The Role As we scale fast, the constraint isn't strategy — it's trustworthy data and automated motions. You'll own all marketing attribution, all CRM data hygiene, all sales & marketing reporting, and the GTM-engineering automation behind our inbound and outbound motions. Put simply: you make every number in our board deck trustworthy, and every handoff automatic. What You'll Own Attribution. A single source of truth for source and channel performance. Not just platform-level Google vs. Meta — we need ROI cut by campaign type and buyer intent, because that's where the real differences hide. Multi-touch where it earns its complexity. CRM data quality. HubSpot is our system of record. Deduplication, enrichment, field governance, lifecycle-stage definitions, and the known gaps: firmographic enrichment (which drives our entire segmentation and routing model), country coverage, "Not a Deal" hygiene, and account-vs-deal grain. Reporting and analytics. Every sales and marketing dashboard: the funnel (MQA → meeting → opportunity → won), pipeline, cohort and conversion analysis, cost per MQA by channel, and the board metrics. GTM engineering and automation. The systems behind inbound — routing, scoring, speed-to-lead, lifecycle plumbing — that let a small team run a large motion. Outbound. You own the outbound motion end to end, including Katie, our AI SDR agent. Alta runs its own go-to-market on Alta, and you're the operator. What you learn running it goes straight back to the product team. Process and SLAs. Lead scoring, routing rules, and the operational contract between marketing and sales — defined, documented, and enforced in the system rather than in Slack. Who You Are Technically fluent. Deep HubSpot admin and ops expertise — properties, workflows, lifecycle stages, reporting — and comfortable diving into any API, enrichment tool, or automation platform to figure out how it works. A data perfectionist. You believe every number in a board deck should be trustworthy. Deduplication, field governance, lifecycle definitions and attribution models are things you own, not chores you tolerate. A builder. You'd rather build the system than describe it. You default to hands-on execution and wire tools together instead of writing a requirements doc and waiting. Analytical. You can model a full funnel, build multi-touch attribution, run cohort and conversion analysis, and turn it into recommendations someone can act on this week. AI-native. You work alongside AI agents the way other operators work alongside tools — you know what they're good at, where they break, and how to design a motion around them. This isn't a bonus at Alta; it's the job. Proactive and curious. You look for where pipeline leaks and where data breaks, and you fix it before anyone asks. Comfortable being the only one. No ops team behind you, no ticket queue in front of you. You'll be the single owner of this domain, working directly with marketing, sales leadership and finance — and you'll need to communicate clearly on deeply technical topics to people who don't share your context. Preferred Experience • • 3+ years in RevOps, Marketing Ops or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS company. • Built a marketing attribution model in B2B SaaS from scratch - not just maintained one. • Deep HubSpot expertise. (Salesforce background is welcome, but HubSpot is what you'll live in.) • Experience building GTM automation: routing, scoring, enrichment, workflow orchestration. • CRM data quality, attribution and reporting at real volume. • Bonus: SQL and data modeling, outbound tooling, hands-on experience with AI agent workflows. • Excited by a high-paced, hyper-growth environment where the scope grows faster than the org chart.
What you’ll own You'll lead and grow a team of engineers building Alta's AI-powered GTM platform, owning delivery end to end ,from product thinking and design through to production and measurable impact. You'll stay hands-on, contributing across frontend, backend and data systems while setting the technical bar for the team. You'll build and scale the core systems powering Alta's AI agents and real time GTM workflows, with a strong focus on scalability, reliability and fast iteration. You'll work closely with Product, AI and GTM teams to translate complex problems into clear engineering work, bringing strong product thinking to every decision, obsessing over user problems, and making sure what gets built actually moves the needle. You'll mentor engineers, shape the architecture of Alta's AI-native platform, and set the engineering standard for how Alta builds and scales. What you bring Required • You have 3+ years of engineering leadership experience and 8+ years of overall software development under your belt. • You have a strong hands on full stack background and are comfortable across frontend, backend and data systems -with solid experience in Node.js and TypeScript or similar. • You've built scalable, distributed or data-heavy systems and know what it takes to keep them reliable as they grow. • You have a strong product mindset, naturally orienting around user problems and outcomes, and you've worked closely with product teams to shape what gets built and why. • You take full ownership of your work, from first principles through to production. Nice to Have • Experience with AI or LLM based systems or automation. • Background in B2B SaaS or GTM products. Who you are • You take full ownership and follow through on your team, your systems and your outcomes. • You're a builder at heart, turning ambiguous problems into real products that users love. • You lead with strong judgment, making good decisions fast in a high pace environment. • You're obsessed with user impact, and it shows in how you think about what to build and why. • You stay close to the code without losing sight of the bigger picture.
What You’ll Do • Create and Close Deals: Proactively identify, generate, and close new business opportunities, using creativity and deep product understanding. This role will be responsible for generating revenue from customers to achieve sales quotas. Build and identify opportunity signals and drive additional revenue streams (up-sell, cross-sell, etc.) • Lead Outreach: Confidently engage in outbound efforts (calls, emails, social), building strong relationships from the first touchpoint. • Content & Messaging: Develop content (presentations, playbooks, emails) that resonates with our ICP and strengthens our GTM motions. • Customer Insights: Collect and interpret product feedback from prospects and customers to help refine our roadmap. • AI for Growth: Leverage AI tools to boost productivity, scale your outreach, and bring smarter insights to the team, customers, and product. • Market Representation: Represent Alta at events and meetings, acting as an ambassador of our brand and culture. • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Design to bring growth ideas to life and ensure alignment between product innovation and customer needs. What We’re Looking For • Experience: 2+ years in SaaS sales with proven success in both outbound and inbound motions. • Track Record: Consistent achievement of quota in high-growth SaaS environments, ideally in product-led companies. • Growth Mindset: Comfortable with experimentation, learning, and iterating fast. • Methodologies: Familiarity with modern sales methodologies and ability to adapt to different segments. • Product Sense: Ability to connect product features to real customer problems and communicate solutions simply and effectively. • Independence: Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, dynamic environments and takes full ownership of outcomes. About You • You strive for excellence, quality matters in everything you do. • You put customers first, our success comes only when they succeed. • You are self-motivated, proactive, and positive, with a bias for action. • You’re curious and creative, always seeking smarter ways to solve problems. • You see AI as a teammate, using it to work faster, think bigger, and help your team and customers perform better. • You have a collaborative spirit, working seamlessly with engineers, PMs, and GTM peers.

About You Basic Qualifications: • 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager. • Proven experience delivering products into production (specific experience leading AI Products is an advantage). • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, bridging technical teams (DS/Eng) and non-technical stakeholders (CSM, Business). • Proven ability to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions and priorities. Other Qualifications: • Understanding of GenAI architectures & evaluations: RAG, prompt engineering, dataset building, and core LLM evaluation frameworks (e.g., benchmark datasets, output validation). • Experience building agentic workflows or complex multi-agent systems (e.g., tool use, function calling, autonomous execution). • Prior experience in HR Tech or Talent Acquisition workflows. • Hands-on experience building/optimizing fine-tuning or RLHF pipelines. • Track record in a fast-paced 0→1 / early-stage product environment.
