Description Kela is a defense technology startup pioneering next-generation command-and-control and data infrastructure systems. We empower defense organizations with robust, scalable, and secure platforms that integrate diverse sensors and AI to deliver real-time battlefield intelligence. Backed by leading investors, Kela combines Israeli innovation with global mission impact. This role involves getting our systems into the field and working, from site readiness and installation, through integration and commissioning, to formal acceptance and handover. Most of the work is from the offices, with travel to customer sites for surveys, deployments, and hands-on work. Requirements What you'll do • Plan and execute deployments: site readiness, hardware installation, network bring-up, edge compute provisioning, and stack integration (cameras, radars, networking, the Kela platform) • Prepare deployments before they leave the building: staging, imaging, configuration, pre-delivery testing, and kit verification • Integrate with customer infrastructure and third-party systems, and resolve the issues that only surface once the system is deployed. • Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, and network layers under field conditions and time pressure • Hand over cleanly: train operators, deliver documentation, and make sure the site is supportable after you leave • Support deployed sites remotely - version rollouts, config changes, hotfixes - and escalate to R&D, systems, and algo when issues need to go deeper • Build and maintain the deployment runbooks, checklists, and tooling that turn a one-off into a repeatable process • Report field findings back to the product and engineering teams: what broke, what was missing, what should be different next time • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, especially when things are time-sensitive What we need • 3+ years in field deployment, integration, field engineering, or a similar hands-on role in mission-critical environments • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes • Networking across the stack: complex topologies, cellular, satellite, VPN/overlay networks, with real experience debugging connectivity on live sites • Comfortable with hardware: racking, cabling, power, sensors, mounts, and the physical realities of a site • Proficient in Bash and Python for automation and one-off investigations • Hands-on with databases and storage: queries, diagnostics, understanding what's happening under the hood • Able to read code and debug logs to trace issues to root cause • Fluent with GitHub as a daily tool • Effective in the field: works methodically under pressure, in uncomfortable conditions, with incomplete information • Precise, analytical, and reflective: you draw conclusions from data, not instinct, and you make sure the same problem doesn't bite you twice • Strong ownership and a can-do mindset: you take initiative, drive tasks to completion, and finish the half-finished thing you walked past • Learns quickly and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Clear communicator, in writing and on calls, with technical and non-technical people

Production Manager
KT
Support Engineer (NOC / Tier 1)
Kela Technologies · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About the role You're the first one watching production. When alerts fire, tickets come in, or a customer reaches out about something not working, it comes to you first. The role is shift-based as part of our 24/7 coverage and reports to the Support Team Lead. It's hands-on. You triage what comes in, dig into logs, fix what you can fix, and pass the rest to whoever needs to see it next (Professional Services, Infrastructure, or R&D). The expectation isn't that you solve everything alone. It's that nothing falls through the cracks, and that when you do escalate, the person picking it up has what they need to keep going. Good fit for someone early in their career who wants real production experience on a system that matters. Also a fit for people with a NOC, support, or sysadmin background who are looking for something with more weight than what they're doing now. What you'll do • Watch production health across customer sites and respond to alerts as they fire • Take inbound customer tickets. Triage them, investigate, resolve what you can, escalate cleanly when you can't. • Run first-pass investigation: logs, metrics, reproducing the issue, narrowing the cause before handing off • Stay in touch with the customer through the whole thing. Confirm you've got it, set expectations, keep them updated, close the loop. • Escalate well. The Professional Services, Infra, or R&D person picking up the ticket needs context - what you saw, what you tried, what you suspect. • Keep the knowledge base alive. If you investigated something new, the runbook should be better when you're done. • Clean shift handoffs. The next person on shift should know exactly what's open and what to watch. • Spot patterns. If the same ticket keeps showing up, flag it - either for automation or for a deeper fix. • Reach out to customers proactively. Don't wait for them to report something you could've caught yourself. Requirements What we're looking for • 1-3 years of hands-on experience in technical support, NOC, sysadmin, or a similar operational role • Linux fundamentals. Command line, navigating logs, knowing how a Linux box behaves under the hood. • Basic networking: TCP/IP, DNS, routing, VPNs. Enough to know what you're looking at when something won't connect. • Comfortable reading code and reading logs to figure out what happened • Strong written communication in Hebrew and English. You'll be writing to customers, to internal teams, and in our runbooks. Nice to have • Exposure to Kubernetes or container infrastructure • Scripting in Bash or Python • Experience with Intercom, Jira, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms • Background in a relevant military unit or any other mission-critical operational environment • Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, or other monitoring tools Who you are • Reliable. You show up, you follow through. Tickets don't get dropped on your watch. • Curious. You don't just close the ticket. You want to know why it broke, and the next time it shows up you recognize it. • Calm under pressure. When alerts are firing and customers are pinging, you slow down and work the problem instead of making it worse. • You take support personally. When a customer has a bad experience, it bothers you, and you go out of your way to fix it. • You're not done growing. This role is a step toward something bigger, and it shows in how you treat it.

Data Insights & Analytics Lead
Lumenis · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Lumenis is a global leader in energy-based solutions for Aesthetics and Eye Care. Headquartered in Yokneam, Israel, with offices in Tel Aviv, Lumenis has a strong global presence and business performance worldwide. We are looking for a Data Insights & Analytics Manager who will develop a deep understanding of data generated by Lumenis' global installed base of connected medical devices, combine it with enterprise data, and translate it into insights and tools that create value for our customers and the business. The role goes beyond reporting and dashboard creation. We are looking for someone who is naturally curious, proactively explores data, identifies patterns and opportunities, and drives the organization to act on what the data reveals. Importantly, the role is expected to uncover broader customer, commercial, and business insights by connecting IoT data with enterprise and other relevant data sources - not only insights derived from device data itself. Main Duties: This is a highly hands-on analytics role at the intersection of data, technology and business, requiring both strong analytical capabilities and a product mindset. Data Foundation & BI • Develop a deep understanding of Lumenis’ IoT data ecosystem, including device events, data structures, business logic, and KPIs. • Work hands-on with data across AWS and enterprise systems. • Partner with BI to define requirements, maintain trusted metrics and models, and improve data quality and usability. • Independently build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and analytics solutions in Amazon QuickSight. Analytics & Insights • You will be expected not only to answer business questions with data, but to identify the questions we should be asking. • Proactively explore complex IoT and business datasets to uncover meaningful trends, patterns, anomalies, and opportunities. • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights and proactively bring relevant findings to the business. Business & Commercial Analytics • Partner with commercial teams to improve customer engagement, strengthen sales narratives, and develop data-driven tools. • Create compelling, evidence-based data stories for internal and external audiences. • Measure the impact of data-driven initiatives and refine them based on results. Data Activation & Adoption • Drive adoption of analytics tools and data-driven practices across the organization. • Train business users to interpret and apply data effectively. • Proactively communicate relevant insights rather than relying solely on self-service dashboards. • Continuously identify new ways data can create value for customers and the business. Key Interfaces • BI; Sales and Commercial Excellence; Marketing; Service; Product; Finance and Operations; and regional business teams. Requirements • Significant experience in BI, business analytics, data analytics, or a similar role. • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI platforms such as QuickSight, Power BI, or Qlik. • Ability to independently explore complex datasets and understand data structures, business logic, and KPI definitions. • Strong analytical curiosity, business acumen, and a track record of translating insights into commercial opportunities and actions. • Excellent data visualization, storytelling, communication, and stakeholder-management skills. • A proactive, independent approach, with the ability to drive adoption and influence without formal authority. • Additional advantages include experience with: • IoT, connected-device, or product-usage data. • AWS, S3, Salesforce, SAP, or Python. • Medical devices, healthcare, SaaS, or another connected installed-base business. • Customer-engagement or commercial analytics in a global organization.

Description At Sunbit, we're building financial technology that puts people first. By combining intelligent decisioning with a personalized, transparent approach, we help consumers access the payment options that are right for them while empowering merchants to build stronger customer relationships. Engineering is at the heart of how we make that happen. We build scalable distributed systems, cloud-native services, intelligent data platforms, and AI-powered solutions that enable real-time financial decisions at scale. By leveraging modern engineering practices and integrating AI into both our products and development workflows, we solve complex technical challenges, accelerate innovation, and continuously improve the way we build software. Every service, model, and architectural decision we make directly impacts our products, our customers, and the future of financial technology. The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Program Manager – Decisioning (Credit Risk) to own, evolve, and execute Sunbit’s risk decisioning products. This role partners closely with ML Engineers , Engineering Leads and Business Stakeholders to transition Sunbit from product-specific silos into a generic, high-velocity engine powering Card, BNPL, and emerging products. Blending strategic oversight with hands-on, rigorous program execution, you will turn complex risk logic into scalable, explainable platforms. You’ll own both long-range quarterly planning and sprint execution- defining who we approve, on what terms, and at what expected loss- while ensuring strict alignment with Sunbit’s risk portfolios, regulatory requirements, and long term unit economics. This role requires strong judgment, deep analytical thinking and meticulous detail standards. Our Vision We believe in a "win-win" future where personalized decisioning empowers real people in the real world to get the most for their hard-earned money. What You’ll Do Cross-Functional Partnership Act as the glue in the "Decisioning Triangle," partnering with Business owners, ML Leads and Engineer Leads to operationalize underwriting policies, while taking into account the trade-offs between approval rates, loss, revenue, and customer experience. Partner and balance competing requirements from various business owners (Heads of Card, BNPL, etc.) as well as Compliance, Legal, and Operations to ensure high-quality execution and regulatory integrity. Hands-On Program Management Act as an owner for key initiatives, driving the full product lifecycle from discovery and definition through launch, iteration, and performance monitoring. Use data and experimentation to inform decisions and continuously improve outcomes. Identify and remove bottlenecks in the underwriting flow to drive toward high-automation and speed-to-market. Your Focus Areas Will Include • Orchestrating cross-functional execution to transition product-specific silos into a generic, high-velocity decisioning engine. • Credit underwriting and risk decisioning platforms. • Lifecycle risk management (from approval through repayment). • Managing project timelines and dependencies to build a unified engine powering Card, BNPL, and emerging products. • Mapping business, technical, and cross-team dependencies for rapid deployment of policy and model orchestration frameworks and risk decisioning engines. • Coordinating the delivery of credit underwriting and real-time risk decisioning platform enhancements. • Enthusiastically adopting AI-assisted tools to optimize workflows, documentation, and team execution efficiency. Requirements • 4+ years of program management experience, with significant ownership of complex, data-driven, platform-centric infrastructure. • a solid understanding of credit risk, loss management underwriting systems, or decision engines. • Proven ability to lead by merit and logic within a matrixed structure (partnering with ML Strategists, Squad Leads, engineering teams and Business Owners) • Hands-on experience driving technical initiatives from concept to launch, including writing requirements, managing high-velocity backlogs, aligning daily execution with long-term strategic roadmaps, and using data to guide decisions. • Uncompromising attention to detail with strong analytical and systems-thinking skills, with comfort making trade-offs in ambiguous, complex technical environments. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex risk concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a track record of balancing competing priorities from multiple business stakeholders. • Enthusiasm for leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to augment program management workflows and boost execution speed. • A proven ability to thrive in "technical chaos" and create order through structured actionable roadmaps. • A high sense of ownership, accountability, and bias toward action. • Very strong proficiency in English (written and verbal), as this role involves extensive cross-functional collaboration and documentation. Bonus Points If You Have • Experience with credit models, underwriting systems, or decision engines. • Experience scaling risk systems across products. • Familiarity with fraud detection and prevention systems.
