Description עמדת הקבלה בכניסה לאתר מהווה את שער הכניסה לארגון, והיושב.ת בה הוא.היא הפנים הראשונות של "נטפים" עבור עובדים, מבקרים, ספקים ואורחים. תפקיד זה מהווה את לב הפעילות היומיומית באתר ומשלב בין אחריות תפעולית לבין יצירת חוויית שירות חיובית, מקצועית ומזמינה, המשקפת את ערכי החברה. מנהל.ת האדמיניסטרציה באתר מהווה כתובת מרכזית וזמינה לעובדי האתר, מסייע.ת במתן מענה שוטף לצרכים שונים, תורמ.ת לתחושת סדר, שייכות ורווחת העובדים, וממלא.ת תפקיד משמעותי בעיצוב הרושם הראשוני וחוויית העבודה באתר. תיאור התפקיד: • מענה אדמיניסטרטיבי לצרכי האתר כולל מענה טלפוני, שירות לקוחות, קליטת וסיווג דואר ומשלוחים ואספקה. • אחראי.ת על עמדת הקבלה באתר ומענה ראשוני לפונים; עובדים, ספקים ואורחים. • אחראי.ת על טיפול שוטף בצרכי האתר ועובדיו כולל סיוע בבעיות שוטפות המתעוררות מעת לעת. • אחראי.ת לטיפול בהוראות קליטה / עזיבה של עובדי האתר כולל הנפקה / ביטול תג עובד וכרטיס תן-ביס. • אחראי.ת להפצת תקשורים פניימים הנוגעים לנעשה באתר. • אחראי.ת על פתיחת דרישות רכש ומעקב אחר הזמנות עד קבלת חשבונית וסיום התהליך. • אחראי.ת על ניהול משאבי האתר וסנכרון השימוש בהם לרבות חדרי ישיבות ורכבי אתר בתיאום מנהל יח' רכב וכן מדבקות חניה בהתאם למדיניות הארגון. • אחראי.ת על הקשר וממשקי העבודה עם חברת הניהול של המבנה ועם המשכיר ובאי כוחו לענייני אחזקה וניקיון. • תפעול היבטי רווחה ואחרים באתר כחלק מצוות האתר והמחלקה. • סיוע בתהליכי תקשורת פנים-ארגונית לרבות תפעול מסכי הכניסה והמידע השוטף. • תמיכה בתחומי האבטחה, בטחון ובטיחות בתיאום ממונה הבטיחות וקב"ט החברה. Description Bluespine is looking for curious, analytical, and highly motivated individuals to join our Medical Fraud & Anomaly Research team. In this role, you will leverage Bluespine's proprietary Insights Platform to investigate healthcare claims, identify unusual billing patterns, uncover potential fraud and payment anomalies, and turn data into meaningful findings for our customers. This is not a traditional medical or data analyst position. We are looking for natural investigators people who enjoy solving complex problems, connecting the dots, challenging assumptions, and digging deeper to understand why something doesn't make sense. What You'll Do • Leverage Bluespine's Insights Platform to investigate medical claims, analyze billing patterns, and identify potential fraud, anomalies, and payment inconsistencies across our customers. • Investigate and validate findings, distinguishing meaningful anomalies from statistical noise, normal variations, and legitimate exceptions. • Connect the dots and expand investigations, turning individual findings into broader investigative opportunities, recurring patterns, and scalable detection concepts. • Conduct independent research using medical literature, publicly available information, and multiple data sources to support investigations. • Present clear, evidence-based findings, explaining the underlying analysis, supporting evidence, potential implications, and recommended next steps. • Contribute to improving detection capabilities by sharing investigative insights and identifying opportunities to enhance Bluespine's platform. • Collaborate with experienced analysts and medical experts to investigate complex cases. Requirements • Current student or recent graduate in Medical Sciences, Life Sciences, Biology, Neuroscience, Bioinformatics, Data Science, or another analytical or research-oriented field. • Alternatively, a background in intelligence research, analytical military service, fraud investigation, or similar investigative work. • Experience investigating anomalies, fraud, or unusual behavioral patterns in data-driven sectors such as FinTech, healthcare, insurance, financial services, or cybersecurity. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities. • Natural curiosity and a passion for research, investigation, and discovering patterns. • Ability to connect information, identify inconsistencies, and think beyond the obvious. • Independent learning skills and a proactive, self-driven approach. • Comfortable working with data, technology, and AI-powered tools. • Strong English reading and writing skills. Nice to Have • Experience in military intelligence, research, or investigative roles. • Academic or practical experience in medical or scientific research. • Familiarity with SQL, Python, Excel, or data analysis tools. • Interest in medicine, healthcare systems, or medical technologies. • Prior experience in US healthcare, medical billing, or insurance claims

In this role, you’ll help protect Moon Active’s intellectual property and brands by investigating potential infringements, supporting enforcement efforts, and collaborating with teams across the company. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in IP and brand protection in a dynamic, innovative environment. Responsibilities • Support IP and brand protection efforts by submitting takedown requests manually and through automated online brand protection tools. • Conduct in-depth research into potential intellectual property infringements and document findings. • Prepare clear, accurate reports on infringement cases and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders. • Collaborate with teams across Moon Active to gather information and support the investigation and resolution of IP rights violations. Requirements • Currently pursuing a law degree, with at least two years of study remaining. • Native-level English proficiency. • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build effective relationships across the organization. • Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines. • Ability to manage complex, long-term projects, adapt to changing priorities, and develop practical solutions. • Strong attention to detail, a proactive approach, and an enthusiastic work ethic. • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
