Senior Low Level Engineer - Infrastructure
Neo Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Senior Low Level Engineer - Infrastructure About the Role Build the agent that Neo's whole product depends on: a privileged, cross-platform systems program written in Rust. Everything Neo shows a security team starts on the endpoint. The sensor is the organization's presence on each machine - responsible for collection, posture and visibility, and local enforcement of the organization's security policies. Doing that well means running deep in the operating system on Windows, macOS and Linux: always on, trusted with elevated access, and never in the way. This role owns the hard parts of it. What you'll work on • The low-level, OS-level infrastructure the sensor is built on: the layer that handles low-level and OS-level operations directly and turns raw platform capabilities into reliable building blocks for everything above it - installation and deployment, endpoint security frameworks, network visibility, driver-adjacent work and more. • Infrastructure that is the backbone of the product — code where stability, correctness, and quality aren't aspirations but the actual job, because every feature Neo ships stands on it. • The sensor's core capabilities on top of that foundation: collection, posture and visibility, and local enforcement of the organization's security policies. • Reliability engineering for software that can't fail quietly: crash handling, recovery, and keeping the agent healthy and hard to tamper with on machines no one is watching. • The full lifecycle of a production system agent: how it ships, installs, updates, and runs unattended across a customer fleet. Tech you'll work with The work is low-level systems development in Rust, close to the operating system across Windows, macOS, and Linux - memory, processes, files, networking and the OS internals that expose them. Alongside that, you'll lean hard on agentic coding tools; deep fluency with at least one is central to how we work, not a bonus. Expect to range across the stack - OS internals, AI tooling internals, CI, and a fair amount of reverse engineering - and to learn the parts you don't know yet. What we're looking for • 5+ years of systems programming in Rust, C, or C++, working close to the OS. • Hands-on experience with the internals of at least one of Windows, macOS or Linux (services or daemons, process and file APIs, security frameworks and low level development). • Experience shipping and operating production-grade software for a large customer base - you understand what enterprise-grade means in practice: reliability across thousands of diverse environments, upgrades that can't break anyone, and problems you only ever see through telemetry • Strong ownership and independence - you drive your work end to end, stay independent without going dark, and keep the customer's experience in view even when you're ten layers deep in the OS. • A team player with strong communication skills - you explain deep technical work clearly, surface problems and discuss them, resolve technical disagreements with arguments rather than ego, and make the people around you better. Nice to have • A security background - endpoint protection, EDR/MDM, or any product whose job is defending machines rather than just running on them. • Networking - protocols, secure transport, and how software behaves on real-world networks; hands-on experience with traffic inspection, interception, or network visibility tooling is a real plus. • Deeper AI knowledge - beyond daily tool use: how models and agents work under the hood, or experience building agentic workflows and evaluating their output. • Applied cryptography - you've worked with encryption, signing, or trust chains in real systems, not just used a library blindly. • Backend / Full stack knowledge and understanding.

Senior Marketing Operations Manager
Workiz · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Workiz is the AI growth engine for home service businesses, an operating system that runs the day and drives the growth. AI answers every call and books the job. Dispatch fills the board and puts the right tech in front of the customer. Estimates, invoices, and payments handle themselves. And because marketing is built into the same system, the job history a business already owns brings back old customers, fills slow weeks, and recovers estimates that went cold. Operations and demand generation in one platform. Trusted by over 120,000 pros across North America in HVAC, plumbing, garage door, and other trades. We're proud to be ranked #5 on Dun's 100 list of 2025 of Israel's best companies to work for. Who are you? You’re a hands-on operator who treats the marketing engine as a system to be perfected, not a set of tasks to be checked off. Our stack is already up and running. Your job is to take it from good to great: sharpen what’s working, fix what’s leaking, and level it up as we scale. You live in HubSpot, get a quiet thrill from a workflow that just works, and see a leaky funnel or broken attribution model as a puzzle waiting to be solved. You’re senior enough to own the marketing and partnerships tech stack end-to-end, but you’re an individual contributor at heart. You’d rather get into the system and improve it yourself than hand it off. You think in terms of full-funnel impact: how a paid click becomes a lead, how a lead becomes a deal, and how a partner-sourced opportunity is routed, tracked, and credited correctly through revenue. You embrace AI as a core part of how you work, actively experimenting with new ways to improve automations, connect tools, and increase your own output. You move fast, support your decisions with data, and bring structure and clarity to everything you touch. What will you be doing all day? This is a hands-on ownership role. You’ll take systems that already exist and make them faster, cleaner, and more scalable. • Own and optimize HubSpot Marketing Operations, including workflows, integrations, properties, lifecycle stages, lead scoring, campaign architecture, data hygiene, and reporting across the journey from first touch through conversion. • Elevate marketing operations by ensuring campaigns, lead routing, attribution, and reporting are accurate, efficient, and scalable. • Sharpen tracking and attribution by improving how we measure the funnel end-to-end, strengthening the connection between paid channels and HubSpot, and evolving our multi-touch attribution model into a trusted source of truth. • Improve automation and middleware by maintaining and upgrading the connections between HubSpot, our databases, and advertising platforms. • Oversee data quality, including incoming data requests, audience segmentation, performance analysis, and regular database hygiene audits. • Own partnership operations by improving how we track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, automating lead handoffs and routing, and providing the partnerships team with reliable data. • Drive attribution and analytics across acquisition, conversion, expansion, and churn. Identify where the funnel is breaking, where budget is performing, and where improvements will have the greatest impact. • Bring AI into the marketing engine by identifying manual, repetitive, and error-prone processes and automating them with AI and no-code or low-code tools. • Partner cross-functionally with teams across the company to improve operational efficiency and accelerate growth throughout the customer lifecycle. Requirements Ideally, we're looking for • 5+ years in marketing operations, RevOps, or GTM operations, in B2B SaaS, with a track record of owning and improving a marketing tech stack. • Deep HubSpot expertise: expert across workflows, integrations, lifecycle management, campaign management, reporting, and Hubspot Marketing Hub. This is the core of the role. • Strong mastery of HubSpot Campaigns: structuring, executing, and reporting on them. • A builder's mindset for automation: you translate business needs into working systems and love optimizing a process until it just runs. You pick up new tools fast. • Solid grasp of paid channels: Facebook Ads and Google Ads, and how they connect to HubSpot for tracking and attribution. • GTM understanding: how marketing, sales, and partnerships fit together as one revenue motion. • Experience operating in a fast-moving, SMB SaaS or scale-up environment. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; comfortable working with data to drive decisions. • Fluent English: reading, writing, and speaking. These would also be nice • Experience with automation platforms such as Make and n8n, along with APIs, webhooks, and JSON. • Experience with BI and attribution tools such as Tableau, as well as mobile attribution platforms such as AppsFlyer. • SEO and AEO, or Answer Engine Optimization, experience within HubSpot. • A background in Revenue Operations or HubSpot consulting. • Experience with AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or similar platforms. Senior User Acquisition Manager

About the role: We’re looking for a Senior Acquisition Manager to take full ownership of paid acquisition performance across every major channel. This is not a "run the campaigns and report the numbers" role — we want someone who thinks like a founder about their budget, questions the standard playbook, and finds growth where others aren’t looking. You’ll own the targets, the spend, the channel mix, and the story behind the numbers. So, what will you be doing all day? • Full ownership of paid acquisition strategy and performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and emerging channels — including AI-driven ad surfaces — managing a significant monthly budget end to end. • Setting and owning, CAC, and ROAS targets in partnership with sales, and being the single point of accountability for acquisition performance. • Building, testing, and scaling full-funnel campaigns, from top-of-funnel awareness through bottom-of-funnel conversion. • Reporting and attribution — building dashboards in Tableau and analytics tools that turn raw data into decisions, and keeping HubSpot data clean from click to closed revenue. • Owning tracking infrastructure (Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion APIs) so measurement stays accurate as privacy and platform changes keep shifting the ground. • Constantly testing new channels, formats, and creative angles — bringing ideas that go beyond the standard growth playbook. • Partnering with creative, product marketing, and sales to keep acquisition strategy aligned with broader company growth goals. Requirements Ideally, we’re looking for • 5+ years of hands-on experience in acquisition marketing, managing large monthly budgets in a B2B or high-growth environment. • Proven, hands-on expertise across Meta, Google, TikTok, and newer advertising channels — you’ve actually built and optimized campaigns, not just briefed an agency. • Strong, comfortable-in-the-data analytical skills — you build the dashboard, you don’t just read the one someone hands you. • A genuine owner mentality: you treat the budget like it’s your own money, you don’t wait to be told what to test next, and you’re accountable for the number, not just the activity. • An outside-the-box thinker who challenges the standard playbook and isn’t afraid to bet on an unconventional channel or format. • A can-do, roll-up-your-sleeves attitude that thrives in a fast-paced B2B environment where priorities shift. • Sharp communication skills — able to turn performance data into a clear, honest story for leadership. Why Join Workiz? Hiring process with us At Workiz, we aim to complete our hiring processes at lightning speed, keeping the time between when we receive your CV until you (hopefully) sign with us super short, communicative and transparent. Why You'll Love Being a Workizer • We're located in the heart of Tel Aviv, just a short walk from Rothschild Boulevard. • Our workweek is flexible and hybrid • You'll actually love the product you work with and the people too :) • Excellent benefits • Team players.
