Analyze the CNAPP and cloud security landscape to create technically grounded differentiation and comparison assets that stand up to scrutiny. • Keep our technical voice sharp. Ensure our product storytelling is precise, modern, and human, authoritative when discussing architecture, and approachable when discussing customer value. Requirements • 3–6 years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, solutions engineering, product management, or a related role at an enterprise SaaS company, ideally in cloud security or cloud infrastructure. • Deep curiosity about how things work. You’re comfortable reading architecture docs, asking engineers hard questions, and understanding runtime systems at a technical level. • Understands the full sales processes, from pitching, to Demo to POC to production. • Strong technical writing skills. You can take complex infrastructure concepts and turn them into structured, compelling narratives without oversimplifying or hiding behind jargon. • Experience marketing to technical audiences. You’ve written for security engineers, DevOps teams, platform engineers, or CISOs and understand how to earn credibility with them. • Hands-on execution mindset. You don’t just define positioning, you write the blog, build the page outline, create the sales asset, and help get it live. • Familiarity with cloud-native environments. Kubernetes, containers, APIs, IAM, vulnerability management, runtime security, CNAPP, CSPM, CWPP, code, application security, Shift Left, Sast or related domains. • Comfort working cross-functionally. You can translate between Engineering, Sales, and Marketing without losing clarity or technical accuracy. • Fluency in modern marketing tools. Bonus for experience with demo tools, Storylane, or technical visualization tools. • Data-informed and impact-driven. You care about adoption, engagement, and pipeline influence, and you refine messaging based on real feedback from the field. • Comfortable with ambiguity and speed. You’re energized by building in a fast-moving startup where features ship quickly and messaging evolves alongside the product.

Description Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. We're in a period of significant growth - and every person we bring in changes the trajectory of the company. Sourcing, done right, is one of the most powerful levers in a talent team. Not because of the pipeline numbers. Because of the people - the ones you find before anyone else does, the ones who weren't looking until you reached out, the ones who change everything once they're in the room. We're not looking for someone to send bulk messages on LinkedIn. We're looking for a sourcing strategist - someone who thinks creatively, uses AI and data to go where others don't, and genuinely cares about the quality of talent we bring into Upwind. You'll work across a wide variety of roles - R&D, product, business, and beyond - and you'll be a true partner to our recruiters and hiring managers. You'll also help shape how the world sees Upwind as a place to work. This is a role with real visibility, real ownership, and real impact. What We're Looking For • Own the sourcing strategy- build pipelines for diverse roles across R&D, Product, Sales, and more. Go beyond job boards and LinkedIn; find talent others miss. • Be the intelligence layer - use data, market mapping, and competitive insights to inform where we should be looking and who we should be targeting. • Partner with hiring managers and recruiters - understand each role deeply, not just the title. Know what "great" looks like for every search. • Challenge the way sourcing is done - bring AI tools, automation, and unconventional approaches to outreach and pipeline building. • Drive employer branding initiatives - create content, build presence, and represent Upwind authentically in the talent market. • Create candidate experiences worth remembering - every first touchpoint matters, and you'll make it count. • Continuously improve - track what's working, report on pipeline health, and iterate fast when something isn't. Requirements • 3+ years of sourcing or talent research experience in a fast-growing startup - must. • Cross-functional sourcing experience - comfortable working across technical (R&D, Product, Data) and non-technical roles. • Real AI capabilities - you're actively using AI tools in your sourcing workflow, not just familiar with them. • Data-driven mindset - you use market data, pipeline metrics, and conversion rates to make smarter decisions. • Creative outreach - your messages get replies. You know how to write to a person, not a persona. • Employer branding sensibility - you understand that sourcing and brand-building go hand in hand. • Proactive by nature - you spot gaps before anyone asks and move on them. • Strong organizational skills - you can manage multiple searches across multiple stakeholders without dropping the ball. • Excellent communication skills - high EQ, strong relationship builder, a true people-person. • High level of English - both written and verbal.
Description About The Position Upwind is a next-generation Cloud Security Platform that leverages runtime context to identify and prioritize critical risks, providing precise insights and efficient cloud security management. Unlike traditional tools, Upwind uses runtime data proactively for risk prioritization and posture insights, ensuring teams focus on what truly matters. With industry-leading efficiency and eBPF-powered sensors, Upwind delivers comprehensive capabilities - including agentless cloud posture discovery, real-time threat protection, and integrated API security. We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company. We're looking for a Marketing Operations Lead to build and run the engine behind our pipeline: the systems, data, workflows, and integrations that turn every touchpoint into qualified pipeline. You'll own the marketing tech stack end to end, from the first form fill to the hand-off to Sales and beyond. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who is both strategic and deeply technical. You won't write a spec and wait for someone else to build it. You'll design the workflow, wire up the integration, call the API, fix the data, and measure the impact. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work day-to-day with Growth, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, SDRs, and RevOps. You're a service-oriented partner to both Marketing and Sales, and you measure your success in pipeline. We work AI-natively. We expect you to reach for AI tools by default - to automate, enrich, analyze, and build at a pace that would have needed a team of five two years ago. What You'll Do • Own the marketing tech stack. Run HubSpot and Salesforce as one system: architecture, objects, properties, sync rules, and data hygiene. Evaluate, implement, and connect new tools as we scale. • Build the lead engine. Own lead capture, routing, scoring, lifecycle stages, and SLAs so the right lead reaches the right rep at the right moment, with full context. • Design nurture that moves pipeline. Build email marketing programs and automated nurture workflows across the funnel - from first touch through MQL, SQL, and opportunity - and keep optimizing them against conversion and pipeline, not open rates. • Run enrichment and data at scale with Clay. Build Clay tables and waterfalls for enrichment, ICP scoring, account research, and signal-based outbound plays that feed Sales with high-quality, prioritized targets. • Connect everything. Build and maintain integrations and automations across our stack using APIs, webhooks, and middleware - HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, sales engagement tools, intent and enrichment platforms, the website, and events. • Own the website's marketing operations. Manage WordPress forms, tracking, landing page set-up, and integrations so every conversion is captured, attributed, and routed correctly. • Partner closely with Sales. Understand the pipeline, the deal stages, and how reps work. Support SDRs and AEs with workflows, sequences, territories, and tooling that make them faster - and act as the go-to operator Sales trusts. • Build the AI-native ops layer. Use AI agents and automation across enrichment, research, routing, personalization, and reporting to scale output without scaling headcount. • Report on what matters. Own funnel and attribution reporting that connects campaigns to pipeline to revenue, with a clear view on conversion rates, velocity, and where the funnel is leaking. Requirements • 5+ years in Marketing Operations, Growth Operations, or RevOps at a B2B SaaS company - a must. Cloud or cybersecurity experience is a big advantage. • Expert-level HubSpot and Salesforce. You've owned both as an admin and architect: workflows, lead scoring, lifecycle management, the bi-directional sync, reporting, and data governance. You can explain exactly how a lead moves through the system and why. • Hands-on Clay expertise. You've built enrichment, scoring, and outbound workflows in Clay that produced real pipeline. • Sales tools fluency. Hands-on experience with sales engagement and intelligence tools (e.g., Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Gong, intent platforms) and how they fit together. • Strong technical and API skills. You understand APIs, webhooks, and data models, and you're comfortable building integrations and automations yourself (Zapier, Make, n8n, or code). • WordPress experience. Comfortable working with forms, tracking scripts, plugins, and integrations on a marketing website. • Deep marketing and funnel knowledge. You understand demand generation, lead generation, email marketing, and nurture strategy - not just the tools behind them. You know how B2B pipelines and sales processes work, from MQL to closed-won. • AI-native by default - a must. You already use AI tools and agents throughout your workflow and are always looking for new ways to automate and move faster. • Strategic and hands-on. You can design the operating model for a growing GTM team and then build it yourself. • A people person with a service mindset. You build trust with Marketing and Sales, translate business needs into systems, and keep stakeholders aligned. • Pipeline-driven and analytical. You think in conversion rates, velocity, and revenue impact, and you let the data drive decisions. • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal. • A self-starter who ships. High motivation, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward getting things done in a fast-moving startup.

We're in a period of significant growth. There's an enormous amount to build, improve, and shape - and every hire changes the trajectory of the company. We're looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to conduct the entire growth orchestra: paid acquisition, landing pages, experimentation, SEO and LLM visibility, partners and vendors. You'll own the full funnel from first impression to qualified pipeline, and you'll own the number. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role. You won't hand off briefs and wait - you׳ll build the page, launch the test, read the data, and kill what doesn't work. You'll report to the Head of Growth and work day-to-day with Content, Product Marketing, Design, Sales, and RevOps. It's an individual contributor role today with a clear path to building a team as the function scales. We work AI-natively. We expect you to reach for AI tools by default - to research, build, analyze, and ship at a pace that would have needed a team of five two years ago. What You'll Do • Own paid acquisition end to end. Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads - targeting, creative, bidding, budget allocation - against pipeline and CAC targets, not clicks. Open new channels as we grow. • Own the conversion path. Partner with Content Marketing and Design to build landing pages and campaign assets, then run a continuous A/B testing program on messaging, layout, offers, and forms to move conversion rate. • Run growth as an experiment engine. Build a testing roadmap, prioritize by expected impact, run clean experiments, and turn results into decisions the whole team can act on. • Own organic and AI visibility. Drive technical and content SEO alongside LLM citation optimization- making sure Upwind shows up when security engineers and CISOs ask AI assistants about cloud security. • Manage partners and vendors. Agencies, review sites, syndication, co-marketing, events - hold them to clear KPIs and make each one earn its budget. • Build the AI-native marketing stack. Use AI tools across research, creative production, analysis, and automation to compress cycle times and scale output without scaling headcount. • Report on what matters. Build the reporting that connects spend to pipeline to revenue, and bring a clear point of view on where the next dollar should go. • Work like a seller. Sit close to Sales, understand the buyer and the deal cycle, and optimize for pipeline quality - not lead volume. Requirements • 3+ years in User Acquisition, Growth, Performance, or Marketing Management at a B2B SaaS company- cybersecurity or cloud infrastructure strongly preferred. • BA/BSc with excellence in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a similar quantitative field. • Hands-on paid media expertise. You've personally managed meaningful budgets in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads and can explain exactly what you changed and what it did to CAC and pipeline. • Deeply analytical. You're fluent in funnel metrics, attribution, and experiment design. You build the model, find the insight in the data, and are comfortable defending it. • Conversion and experimentation experience. You've built and tested landing pages and know how to run an A/B test that produces a real answer. • SEO and LLM optimization know-how. You understand how organic discovery works today and are actively figuring out how it works in an AI-first world. • AI-native by default. You already use AI tools throughout your workflow and are relentless about finding new ways to work faster. • Sales instincts. You can pitch, negotiate with vendors, and think in terms of what closes deals - not what looks good in a report. • Full professional proficiency in English, written and verbal. You'll write copy that a US security buyer takes seriously. • A self-starter who ships. High motivation, fast learner, comfortable with ambiguity, and biased toward getting things done in a fast-moving startup.
