Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port turns that chaos into control: one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, enabling every team to move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C funding round, we are entering an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. You will lead our organic strategy across traditional SEO, Generative Engine Optimization (GEO), and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Sales Engineering Manager, EMEA
Port · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave of AI operating across the SDLC makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port gives teams one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, so every team can move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C, we're in an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself. The Role Developers, platform engineers, SREs, and security engineers are navigating a fundamental shift in how software gets built: more AI, more complexity, more pressure to move fast. Port exists to bring order to that chaos, and the SE team is at the center of making that vision land with some of the world's most sophisticated engineering organizations. We're building out EMEA SE leadership as we scale, and we need someone who knows what it takes to win technical deals and is ready to put most of their energy into nurturing and growing a team of SEs. You'll own the pre-sales technical motion across EMEA, set the standard for how great SE work gets done, and make sure your team has everything they need to run sharp POCs, deliver compelling demos, and close 6–7 figure enterprise deals. Your primary job is to coach, develop, and build the team, and to jump in on customer calls for competitive situations, escalations, and strategic accounts when it matters. This is a fast-moving, high-ownership role at a company that's growing fast and is still early enough that what you build here will shape how the function operates globally. About Your Day-to-Day Lead and develop the EMEA SE team • Manage, coach, and grow a team of 3+ Mid-Market and Enterprise SEs across EMEA • Run 1:1s and deal reviews that sharpen both technical skills and commercial judgment • Build a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Be the technical authority when it counts • Maintain deep enough fluency to jump in on critical demos, POC escalations, or competitive calls when the team needs it • Partner with AEs, Sales leadership, and Product on deal strategy for strategic and complex accounts • Serve as an escalation point, not a first responder Build the team you want to have • Own EMEA SE hiring end-to-end: work with recruiters, run interviews, and close great candidates • Work closely with the technical enablement team to maintain and improve onboarding that gets new SEs up to speed quickly and sets them up for success from day one Set the standard for how SEs operate • Define and continuously refine SE best practices: POC frameworks, qualification criteria, discovery methodology, and handoff standards • Influence the playbooks and processes that make the team consistent and scalable • Champion the use of AI and automation within the SE workflow • Partner with GTM Automation to identify and deploy tooling that gives the team real leverage Close the loop with Product • Synthesize deal-level insights into structured, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering • Be a credible voice from the field that helps shape roadmap priorities Who You'll Work With You'll report directly to the Director of Sales Engineering and work closely with EMEA Sales leadership, the AE teams, Technical Success, and support teams. Your counterparts in the Americas and APJ are part of the broader SE leadership team that you'll plug into. You'll have a regular seat at the table in Product and Engineering discussions, bringing the field perspective where it matters. You'll partner with GTM Automation on the tooling that helps your team punch above their weight. Requirements • 6+ years of strong enterprise SE experience. You've run technical evaluations, led POCs, and helped close large, complex deals. • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Sales Engineers or Solutions Consultants at a software company, preferably in a startup environment • Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, platform engineering (including internal developer portals, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure), or an adjacent technical domain is a strong plus • A track record of hiring and developing SE talent, not just inheriting a team • Hands-on technically: you're comfortable taking over a demo, covering a POC check-in call, or whiteboarding architecture when it counts • Comfortable in front of executives. You’ve described the value of software you’ve sold to rooms full of executives at large and small companies. You can easily describe this value in any given customer’s terms • Ability to travel within EMEA for customer meetings and team visits • Builder mindset: you create process and structure, not just manage it Note: The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.

Head of Product - CRM
Fullpath · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Fullpath by Cox Automotive is a fast growing tech company in the automotive space with hubs across the US and Israel. We are disrupting the multi-trillion dollar transportation industry with our advanced Customer Data Platform (CDP). Our work happens in the fast lane as we bring AI-powered, data-driven solutions to a quickly evolving industry. Our team at Fullpath is made up of curious and creative individuals who are always looking to achieve the impossible. We are bold, collaborative, and goal driven, and, at our core, we believe every voice has value and can impact our bottom line. If you are a creative, solutions oriented individual who is ready to put your career in drive, Fullpath is the place for you! We are looking for a Head of Product, where you will be the "CEO" of Fullpath's CRM business unit - one of the most strategically critical and newest additions to our product portfolio. You will have full end-to-end ownership of the domain's strategy, product roadmap, and engineering execution, leading an integrated team of Product Managers, Engineering Managers, and Developers. The CRM domain sits at the heart of how automotive dealerships manage their customer relationships and sales pipeline. It is a technically complex, data-intensive product: a per-dealer, multi-tenant system deeply integrated with dealership back-office systems and third-party data sources, with a rapidly growing AI and agentic layer. Your mission is to make this domain a category-defining product. Your goal is to drive meaningful business outcomes by leading both product strategy and execution, breaking down the wall between product and engineering, and ensuring the team stays aligned, focused, and moving fast toward impact. This role will be based out of Jerusalem or Tel-Aviv and report to the VP of Product & Development. What you will be responsible for Strategic Leadership: Define the vision and long-term strategy for the CRM domain in alignment with the company's overall goals - including its evolving AI roadmap. Product-Engineering Integration: Lead an integrated organization of product managers and engineers. Foster a culture where "the business outcome is the mission," and technical excellence serves business value. End-to-End Delivery: Own the full lifecycle of your domain - from discovery and ideation to architecture, development, and production. Business Impact: Define, track, and be accountable for the domain's KPIs (revenue, retention, dealer engagement, churn). People Management: Manage, mentor and grow high-performing Product and Engineering managers. Build a culture that prioritizes ownership and accountability. Operational Excellence: Optimize team methodologies to sustain high delivery velocity without accumulating technical debt. Requirements Experience: 10+ years in the tech industry, with at least 4–5 years in a senior product or engineering leadership role (Senior Director or equivalent). Dual Management Expertise: Proven track record managing both Product and Engineering teams. Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business drivers. You don't just ship features - you build business units. Technical Depth: Comfortable challenging architectural decisions, navigating trade-offs between delivery speed, scalability, and maintainability. Experience with data-intensive, integration-heavy products is a strong advantage. Organizational Navigation: Able to influence stakeholders at all levels, drive high-level decisions, and roll up your sleeves when delivery requires it. Multidisciplinary Leadership: An experienced leader of leaders - capable of aligning engineers, PMs, and cross-functional partners under a shared vision, and building autonomous, high-performing teams. Execution Mindset: You move fast, navigate ambiguity, and get things done in a dynamic startup environment. Proven B2B SaaS Startup Experience: Meaningful experience building and scaling products with real production customers. AI-First: Highly experienced using AI tools across your daily workflow - from research and ideation to prototyping, analysis, and coding. Prior experience building agentic or LLM-powered systems is a strong advantage. Why you should join us This is not a traditional siloed role. You will have full autonomy to shape the CRM domain's destiny - owning both the product strategy and the engineering resources to build it. You will operate with the accountability of a business owner, reporting directly to the VP of Product & Engineering. The CRM domain is entering a pivotal phase: deep third-party integrations, an expanding AI and agentic layer, and a product vision that goes well beyond task management toward intelligent, proactive dealer relationship tools. If you want to own something that matters -technically, commercially, and for the automotive industry - this is it. And of course, we also have: An awesome global team of forward-thinking, innovative go-getters Learning and growth opportunities within a fast-paced AI-first environment, now backed by Cox Automotive Clear career advancement path for strong performers As a part of our team, your success in this role is crucial to our company's growth.
