Description Trullion is transforming the accounting world with an AI-powered platform built for accountants and auditors. Our technology automates complex financial workflows, boosts efficiency, reduces costly errors, and fosters real collaboration. Founded in 2019, Trullion is on a mission to make accounting and audit technology people truly love, driving a more efficient, transparent, and human-oriented industry. From rapid onboarding to a seamless managed service model, we deliver a customer-first experience at every step. Headquartered in New York, with offices in Tel Aviv and London, we are backed by top investors, including Aleph, Third Point Ventures, Greycroft, StepStone Group, as well as leading global CFOs and accounting firms. About the Role Most AI in accounting is hype. We’re building Auditable AI that finance and audit teams can actually stake their name on. We're looking for a Product Manager to shape our lease accounting product: lease abstraction, financial calculations, workflows, reports, and the AI agents behind them. These capabilities are used by corporate accounting teams, internal auditors, and external audit firms. You’ll sit at the crossroads of engineering, design, customer success, and go-to-market, turning deep customer problems into shipped product that is accurate, explainable, and trusted. You’ll own a meaningful part of the roadmap end to end, spend real time with accountants and auditors, and make the calls on where AI should help, where a human must stay in the loop, and how we prove it. If you love building B2B products, are excited to solve deep complex technical problems, get energy from applied AI, and want to define what trusted AI looks like in a profession built on trust, this is your role. Responsibilities • Own the roadmap for our lease accounting product, prioritizing across customer needs, standards and regulatory changes, strategic bets, and technical constraints, and tying every initiative to measurable outcomes. • Run continuous discovery with lease accountants, controllers, auditors, and finance leaders to understand how accounting work really gets done, and turn those insights into clear problem statements and requirements. • Partner with engineering and data science to design AI-powered features with transparency, citations, and human-in-the-loop controls built in. • Define quality bars for AI features, including accuracy benchmarks and edge cases, and decide when a feature is ready to ship. • Drive delivery with engineering and design: write sharp specs and acceptance criteria that capture complex accounting logic, unblock the team, and ship iteratively. • Partner with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success on launches and customer rollouts, and feed what you learn in the field back into the roadmap. Requirements • 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a track record of taking products from discovery to launch and measuring their impact. • Hands-on experience with AI or data-intensive products (LLMs, agents, document processing, automation), and real curiosity about where AI helps, where it doesn’t, and where it shouldn’t in a regulated, trust-sensitive space. • Working knowledge of lease accounting standards, or the ability to build it quickly. Experience in lease accounting or financial close software is a plus. • Strong customer discovery skills and comfort working directly with senior finance, accounting, or audit stakeholders. Being a CPA or having a strong accounting or finance background is a huge advantage. • Strong written and verbal communicator who can translate complex technical and accounting concepts from customer needs to development requirements. • Ability to work onsite at the Tel Aviv office 3 days per week. About us We embrace our core values in everything that we do: • Think BIG. We are ambitious, proactive, and we love challenging the status quo. • Live by truth. We uphold the highest standards of accuracy and accountability. • On your side. We are on this journey together and want to collaborate and empower each other to succeed. • Committed. Mission DoorLoop is looking for a Senior Data Engineer to co-own our data platform as its second engineer. Part of the foundation is in place: a layered dbt project on Snowflake, a semantic layer that defines our core business metrics once, and an AI data assistant that answers business questions from it. Much of it is still being designed, and you will help build it. You will take design decisions with our founding data engineer, own whole business domains end to end, and raise the bar on modeling, reliability, and review as more of the company depends on the platform. You will also build data products with AI: our AI data assistant, internal dashboards, and the data apps that come next, built AI-first and tested so their answers can be trusted. You will work directly with Finance, GTM, and CX leaders on the metrics that run the business, and with analysts who ship their own dbt changes, helping them do it well. This role is for an experienced engineer who wants to shape the foundation while it is still being built: open-minded, willing to push back on the right questions, and ready to make design decisions and own them. Responsibilities • Own core business domains end to end (GTM, CX, and Finance), from the stakeholder conversation to the model, the metric, and the dashboard or AI answer built on it • Help build the foundation: take design decisions with the founding engineer on modeling patterns, incremental strategy, ingestion design, semantic-layer structure, and warehouse cost • Lead metric-definition work with business leaders: settle contested definitions, document them, and get sign-off • Own platform reliability: testing strategy, monitoring and alerting, the incident process, and root-cause fixes • Design and build ingestion for new sources, choosing the right pattern (Fivetran, Airbyte, or custom n8n → S3 → Snowpipe pipelines) • Reconcile financial data (Stripe payments and payouts) to its source of truth, and own the checks that keep revenue numbers right • Extend the semantic layer: definitions, descriptions, and verified queries, so every tool gives the same answer • Build data products with AI: the AI data assistant that answers business questions, internal dashboards, and new data apps. Design them AI-first, and build the evaluation sets that prove their answers are correct • Set the standard for code review, and mentor the analysts who ship their own dbt changes • Use AI tools every day, and build the shared skills and workflows the data team relies on Requirements • 5+ years in data engineering or analytics engineering, including at least 2 years owning a production data warehouse or dbt project • Expert SQL and deep experience with a cloud data warehouse (Snowflake preferred), including performance and cost • You have designed and led a production dbt project: structure, conventions, testing, and CI • You have built and run ingestion pipelines, with managed tools and with your own code • You have owned data reliability: monitoring, alerting, incident response, and the fixes that follow • You have led metric-definition work with senior non-technical stakeholders, such as Finance • Strong Python for pipelines, automation, and tooling • You review other people’s code and mentor less experienced colleagues • You use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, or similar) every day, with specific workflows you can describe and defend • You want to build data products with AI, not only use AI to write code • Open-minded: you ask before you assume, and you change your mind when the evidence says so • You push back on the right questions, and you make design decisions and own them • Clear, direct communicator, in writing and in conversation Bonus Points • Built or owned a semantic layer (Snowflake Semantic Views, dbt Semantic Layer, Cube, LookML, or similar) • Payments or financial data: Stripe, revenue recognition, reconciliation, month-end close • Shipped a data product with AI: an AI assistant, text-to-SQL, an LLM feature on data, or evaluation sets for AI answers • Orchestration and automation tools (n8n, Airflow, Dagster, or similar) and AWS Benefits What We Offer • Hybrid work model (4 days in office, 1 WFH day) • Unlimited paid time off • Cibus meal card • Private health insurance subsidy • Pension, Keren Hishtalmut & Dmei Havraa • Real impact at scale — product used daily by thousands of paying customers • Certified Great Place to Work · Forbes America's Best Startup Employers 2024 & 2025 Equal Opportunity Employer & AI DoorLoop is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, genetic information, citizenship status, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. Applying to Paxos? Our only careers site is paxos.com/careers, and we only recruit via @paxos.com email. Details below. ___ About Paxos Today’s financial infrastructure is archaic, expensive, inefficient and risky — supporting a system that leaves out more people than it lets in. So we’re rebuilding it. We’re on a mission to open the world’s financial system to everyone by enabling the instant movement of any asset, any time, in a trustworthy way. For over a decade, we’ve built blockchain infrastructure that tokenizes, custodies, trades and settles assets for the world's leading financial institutions, like PayPal, Venmo, Mastercard, Interactive Brokers and Charles Schwab. About the team The Security team at Paxos protects the cloud infrastructure, crypto systems, endpoints, and network that our regulated financial platform runs on. You'll join the Detection and Response function, working alongside our 24x7 SOC, which handles first-line triage, and partnering with Product Security teams to validate that our coverage holds up against real attacker techniques. About the role The Senior Detection and Response Engineer at Paxos serves as a builder of the detections, hunts, and automations that protect our cloud infrastructure, crypto systems, endpoints, and network. You will write detections as code and automate response, and act as a purple teamer, emulating attacks alongside our Product Security teams to confirm our detections work. Our 24x7 SOC handles first-line triage, so your focus is the detection engineering, threat hunting, and validation that make our coverage effective. Strong hands-on investigation skills are expected, but they support this work rather than define it. What you'll do • Detection Coverage & Quality: Ship production-grade detections as code with measurable signal improvements—reducing false positives and closing gaps identified in purple team exercises. • Validated Defenses: Run purple team exercises with other teams to confirm detection effectiveness and identify blind spots. • Threat Hunting Program: Execute proactive hunts based on threat intelligence and convert findings into new detections and documented IOCs/TTPs. • Operational Efficiency: Build automations to accelerate investigation and triage; create and maintain runbooks and incident write-ups that make response consistent and repeatable across the team. • Detection Stack: Identify gaps and integrate best-in-class tools that increase team effectiveness and visibility across endpoints, cloud, network, and signing systems. About you • You bring 5-8+ years of experience in security operations, detection engineering, offensive security testing, or a related security engineering role — with a track record of scope growth, not just years. • You independently own complex, ambiguous, or multi-stage incidents from initial triage through containment, eradication, and recovery — making the call in the moment and building or improving the runbook afterward, rather than waiting for one to exist. • You bring deep, hands-on expertise in SIEM and EDR platforms, can design new detections from scratch, own detection strategy for a significant surface area, and meaningfully reduce false-positive rates across a rule set you own. • You can design and run purple-team exercises in partnership with other engineering teams, emulating real attacker techniques and using the findings to reshape the detection roadmap rather than just confirm what already works. • You have a strong point of view on what tools and architecture the team should invest in, not just how to use what's already there, and you make credible build-vs-buy calls. • You think like a builder and continuously find ways to automate repetitive security workflows, applying AI thoughtfully to improve the speed, consistency, and scale of investigation and response across the team. • You produce original threat intelligence assessments and run proactive threat hunts based on hypotheses, translating findings directly into new detections and a stronger detection roadmap. • You communicate fluently with engineering leadership and cross-functional stakeholders during major incidents, and your docs and retros shape team direction, not just record what happened. • You actively mentor junior members of the team, serve as a trusted technical escalation point, and have a track record of measurably accelerating others' growth. • You're comfortable participating in an on-call rotation and can act as incident commander when needed — driving structural fixes that prevent a class of incidents from recurring, not just one instance. Important Notice for Paxos Applicants Fraudulent accounts sometimes pose as Paxos recruiters on LinkedIn and other platforms, and fake websites sometimes impersonate our careers site. These scammers attempt to deceive applicants into paying for job opportunities or providing personal financial information. To verify a legitimate Paxos opportunity: • Our only official careers site is paxos.com/careers • We only use @paxos.com email addresses • We never ask for payment or financial details to apply, interview, or work here • For technical roles, we do not perform a coding interview without prior screening by our engineering team Thanks for your interest in Paxos!

We call this being Positionless. And Positionless isn’t just our culture. It’s our product. Optimove is the creator of Positionless Marketing, an AI-powered platform that gives every marketer the power to analyze, create, launch, and optimize independently. If you’re looking for a place where you can do more, be more, come grow with us. We are looking for a Program Manager of Applications to lead one of Optimove's core customer-facing product and technology domains. This is not a traditional Product Management or Engineering Management role. You will run the domain as a small business within Optimove, with end-to-end accountability for product direction, technology, people, execution, customer value, and business outcomes. You will lead a multidisciplinary organization of 20+ people across Engineering, Product, and Design/UX, with the authority to shape the team and operating model required to succeed. We are looking for a leader who can move naturally between product strategy, customer needs, technology, execution, and people leadership - and who is comfortable making difficult trade-offs and being accountable for the outcome. What You'll Own • Product direction and roadmap - Own the roadmap and make the final trade-offs about what to build, what to improve, and what not to do. • Customer value and product adoption - Deeply understand how customers use our applications and drive measurable improvements in customer experience, usage, and impact. • Engineering execution - Create an organization capable of moving quickly while maintaining strong standards for quality, reliability, maintainability, and service health. • End-to-end delivery - Own outcomes from problem discovery through product definition, development, release, adoption, and ongoing operation. • People and organization - Lead Engineering, Product, and Design/UX capabilities; build a high-performing organization and continuously improve its structure, talent, and ways of working. • Program economics and resources - Own headcount and relevant cloud/vendor resources, making deliberate trade-offs between investment, speed, quality, and cost. • Organizational autonomy - Reduce unnecessary dependencies and build the technical and organizational capabilities needed for the group to increasingly decide, build, test, and release independently. • Customers and business partnership - Maintain direct exposure to customers and work closely with Customer Success and other commercial teams to understand problems, validate priorities, and measure outcomes. • Performance and outcomes - Define and manage against a clear scorecard spanning innovation, adoption, customer outcomes, reliability, delivery speed, quality, and efficiency. What We're Looking For • Significant leadership experience in a B2B SaaS product and technology organization, with meaningful ownership of a product, platform, or business domain. • Strong product judgment - able to understand customer problems, shape product direction, evaluate opportunities, prioritize ruthlessly, and make sound trade-offs. • Strong technical fluency and engineering judgment - able to engage deeply with engineers and architects, understand technical constraints and trade-offs, and challenge decisions constructively. • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior leaders across Product, Engineering, Design, or adjacent functions. Direct ownership of both Product and Engineering is an advantage, but not a requirement. • Demonstrated accountability for outcomes rather than only roadmap, delivery, or a single functional discipline. • Strong execution capability - able to turn ambiguous problems into decisions, clear ownership, and sustained delivery. • Excellent judgment and decision-making skills, including the ability to make difficult calls with incomplete information. • Strong customer orientation and experience engaging directly with sophisticated enterprise customers. • Ability to balance innovation, customer value, speed, reliability, technical health, and cost rather than optimizing for a single dimension. • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and being held accountable through measurable business and product outcomes. • Excellent communication and leadership skills in English; Hebrew is an advantage. The Profile That Will Thrive Here This role could be a strong fit for a Product leader with deep technical fluency and substantial execution ownership, or for an Engineering leader with strong product judgment, customer orientation, and experience owning product outcomes. What matters most is not which function you came from. We are looking for someone who can sit above the traditional Product/Engineering divide and take accountability for the whole system: customer value, product choices, technology, people, execution, and results. You should be equally comfortable discussing a customer workflow, challenging a roadmap decision, understanding an architectural trade-off, reviewing delivery performance, and making an organizational decision. Optimove is an equal opportunity employer. We consider all qualified applicants fairly, without regard to race, ethnicity, gender, age, religion, disability, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by applicable law. If you require any adjustments during the recruitment process, please let us know. By submitting this application, you agree that Optimove will process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

Description We're looking for a Senior Team Lead to own two things at the core of our product: the data-pipeline infrastructure that ingests and processes web data at scale, and the agentic AI system that generates Extraction Templates - the mappings that turn any webpage into structured data. You'll lead a team of 6 engineers spanning Backend, Full-Stack, and AI - coaching, managing, and hiring across both disciplines while staying hands-on, not just directing from a distance.
