About the Team Join the Paradox Product team at Workday to help reimagine recruitment and hiring with the first-of-its-kind conversational recruiting platform! The Paradox AI Assistant streamlines recruiting tasks from end-to-end, including screening, instantly scheduling interviews, and answering common candidate questions. The goal is to provide simple, frictionless chat, mobile, and text message-driven experiences that allow recruiting and hiring teams to spend more time with people and less time with software. We’re looking for exceptional individuals to join our team and to partner in creating a set of consumer grade software experiences. This role is ideal for someone excited to be “in the weeds” with AI systems—understanding how they behave, why they fail, and what to adjust to make them meaningfully better for real users. About You Basic Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager. • Proven experience delivering products into production (specific experience leading AI Products is an advantage). • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, bridging technical teams (DS/Eng) and non-technical stakeholders (CSM, Business). • Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and priorities. Other Qualifications: • Understanding of GenAI architectures & evaluations: RAG, prompt engineering, dataset building, and core LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., benchmark datasets, output validation). • Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-agent systems (e.g., tool use, function calling, autonomous execution). • Prior experience in HR Tech or Talent Acquisition workflows. • Hands-on experience building/optimizing fine-tuning or RLHF pipelines. • Track record in a fast-paced 0→1 / early-stage product environment. About Avon AI Avon AI is the management and control platform for enterprise conversational AI. Enterprises are deploying AI agents faster than they can govern them — Avon AI gives them one place to manage those agents and the knowledge behind them: continuous quality monitoring of real conversations, proactive testing and simulation before changes ship, knowledge-base management, and real-time guardrails that can sit inline in the conversation path to block, redact, or correct what an agent says. We are agent-agnostic: Avon AI works with agents our customers built themselves and with third-party agents they only integrate with — across any framework or vendor. Customers run us as SaaS on AWS, or deploy the full platform inside their own private cloud when regulation demands it. We're a small, fast-moving team with offices in Tel Aviv, working with enterprise customers in finance, healthcare, insurance, travel, and more. About the Role We're looking for a DevOps / Platform Engineer to own our infrastructure end to end- both sides of it. Side one is our multi-tenant SaaS on AWS: you build it, you run it, you keep it fast, secure, and up. Side two is the part that makes this role unusual — our enterprise customers deploy Avon AI inside their cloud (and sometimes fully air-gapped, on-prem environments). You'll own that too: packaging the platform, running the installation with the customer's infrastructure and security teams, and being the person on the call when their environment doesn't look like anyone's reference architecture. This is a customer-facing engineering role. You'll be in rooms with enterprise IT, security, and platform teams- walking them through our architecture, answering security review questions, and unblocking deployments. If you want a pure behind-the-scenes infra job, this isn't it. If you like owning infrastructure and being the trusted technical voice in front of a customer, read on. You'll be our first dedicated DevOps hire, which means you inherit real systems in production and a lot of room to shape how they evolve. Key Responsibilities • EKS, networking, data stores, CI/CD, cost, and uptime. Build and evolve it with Infrastructure as Code. • Maintain and improve our Helm charts and container distribution so Avon AI installs cleanly in a customer's Kubernetes cluster. • Plan and execute installations in customers' private clouds and on-prem/air-gapped environments, working hands-on with their infrastructure teams from kickoff through go-live. • Support security reviews and architecture discussions, and translate enterprise IT constraints back into our roadmap. • IAM, network segmentation, secrets management, WAF, and the controls enterprise customers audit us on. • Metrics, logs, tracing, and alerting for our SaaS, and self-contained monitoring for customers who won't ship telemetry outside their network. • CI/CD pipelines, ephemeral PR sandboxes, release automation, and local development so engineers ship quickly and safely. • For our SaaS tenants and for deployed customer installations, including on-call ownership of what you build Requirements • 4+ years as a DevOps Engineer, Platform Engineer. • Strong hands-on AWS- EKS, EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation/CDK, WAF. • Deep Kubernetes knowledge- cluster architecture, networking, and real production debugging. Helm authoring is a must, not a nice-to-have: our charts are the product our customers install. • Infrastructure as Code- Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent, with a real automation mindset. • CI/CD ownership- GitHub Actions (preferred), Jenkins, or similar, including release and artifact pipelines. • Docker and container packaging- multi-service images, registries, and distribution to environments you don't control. • Strong scripting and automation- Python and Bash. • Monitoring and observability- Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, DataDog, Coralogix, CloudWatch, or similar. • Excellent English, written and spoken, and genuine customer-facing skills — you can lead a technical call with an enterprise customer's infra and security team, explain an architecture clearly, and stay calm when a deployment is blocked. • Proven track record running highly available, production-grade, service-oriented systems. Our Pagaya Team Pagaya was founded in 2016 by seasoned research, finance, and technology entrepreneurs, and we are now 500+ strong in New York, Los Angeles, and Tel Aviv. Requirements What you'll do • Lead site setup and integration: stand up new deployments, configure and integrate the full stack (cameras, radars, networking, edge compute, the Kela platform), and validate the system against mission requirements • Support pre-deployment work - site surveys, POCs, feasibility assessments, technical input to proposals and customer requirement documents • Be the technical owner for one or more projects: follow them from day one, know the mission and the customers, and hold the deepest context on every detail • Own ongoing maintenance and upgrades across the production fleet - version rollouts, config changes, hotfixes • Troubleshoot issues that span application, infrastructure, and network layers - the kind that don't have an obvious owner • Act as an escalation point for support and field ops engineers, and work closely with R&D, systems, algo, and design when issues need to go deeper • Feed the field back into the product: turn recurring problems and customer needs into requirements R&D can act on • Write and maintain the run books, docs, and tooling that make the next deployment easier than the last one • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, especially when things are time-sensitive What we need • 4+ years in solution engineering, professional services, or production engineering - customer-facing, in mission-critical environments • Systems-level thinking: able to look at a site, a mission, and a set of constraints and produce a deployment design that works • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production • Networking across the stack - complex topologies, cellular, satellite, VPN/overlay networks - with real experience debugging connectivity on live sites • Proficient in Bash and Python for automation and one-off investigations • Hands-on with databases and storage: queries, diagnostics, understanding what's happening under the hood • Able to read code and debug logs to trace issues to root cause • Fluent with GitHub as a daily tool • Comfortable presenting technical material to customers, including senior and non-technical stakeholders • Precise, analytical, and reflective - you draw conclusions from data, not instinct, and you make sure the same problem doesn't bite you twice • Strong ownership and a can-do mindset: you take initiative, drive tasks to completion, and finish the half-finished thing you walked past • Learns quickly and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Clear communicator, in writing and on calls, with technical and non-technical people alike • Willing to participate in the team's on-call rotation as part of the regular routine

Description Kela is a defense technology startup pioneering next-generation command-and-control and data infrastructure systems. We empower defense organizations with robust, scalable, and secure platforms that integrate diverse sensors and AI to deliver real-time battlefield intelligence. Backed by leading investors, Kela combines Israeli innovation with global mission impact. This role involves getting our systems into the field and working, from site readiness and installation, through integration and commissioning, to formal acceptance and handover. Most of the work is from the offices, with travel to customer sites for surveys, deployments, and hands-on work. Requirements What you'll do • Plan and execute deployments: site readiness, hardware installation, network bring-up, edge compute provisioning, and stack integration (cameras, radars, networking, the Kela platform) • Prepare deployments before they leave the building: staging, imaging, configuration, pre-delivery testing, and kit verification • Integrate with customer infrastructure and third-party systems, and resolve the issues that only surface once the system is deployed. • Troubleshoot across application, infrastructure, and network layers under field conditions and time pressure • Hand over cleanly: train operators, deliver documentation, and make sure the site is supportable after you leave • Support deployed sites remotely - version rollouts, config changes, hotfixes - and escalate to R&D, systems, and algo when issues need to go deeper • Build and maintain the deployment runbooks, checklists, and tooling that turn a one-off into a repeatable process • Report field findings back to the product and engineering teams: what broke, what was missing, what should be different next time • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, especially when things are time-sensitive What we need • 3+ years in field deployment, integration, field engineering, or a similar hands-on role in mission-critical environments • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating and troubleshooting Kubernetes • Networking across the stack: complex topologies, cellular, satellite, VPN/overlay networks, with real experience debugging connectivity on live sites • Comfortable with hardware: racking, cabling, power, sensors, mounts, and the physical realities of a site • Proficient in Bash and Python for automation and one-off investigations • Hands-on with databases and storage: queries, diagnostics, understanding what's happening under the hood • Able to read code and debug logs to trace issues to root cause • Fluent with GitHub as a daily tool • Effective in the field: works methodically under pressure, in uncomfortable conditions, with incomplete information • Precise, analytical, and reflective: you draw conclusions from data, not instinct, and you make sure the same problem doesn't bite you twice • Strong ownership and a can-do mindset: you take initiative, drive tasks to completion, and finish the half-finished thing you walked past • Learns quickly and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Clear communicator, in writing and on calls, with technical and non-technical people
