Product Manager (UX & Design)
Variant · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Variant We’re a fast-growing AI Personalization startup working with leading brands in Israel and the US, backed by a16z and top Silicon Valley VCs. Our platform helps brands uncover conversion leaks and deliver personalized, optimized experiences in real time. The Role Join our product team as a Product Manager with a strong Product Design / UX background. UX and UI are a main focus of this role: you’ll take a problem, think through the product and the experience, bring it to life, and own features from idea to production. You’ll also own product design at Variant. You set the bar for how the product looks, feels and works, own the design system, and design the frontend for the features we build. With tools like Claude Code, you’ll build working interfaces, experiment directly in code, and take features from idea to launch yourself. It’s a great fit for a product designer ready to step into product management. What You’ll Do • Take full, end-to-end ownership of your features, moving fast from discovery to launch. • Turn customer feedback, data and roadmap priorities into features users really need. • Own UX and UI across Variant’s product, including the design system, from complex workflows to polished interactions. • Design user flows and interactions, prototype them in code, and build the frontend for your features yourself, from mock to production. • Collaborate with engineering to bring features into production, often starting from frontend implementations you’ve already built. What We’re Looking For • An entrepreneurial self-starter who is detail-oriented and motivated by impact. • 2-4 years of experience in product design, UX, product management or a similar hybrid role. • Strong product design and UX skills: you know what makes an experience intuitive, seamless and effective, and can design it yourself. You care about how products work, not just how they look. • You’re already using AI coding tools like Claude Code as a core part of how you work. • A strong product mindset: you think about problems and outcomes, make decisions quickly, take full ownership, and thrive in a fast-changing environment. • Comfortable working closely with engineers and understanding technical constraints.

SRE / DevOps Lead
April · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About the role As april's SRE / DevOps Lead, you'll own the reliability, scalability, and security of the infrastructure that powers our platform — a system trusted by leading wealth managers, banks, and consumer fintechs to handle some of the most sensitive financial data their users have. You'll work HO (80%) and lead a team of 1 SRE and 1 ITSecOps (20%) and partner closely with product engineering, security, and our compliance partners to make sure what we build runs the way our customers (and the IRS) expect. This is a hands-on lead role. You'll set the technical direction for our cloud platform, deployment pipelines, observability, and on-call practices — and you'll write the code, configs, and runbooks that get us there. You'll also own april's IT function (identity, endpoints, SaaS) at a tighter scope, keeping the company secure and productive as we grow. What you'll do • Lead and grow a team of 1 SRE and 1 ITSecOps, setting direction across SRE, DevOps, and IT • Own the architecture, performance, and reliability of april's GCP-based platform — Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, networking, and scale • Define and uphold our SLOs, infra budgets, on-call priorities, and incident response practice • Build and operate our observability stack so engineers can find and fix problems before customers feel them • Partner with engineering and security on the controls, evidence, and audits that keep us SOC 2, SOC1 and STIG compliant and IRS-authorized • Plan and execute capacity, load testing, and game days for tax season — the highest-stakes window of our year • Own corporate IT: identity (Okta), Google Workspace, endpoint management (Jamf / Kandji), and the SaaS stack used across the company • Set the standard for how we ship: fast, safe, observable, and reversible What you'll bring • 6+ years of SRE / DevOps / Platform Engineering experience, including 1y+ leading or managing engineers • Deep, hands-on experience running production workloads on GCP — Kubernetes (GKE) and Terraform at real scale, not just consumed off-the-shelf • Strong programming or scripting fundamentals (Go, Python, or similar) and a track record of automating processes • Experience operating in a SOC 2 environment and supporting external audits; comfort working alongside compliance and security partners • Experience with regulated workloads (IRS, financial services, healthcare, or similar) — or a clear, demonstrated desire to go deep on what that means • Strong observability instincts: you've built dashboards, alerts, and SLOs in Datadog (or equivalent) that engineers actually rely on • Calm, clear leadership during incidents — and a coaching mindset for your team between them • Clear written and spoken English; comfortable collaborating with our NYC team across time zones Bonus points • IRS e-file ecosystem, FTI handling, or fintech-grade data residency experience. • Experience preparing infrastructure for a certification milestone (SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, PCI, SOC1, STIG). • FinOps / cloud cost management experience. • Database operations at scale (Postgres, Spanner, or similar). • Experience standing up or scaling an IT function at a high-growth startup. • 3+ years of experience as a software engineer - Advantage! How we work • Mission first. Every decision ties back to building a smarter, simpler tax experience. • Team over ego. We value contribution over credit and bring others along. • Win with determination. We pursue outcomes others assume are impossible — and we iterate until we get there. About april april is the only embedded, year-round tax platform built to power smarter financial decisions. From filing to planning to onboarding, april’s white-labeled tools bring real-time tax intelligence into the platforms people already use, helping users understand the impact of every paycheck, equity transaction, or income shift, and stay on top of tax payments throughout the year. Sr. Product Manager – Data Security
Proofpoint · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Us: Proofpoint is a global leader in human- and agent-centric cybersecurity. We protect how people, data, and AI agents connect across email, cloud, and collaboration tools. Over 80 of the Fortune 100, 10,000 large enterprises, and millions of smaller organizations trust Proofpoint to stop threats, prevent data loss, and build resilience across their people and AI workflows. Our mission is simple: safeguard the digital world and empower people to work securely and confidently. Join us in our pursuit to defend data and protect people. How We Work: At Proofpoint you’ll be part of a global team that breaks barriers to redefine cybersecurity guided by our BRAVE core values: Bold in how we dream and innovate Responsive to feedback, challenges and opportunities Accountable for results and best in class outcomes Visionary in future focused problem-solving Exceptional in execution and impact The Role Proofpoint's Data Security Posture Management (DSPM) product helps customers find sensitive data across the cloud, SaaS, and on-premises environments they run, then shows where the real risk sits and helps them act on it. It is one of the faster-moving products in Proofpoint's data security portfolio, and it is growing quickly. We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to own a core part of DSPM and drive it to market. This is a role with real ownership. You decide what gets built in your area, work shoulder to shoulder with engineering to ship it, and are measured on the impact it has with customers. It suits someone who wants to shape a fast-growing product, not maintain a settled one. This is a hands-on, senior individual-contributor product role. It reports into Data Security product management and partners closely with the engineering teams that build DSPM. It is built for someone who has been a product manager in cybersecurity, or a sales engineer or solutions architect with the technical depth to move into core product management. Responsibilities You will drive outcomes through ownership of your area and close work across teams, not by managing people. • Own a core area of DSPM end to end. Own its roadmap, help set its strategy, and carry it from idea through delivery and launch. • You own the outcome you drive: the adoption and the impact, not just the features you ship. • Take it to market with engineering. • Turn the roadmap into shipped releases at a predictable cadence and make the hard calls a data-scanning product forces, from coverage against accuracy to speed against cost. • Own the customer and market signal for your area. Stay close to customers and the field, track where your part of the market is moving, and turn what you learn into a prioritized plan you can defend with evidence. • Go after the messy, high-effort problems in your area and get them right, not just the quick wins. Grow your scope across DSPM. • The product runs from how sensitive data is discovered and scanned, to the risk that surfaces as findings, to what customers do about it. Start with one area, do it well, and take on more as you grow. What You Bring to the Team • Experience as a product manager in cybersecurity, or as a sales engineer / solutions architect ready to move into core product management, with the technical depth to back it. • A track record of owning a product area and driving it from roadmap to adopted product, and standing behind your priority calls with engineering and stakeholders • Evidence of relevant technical depth. • Ability to reason about how data gets discovered, scanned, and assessed for risk, and hold your own with the engineers who build that pipeline. • AI fluency - You already use AI tooling to do your own work faster, and you look for ways to build that same speed into how your product area and your team operate. • Clear writing and speaking. You can put a tight product brief and a defensible prioritization case on the page and in the room. Preferred Experience • Background in data security, DSPM, DLP, or an adjacent cloud and SaaS security area. • Experience owning a technically deep product: a detection or scanning engine, a data-processing pipeline, or a similar backend area where correctness and scale both matter. • Familiarity with the environments DSPM works across, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Snow flake, and Salesforce. • Comfort working as a senior individual contributor, driving outcomes through influence rather than a reporting line. Why Proofpoint? At Proofpoint, we believe that an exceptional career experience includes a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. Here are just a few reasons you’ll love working with us: • Competitive compensation • Comprehensive benefits • Career success on your terms • Flexible work environment • Annual wellness and community outreach days • Always on recognition for your contributions • Global collaboration and networking opportunities Our Culture: Our culture is rooted in values that inspire belonging, empower purpose and drive success-every day, for everyone. We encourage applications from individuals of all backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives. If you need accommodation during the application or interview process, please reach out to [email protected]. How to Apply Interested? Submit your application along with any supporting information- we can’t wait to hear from you!
