About Us OurRitual is a fast-growing digital platform reshaping how relationship therapy works. We combine expert-led therapy sessions with AI-powered support to create a blended experience — where clinical depth and intelligent technology weave together into something neither could deliver alone. A therapist brings depth. AI brings continuity. Together, they reshape what relationship support feels like in the 167 hours between sessions. We call it Continuous Therapy. We've reached product-market fit with strong growth, exceptional engagement, and retention that breaks the category. We have 200+ expert therapists on the platform and the largest dataset of clinically-annotated couples therapy sessions in existence. We're pre-Series A, at the stage where AI moves from feature to foundation. Role Overview As a Head of Product — AI Therapy, you will own how AI and clinical expertise come together across the product to create a new kind of therapy experience. This role sits at the intersection of consumer product, AI technology, and clinical science — defining what intelligent relationship support looks like when it's grounded in real therapeutic data and validated by real clinicians. You'll design the conversational AI that supports users between sessions — emotional processing, conversation preparation, reflections, personalized guidance. You'll build the intelligence layer that turns therapy session data into structured relationship context, so every interaction feels informed by the couple's actual journey. And you'll push into open space — new product surfaces, new modes of support, new ways to make therapists more effective — because the category is being created now and the playbook doesn't exist. This is a hands-on role that requires balancing vision with execution, working closely with our clinical lead, AI engineers, and design team to ship products where every word matters — because people are vulnerable when they use them. In regular collaboration with founders and clinical leadership, you'll shape the AI therapy strategy and help define the future of continuous, tech-enabled relationship support. Key Responsibilities AI Product Definition • Own the AI therapy product surface — conversational flows, tone, behavioral rules, guardrails, and prompt engineering for between-session support • Define how AI shows up across modes: emotional processing, conversation preparation, reflections, personalized guidance • Drive the user-facing AI experience from spec to ship — ensuring it feels warm, safe, and clinically grounded Intelligence Infrastructure • Define how therapy session data becomes structured relationship context — extraction logic, confidence scoring, lifecycle management, recommendation systems • Build the intelligence layer that makes AI interactions feel informed by the couple's history and therapeutic journey • Shape content recommendation and insight delivery systems Clinical-Product Integration • Partner with clinical lead and therapist network to validate every AI behavior before it reaches users • Translate therapeutic frameworks into product specs that engineers can build from • Design expert-in-the-loop workflows and crisis safety protocols • Ensure what ships is therapeutically sound, not just technically impressive New Product Surfaces • Identify and develop new AI-powered experiences — adaptive insights, tools for therapists, modes of support that don't exist yet • Run POCs with real users, define acceptance criteria, measure outcomes, iterate • Collaborate with consumer product initiatives to ensure AI and human experiences are seamlessly aligned Skills & Qualifications • 5+ years of product management in consumer products, with real AI/ML experience • Hands-on LLM product work — prompt engineering, model behavior, shipping AI that needs to be safe and reliable • Genuine interest in therapy, mental health, or emotional wellbeing — you understand why clinical grounding matters and why this space demands more care than most • Strong spec-writing — translating complex behavioral and clinical requirements into clear, buildable definitions • Cross-functional fluency — comfortable going deep with engineers on architecture, with clinicians on therapeutic frameworks, with designers on experience • Builder mentality — energized by defining problems, not just executing against a predetermined roadmap • Fluent English Nice-to-Have Skills • Health-tech, therapy-tech, or regulated consumer product experience • Conversational AI background — designing conversation flows, managing AI tone and personality • Personal experience with therapy (individual or couples) — it gives intuition that's hard to teach • 0-to-1 product track record at early-stage companies • Experience with clinical validation workflows or expert-in-the-loop AI systems Why This Role Therapy is about to look very different — not because AI replaces therapists, but because people expect more than a weekly hour can deliver. This is a rare opportunity to define how AI and clinical expertise blend together to support relationships at scale. You'll work with a dataset that doesn't exist anywhere else, building products that couldn't be built at any other company. If you care about building AI that genuinely helps people in their most vulnerable moments, this is it.

Stigg The Usage Runtime for AI Products But what is it exactly? Built by former New Relic engineers, Stigg provides the infrastructure AI companies need to meter, monetize, and govern product usage at scale. Our real-time usage runtime enables companies to manage entitlements, usage metering, credits, budgets, and access controls - all without building complex infrastructure from scratch. So what? Why now? AI is fundamentally changing how software is consumed and monetized. Every API request, inference, or agent action can generate real cost, while traditional billing systems only report usage after it happens. Stigg helps AI companies make real-time decisions about what each customer, user, team, or agent is allowed to do - before the cost is incurred. This gives engineering teams the control they need, while allowing Product and GTM teams to quickly introduce and evolve new monetization models. Are you funded? 💰 We are! About Stigg Every AI company is accidentally building a bank. Every prompt, agent run and API call spends real money, and something has to decide, in real time, who is allowed to do what and how much it costs. Stigg is the usage runtime for AI products. We sit in the request path and give engineering teams real-time entitlement enforcement, AI credits, usage metering and spend governance, so they can launch any pricing model without building a ledger into their codebase. AI Credits, Under Control. Teams at Miro, Webflow, PagerDuty, Upwork, Qlik and AI21 Labs run on Stigg. In June 2026 we launched Stigg 2.0 at the AI Engineer World's Fair, and AI startups started showing up on their own. The role Stigg powers mission-critical infrastructure for some of the world’s largest software companies. Reliability and trust aren’t just nice-to-haves for us, they’re at the core of everything we do. Today, Stigg manages over 100 million customers and subscriptions, and since launching Stigg 2.0, we’ve roughly doubled self-serve signups from AI startups, adding to a growing base of enterprise customers already running on Stigg. We’re looking for a Head of Engineering to build a world-class engineering organization: one that moves fast, delivers consistently, operates with excellence, and takes pride in the quality of its work. You’ll lead our engineering team leads, own how we plan, build, and ship, and report directly to the CTO. We’re building Stigg for the AI era, and we believe the way engineering teams operate needs to fundamentally change. Our vision is an engineering organization where AI agents handle most of the execution, freeing engineers to focus on the hardest problems, critical decisions, and creative work that moves the business forward. You’ll have the ownership and freedom to turn that vision into reality at Stigg. What you'll own • The engineering org: Develop our team leads into great managers and build strong teams around them. Raise the bar on who we hire, grow engineers into leaders and push decisions down so teams move without waiting on you. Build the org you would want to join. • Delivery: Turn company goals into one engineering plan and own it end to end. Make the call when teams compete for the same people. The whole company should know what engineering is shipping and when, without having to ask. • Focus: Make sure every team knows why it is building what it is building, decide how much time goes to paying down technical debt, and keep engineering on the goals that matter instead of whatever came up this week. • How we work: Find the friction in how engineering works and remove it. Set one way of working across all teams, from planning to production, that people actually follow. • AI-powered engineering: Hand most of the execution work to AI, from boilerplate and tests to migrations and first-pass code reviews. If something manual happens twice, it should be automated. • Reliability and cost: Our customers run their pricing, credits and usage limits on Stigg. Own on-call, incident response and the 99.99% uptime bar, and keep cloud spend in check as usage grows. • Technical direction: Bring your judgment to the big technical calls, shape the product roadmap with the founders and lead strategic projects yourself. Who you are • A leader of leaders. You have grown engineers into team leads and team leads into strong managers, and the teams you built kept performing after you left. • Done it before. You have run multiple engineering teams at high-growth companies, and you can tell us what each org looked like when you started and when you left. • Deep technical background. You spent years building and running large-scale distributed systems before moving into leadership, and engineers trust your technical judgment. • Light on process. You fix what gets in a team's way with the smallest process that works, and you remove process that no longer earns its place. • AI-native. You use AI agents every day and have opinions, backed by results, on how a whole team should work with them. • High agency, low ego. You jump in when something is on fire and step back once it is not. You like working directly with founders, with no committee in between. Requirements • 10+ years in software engineering, including 5+ years managing multiple engineering teams through their leads (e.g. as head, group manager or director of engineering), ideally at more than one high-growth company • Experience running delivery across several teams that depend on each other, on an API-first product • Experience owning production systems with strict uptime and latency requirements, including monitoring, on-call and incident response • Measurable improvements in how an engineering org delivers, ideally with numbers you can walk us through • Experience hiring engineers and growing engineers into team leads Bonus points • You have led engineering for billing, payments, financials or another system where every number has to be right • You have rolled out AI agents for internal use cases across a team and can show what it changed • You have owned a cloud budget and brought spend down as usage grew • You have scaled an engineering team from around 10 to 30+ engineers, adding teams while keeping one way of working Why you'll love working at Stigg Joining now means building the engineering org behind the usage runtime for AI products, at the exact moment every AI company is figuring out how to meter, price and control usage. You get a strong team, a clear mandate and a direct line to the founders. If you are excited about building a world-class engineering org, and about what engineering looks like when agents do most of the execution, we would love to meet you. Perks, office and location • Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, dog-friendly office and great team vibes. • We work from our Tel Aviv office 4 days a week.
The role Since Stigg 2.0, self-serve signups from AI startups have roughly doubled, with no dedicated team behind them. Winning net-new AI logos is now the most important number in the company. We are hiring our first Head of Growth to turn that pull into a compounding engine. You will build and run Stigg's first product-led channel as a self-sufficient squad, with your own engineer, your own inside sales and your own budget. You own the number from first visit to activation, paid conversion and expansion. Here is the twist: more and more, the "user" evaluating Stigg is not a person. It is a coding agent reading our docs, calling our MCP server and wiring up entitlements on a developer's behalf. Next, it will be agents paying for usage on their own. You will make Stigg the default answer when an agent needs credits, metering or entitlements, and the easiest infrastructure in the world for an agent to find, integrate and pay for. What you'll own • The self-serve number, end to end. Signups, activation, free-to-paid conversion and AI logo acquisition, reviewed weekly. You decide which levers to pull and which channels to kill. • Time to value. Get a developer, or their agent, from signup to a first live entitlement check in minutes. Onboarding, quickstarts, templates, docs, the pricing page and the in-product upgrade path are yours to change. • Agents as users and as customers. Make Stigg discoverable and usable by agents: AI search (AEO / GEO), the MCP Registry and agent marketplaces, agent-readable docs and llms.txt, CLI and API-first signup, and agent-native payments (x402, Stripe's Machine Payments Protocol and whatever comes next). Measure how much of our growth comes from agents, then grow it. • Expansion revenue. Define product-qualified leads, run an inside sales motion that grows self-serve logos into bigger contracts, and hand enterprise-scale accounts to our sales team cleanly. • Your squad. Hire and lead a growth engineer and an inside sales rep, direct agencies (SEO / AEO, paid, content), and partner closely with product, engineering and marketing. You have a dedicated budget. Spend it like it is yours. Who you are • An operator, not an advisor. You have owned a self-serve number at a developer, API or AI infrastructure company, and you can tell us what it was when you started and when you left. • Technical enough to be dangerous. You read API docs, write SQL and ship your own experiments with AI tools. You pair with engineers instead of filing tickets for them. • Fast, with taste. You run lots of experiments, kill the losers without sentiment, and still know the difference between a growth hack and a product developers love. • Already building for agents. You have opinions on how coding agents discover, choose and integrate tools, because you have tested it yourself. • A player-coach. High agency, low ego, comfortable working directly with founders, with no committee between you and the decision. Requirements • 6+ years in growth, product or marketing, including 2+ years leading self-serve or product-led growth for a developer-facing product • Measurable wins in activation and free-to-paid conversion, with numbers you can walk us through • Experience building a PLG-to-sales motion: PQLs, inside sales and expansion • Experience hiring and managing a small team and agencies against a budget Bonus points • You have grown a usage-based, credits or payments infrastructure product • You have shipped an MCP server, a CLI signup flow or agent-facing docs, or experimented with x402, MPP or ACP • You have a public voice in the developer or AI community Why you'll love working at Stigg Joining now means building the first growth engine for a category-defining product, at the exact moment every AI company is figuring out how to meter, price and control usage. You will own a real budget, a real squad and a real number, with a direct line to the founders. If you are excited about turning organic pull into a compounding machine, and about what growth looks like when the customer might be an agent, we would love to meet you. Perks, office and location Stock options, competitive salary, latest MacBook Pro, dog-friendly office and great team vibes.

Description Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. Our agentic AI automates oversight across customer communications and marketing — real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on every marketing asset, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Because every customer gets a dedicated compliance model, accuracy goes up, false positives go down, and compliance teams move faster without taking on more risk. Our data lives in silos — Postgres, Snowflake, product usage, customer interactions, billing, infrastructure costs. Each one tells part of the story. Nobody sees the whole picture. When leadership asks “why did our cloud costs jump 30%?” or “which customers are actually driving growth?”, we spend days stitching together an answer that should take an hour. That gap slows down the decisions that matter most. We’re hiring our first Data Lead to close it. This is an engineer who thinks like an operator: you’ll build the foundation — architecture, pipelines, models — and then use it to connect product behavior, customer outcomes and business performance into one view that drives strategy. No inherited warehouse, no dashboard graveyard, no analyst backlog. A blank page, and a company that needs you to fill it. The Data Lead reports to our Head of Product, is based in Tel Aviv (hybrid), and works daily with Product, Engineering, Operations (GTM) and Finance. What You’ll Own The full data lifecycle — from raw data and modeling to insight, recommendation and measurable impact. You build the infrastructure, but the job is the decisions it enables. You go from data to analysis to action, and you own the outcome. • Data architecture — design and evolve the stack connecting Postgres, Snowflake, product usage, customer interaction, billing and infrastructure cost data into one source of truth • Pipelines and models — build and maintain production-grade ETL pipelines and clean, reusable data models in Snowflake and dbt • Data quality — set up checks and monitoring so nobody has to wonder whether a number is right • Product KPIs — define the metrics that matter across product, operations and the business, with one shared definition per metric • Strategic analysis — connect product usage, customer behavior, revenue and costs to answer the questions leadership is actually asking: where we grow, where we leak margin, what to build next • Product enablement — give Product the usage, adoption and retention insight it needs to prioritize, and make our own AI measurable: model accuracy, false positives, customer outcomes • Business operations enablement — give GTM and Finance self-serve dashboards, alerting and analysis on pipeline, revenue, unit economics and cloud costs • Impact — turn findings into initiatives with Product, Operations, Engineering and Finance, then measure whether they worked • AI-driven execution — use AI tools to write, review and debug SQL and dbt faster, so your time goes into judgment, not boilerplate Requirements You’re a fit if… You bring a data engineer’s foundation, an analyst’s business instinct, and the judgment to know when a simple query beats a sophisticated pipeline. • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with real exposure to business analytics • Your SQL is strong — this is a must — and you have deep experience with relational databases • You’ve built production-grade ETL pipelines and data models, not one-off scripts — ideally on Snowflake and dbt, with Python where it’s needed • You’ve built BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Omni or similar) and defined KPIs people actually trust • You connect the dots across domains — product usage to revenue, customer behavior to cost — and turn to an ambiguous question like “why did costs go up?” into a validated answer and a recommendation • You explain complex analysis clearly to engineers and executives, and you use it to move decisions, not just inform them • You’re skeptical of numbers that don’t add up, and won’t ship a dashboard you don’t trust yourself • You’ve been the first or only data person somewhere before, or you’re ready to be • Bonus: experience with product analytics or customer interaction data (calls, chats, messages), early-stage high-growth startups, or AI-driven products You’re probably not a fit if… • You want a fully built warehouse and a backlog of tickets waiting for you • You’d rather build the perfect pipeline than answer the business question in front of you • You’re a pure analyst who hands off the moment data needs engineering — or a pure engineer who stops at the pipeline • You need someone else to tell you which metrics matter • You see BI as a reporting function, not a decision-making one • You’re uncomfortable being the only data person in the room What Success Looks Like Day 30 — Mapped every data source across product, customer interactions, billing and infrastructure, and shipped a data quality audit flagging the biggest gaps and inconsistencies. Day 60 — Shipped the core data models and the first set of high-value product and business dashboards, with KPI definitions every team has signed off on. Day 90 — Delivered a data roadmap, moved at least one core metric from disputed to trusted, and brought leadership a data-driven recommendation that changed a decision. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards • Meaningful equity in a high-growth compliance AI company • Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy between you and impact • Flexible, output-first culture — we care what you ship, not when you log on • Work on problems that matter in an industry that’s ready to change How to Apply & Important Notice Do you think that this is for you? apply directly or send your resume to [email protected] Equal Opportunity Employment Sedric.Ai is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Description You'll design the architecture that lets AI run compliance at scale. Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. AI isn’t a feature at Sedric — it’s the product. Every agent, LLM flow, and retrieval pipeline that runs a customer’s compliance program runs on backend systems someone has to design, build, and keep fast, accurate, and cost-efficient at scale. We’re looking for a hands-on AI engineer who designs those systems and writes the code. You’ll own the architecture of our AI backend end to end, ship it to production, monitor how it performs with real customers, and raise the bar for the engineers around you through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring. The mission? We're at an inflection point. Enterprise financial services clients are signing on, and they need more than a product — they need a platform. That means a unified LLM strategy, an architecture that scales, and an R&D org that moves with the same urgency as the business. This role reports to the AI team Dev Team Lead and is based in Tel Aviv (hybrid model). This is a hands-on engineering role. It’s not a research position and not a people-management role. You’ll spend most of your time designing and building production systems. What You’ll Own You'll own Sedric's AI reference architecture end to end — the patterns, standards, and platform capabilities that every AI initiative across engineering builds on. You'll lead architecture reviews, set the technology roadmap, and make the call on what we adopt, pilot, or retire. • Design and build the backend architecture for Sedric’s AI agents, LLM pipelines, and retrieval systems, and write a large share of the production code yourself • Take AI capabilities from prototype to production in a multi-tenant SaaS environment • Optimize for scale and cost: model selection, prompt and token efficiency, caching, batching, latency, and infrastructure spend • Build monitoring and evaluation for AI quality in production (accuracy, false positives, drift, cost per customer) and act on what it shows • Set engineering standards for AI development and mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design reviews • Bring new AI techniques into the product when they solve a real customer problem, and prove it in production Requirements You're a fit if… • You have 5+ years of ML/AI architecture experience in a SaaS company • 3+ Backend development experience • You bring both the technical depth and the leadership range this role demands. • You've built agentic systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning in production, not just in a notebook • You've set up AI governance and evaluation harnesses from scratch • You have proven, hands-on experience with AI in production systems • You can take a project from concept to shipped and interface with stakeholders the whole way • You hold a relevant degree; an advanced degree in CS, ML, Statistics, or a related field is a plus • You're comfortable in front of customers and executives, translating technical tradeoffs into business terms You're probably not a fit if… • You want to execute against someone else's architecture, not design your own • You'd rather avoid customer or stakeholder conversations than lead them • You think about the technology and skip the business context it lives in • You need long runway before shipping — this role moves fast and mixes design with execution • You want a playbook handed to you rather than writing the first one What Success Looks Like Your first 90 days goals: • Day 30 — You understand the AI architecture of the platform end to end — the systems, the constraints, the decisions already made. • Day 60 — You've shipped LLM-driven improvements and optimized existing flows for latency and reliability. • Day 90 — You own AI design across the platform — teams come to you before they build, not after. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards • Meaningful equity in a high-growth compliance AI company • Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy between you and impact • Flexible, output-first culture — we care what you ship, not when you log on • Work on problems that matter in an industry that’s ready to change How to Apply & Important Notice Do you think that this is for you? apply directly or send your resume to [email protected].
