Algorithm team lead
Fetcherr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Fetcherr builds responsible AI that transforms market complexity into measurable profit growth. At the core of the company is the Market Model - a proprietary AI-powered model delivering accurate, granular demand predictions with 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence for commercial teams. Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data - not personal data - with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Team Lead - Optimization to lead our data science and data engineering efforts and oversee a team of skilled data engineers. This role combines hands-on technical leadership and team management, with responsibilities that include building and scaling data infrastructure to power real-time pricing, large-scale data pipelines, and machine learning products. The Price Optimization (PO) team is where insights become decisions. We work with large-scale customer data and market predictions — like demand forecasts — to drive revenue management decisions that actually move the needle. At our core, we build and maintain the decision-making engine. That means designing the data pipelines that bring customer data in, and running it through an optimization engine that simulates the market — weighing competition, pricing constraints, inventory availability, predictive models, and each client's unique business policies — to generate the best possible price recommendations. As the final step before recommendations reach the client, quality, reliability, and attention to detail aren't just nice to have. They're everything. You will lead the team through architecture decisions, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems—while growing and mentoring a high-performing team. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of data scientists and data engineers responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and infrastructure. • Design, build, and maintain distributed data processing workflows (batch & streaming). • Drive best practices for data quality, validation, testing, and observability. • Own and evolve Fetcherr’s data architecture in alignment with business and product goals. • Manage sprint planning, task breakdown, code reviews, and performance feedback for your team. • Contribute hands-on to key development tasks and architecture decisions. • Recruit, mentor, and grow the data science engineering team. Requirements • Proven experience as a Data Scientist. • Proven experience designing and maintaining large-scale data platforms (hundreds of TBs) • 3+ years of proven experience leading and managing a team of data engineers (people management is required) • 4+ years of experience in data science, including a strong Python programming background, advanced SQL skills, and data modeling experience • Expertise with data orchestration tools (Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster) • Cloud platform experience — GCP preferred (AWS/Azure acceptable) • Familiarity with Docker • Strong communication, mentorship, and collaboration skills • BSc/MSc in Mathematics/ physics/ statistics/ Computer Science. • Fluent English (spoken and written) Nice to have: • Experience with Google Cloud Platform tools (BigQuery, Dataflow, Pub/Sub) • Background working with ML pipelines or data science teams • Understanding of data contracts, lineage, and versioning tools • Knowledge of data structures and algorithms • Experience optimizing pipelines and databases for performance and cost • CI/CD pipelines (GitHub/GitLab) • Hands-on experience with distributed data frameworks (Apache Beam, Spark, or similar) • Exposure to airline, pricing, or GDS systems

Director of Data Science

The Large Market Model group (LMM) is looking for a Director of Data Science to lead its production engineering, overseeing MLOps, ML engineering and Data engineering. The Director owns the end to end ML lifecycle of the market model, from the data pipelines that feed it, through model training and serving, and on to the monitoring that keeps it healthy once it is live in customer systems. Crucially, the Director is responsible for setting the roadmap across these functions, alongside LMM management and senior executives, and for turning it into work each function can execute. We are looking for a manager who has led high paced, AI first groups, and who has carried deliveries for systems running live in front of customers. RESPONSIBILITIES • Decide priorities across the functions with their leads, and review the technical trade-offs yourself. • Manage the leads who run these functions and hold each of them to what their team has committed to. • Stay close to production. Own delivery dates, reliability, and what happens when something breaks. • Own the infrastructure for model training, serving, and large scale data processing, including its cost. • Decide which numbers (KPIs) the group is measured on, then track them and report them. • Report the group's progress and risks to senior management, to product, and to the commercial teams. • Work with the applied research team to move their results into production. • Hire and keep senior engineers, and decide how the group is staffed. • Set the engineering standards the group works to: CI/CD, automated testing, observability, and model monitoring. Requirements You'll be a great fit if you have: • 8+ years in engineering, with 5+ years leading teams and managers. • Worked in a multi group environment, leading projects that involve inter group dependencies • Production experience with time series forecasting, reinforcement learning, or large scale optimization. • Experience setting the direction for a machine learning or data engineering group • Enough depth in production ML systems to review architecture decisions with your senior engineers. • Experience holding managers to delivery dates and to the numbers their teams are measured on. • Hands-on familiarity with Python, PyTorch, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and orchestration frameworks such as Dask and Dagster. • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a relevant field. • The ability to explain a technical decision to a commercial audience, and a commercial constraint to your engineers. NICE TO HAVE • An MSc or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Engineering, or a relevant field. • Experience taking a machine learning platform from an early prototype to something a business runs on. • Experience in airlines, travel, revenue management, or dynamic pricing. • Familiarity with real time inference and high volume data processing. If you want to run the engineering group behind models that set real prices in real markets, we'd like to hear from you.

Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data, not personal data, with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The Large Market Modeling (LMM) team is the engine underneath Fetcherr's pricing intelligence. We're the ones who actually build and train the models — taking a chaotic world of market signals, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics and turning them into reliable, production-ready demand models. Other teams at Fetcherr work with the models; we're the ones who bring them to life. Think of us as the team that teaches Fetcherr's AI how people buy — so it can always recommend the right price at the right moment. We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead the MLOps efforts - drive the development of an internal machine learning platform for a group of ML teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide a small team of MLOps engineers that builds the automation and infrastructure powering our research (R&D) workflows and runs our pipelines to production. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives and drive the team toward critical infrastructure and model-lifecycle milestones, while staying close enough to the code to set technical direction and raise the bar by example. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the models and data pipelines behind our data science workflows, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of the data used for training and inference, working across structured and unstructured data from many sources on a large-scale, distributed platform. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of MLOps engineers, owning delivery and technical quality. • Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across the LMM group, from design through production. • Stay hands-on: contribute to design and code, review work, and set engineering standards. • Drive the team through critical milestones in ML model-lifecycle and infrastructure ownership. • Partner with R&D and other stakeholders to translate research needs into robust, scalable systems. • Help evolve the platform, including our ongoing migration from Dask to Ray. Requirements • BSc or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Python. • At least 3 years of hands-on commercial MLOps experience in production (not side projects). • Experience managing or leading a team of engineers, with ownership of both people and delivery. • Hands-on experience owning the ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining). • Experience with pipeline orchestrators such as Dagster or Airflow. • Experience with a major cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Experience with distributed computing systems. • Experience with Docker. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Commercial experience writing and maintaining scalable ML systems. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to have: • Experience with Dagster (Advantage). • Experience with Dask or Ray (Advantage). • Experience with Spark, including implementing distributed algorithms in Python (Advantage). • Experience with traditional predictive, forecasting, or pricing-optimization ML systems (Advantage). • Experience in aviation, demand forecasting, or price optimization (Advantage). • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms (Advantage).

Fetcherr is scaling rapidly, and we are transforming our internal infrastructure into a high-velocity, self-service product. This is a senior opportunity to architect the future of our platform, setting the technical standard for how we deliver services while ensuring reliability and developer independence across diverse global markets. Responsabilities: • Self-service enablement: Build secure, automated pathways that accelerate development while keeping organizational standards intact. • Architectural modularization: Design Kubernetes-native abstractions — controllers and operators — and decouple infrastructure into independent service lifecycles that support rapid iteration. • Everything as code: Treat infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same SDLC as application software — versioned, reviewed, tested, and CI-gated. • Proactive reliability: Own production through robust observability, clear SLOs, and high operational hygiene; define alerting that fires correctly and lead blameless postmortems that fix the system. Requirements • Strong GCP experience at production scale (GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL/BigQuery). No compromise here. • Kubernetes-native mindset: declarative-first, comfortable with controllers and operators, and a platform-engineering instinct for self-service and separation of concerns. • Everything-as-code discipline: any code ships through a defined SDLC (versioned, reviewed, tested, CI-gated). Terraform (KCC a plus), Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD or similar) in your toolkit. • Software engineering background, or proven strong development ability in Go and/or Python — you write production code, not just glue scripts. • Security awareness baked into how you build: least-privilege IAM, secret hygiene, policy and supply-chain gates, not bolted on after. • Production-first mindset: you design for reliability, observability, and recoverability, and you own what you ship. Nice to have: • Policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, Kyverno) and supply-chain/CI security tooling. • SLO/error-budget practice and DORA-based delivery measurement. • Multicloud experience (AWS / Azure) — GCP is home, but breadth helps. • Big Data or MLOps exposure (Airflow, Dagster, Ray, Kubeflow). • A point of view on AI-assisted and spec-driven development.

We work with advanced architectures across multimodal signals - text, video, and behavioral data - and, naturally, with GenAI and a growing fleet of agents. We're looking for a Senior Data Scientist who loves what they do: a strong foundation in machine learning, statistics, and software engineering, a passion for modern AI-accelerated development, and the drive to own research, design, and end-to-end delivery of ML systems that ship to millions. What you'll be doing • Research, train, and deploy state-of-the-art recommender systems using deep learning and GenAI • Own projects end-to-end — from business idea through modeling, experimentation, and production deployment — including the parts that involve aligning other people around them • Build online, scalable models and serving solutions that leverage massive datasets and reach hundreds of millions of users • Apply multimodal and sequence-modeling techniques to real product problems where model improvements translate directly to business impact • Lead cross-team initiatives, improve the tooling the team works with every day, and mentor others as you go • Collaborate with ML experts, big data engineers, product managers, and developers across the organization to solve complex problems What we're looking for • 5+ years of hands-on experience as a data scientist or applied ML researcher/engineer • A builder's mindset: you've taken ML projects from idea to production, across domains and problem types, and you care about what ships • Strong Python and PyTorch skills, with solid grounding in deep learning theory • Strong analytical skills and product sense — you can frame a business problem and choose the right ML solution for it, not just the fanciest one • A track record of being the person others come to: you've guided less experienced teammates and driven projects that spanned more than one person You might also have • Experience with applied recommender systems, ranking, or ads/marketplace ML • Experience with large-scale training and serving (distributed training, low-latency inference) • Experience with GenAI/LLM applications, embeddings, or multimodal models • Familiarity with JAX or other ML frameworks beyond PyTorch Life at Unity Unity [NYSE: U] is the world's leading platform of tools for creators to build and grow real-time games, apps, and experiences across multiple platforms. Creators, ranging from game developers to artists, architects, automotive designers, infrastructure experts, filmmakers, and more, use Unity to bring their imaginations to life across multiple platforms, from mobile, PC, and console, to spatial computing. www.unity.com. The SMB Customer's Growth team drives revenue growth across thousands of self-serve advertisers and publishers using Unity Ads, Offerwall (Tapjoy) and Unity LevelPlay. We don't manage clients one at a time. We grow them at scale, through data-led outbound campaigns, automation and AI. As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you'll own growth initiatives end to end. What we're looking for • 2–4 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad-tech, growth, or customer success/account management, ideally with UA or monetization exposure. • Strong analytical skills. Performance Manager
Unity · Tel Aviv-Yafo

The opportunity Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers build thriving ecosystems through Unity Ads, our performance advertising platform for mobile game growth. As a Performance Manager on the EMEA Managed Accounts team, you will own the performance of a portfolio of strategic advertiser accounts, using data and automated tooling to find and act on opportunities before they’re asked for. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Client Partners and Product to turn insight into revenue. Our vision for this role The best moment to talk to a client about performance is before they've noticed anything is wrong. That's the bar for this role. Proactiveness is the default here: you're catching the trend, the anomaly, or the untapped opportunity early enough that the conversation starts with a recommendation rather than an explanation. Getting there is as much an engineering problem as an analytical one. Our reach is growing fast, so monitoring has to be automated, analysis has to be repeatable, and the work you do on one account needs to be reusable across many. In practice you'll be working in SQL, Looker, and increasingly in agentic and AI-assisted workflows, building the layer that surfaces what matters rather than just operating inside it. What you’ll be doing • Own the performance of a portfolio of strategic gaming advertisers, working closely with Client Partners to turn data into optimization recommendations they can actually take to the client. • Build growth strategies for your accounts. Where the scale is, what's holding it back, and the order of changes that unlock it. You'll pitch these alongside your Client Partner. • Diagnose performance drops quickly and get to remediation steps that move the account. • Turn recurring analysis into something repeatable: dashboards, alerts, scripted reports, so the same question isn't answered by hand every month. • Take on performance projects that go beyond a single account. A best practice rolled out across a segment, a diagnostic applied to a whole cohort, a process the rest of the team ends up using. • Work with Product on pilots of new optimization features, and bring what you're seeing in the field back into the roadmap. What we’re looking for • At least 2 years in performance marketing, user acquisition, ad tech or programmatic. Mobile gaming exposure is a plus. • Strong analytical instincts and real comfort working in data tools, whether that's Looker, Imply or something else you've used day-to-day. • Hands-on experience automating recurring work: scripted analysis, scheduled reporting, alerting. Ideally you can point to something you built that stopped a manual task from repeating. • Comfortable working across teams, with Product, Client Partners and Engineering. • Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to make a complex data story land with a client as well as an internal audience. • Experience building AI processes and agentic workflows, not just prompting a chatbot. Something you've set up that runs a piece of analysis end to end, and a view on where that works and where it still needs a person. You might also have • Experience in a client-facing role, presenting analysis or recommendations directly to advertisers. • SQL or Python for anything beyond ad hoc queries. • Experience with ROAS-target bidding, plus a working understanding of cohort maturity and mobile monetization (IAP, ad revenue, hybrid). • Familiarity with attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust. Description About Cyera Come join the company building the security operating model for the age of AI. AI has changed how data is used — and security must change with it. Cyera's mission is to empower businesses to accelerate AI Adoption by defining a holistic approach to securing AI - from data to access to model. Instead of perimeter controls and static policies, Cyera provides a unified control plane that understands relationships between data, access, and behaviors across humans, systems, and AI. Backed by the world's leading investors and working with a large and growing list of Fortune 1000 companies, we are looking for world-class talent to join us as we usher in the new era of data and AI security. About the Role Join our team as a Senior Application Security Engineer. You will be a senior technical leader in the application security program, working with R&D teams to build security into how we design, build, and ship our products. You will report to the Head of Application Security and act as the technical lead for some of the program’s most important workstreams. You will help build a modern product security program that uses automation, pipeline integration, and AI-assisted workflows rather than manual review alone. You will turn standards into guardrails engineers can use, find and fix real risk in our code and architecture, and make secure development the easy path. The ideal candidate has 6–9 or more years of cybersecurity experience, including at least 4 years in application security, strong software engineering skills, and a record of influencing engineering teams and mentoring other engineers. We are looking for someone who is credible in the code, clear in their communication, and focused on outcomes. What You’ll Do • Code and Design Review: Review high-risk code and designs, and help engineers fix issues at the root rather than one finding at a time. • Pipeline Security: Build and tune security checks in CI/CD, including static and dynamic analysis, dependency and container scanning, and secrets detection, with a focus on accuracy and low noise. • Vulnerability Triage and Remediation: Triage and prioritize vulnerabilities by real risk, work with engineering owners to drive remediation, and track progress against service levels. • Software Supply Chain: Improve visibility and control of third-party and open-source dependencies, including SBOM generation and accuracy. • Automation and AI: Develop automation and AI-assisted workflows for triage, code review, and reporting that remove manual work and scale the team. • Security Testing Partnership: Work with the offensive security team and perform penetration tests and bug bounty reports, and turn findings into fixes and better standards. • Product Security Incidents: Support the PSIRT process by analyzing reported vulnerabilities, assessing impact, and helping engineering ship and communicate fixes. • Standards and Enablement: Contribute to secure coding standards, guardrails, and a paved road for engineers, and run training or office hours that make teams more self-sufficient. • Mentorship and Technical Leadership: Mentor Security Engineers, review their work, and lead workstreams and projects across R&D with limited supervision. • Agentic AppSec Fleet: Design, build, and run a fleet of AI agents that take on AppSec work at scale, such as triaging scanner findings, validating exploitability, reviewing pull requests and designs for security issues, drafting threat models, proposing fixes, and routing vulnerabilities to the right owners. Define the guardrails, human approval points, evaluation methods, and audit trail that keep agent output accurate, safe, and trusted by engineers, and report the impact on risk and review capacity. What You’ll Bring • Experience: 6–9 or more years in cybersecurity, security engineering, or software engineering, including at least 4 years in application or product security. • Application Security Depth: Strong knowledge of common vulnerability classes, secure design, threat modeling, and authentication and authorization in cloud-native, API-driven applications. • Software Engineering Skills: Strong programming skills in at least one language such as Python, Go, Java, or TypeScript, and the ability to review other engineers’ code for security issues. • Security Tooling: Hands-on experience with application security tools, including SAST, SCA, DAST, and secrets scanning, and with integrating them into CI/CD pipelines. • Cloud and Containers: Working knowledge of at least one major cloud provider and of securing containerized workloads. • Influence: Track record of working with engineering teams to get security work prioritized and done. • Mentorship: Track record of developing other engineers. • Communication: Clear written and verbal communication with engineers, product teams, and senior leaders. Nice to Have • AI and Agentic Security: Experience securing LLM-based features and agent systems, including prompt injection and data exposure risks. • Offensive Security Skills: Experience in penetration testing, vulnerability research, or bug bounty work. • Software Supply Chain: Experience with SBOM tooling, dependency management, and build integrity. • Infrastructure and Cloud Posture: Familiarity with Terraform, Kubernetes security, and cloud posture tooling. • Certifications: OSCP, CSSLP, GIAC, or similar.
