Jobs in Tel Aviv-Yafo
About Stigg Every AI company is accidentally building a bank. Every prompt, agent run and API call spends real money, and something has to decide, in real time, who is allowed to do what and how much it costs. Stigg is the usage runtime for AI products. We sit in the request path and give engineering teams real-time entitlement enforcement, AI credits, usage metering and spend governance, so they can launch any pricing model without building a ledger into their codebase. AI Credits, Under Control. Teams at Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik and AI21 Labs run on Stigg. In June 2026 we launched Stigg 2.0 at the AI Engineer World's Fair, and AI startups started showing up on their own. The role Since Stigg 2.0, self-serve signups from AI startups have roughly doubled, with no dedicated team behind them. Winning net-new AI logos is now the most important number in the company. We are hiring our first Head of Growth to turn that pull into a compounding engine. You will build and run Stigg's first product-led channel as a self-sufficient squad, with your own engineer, your own inside sales and your own budget. You own the number from first visit to activation, paid conversion and expansion. Here is the twist: more and more, the "user" evaluating Stigg is not a person. It is a coding agent reading our docs, calling our MCP server and wiring up entitlements on a developer's behalf. Next, it will be agents paying for usage on their own. You will make Stigg the default answer when an agent needs credits, metering or entitlements, and the easiest infrastructure in the world for an agent to find, integrate and pay for. What you'll own • The self-serve number, end to end. Signups, activation, free-to-paid conversion and AI logo acquisition, reviewed weekly. You decide which levers to pull and which channels to kill. • Time to value. Get a developer, or their agent, from signup to a first live entitlement check in minutes. Onboarding, quickstarts, templates, docs, the pricing page and the in-product upgrade path are yours to change. • Agents as users and as customers. Make Stigg discoverable and usable by agents: AI search (AEO / GEO), the MCP Registry and agent marketplaces, agent-readable docs and llms.txt, CLI and API-first signup, and agent-native payments (x402, Stripe's Machine Payments Protocol and whatever comes next). Measure how much of our growth comes from agents, then grow it. • Expansion revenue. Define product-qualified leads, run an inside sales motion that grows self-serve logos into bigger contracts, and hand enterprise-scale accounts to our sales team cleanly. • Your squad. Hire and lead a growth engineer and an inside sales rep, direct agencies (SEO / AEO, paid, content), and partner closely with product, engineering and marketing. You have a dedicated budget. Spend it like it is yours. Who you are • An operator, not an advisor. You have owned a self-serve number at a developer, API or AI infrastructure company, and you can tell us what it was when you started and when you left. • Technical enough to be dangerous. You read API docs, write SQL and ship your own experiments with AI tools. You pair with engineers instead of filing tickets for them. • Fast, with taste. You run lots of experiments, kill the losers without sentiment, and still know the difference between a growth hack and a product developers love. • Already building for agents. You have opinions on how coding agents discover, choose and integrate tools, because you have tested it yourself. • A player-coach. High agency, low ego, comfortable working directly with founders, with no committee between you and the decision. Requirements • 6+ years in growth, product or marketing, including 2+ years leading self-serve or product-led growth for a developer-facing product • Measurable wins in activation and free-to-paid conversion, with numbers you can walk us through • Experience building a PLG-to-sales motion: PQLs, inside sales and expansion • Experience hiring and managing a small team and agencies against a budget Bonus points • You have grown a usage-based, credits or payments infrastructure product • You have shipped an MCP server, a CLI signup flow or agent-facing docs, or experimented with x402, MPP or ACP • You have a public voice in the developer or AI community Why you'll love working at Stigg Joining now means building the first growth engine for a category-defining product, at the exact moment every AI company is figuring out how to meter, price and control usage. You will own a real budget, a real squad and a real number, with a direct line to the founders. If you are excited about turning organic pull into a compounding machine, and about what growth looks like when the customer might be an agent, we would love to meet you. Perks, office and location Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, dog-friendly office and great team vibes.
Stigg The Usage Runtime for AI Products But what is it exactly? Built by former New Relic engineers, Stigg provides the infrastructure AI companies need to meter, monetize, and govern product usage at scale. Our real-time usage runtime enables companies to manage entitlements, usage metering, credits, budgets, and access controls - all without building complex infrastructure from scratch. So what? Unipaas is a Payment as a Service platform helping SaaS companies and enterprise merchants embed payments, improve customer experience, and create new revenue streams. The Role We are looking for an experienced, highly technical Product Manager to lead a product squad and own key areas of our embedded payments platform. You will own the product from customer problem and discovery through prioritization, delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration. What You'll Do Lead a product squad - own priorities, outcomes, backlog and execution together with Engineering and Design. Own products end-to-end, from discovery and PRD through launch and optimization. Work directly with customers, Sales and Customer Success to identify real problems and opportunities. Define APIs, payment flows, integrations and complex financial workflows together with Engineering. Own product KPIs and use data to drive prioritization and decisions. Build and test flows and prototypes before development. Drive excellent UX across onboarding, payments, payouts, reporting and operational workflows. Research competitors, payment trends and new technologies. Use AI tools daily to significantly increase product velocity and quality. Hands-On AI Product Management We expect Product Managers in 2026 to be hands-on AI users. You should be comfortable using: ChatGPT / Claude - research, product discovery, analysis, PRDs and problem solving. Cursor / Claude Code - understanding code, APIs, debugging integrations and building lightweight prototypes. Figma / Figma Make - UX exploration and working prototypes. Mixpanel / FullStory + SQL - product analytics and user behavior. Jira - planning, documentation and squad execution. You don't need to be a software engineer, but you should be able to use AI to prototype ideas, interrogate data, understand technical implementations and reduce dependency on others for basic product work. What You'll Bring 4+ years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS / Fintech. Proven experience leading a product squad and shipping complex products. Strong payments experience - acquiring, tokenization, payouts, settlements, reconciliation, refunds and chargebacks. Experience with APIs, integrations and platform / white-label products. Strong analytical skills and experience owning product KPIs. Excellent UX instincts for complex B2B workflows. Technical understanding and ability to work deeply with Engineering. Hands-on, daily use of modern AI tools as part of the product development process. Strong ownership, judgment and ability to move quickly with limited supervision. Nice to Have Experience with online payments, platforms or marketplaces. Accounting, ledger or reconciliation experience. Experience building AI-powered product features.
Unipaas is the AI-native payments platform built for vertical software. We help platforms and marketplaces turn payments from a back-office utility into a growth lever. Our unified, fully managed service lets them deliver branded payment experiences without redirects, multiple providers, or long integration timelines. Founded in 2020 by payments-industry veterans, we serve customers across the UK, Europe, and the US in education, healthcare, and field services. Our R&D is in Tel Aviv; commercial is in London. Engineering at Unipaas We move real money for merchants whose businesses depend on us, and in payments the cost of getting it wrong is real: clean architecture, deep systems thinking, attention to detail, and code that holds up in production. Our engineers are generalists who own the full lifecycle with high agency and end-to-end ownership. Agents are standard equipment here, not experiments: Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and what comes next. The rest is public: our engineering principles, and how we hire. About the Role We're hiring a Software Engineering Team Lead, reporting to the VP of R&D. This is a hands-on leadership role: you lead a team building the systems that authorize, settle, and reconcile every transaction we process, and you keep writing and reviewing code while you do it. It fits how we think about advancement here. Engineers grow by taking on harder problems and more ownership, not by how many people report to them, and your job is to create that for the engineers on your team. What You'll Do Stay hands-on: write and review code and own the architecture on our distributed, event-driven platform, in a multi-vendor, multi-method, regulated payments context. Own your team's delivery, what it builds, how it builds, and whether it holds up in production, and take your turn in the on-call rotation. Develop your engineers and help them advance: hand off real ownership, run 1:1s, give clear feedback, and recruit as the team grows. Set your team's technical direction and make the calls that span its systems. Raise the bar for how the team works with agents (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, and what comes next), and contribute to the agent-driven flows that run in front of customers, not just behind the team. What We're Looking For 7+ years in engineering, including 2-3 years leading engineers as a team lead, tech lead, or manager; the rest spent building production systems hands-on. You still own hard technical work yourself; the hands-on ability does not lapse when you lead. A track record of developing engineers and helping them advance: hiring, mentoring, giving clear feedback, and growing people's scope and autonomy. Deep proficiency in at least one modern language; comfort with TypeScript / Node.js (our stack) or the ability to ramp into it fast. We care more about how you think than which language you've shipped most. Solid grounding in distributed systems at production scale on a major cloud provider (we run on AWS): event-driven architectures, container orchestration, infrastructure as code, and the operational craft of running services in production (observability, debugging, incident response). Fluency with agentic engineering tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or equivalents) in your day-to-day work, and a considered view of how a team should use them. Not something you've tried, something you ship with. Nice to Have Experience shipping AI or agentic features into production product surfaces. Background in fintech, payments, or marketplace platforms. Experience taking a team through real adoption of agents, beyond a pilot. Why Join Competitive compensation and serious professional development. Real ownership in an early-stage company where what you ship hits production fast and matters to customers, and the room to grow a team while you keep building yourself.

You'll own product development end-to-end, on the systems that authorize, settle, and reconcile every transaction we process. Own features from ambiguous problem through production and ongoing monitoring.
