Description About the role: Lumenis is a global leader in energy-based solutions for Aesthetics and Eye Care. We are headquartered in Yokneam with offices in Tel-Aviv and Petach-Tikva. We are looking for a Head of Marketing, that will lead the go-to-market strategy and execution for the company globally. Key responsibilities: • Drive the Lumenis brand presence online and offline, by establishing effective marketing infrastructures and supporting campaigns that will be deployed across the Lumenis business globally • Lead Lumenis’ digital strategy, activities and online presence: responsible for websites development and performance, share of voice online and lead generation through organic and paid efforts on PPC, social, inbound marketing • Responsible for Corporate and Divisional branding – B2B2C. Maintain, develop and refresh and Lumenis brand book and work with the regional and product teams on a coherent implementation to ensure a coherent brand presence on all touch points • Collaborate with product leads to define the go-to-market strategy and its implementation globally • Work closely with Lumenis' regional marketing teams and actively drive the relationship, and translation of global marketing strategy to regional strategy • Collaborate with product teams to develop the products' key messaging throughout the customer journey and develop relevant collateral to support sales, marketing and customer success in the field • Perform marketing/business intelligence, market & competitive analysis and translate them into actionable business goals; Constantly explore, recommend, use and optimize communication methods, vehicles and technologies to engage with various audiences • Responsible for deployment of Lumenis’ partners portal to ensure deployment of marketing and training materials in the best way possible to employees and partners • Lead and develop the global Marketing team, setting strategic direction, providing guidance, removing obstacles, and ensuring effective execution of key marketing priorities and initiatives. Requirements Required Qualifications: • BA/BSc and MBA or advanced degree, of which at least one should be in Marketing, Business Administration or Communications • 10+ years of experience in strategic, commercial or product marketing roles within a global organization, with a strong track record of driving go-to-market strategy, market development and business growth; medical device industry experience is preferred • Proven experience and measurable results in digital marketing strategy and execution, including website development/optimization, digital analytics, managing and optimizing successful digital lead generation programs on SEO, PPC, social etc • Proven team management skills: ability to ensure execution while listening to the team and leveraging their knowledge and skills • Demonstrated ability in managing contractors/suppliers such as marketing agencies, website developers, graphic designers, content developers • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to influence and motivate others in a cross functional organization • Ability to work self-sufficiently with strong sense of initiative, and excel in a high-paced, always changing environment • “Can-do” and hands-on mentality, positivity, and willingness to think outside the box to continuously improve our products and solutions • Strong analytical and problem solving skills (proficiency in excel is a must) • An eye for design and detail • Fluent English - solid spoken and written skills • Proven ability to work globally; willingness to travel internationally
