Backed by Coatue Management, Insight Partners, Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, and other world-class investors, Island is used by millions of people at some of the planet’s largest enterprises. Come build with us. Together, we’re changing how the world works. As a Senior Product Security Researcher at Island, you will attack our product the way a motivated adversary would. You will research how Island’s security controls, browser features, cloud services, and AI capabilities can be bypassed, abused, or turned against our customers, and you will work with R&D to fix the root causes. This role focuses on product logic, trust boundaries, and the application and cloud layers, rather than kernel or memory-level research. Key Responsibilities • Product Control Bypass Research: Find ways to bypass or weaken Island’s enforcement features, such as data loss prevention, clipboard, download and screenshot restrictions, data masking, and access policies, and help design controls that hold up under real attacks. • Browser & Extension Security: Research the security of Island’s browser features, web platform integrations, and extension ecosystem, including the browser security model, extension permissions, and interactions between web content and privileged browser features. • Backend, API & Identity Research: Assess Island’s management console, cloud services, and APIs for authorization flaws, tenant isolation issues, and weaknesses in authentication and identity flows (SSO, OAuth, SAML, OIDC). • AI & Agent Security: Research the attack surface of Island’s AI and agentic features, including prompt injection, agent tool abuse, data exposure through AI workflows, and the security of MCP and agent integrations. • Threat Modeling & Design Review: Work with developers, architects, and product managers to model threats for new features early in design, and turn research findings into concrete security requirements. • Proof of Concept & Impact Analysis: Build proof of concepts that show real customer impact, and clearly explain risk and fix priority to engineering and leadership. • Tooling & Automation: Build tools and AI-assisted workflows that scale research across a large and fast-moving codebase. • Community & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members, contribute to internal playbooks, support our bug bounty program, and present research externally when appropriate. Requirements • Several years of hands-on experience in application security research, product security, or offensive security, with a strong track record of finding real vulnerabilities (CVEs, bug bounty, published research, or equivalent). • Deep understanding of web and browser security: same-origin policy, CSP, cookies and sessions, extension security, and common web vulnerability classes (XSS, CSRF, SSRF, IDOR, auth bypass, logic flaws). • Strong knowledge of authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, OIDC, SAML) and multi-tenant SaaS security. • Ability to read and review code in languages such as TypeScript/JavaScript, Go, Python, or C++. • Strong adversarial thinking and the ability to find logic and design flaws, not only known bug patterns. • Clear communication and the ability to work as a partner to engineering teams. Advantages • Experience with Chromium architecture or enterprise browser and endpoint products. • Experience researching LLM applications or agentic systems. • Cloud security experience (AWS, Kubernetes). • Experience building security tooling or using AI to speed up research. VP Data
Mixtiles · Tel Aviv-Yafo

The Company Mixtiles is a $300M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. We build products people didn't know they needed - and now can't imagine living without. Wall photos. Self-watering plants. Smart lighting. Millions of customers. Global scale. Fast growth. Built lean. The Role At Mixtiles, we believe better decisions compound. A better attribution model changes where we invest. Better customer economics change how we grow. Better measurement unlocks entirely new business models. As we grow into a group of consumer brands, those decisions become more important - and more complex. That's why we're hiring this role. We're looking for someone who can help us build a better business through numbers. Not by building dashboards. By helping us answer questions like: • Where should we invest the next dollar? • Are we measuring marketing correctly? • Is our attribution model helping us - or holding us back? • Which customers are far more valuable than we realize? • How should multiple brands change the way we think about LTV? • Should we rethink pricing? Bundles? Subscriptions? Media strategy? • Where is the next $100M hiding? You'll work directly with the CEO and leadership team on some of the biggest decisions in the company. What You'll Do • Own the frameworks behind our biggest business decisions. • Lead how we measure growth, marketing performance, customer economics and profitability. • Rethink attribution, incrementality, media measurement and capital allocation. • Identify growth opportunities across products, brands, pricing and customer behavior. • Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Finance and Operations to improve decision-making across the company. • Lead our Business Analytics team, making sure every team has the data, tools and insights they need to make better decisions. • Turn analysis into action. Who You Are You're a business builder who happens to think in numbers. You have significant experience in performance marketing, growth, strategic finance or another highly quantitative commercial role. You've made real decisions around CAC, LTV, attribution, incrementality, cohorts, media economics and capital allocation. You enjoy messy business problems more than clean datasets. You simplify complexity. You challenge assumptions. You care about impact- not reports. Why This Role The work won't sit in dashboards. It will influence how we allocate hundreds of millions of dollars, how we measure success, where we invest next, and how multiple consumer brands grow together. If you're excited by using numbers to build businesses - we'd love to meet you.

The Role You’ll be the Growth Lead for Core Photos - the marketing owner of our flagship product. This is a proven, scaled business. The opportunity isn’t to find product-market fit. It’s to look at a $150M+ product and ask: where does the next meaningful wave of growth come from? A new channel. A creative breakthrough. A new audience. A smarter offer. A better way to tell the story. Or something we haven’t thought of yet. You’ll set the growth strategy, decide where to place the bets, and turn them into reality. You’ll work as part of a small, high-ownership team alongside Business, Product, Creative, and Engineering - bringing the marketing and growth perspective into how the product evolves, not just how it is promoted. This is a role for someone who thinks like a builder: someone who doesn’t just execute growth plans, but designs them. What You’ll Do • Own the growth strategy and marketing plan for Core Photos • Identify and unlock new channels, audiences, and growth opportunities • Design and lead major growth initiatives from idea to scale • Own significant marketing budgets and decide where they create the most impact • Partner deeply with Creative to develop ideas and messaging that actually move people • Work with Product and the broader team to connect marketing insights with the product experience • Use data to understand what’s working, make fast decisions, and scale what wins • Continuously experiment - new channels, new angles, new mechanics What We’re Looking For • Builder mindset. You’ve either built or meaningfully scaled a consumer product, growth engine, or business. You think in systems, not campaigns. • Growth judgment. You know how to find opportunities, prioritize them, and turn them into real business impact. • Marketing depth. You understand performance, channels, creative, audiences, and unit economics, not just one layer of it. • Creative instinct. You know that great growth often starts with a great idea, not a dashboard. • Business thinking. You optimize for revenue and profitable growth, not vanity metrics. • Analytical sharpness. You use data to form opinions, challenge assumptions, and make decisions. • Ownership. You move from strategy to execution without waiting for someone else to connect the dots. • Speed. You test, learn, decide, and iterate quickly. This is not a channel management role. It’s a chance to own the growth agenda for Mixtiles’ largest product, and shape how much bigger it can become.

The Company Mixtiles is a $350M profitable consumer brand reinventing how homes feel. We build products people didn't know they needed, and now can't imagine living without. Wall photos. Vertical PM - Telco, Media and Tech
Wonderful · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for telco, media and technology: mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for an operator, a media brand or a platform, and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for operators, media brands and technology platforms. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing. These are subscription businesses, so the agent is part of the commercial relationship and not only the support queue: activating a new subscriber, fixing a service problem before the customer calls, keeping a customer who is one minute from leaving. They also run at a volume and with peaks that most industries never see, which makes scale and latency a product problem here and not an infrastructure footnote. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's telco, media and technology solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior buyers at operators, media brands and platforms. • Build a deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Make the solutions hold up at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, and the local language of every market we sell in. Turn what the vertical needs into clear asks on the HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software. • Experience building products for telecom operators, media or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one. • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales. • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams. • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives. • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows. Advantages • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation. • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role. • Knowledge of core telco and media processes and systems, such as billing and charging, provisioning and activation, number porting, identity, technical support, or subscription and retention. • Experience with a product that had to hold up under peak load or in several languages at once. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup.
