ScaleOps is redefining autonomous cloud and AI infrastructure. We're on a mission to free DevOps and platform engineers from manual resource management so they can focus on innovation, not tuning resources. The results: maximized performance and a reduction of cloud costs by up to 80%. As the category leader in Autonomous Cloud and AI Infrastructure Resource Management, we're trusted by leading enterprises including Adobe, Wiz, Epic Games, Northwestern Mutual, Coinbase, DocuSign, and Fortune 100 companies to autonomously manage their most critical production environments. Backed by Insight Partners, Lightspeed Venture Partners, and other leading VCs with over $210M in funding, ScaleOps is the leading player in a massive and growing market. We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute. What You’ll Be Doing We’re looking for our first Director of Product to define and lead product at ScaleOps. You’ll start hands-on, owning the roadmap and working side by side with Engineering, Design, and customers. As the company grows, you’ll build and lead the product organization. This is a foundational role: you’ll set the product vision, the way we make decisions, and the bar for product excellence across the company. • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for the platform, in close partnership with the CEO, the VP R&D, and the leadership team. • Lead customer discovery: build direct relationships with key customers and design partners, and turn what you learn into product direction. • Translate customer needs, technical constraints, and business goals into clear priorities and well-scoped features that solve hard problems for DevOps, SRE, and platform teams. • Personally own a strategic domain, from discovery through spec to delivery, until the team grows and domains can be handed off. • Build the product function from zero: planning cycles, prioritization frameworks, specs, launch processes, and ways of working with Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success. • Define and track product KPIs, from adoption and retention to customer impact, and use them to drive decisions. • Hire, mentor, and grow product managers as the team scales, and define what great product management looks like at ScaleOps. • Own competitive and market intelligence, and stay ahead of trends in Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, and FinOps. • Represent product externally with customers, partners, and the market, and internally with company leadership. What You’ll Bring • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with significant ownership of strategy and roadmap. • Experience leading products or people (2+ years), or clear readiness to step into that. • Experience with infrastructure platforms, developer tools, or DevOps products. • Technical depth to earn the trust of engineering-heavy teams and dig into architecture trade-offs. • Proven ability to set direction and influence at the executive level. • Experience building processes and ways of working from scratch, ideally in an early or growth-stage company. • A desire to build and lead a team over time, whether or not you’ve done it formally yet. • Strong ownership mindset, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity. • Excellent written and spoken English. • Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering real customer value.

We are building the autonomous infrastructure management platform that will power the next decade of enterprise compute. We're hiring a hands-on VP of Operations to own daily operations, office management, business systems, and employee experience end to end. This is the person who makes sure every office runs well, every new hire has a great first day, every tool actually works, and every internal event comes off without a hitch - while building the playbooks that let all of that keep working as we double and triple in size. What You'll Own • Office & workplace management: Run the day-to-day of our offices (Tel Aviv HQ, Boston, and any new locations) - facilities, space planning, supplies, health & safety, work policy, and the relationships with landlords, cleaners, caterers, and building management. • Business systems: Own the internal tools stack (Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement tools, equipment provisioning, workplace tech) - select, implement, and administer new systems as the company scales, and manage IT vendor and helpdesk relationships. • Process ownership & cross-functional initiatives: Spot operational inefficiencies that cut across teams, design and roll out standardized processes (new-hire ramp, procurement requests, cross-department handoffs), and lead the cross-functional initiatives that keep GTM, R&D, and G&A in sync as headcount scales — partnering directly with functional leaders rather than owning their teams. • Employee experience: Design and run onboarding and offboarding (equipment, desk setup, first-week experience), internal communications, and the full company events calendar - all-hands, offsites, team celebrations, and holiday events - for a multi-office workforce. • Process & playbooks: Build the operational playbooks - new-hire onboarding, equipment procurement, travel & expense policy, office-opening checklist - needed as headcount doubles and triples. • Cross-office consistency: Keep the employee experience and operational standards consistent across the US and Israel offices, navigating different local norms, holidays, and vendors. • Special projects: Lead office moves and new-office openings, company offsites, and other one-off logistics-heavy initiatives. What We're Looking For • 5+ years in Workplace Operations, Office Management, People Operations, or general Operations, including experience leading a team • Has personally run office management, business systems, or employee experience at a company that scaled from roughly 100 → 500+ employees - MUST • Hands-on experience selecting and administering business/workplace tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Slack, expense & procurement platforms) and managing IT/vendor relationships • Track record designing onboarding, internal events, and employee-experience programs that scale, not just one-off logistics • Strong vendor negotiation and budget management skills • Excellent project management with a genuine "no task too small" mentality, balanced with the instinct to build repeatable systems rather than solve the same problem twice • Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment with shifting daily priorities Strong pluses • Experience managing multiple offices/geos, ideally including Israel or another international location • Experience opening or building out a new office location outside of Israel from scratch • Background partnering closely with People/HR and IT/Security teams

Our teams are builders, problem-solvers, and innovators committed to shaping the future of security. If you are excited to solve hard problems alongside talented, mission-driven people, we invite you to help us build a safer future for humanity. What Are We Looking For? We’re looking for people who are relentlessly curious and committed to continuous learning. Those who thrive here actively seek out new solutions, experiment thoughtfully, and apply what they learn to drive better, faster, smarter outcomes. As a Threat Detection Engineering Manager you will be tasked with leading a team of engineers that builds and ships the Windows agent’s behavioral detection and prevention capabilities, from low-level telemetry and in-memory traps to detection logic running on tens of millions of endpoints. Your team combines deep Windows internals knowledge, attacker tradecraft, behavioral analysis, and machine learning to stop sophisticated attacks before they cause harm. You will join a growing team of passionate security engineers who think differently, challenge assumptions, and constantly explore new ways to outsmart adversaries. This is a hands-on technical role focused on security leadership, not general software engineering management. What Will You Do? Primary responsibilities include: • You will manage a team of detection engineers who build Windows behavioral detections and the infrastructure that runs them. • You will own the design and delivery of behavioral detection and prevention engines in the Windows agent of SentinelOne’s Endpoint Protection platform, from low-level telemetry and in-memory traps to the detection logic running in production. Your team’s work doesn’t end with a hypothesis or a document - it ships in the product. • Your team’s deliverables protect tens of millions of Windows endpoints running our platform. • You will hire, grow, and lead the team, own the Windows detection roadmap, and own detection quality metrics (efficacy, false positives, performance impact). • You will lead the team in building attack tools, PoCs, and attack simulations to validate and harden detections, and in finding new ways to detect and prevent exploitation (EoP, drive-by attacks, and more). • You will work closely with SentinelOne’s research teams and with the agent and platform engineering teams, turning emerging attacker techniques into product-grade detections. • This is a hands-on technical leadership role: you will stay close to the work, reviewing designs, detections, and code. What Skills and Knowledge Will You Bring? • Must-have: 5+ years of hands-on security experience, such as detection engineering, EDR/AV development, malware analysis, or offensive security • Must-have: Deep understanding of Windows internals - processes and threads, memory management, handles and tokens, the loader, and kernel mechanisms such as callbacks, minifilters, and ETW • Must-have: Hands-on experience writing behavioral detections for low-level malicious techniques and measuring their efficacy (true/false positives, resistance to evasion) • Must-have: Working knowledge of attacker tradecraft - injection, credential theft, privilege escalation, defense evasion, LOLBins - and frameworks such as MITRE ATT&CK • Must-have: Ability to read and write code (C/C++ preferred, plus a scripting language) • Highly preferred: 2+ years leading detection or security engineers, as a manager or tech lead • An advantage: AV/EDR internals, exploit development, ML-assisted detection, or published security research (talks, CVEs, blogs) Why SentinelOne? AI is redefining how the world operates and rewriting the rules of security in real time, and SentinelOne was built for this moment. From day one, we architected an AI-native platform designed to operate at machine speed, not as an add-on to legacy systems but as the foundation itself. If you want to build where innovation and impact move together, this is that place. We invest in our Sentinels with comprehensive, competitive benefits designed to support you and your family: Equity & Rewards • Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) • Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) Time Off & Wellbeing • Competitive leave benefits • Gender-neutral parental leave • Employee Assistant Program • Workout sessions and a Wellness App Insurance & Financial Security • Medical and insurance benefits • Pension • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Work Perks & Flexibility • Global home office allowance • Mobile phone reimbursement • Study Fund SentinelOne is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
