Senior Solutions Engineer

About the Role

Milestone is a fast-growing AI engineering intelligence company, helping enterprises measure AI spend, agents and engineering ROI across their organizations. We're a 20-person team building at the intersection of data, AI, and product analytics, and we're looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer to play a key role in our customer-facing technical efforts. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role suited for someone who enjoys working closely with customers while diving deep into technical problem-solving in a startup environment. What You'll Do Lead technical demos and product deep-dives during sales cycles and for paying customers post-sale Act as the technical bridge between customers and R&D, performing initial investigations of customer-reported issues Provide occasional Tier 3 support for complex or escalated cases Own and implement customer-facing analytics tools, including configuring Apache Superset connected directly to our datalake Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to translate customer needs into scalable solutions Help shape technical processes and best practices in a small, fast-moving team What We're Looking For Required 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role (Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Consultant, etc.) Strong technical troubleshooting skills and comfort working across data, APIs, and integrations Experience implementing or configuring BI / analytics tools (e.g., Superset, Looker, Tableau) Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to thrive in a startup environment with broad responsibilities Why mstone.ai Be part of a category-defining AI native company at an early stage Work in a small, high-impact team where ownership and autonomy are core Influence customer experience, product direction, and technical execution
