logging, endpoint management (MDM/EDR) and SSO/MFA. • Real management skills: Led technical people, and you are equally comfortable running the keyboard yourself. • Excellent communication in English; able to translate risk into business language for executives, auditors and customers. • Calm under pressure, structured, ownership-driven, and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment. Nice to have: relevant certifications (CISSP, CISM, CCSP, OSCP, AWS Security Specialty, AI security certifications), experience with security automation and scripting, and experience in a regulated financial environment. Why join us • Real ownership, with the mandate and budget to build the program properly. • Greenfield work on modern problems: SIEM, SASE/Zero Trust and AI security, instead of maintaining legacy systems. • A collaborative, high-energy team in our Tel Aviv office. Obligo gives renters their money back, replacing the traditional cash deposit with credit-backed and cash-backed alternatives, while giving property managers a faster, more transparent process.
