Payoneer · Tel Aviv-Yafo, Herzliya

About Payoneer Founded in 2005, Payoneer is the global financial platform that removes friction from doing business across borders, with a mission to connect the world’s underserved businesses to a rising global economy. We’re a community with over 2,500 colleagues all over the world, working to serve customers, and partners in over 190 countries and territories. By taking the complexity out of the financial workflows–including everything from global payments and compliance to multi-currency and workforce management, to providing working capital and business intelligence–we give businesses the tools they need to work efficiently worldwide and grow with confidence. Glilot Hybrid Full-time Serving users in over 190 countries, we have to keep them at the heart of what we build, and that is harder in a highly regulated industry. It means taking complex fintech processes and making them simple and transparent, connecting people to real value with minimal effort on their side. Onboarding and the customer lifecycle sit at the center of that - it's where a business decides whether Payoneer is worth its time, and where we either earn the relationship or lose it. We're looking for a strong product leader to own how customers discover, activate and grow with Payoneer across multiple surfaces. What you'll do: • Lead growth across the customer lifecycle. Own the journey from first touch through onboarding to activation and move the numbers that matter. • Take Payoneer to new surfaces. Define how we show up wherever our customers already are - mobile, partner and marketplace integrations, embedded and API-first flows - and make each one a real front door. • Own the customer experience end-to-end - discovery, solution definition, delivery, outcomes, and post-launch learning - across onboarding, verification touchpoints, lifecycle journeys and the experimentation engine that improves them. • Act as our customers’ partner on the inside - spend real time with customers, and advocate for their needs in every prioritization decision. • Build and grow the team. Hire, coach, and set the bar for a team of product managers. Make them the visible owners of their areas, and create the space for yourself to think six months ahead. • Set the strategy and make the case for it. Define where the area goes, sequence the bets, defend the roadmap to senior leadership, and adjust as you learn. • Partner closely with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, Partnerships, Compliance, Risk, Operations and Engineering - become fluent enough in their world to collaborate effectively, and drive initiatives responsibly. Growth in a regulated business means winning on conversion without giving ground on quality. • Communicate decisions clearly and proactively to your team and to senior management. Stakeholders should always know what the team is doing and why - without needing to ask. • Leverage AI to raise the bar - in the product and in how the team works. Bring AI into the customer journey where it removes real friction, and use it to accelerate research, synthesis, and execution while you and your PMs do the thinking. Who you are: Experience • 8+ years of product management experience, including 3+ years managing product managers, with a track record of owning growth or activation outcomes in fintech, marketplaces or consumer-grade B2B products - ideally in a regulated domain. • Experience launching and scaling new surfaces - mobile, partner-embedded, marketplace or API-driven experiences - and a clear view of how a multi-surface journey stays coherent while each surface plays to its strengths. • Data mastery across both halves. Fluent in analytics and quantitative reasoning - funnels, cohorts, experiments, statistical judgment - and equally committed to going and getting the qualitative evidence. • Hands-on experience shipping AI-powered product capabilities - personalization, guided or conversational onboarding, intelligent routing - and a grounded view of where AI earns its place in the journey and where it doesn’t. • Attention to detail is not negotiable in this domain - include the name of your favorite TV show in your resume. • Bias for action, Excellent judgment, and a great communicator. • Customer-centric with a designer’s eye. You think in terms of business impact through solving real customers’ problems, and you hold a high bar for craft in every flow that carries the Payoneer name. #LI-MP2 The Payoneer Ways of Working Act as our customer’s partner on the inside Learning what they need and creating what will help them go further. As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, we're trusted by leading enterprises including Adobe, Wiz, Epic Games, Northwestern Mutual, Coinbase, DocuSign, and Fortune 100 companies to autonomously manage their most critical production environments. Backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other leading VCs with over $210M in funding, ScaleOps is the leading player in a massive and growing market. We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute. We're hiring a hands-on VP of Operations to own daily operations, office management, business systems, and employee experience end to end. This is the person who makes sure every office runs well, every new hire has a great first day, every tool actually works, and every internal event comes off without a hitch - while building the playbooks that let all of that keep working as we double and triple in size. What You'll Own • Office & workplace management: Run the day-to-day of our offices (Tel Aviv HQ, Boston, and any new locations) - facilities, space planning, supplies, health & safety, work policy, and the relationships with landlords, cleaners, caterers, and building management. • Business systems: Own the internal tools stack (Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement tools, equipment provisioning, workplace tech) - select, implement, and administer new systems as the company scales, and manage IT vendor and helpdesk relationships. • Process ownership & cross-functional initiatives: Spot operational inefficiencies that cut across teams, design and roll out standardized processes (new-hire ramp, procurement requests, cross-department handoffs), and lead the cross-functional initiatives that keep GTM, R&D, and G&A in sync as headcount scales — partnering directly with functional leaders rather than owning their teams. • Employee experience: Design and run onboarding and offboarding (equipment, desk setup, first-week experience), internal communications, and the full company events calendar - all-hands, offsites, team celebrations, and holiday events - for a multi-office workforce. • Process & playbooks: Build the operational playbooks - new-hire onboarding, equipment procurement, travel & expense policy, office-opening checklist - needed as headcount doubles and triples. • Cross-office consistency: Keep the employee experience and operational standards consistent across the US and Israel offices, navigating different local norms, holidays, and vendors. • Special projects: Lead office moves and new-office openings, company offsites, and other one-off logistics-heavy initiatives. What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Workplace Operations, Office Management, People Operations, or general Operations, including experience leading a team • Has personally run office management, business systems, or employee experience at a company that scaled from roughly 100 → 500+ employees - MUST • Hands-on experience selecting and administering business/workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement platforms) and managing IT/vendor relationships • Track record designing onboarding, internal events, and employee-experience programs that scale, not just one-off logistics • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills • Excellent project management with a genuine "no task too small" mentality, balanced with the instinct to build repeatable systems rather than solve the same problem twice • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting daily priorities Strong pluses • Experience managing multiple offices/geos, ideally including Israel or another international location • Experience opening or building out a new office location outside of Israel from scratch • Background partnering closely with People/HR and IT/Security teams

We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute. What You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for our first Director of Product to define and lead product at ScaleOps. You’ll start hands-on, owning the roadmap and working side by side with Engineering, Design, and customers. As the company grows, you’ll build and lead the product organization. This is a foundational role: you’ll set the product vision, the way we make decisions, and the bar for product excellence across the company. • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the platform, in close partnership with the CEO, the VP R&D, and the leadership team. • Lead customer discovery: build direct relationships with key customers and design partners, and turn what you learn into product direction. • Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals into clear priorities and well-scoped features that solve hard problems for DevOps, SRE, and platform teams. • Personally own a strategic domain, from discovery through spec to delivery, until the team grows and domains can be handed off. • Build the product function from zero: planning cycles, prioritization frameworks, specs, launch processes, and ways of working with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. • Define and track product KPIs, from adoption and retention to customer impact, and use them to drive decisions. • Hire, mentor, and grow product managers as the team scales, and define what great product management looks like at ScaleOps. • Own competitive and market intelligence, and stay ahead of trends in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and FinOps. • Represent product externally with customers, partners, and the market, and internally with company leadership.
