We're looking for people who want to solve real enterprise AI security challenges and move fast with a friendly, focused team. Responsibilities ML is the heart of our product: detecting and classifying risks in real-world AI traffic with NLP and LLMs. You'll own models from research to production and shape our ML direction from day one. Requirements 5+ years of hands-on DS/ML experience in Python, taking models from research to production. Strong NLP background and hands-on experience with LLMs (prompting, fine-tuning, evaluation). Solid engineering skills — comfortable owning data pipelines and inference services in production.
