Head of AI-Native Engineering (Senior Director)
Stampli · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We are looking for a Head of AI-Native Engineering at the Senior Director level: a technology and innovation leader who will identify, build, and scale the next generation of AI-driven capabilities across our software development lifecycle. This is not a traditional R&D management role. It is a high-impact builder role for someone who can challenge the status quo, identify opportunities before they become obvious, and turn ambitious ideas into meaningful technological and organizational transformation. Working closely and directly with the VP of R&D, you will have a broad mandate and strong organizational backing to experiment, build new capabilities from the ground up, and rethink how software gets built at Stampli. You will be expected to move from ideas to execution, prove what works, and scale successful approaches across the R&D organization. You will build and lead a team responsible for developing the tools, infrastructure, workflows, and organizational capabilities required to make AI-native software development a scalable and measurable reality at Stampli. What You Will Do • Lead Our AI Transformation: You will transition the organization from AI assisted coding/reviewing toward an outcome-based workflow. The objective is to replace traditional, coordination-heavy processes with precise specifications and externalized behavioral scenarios, allowing AI agents to build and test software autonomously, as a black box. • Build and Lead the Team: Build and lead a team responsible for developing and scaling the tools, infrastructure, workflows, and capabilities required for AI-native software development. • Own Coding Agents and AI Tools: Evaluate and select coding agents and AI tools, define how they are used across R&D, and create shared context across repositories—including instructions, skills, and MCP servers. • Design Agentic Development Workflows: Define the end-to-end flow from idea to production, including how work and responsibilities are divided between developers and AI agents. • Reimagine the SDLC: Rethink how software is designed, developed, tested, deployed, and maintained, and translate that vision into practical, scalable ways of working. • Shape AI-Ready CI/CD: Define the requirements for faster and more reliable delivery pipelines, including quality gates designed for AI-generated code. Partner closely with DevOps, which will implement and own the pipelines. • Enable Parallel Development at Scale: Establish isolated development environments that can be provisioned quickly, enabling developers and AI agents to work safely and efficiently in parallel. • Build From Zero to Scale: Identify high-impact opportunities, validate ideas quickly, and turn successful experiments into scalable capabilities adopted across the organization. • Turn Innovation Into Impact: Lead POCs and strategic technology initiatives from initial concept through development, implementation, adoption, and measurable organizational impact. • Transform Processes and Team Structures: Adapt development processes, team rituals, roles, and team composition to support AI-native ways of working. Identify areas of inefficiency, time waste and any opportunity to improve productivity; then plan, execute and monitor solutions. • Measure Adoption and Impact: Define success metrics, track tool adoption, organizational impact, performance, and cost, and report transparently on progress and results. • Establish AI Governance: Define AI usage policies and agent permissions in close partnership with Security, ensuring innovation is implemented responsibly and at scale. • Own What You Build: Maintain end-to-end ownership of the tools and capabilities developed by you and your team—from experimentation and implementation through rollout, adoption, and ongoing evolution. • Shape the Technology Vision: Define a forward-looking technology vision, challenge existing assumptions, and explore emerging technologies, architectures, and new possibilities. • Elevate Our Culture of Innovation: Build on Stampli’s existing culture by expanding experimentation, continuous learning, ownership, and entrepreneurial thinking across R&D. What You Will Bring • Significant experience as a technology leader in a product company, such as a Founder, Co-Founder, CTO, Entrepreneur in Residence, or senior technology leader. • Proven experience building and leading high-performing technical teams. • A track record of identifying opportunities and turning early-stage ideas into real products, systems, or organizational capabilities. • Experience leading AI adoption, major technological change, or organization-wide innovation. • Strong technical depth and credibility, with the ability to engage deeply in software architecture, infrastructure, development practices, CI/CD, and AI-assisted development. • Hands-on familiarity with coding agents, AI development tools, agentic workflows, or the infrastructure required to deploy them effectively across an R&D organization. • An AI-native mindset and the ability to rethink how software should be built and how R&D organizations should operate in the AI era. • A builder mentality, with the ability to move quickly from exploration and experimentation to implementation and measurable impact. • An entrepreneurial mindset and the initiative to take action without waiting for a predefined roadmap. • Strategic thinking, with the ability to anticipate future technological shifts while translating them into decisions and actions today. • The ability to challenge senior leaders, influence across teams, and build alignment without relying solely on direct authority. • Strong execution capabilities and the determination to drive complex initiatives from concept through adoption at scale. Why Join Stampli? Stampli is revolutionizing financial operations with AI, far ahead of competitors. For nearly a decade, our AI assistant, Billy, has set the industry standard—processing $100B+ in invoices annually and saving millions of labor hours for 1,600+ customers. Honeycomb · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Honeycomb Insurance At Honeycomb, we're not just building technology; we’re reshaping the future of insurance. In 2025, Honeycomb was recognized by Dun & Bradstreet as “Top 10 Best Start Up Companies to Work For” in Israel, named by LinkedIn as “Top 10 Startups in Chicago”, and Newsweek’s "Greatest Startup Workplaces in America, 2025". Through the first half of 2026 we’ve been recognized on Inc. Magazine’s "Best Workplaces" List and Forbes "Fintech 50". How did we earn these honors? Honeycomb is a rapidly growing global startup, generously backed by top-tier investors and powered by an exceptional team of thinkers, builders, and problem-solvers. Dual-headquartered in Chicago and Tel Aviv (R&D center), and with 6 offices across the U.S., we are reinventing the commercial real estate insurance industry, an industry long overdue for disruption. Just as importantly, we ensure every employee feels deeply connected to our mission and one another. With over $100B in insured assets, Honeycomb operates across 23 states, covering more than 65% of the U.S. population and increasing its coverage. If you’re looking for a place where innovation is celebrated, culture actually means something, and smart people challenge you to be better every day - Honeycomb might be exactly what you’ve been looking for. • About The Role We are looking for a Senior Data Science Researcher to join Honeycomb's AI team, the team behind underwriting decisions, quote-time risk scoring, and portfolio analytics. In this role, you will own entire research directions: framing the problem, deciding what's worth measuring, designing the approach from first principles, and turning the result into production signal. The work is production-oriented applied research on hard, real-world datasets where standard recipes don't apply and the right method often has to be invented for the problem. What You'll Do - Own open-ended research directions end-to-end - from a vague business question to a deployed, validated signal. - Work across the team's core research areas — risk modeling, environmental and catastrophe modeling, and behavioral modeling - translating complex real-world processes into reliable predictive signal. - Deeply investigate existing production models - understand what they actually learn, where they break, and where the headroom is; identify and ship optimizations grounded in that understanding. - Design approaches from first principles when off-the-shelf methods don't fit the data. - Build rigorous evaluations and own the result in production, not just the notebook. - Document research clearly so findings are reproducible, auditable, and compound over time. Requirements - MSc. or PhD in Statistics, Applied Math, Physics, or a closely related quantitative field. - Real research experience - a track record of driving original investigations end-to-end (academic research, a research-heavy PhD, industry R&D, or equivalent), not only applied ML delivery. - Strong mathematical or statistical problem-solving instincts - able to model a messy real-world system from scratch, not just apply a library. - Production deployment experience: monitoring, CI/CD, data validation, reproducibility. - Ability to independently initiate, plan, and drive entire research directions. - Team player, positive, driven, independent, fast learner. Advantages - Depth in classical statistics, causal inference, or applied probability. - Deep learning experience. - Clean coding and repository-maintenance habits.

M
Principal Cloud Security Researcher
Mitiga · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We’re looking for Principal Cloud Security Researcher with a strong security background to join our innovative Research team. Why Mitiga? EDR protects the endpoint. Mitiga protects everything else, anticipating and disrupting active attacks across the modern stack and stopping them before they reach the business. Mitiga is the leader in Zero-Impact Breach Prevention, delivered through Agentic Runtime Security for the modern infrastructure — cloud, SaaS, identity, and AI. By delivering the runtime detection and response that security teams already rely on for endpoints, extended to the infrastructure endpoint tools can’t see, Mitiga provides Zero-Impact Breach Prevention, in runtime. The Role We're looking for a Principal Cloud Security Researcher to serve as a senior technical leader within our Research team. This is a high-impact individual contributor role -- you won't manage people, but you'll shape the direction of our entire research function, mentor researchers, and act as a force multiplier across the organization. You'll be the person who takes a vague threat signal and turns it into a detection strategy, a published finding, or a product capability. You'll operate as a trusted deputy to the research team lead, owning the most complex and ambiguous research challenges while raising the technical bar for the team. What You'll Do Drive Groundbreaking Research • Own and drive Mitiga's most critical research initiatives end-to-end - from initial threat hypothesis through detection logic, product integration, and external publication. • Set the technical direction for cloud threat research across AWS, Azure, and GCP, identifying emerging attack surfaces and novel techniques before they become mainstream threats. • Investigate real-world cloud and SaaS security incidents, dissecting attacker tradecraft and extracting insights that evolve our detection capabilities. • Pioneer new forensic investigation techniques and detection methodologies for cloud-native and SaaS environments - pushing the state of the art, not just following it. Be a Voice in the Community • Represent Mitiga as a thought leader through high-quality research publications, conference presentations (BlackHat, DEF CON, RSA, fwd:cloudsec, and similar venues), and open-source contributions. • Build and maintain Mitiga's reputation as a research-driven company that advances the field - not just a vendor with a blog. • Engage with the broader security research community, fostering relationships and collaborative knowledge-sharing. Shape the Product • Bridge research and product - translate threat findings into actionable product requirements, working closely with engineering and product teams to ensure our CDR platform stays ahead of evolving threats. • Design and develop advanced detection algorithms that directly feed into Mitiga's platform, closing the gap between research insight and customer protection. Elevate the Team • Act as the team's go-to technical authority. When researchers hit a wall on complex cloud attack chains, IAM edge cases, or detection gaps - you're who they turn to. • Mentor and grow other researchers through research reviews, pair investigations, code reviews, and by setting quality standards and methodology best practices. • Influence technical decisions org-wide - contributing to architecture, tooling, and strategic research priorities. • Step in as the research team lead's deputy when needed - driving prioritization, representing research cross-functionally, and ensuring continuity. Requirements Who You Are • 8+ years in security research, threat research, or closely related fields (offensive security, detection engineering, incident response, cloud security engineering). Fewer years are fine if your depth and track record are exceptional. • Deep multi-cloud expertise - strong hands-on experience across at least two of the major cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP), with working knowledge of the third. You understand the IAM models, logging pipelines, APIs, and attack surfaces that matter in each. • A track record of original research - you've published meaningful technical findings through blog posts, conference talks, open-source tools, or vulnerability discoveries that moved the needle. We want someone who doesn't just consume research - you produce it. • Strong adversarial mindset and critical thinking - you think like an attacker targeting cloud infrastructure, SaaS platforms, identity systems, and Kubernetes. You can model threat scenarios, map out attack paths, and poke holes in defenses. • Ability to operate autonomously on ambiguous, high-stakes problems. You don't wait for detailed specs - you identify what matters and drive it forward. It Would Be Nice If You Also Had • Experience with cloud forensics and incident response (DFIR in cloud/SaaS environments). • Background in red teaming or penetration testing targeting cloud environments. • Familiarity with Kubernetes security, container escape techniques, and cloud-native supply chain risks. • Experience building or contributing to threat intelligence frameworks or detection content libraries. Some More Details and Perks • Location: Tel Aviv, IL • Hybrid work Environment • Competitive compensation package with stock options, educational fund, cibus. • Top of the line equipment For more information visit us at www.mitiga.io Mitiga is an equal opportunity employer, committed to diversity and inclusiveness and aim to attract, retain, and engage a diverse workforce. Senior SW Engineer
Mitiga · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description We’re looking for a strong Senior SW Engineer to join our Data team. The Role Our detection engine is a large Python codebase running PySpark over cloud, SaaS, and identity data at scale on Databricks. You’ll own its engineering quality — hardening what’s there and extending it — working alongside the cyber investigators who define what it should catch. In this role, you will: · Harden and extend a large production Python codebase: refactoring, module and API design, typing, test coverage. · Own and optimize critical PySpark workflows processing massive security datasets across multi-cloud environments — correctness and cost both. · Design the data models and queries the engine depends on, and fix the slow ones. · Work directly with cyber investigators to turn attacker behavior into detection logic that holds up in production. · Build with AI as a core tool: AI coding agents daily, and the AI tooling the team runs on — agentic and automated workflows (n8n or similar) and LLM-backed services on Bedrock or vendor APIs. · Raise the bar on engineering practice — code review, CI, and the standards the team holds each other to. · Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction as the platform evolves. Requirements Who you are · 5+ years of production Python at a company — typing, refactoring code you didn’t write, module and API design, pytest, packaging, and a real code-review culture. · Hands-on SQL — you design schemas and you fix slow queries, not just read them. · AI-native — AI coding agents (Claude Code) are part of how you work, and you’ve shipped something real on top of an LLM: prompt design, structured outputs, orchestrating multi-step or agentic flows, and testing behavior that isn’t deterministic. Which platform you used matters far less than having done it. · Fluent in Git and CI — you read a failed pipeline and fix it yourself. · Energized by fast-paced startup environments where ownership, adaptability, and collaboration are essential to success. It Would Be Nice If You Also Had: AWS (S3, IAM, compute) and AWS Bedrock · workflow automation and agent platforms (n8n, LangGraph, Temporal) · MCP servers or tool-calling integrations · both Spark and Kafka · a security, detection-engineering, or SIEM background. Some More Details and Perks Some More Details and Perks Location: Tel Aviv, IL Hybrid work Environment Competitive compensation package with stock options, educational funds, cibus.
