Commercial Sales Team Lead - EMEA
Descope · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Descope Descope is a developer-first identity provider for customers, partners, and AI agents. Our drag-and-drop approach to identity enables developers to easily deploy authentication, MFA, SSO, and MCP/AI agent authentication without writing custom code. Descope is trusted by over 1000 organizations in production, including GoFundMe, Databricks, GoodRx, Linktree, and You.com. The company has $88M in seed funding led by Lightspeed and Notable Capital. We're "descoping" agentic and external customer authentication work from developers' daily lives while helping organizations turn identity into a business enabler. Come join us! Why this role is different This isn’t a “manage from a dashboard” role. You’ll lead the commercial sales team based in Tel Aviv, which owns all commercial business across EMEA, including Israel, and you’ll carry your own number at the same time. Both halves of the job carry equal weight: leading and coaching the team, and closing deals yourself. You’ll work directly with our founders and executive team, and your own book spans the full commercial segment, from high-velocity startups to larger, multi-stakeholder deals, with Israel and Europe as the main priority. Identity is being rebuilt around AI agents right now. You and your team will be at the front of that conversation with CTOs and engineering leaders who are working it out in real time. You’ll also shape how we go to market in Israel and EMEA, and how we build the team that does it, not just carry out a plan someone else wrote. What you’ll do Leading the team • Lead and coach the commercial sales team and own results for the entire commercial business across EMEA, including Israel • Run regular deal reviews, pipeline reviews, and call coaching that raise win rates and deal quality across the team • Own the team’s forecast and set a high bar for pipeline rigor and execution • Help hire, onboard, and ramp new reps as we grow the team • Build and refine the sales playbook (messaging, qualification, and the motions that work in EMEA) and bring the team’s market feedback to product and leadership Selling • Carry your own quota and win new business across the commercial segment, with Israel and Europe as the main priority and the wider EMEA region as a growing part of your book • Run full sales cycles with technical and executive buyers (CTOs, VPs of Engineering, CISOs, product leaders, and developers), from product-led and freemium conversions to complex, multi-stakeholder deals • Partner with our founders on pipeline generation, executive relationships, and key logos • Work with marketing, partners, and solutions engineering to build pipeline and shape local campaigns and events • Build and forecast your own pipeline with rigor, and consistently beat your number What you bring • Native-level Hebrew and English (additional European languages are a plus) • Experience selling into other European markets • 5+ years in quota-carrying closing roles in B2B software, ideally selling to technical buyers • Experience leading or managing sales reps, as a team lead, player-coach, or manager, with a record of helping them hit their number • A coaching mindset: you make the people around you better, and a rep’s win matters to you as much as your own • A track record of beating quota in deals ranging from transactional to strategic • Comfort with technical conversations. You don’t need to code, but you enjoy talking architecture with engineers • A builder mindset: you see ambiguity as an opportunity, not a missing process • A true team player who wins with others, not around them • Startup experience strongly preferred. Background in identity, security, or developer tools is a bonus • Fluency with HubSpot, Claude, Sales Navigator, Gong, or similar tools What you get • Direct access to founders who have built and exited a category-defining company • Real ownership of your accounts and your team, and a voice in how Descope grows in Israel and EMEA • A front-row seat in one of the most important shifts in identity: securing AI agents • Competitive base, uncapped commission, and meaningful equity Where You'll Be: Tel Aviv 🏙️ | Full-time, hybrid Please review the Job Candidate Privacy Notice

If you’ve reached this point, and you’re still not sure if you should apply…..Just do it! We’re human and we don’t fit a perfect mold. Having diverse backgrounds, experiences and perspectives, that’s a good thing! If you’re coming from outside of the cyber industry - great! If you’re looking to try something new - awesome! Product Marketing Manager
Chamelio · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager. Someone who can turn complex technology into compelling stories, build our product marketing function from the ground up, and help shape how the market understands what we do. This is a rare opportunity to define what product marketing looks like at a fast-growing AI startup. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales to own our positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll help write it. We're looking for a builder and a doer. Someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally well, and execute independently. And because we're a small, ambitious team, you'll also roll up your sleeves and contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed. What You'll Do Build Our Product Marketing Foundation • Own and evolve Chamelio's product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. • Build the messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and go-to-market foundations that will support our growth. • Translate complex AI technology into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with in-house legal teams. Own Product Launches & Go-to-Market • Lead product marketing for new features, capabilities, and major releases. • Partner closely with Product to understand what's being built, why it matters, and how to bring it to market. • Develop launch messaging, announcements, emails, blog posts, and in-app communications. • Drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement through compelling customer communications. Enable Sales to Win • Create sales collateral that makes a difference: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product videos, and case studies. • Own competitive intelligence and positioning across the legal tech and AI landscape. • Equip Sales with messaging, objection handling, and differentiated stories that help win deals. • Work directly with the sales team to understand customer objections, competitive challenges, and opportunities to improve our story. Be the Voice of the Customer • Talk directly to customers and prospects to understand their challenges, motivations, and buying decisions. • Turn customer insights into stronger messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies. • Develop compelling customer stories, testimonials, and use cases. • Stay close to market trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of in-house legal teams. Help Build Marketing Beyond PMM • Collaborate with designers and creative agencies to bring our messaging to life. • Support events, webinars, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives. • Contribute to newsletters, website content, and social media when needed. • Jump into whatever needs to get done. We're building something big, and there's no room for "that's not my job." What You Bring • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement. A must! • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You can take complex technology and make it simple, compelling, and memorable. • Strong PMM fundamentals. You understand positioning, differentiation, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. • Experience working closely with Product and Sales, translating product capabilities into customer value and commercial impact. • A builder's mindset. You're excited about creating processes, frameworks, and assets from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones. • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. • Startup mentality. You're comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and doing things outside your formal job description. Why Chamelio? Be the first. You'll be Chamelio's first Product Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to shape the function, set the standards, and build the playbook. Build a category, not just a product. We're challenging how an entire industry thinks about legal technology. Real ownership, real impact. Your ideas won't get buried in layers of management. You'll have the freedom to build, experiment, and execute. A company on the rise. We're a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup with ambitious plans and a product that's changing how legal teams work. Great people, zero corporate nonsense. We're ambitious, a little crazy, and serious about building something exceptional. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy the ride.

Crusoe is on a mission to accelerate the abundance of energy and intelligence. As the only vertically integrated AI infrastructure company built from the ground up, we own and operate each layer of the stack — from electrons to tokens — to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. When you join Crusoe, you join a team that is building the future, faster. We're in the midst of the greatest industrial revolution of our time. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe. About This Role: Crusoe is the world's first vertically integrated, sustainable AI cloud. We build and operate GPU infrastructure powered by clean energy, from data center design through IaaS products to managed inference at scale, enabling AI-native companies to run demanding workloads without compromising on sustainability or reliability. Crusoe Cloud is 1,400 people and growing, and the TPM frameworks are still being built -- which means there is a genuine opportunity to shape how the function operates rather than inherit how it already works. The Managed Inference platform is where customers run production LLM workloads without managing low-level infrastructure, and it is one of Crusoe's fastest-growing product areas. The Staff TPM for Managed Intelligence connects model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference platform. You will own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Deep familiarity with the model layer -- including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production -- is essential to being effective in this role. What You'll Be Working On: • End-to-end program delivery: Own multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication across the Managed Inference platform. • Complex, high-risk program management: Drive model version rollouts, inference optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning from kickoff through delivery. • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to keep programs on track and unblocked. • Proactive risk identification: Surface risks across model serving, reliability, capacity constraints, and vendor timelines before they become program-level problems. • Execution frameworks and dashboards: Build lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks suited to Crusoe's pace; maintain real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates. • Phase 0 planning for model onboarding: Own pre-launch planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including firmware and driver readiness, CUDA and ROCm stack validation, and commissioning criteria for inference workloads. • Stakeholder leadership: Drive alignment and push back effectively across engineering, product, and operations leadership -- including highly technical stakeholders who have not previously worked with a TPM. What You'll Bring to the Team: • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product organizations. • LLM inference and model serving knowledge: Working familiarity with batching strategies, quantization approaches, and the tradeoffs that govern latency, throughput, and cost at production scale. • Multi-tenant systems experience: Familiarity with isolation, quota management, and SLA enforcement across concurrent workloads. • Fine-tuning and alignment awareness: Sufficient familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows to govern program timelines, identify technical risks, and coordinate across the teams that own them. • Low-structure execution: Proven ability to build execution models in environments where the process did not yet exist, and make them stick with teams that didn't ask for them. • Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication for delivering clear, data-driven, decision-oriented updates to executive stakeholders. • AI tool integration: Active, daily use of AI tools to improve program execution, risk detection, and communication -- not just personal productivity. • Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership without direct authority, including with highly technical stakeholders. Bonus Points: • Experience working with teams building platforms or services for AI inference and/or training. • Direct experience governing model onboarding programs across GPU generations, including firmware, driver, and stack validation. • Experience coaching or mentoring junior TPMs in a high-growth technical environment. • Exposure to multi-site or globally distributed engineering teams. • Background at a Series D to Series F company or a high-performing team within a hyperscaler focused on AI infrastructure. Benefits: Crusoe also offers a competitive benefits package designed to support financial security, health, and overall well-being. Our benefits are tailored to local market standards and include core offerings such as pension contributions and additional perks to support work-life balance. Crusoe is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Employment decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, disability, genetic information, pregnancy, citizenship, marital status, sex/gender, sexual preference/ orientation, gender identity, age, veteran status, national origin, or any other status protected by law or regulation.
