Description Kela is a defense technology startup pioneering next-generation command-and-control and data infrastructure systems. We empower defense organizations with robust, scalable, and secure platforms that integrate diverse sensors and AI to deliver real-time battlefield intelligence. Backed by leading investors, Kela combines Israeli innovation with global mission impact. This role owns the technical solution for our customers end to end, from designing the deployment for a specific site and mission, through integration and commissioning, to keeping it running and evolving in production. You are the person who knows how the system actually behaves in the field, and the person customers and internal teams come to when the answer isn't obvious. Most of the work is from the offices, with travel to customer sites for surveys, deployments, and hands-on work. Requirements What you'll do • Lead site setup and integration: stand up new deployments, configure and integrate the full stack (cameras, radars, networking, edge compute, the Kela platform), and validate the system against mission requirements • Support pre-deployment work - site surveys, POCs, feasibility assessments, technical input to proposals and customer requirement documents • Be the technical owner for one or more projects: follow them from day one, know the mission and the customers, and hold the deepest context on every detail • Own ongoing maintenance and upgrades across the production fleet - version rollouts, config changes, hotfixes • Troubleshoot issues that span application, infrastructure, and network layers - the kind that don't have an obvious owner • Act as an escalation point for support and field ops engineers, and work closely with R&D, systems, algo, and design when issues need to go deeper • Feed the field back into the product: turn recurring problems and customer needs into requirements R&D can act on • Write and maintain the run books, docs, and tooling that make the next deployment easier than the last one • Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams, especially when things are time-sensitive What we need • 4+ years in solution engineering, professional services, or production engineering - customer-facing, in mission-critical environments • Systems-level thinking: able to look at a site, a mission, and a set of constraints and produce a deployment design that works • Strong Linux fundamentals and hands-on experience operating Kubernetes in production • Networking across the stack - complex topologies, cellular, satellite, VPN/overlay networks - with real experience debugging connectivity on live sites • Proficient in Bash and Python for automation and one-off investigations • Hands-on with databases and storage: queries, diagnostics, understanding what's happening under the hood • Able to read code and debug logs to trace issues to root cause • Fluent with GitHub as a daily tool • Comfortable presenting technical material to customers, including senior and non-technical stakeholders • Precise, analytical, and reflective - you draw conclusions from data, not instinct, and you make sure the same problem doesn't bite you twice • Strong ownership and a can-do mindset: you take initiative, drive tasks to completion, and finish the half-finished thing you walked past • Learns quickly and operates effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Clear communicator, in writing and on calls, with technical and non-technical people alike • Willing to participate in the team's on-call rotation as part of the regular routine

Description At Sunbit, we're building financial technology that puts people first. By combining intelligent decisioning with a personalized, transparent approach, we help consumers access the payment options that are right for them while empowering merchants to build stronger customer relationships. Engineering is at the heart of how we make that happen. We build scalable distributed systems, cloud-native services, intelligent data platforms, and AI-powered solutions that enable real-time financial decisions at scale. By leveraging modern engineering practices and integrating AI into both our products and development workflows, we solve complex technical challenges, accelerate innovation, and continuously improve the way we build software. Every service, model, and architectural decision we make directly impacts our products, our customers, and the future of financial technology. About the Role We're hiring the first Security Automation Engineer for Sunbit's new Security Operations (SecOps) team, reporting directly to the SecOps Team Lead. SecOps is the single point of accountability for security operations at Sunbit. We run the pipelines that take an alert or finding from detection to verified closure, working with Engineering, IT, GRC, and application teams. We cover a broad security domain with a deliberately lean team, and that only works if the pipelines run themselves. Your job is to build that. You'll build the workflows and integrations that connect our security tools to each other, to Jira, and to Slack, so alerts arrive enriched, findings reach the right owner with context, and follow-up happens without anyone chasing it by hand. This is a hands-on engineering role: you'll build workflows and write code every week, and we expect you to use AI tools to move faster. We care more about what you've built than about years of experience. What You'll Do Security Automation & Integrations • Build and maintain automation workflows that connect our SIEM, EDR, cloud detection, vulnerability, and SaaS/data security tools via REST APIs and webhooks • Build scan-to-ticket pipelines, alert enrichment, and remediation routing that send each finding to the right team with full context • Add AI-assisted steps where they help, such as LLM-based alert summaries and context gathering, with a human in the loop where it matters • Automate SLA reminders, escalations, and status reporting so follow-up runs on its own • Keep automations and AI agents secure: least-privilege API access, secrets handling, and prompt-injection risk Detection & Response Operations • Triage security alerts across cloud, endpoint, and identity; classify them per our severity framework and escalate confirmed incidents • Turn every repeated triage step into an enrichment or auto-resolution playbook • Track false-positive rates and work with Engineering on detection tuning • Document incidents, maintain timelines, and keep runbooks and playbooks current Compliance Automation & Metrics • Automate recurring evidence collection for SOC 2 and PCI DSS • Build dashboards for time to respond, SLA compliance, false-positive rates, and automation coverage Requirements • Hands-on experience in security operations, IT, DevOps, or software engineering, or equivalent hands-on security projects (internship, labs, home lab, CTFs) • Security fundamentals: common threats, attack techniques, and controls, plus some hands-on alert triage or log investigation • Scripting ability: you can build a script that calls a REST API and handles authentication and errors, and you can read, test, and debug it • You've built at least one automation or integration for a security or operational workflow, with n8n, Tines, a SOAR, or your own scripts • You use AI coding tools and LLMs day to day • Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, GCP) • Comfortable with Jira (or similar) and clear written English for tickets, runbooks, and follow-ups Nice to Have • Workflow automation or SOAR platforms (n8n, Tines, Torq, Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR) • Hands-on with SIEM, EDR, cloud security, or vulnerability tools, through their APIs and not just their consoles • Built LLM-powered workflows or AI agents (LLM APIs, MCP, AI nodes in n8n) • Interest in AI security: prompt injection, agent permissions, data leakage through LLMs • Git, Terraform, CI/CD, or detection-as-code (e.g., Sigma rules) • Building dashboards on operational or security data • Compliance automation in a regulated environment (SOC 2, PCI DSS) • Fintech experience • A GitHub repo or portfolio of things you've built Why This Role Is Different • Hire #1 on a new team, with real influence on how SecOps is built at Sunbit • Broad scope on a modern stack: detection and response, cloud security, vulnerability management, identity, data security, and compliance • Automation-first: your success is measured by how much manual work you eliminate, and you'll have real room to apply AI to security operations • Direct mentorship from the SecOps Team Lead, with a clear growth path as the team scales Recruitment Fraud Disclaimer We’ve been made aware of fraudsters impersonating Sunbit employees during the hiring process. Description Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we’ve doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn’t built for this - so we’re building it, protection that sees the person, connects all the dots - and stop attacks and scams wherever vector they come from. And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! So, what's the job? We're looking for a Technical Product Manager with a growth mindset to own the core infrastructure and capabilities behind Guardio's product - the systems that power how users sign up, pay, engage, set up their features and stay protected. You will: • Own and evolve the core infrastructure and internal systems behind Guardio's product (user states, identity, registration, payments, experimentation platforms). • Design, run, and analyze A/B tests and optimization experiments to improve conversion, engagement, and retention. • Define and track key KPIs, turning data into actionable insights that drive measurable business outcomes. • Identify growth opportunities across the user journey and drive strategic initiatives from discovery to delivery. • Partner closely with R&D, Data, Design, Marketing, and Support to ensure scalable, reliable, and growth-oriented solutions. What kind of candidates are we looking for? • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2C tech company. • Strong technical background; comfortable working with engineers on system design, data flows, and product infrastructure. • Proven experience owning technical or platform-level product areas (e.g., identity, registration, payments, experimentation, or internal tooling). • Hands-on experience planning, running, and analyzing product experiments. • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and align stakeholders around shared goals. Bonus points for: • Experience scaling complex product or user-state infrastructure. • Familiarity with AI-driven tools for product discovery and experimentation (e.g., Vibe-code). • Background in subscription-based or consumer payment products.
Description What's Guardio? Guardio is one of the fastest-growing companies in consumer cybersecurity - we've doubled revenue four years running, passed $150 million in ARR, and now protect over a million people, at a moment when AI has made scams more convincing than ever. AI has democratized cybercrime: scams that once required sophisticated hacking teams are now cheap, personalized, and everywhere. Traditional security wasn't built for this - so we're building it: protection that sees the person, connects all the dots, and stops attacks and scams wherever they come from. And honestly, we all feel it here - it's just the beginning. So, what's the job? We're looking for an Organic Growth Manager. The scorecard is simple: if organic revenue grows, you're doing the job. Millions of people search for exactly what we solve, and most of them never find us. You're here to close that gap. Search is changing fast. Traditional SEO still matters, but discovery is expanding into AI Overviews, LLMs, and answer engines. The ground is shifting under the whole discipline, so we want someone who builds, tests fast, kills what doesn't work, and doesn't wait for a perfect brief to start. You'll use AI tools and agents to operate with the output and speed of a much larger team. If your workflow looks the same as an SEO Manager’s did two years ago, this isn't the job for you. You'll work closely with agencies and internal teams, but this is an IC role and it's yours to run. You will: • Own organic discoverability at Guardio, end to end. • Build SEO and GEO strategies that grow visibility across Search, AI Overviews, and LLM-powered answer engines. • Design and run experiments, document what you learn, and scale what works. • Set content and optimization priorities based on customer demand, business goals, and how people actually search. • Make sure organic growth is built into major product launches and cross-functional initiatives from the start. • Build external authority: editorial coverage, expert citations, brand mentions and high-quality backlinks. Know which of those build real trust and bring qualified visitors, and which ones just look good in a report. • Stay ahead of search. Track algorithm updates, competitor moves, AI search developments, and shifting user behavior. Test what looks promising, double down on what pays off. • Own the numbers. Build the measurement framework across visibility, traffic, conversion, and revenue, and know where organic growth is actually coming from. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? The more of these you check, the better: • 5+ years hands-on SEO, with real results in competitive markets. • Hands-on with GEO, AEO, and AI search, including the judgment to tell evidence from speculation. • Strong across technical SEO, on-page, and content, and fluent in the tools. • A track record of growing organic revenue, with numbers you can point to. • Experience with content strategy, expert outreach, digital PR, link acquisition, and authority building. • Comfortable owning a revenue number when nobody is telling you how to hit it. • Bonus points: programmatic SEO, producing content at scale with AI, or running Reddit, review platforms, and other communities where customers decide who to trust.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! Let's cut to the chase. What's the job? We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented People Operations professional to own the systems, processes, and data that make our people function run seamlessly - from the employee lifecycle to organizational surveys and everything in between. If you believe that great HR is built on clean data, tight processes, and systems that actually work - and that when those things are in place, everything moves faster - this is the place for you. You will: • Own the employee lifecycle end-to-end - from a first-day experience that sets new hires up right, through employment documentation and status changes, to a well-run offboarding and exit survey. • Keep BambooHR the single source of truth: employee records, org charts, files, policies, and templates - accurate, organized, and current, so the team always has data it can trust. • Own our people data story: design, launch, and analyze employee surveys (engagement, pulse, eNPS), and build the dashboards, reports, and clean data that turn it all into informed people decisions for leadership. • Manage compensation & benefits administration - coordinating payroll changes and employment processes with Finance, Legal, and external vendors, with accuracy across every system. • Support Guardio's core People processes: performance management, compensation cycles, talent reviews, and organizational changes. • Be the go-to for our team: translate policies into clear answers on leave, benefits, and day-to-day People topics - and build self-serve documentation so people find answers before they need to ask. • Automate everything worth automating: spot manual, repetitive work across the lifecycle and use AI tools to turn it into workflows that run themselves - and improve or build processes from diagnosis to execution. • Partner with the VP People on sensitive, confidential matters - handling delicate situations with professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? Well, our guess is you have a good chance of being that person if you check as many of these as possible: • 3+ years in People Ops / HR Operations, with hands-on experience in an HRIS platform (BambooHR or similar). • You use AI tools in your day-to-day work - not as a novelty, but as how you get things done. • Strong data orientation: comfortable running survey analyses, building reports, and turning people data into insights. • A self-starter with high ownership: you spot a process gap and fix it, and when something is unclear or stuck, your instinct is to create clarity and push it forward. • Exceptional organization and follow-through: you naturally track details, owners, deadlines, and next steps - moving multiple initiatives forward at once, calm under pressure. • Deep discretion and trustworthiness, with strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment around sensitive information. • An empathetic, service-oriented mindset - with no ego. People genuinely enjoy working with you. • High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal. Nice to have: specific experience with BambooHR, and a background in a tech/startup environment.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! So, what's the job? Guardio's frontend runs in four places: a browser extension, a web app, a mobile app, and the growth funnel. Four surfaces, four teams, one user who never sees the seams. We're looking for a Frontend Tech Lead to own that craft across our frontend teams. You'll set the architecture, define the quality bar, and write the code on the hardest problems yourself. Not a generic fullstack role. Frontend is the discipline here, and you're the authority on it. Hands-on, no direct reports. You will: • Advance the frontend architecture across both web and mobile platforms. • Define the quality bar and make it measurable. Performance budgets, testing strategy, and review standards that hold in the age of AI. • Build the shared foundation. Design system, component library, and build tooling that every frontend engineer at Guardio works through. • Take the hardest problems yourself. Remove bottlenecks, speed up infrastructure, solve that time-critical bug in prod. • Make the engineers around you better through code review, design review, and mentoring across our teams. • Push how far AI can take frontend work at Guardio, and build the agents, skills, and workflows that let a small group ship like a much larger one. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're looking for a specific kind of person. • 5+ years in frontend engineering, with deep React and TypeScript. You've owned complex products from first design through production and kept them healthy afterwards. • You've been a frontend tech lead before. You owned the technical direction for a team, made the architecture calls, and set the standards. Formal management experience is not required. • AI-pilled. You build with a coding agent every day, you've built your own workflows, and you know exactly where they break. In production, not in demos. • You've built at consumer scale. Millions of users, real traffic, and a business that notices when a render path gets slower or a page stops converting. • You care about craft. UX, accessibility, and polish show up in what you've shipped, and you can explain why a screen feels right. • You're great to work with. You communicate clearly, argue with evidence, own your mistakes, and bring real energy without the ego. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. Our tech stack: • Client: React and React Native in TypeScript • Backend: Python + Go • Cloud: Google Cloud on Kubernetes (GKE) • Data and experimentation: BigQuery, MySQL, Clickhouse, Redis, and our in-house A/B platform • AI tooling: Claude Code with an internal plugin marketplace of skills, MCP servers, and CLIs Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.

And honestly, we all feel here - it’s just the beginning! Let's cut to the chase. What's the job? At Guardio, the Growth team moves fast to turn visitors into protected, paying users. We work in quick cycles: idea → build → A/B test → learn → iterate. We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Product Engineer who loves owning features from the first line of code to live production, and using data to see what works. You will: • Own features end-to-end: Build across the frontend, backend, and a bit of mobile. • Run A/B tests: Design, ship, and analyze experiments. You won't just build features; you'll prove that they work using data and metrics. • Build fast with AI: Go straight from a mockup to a finished page using AI tools and agents—no waiting in line for a designer. • Add AI to the product: Build smart features like personalized onboarding to improve user experience and boost metrics. • Multitask: Juggle multiple projects at once, keeping everything moving forward without dropping the ball. • Collaborate: Work closely with Product Managers and team leads, actively unblocking yourself to get things done. Sounds great! Am I the right fit? We're not checking boxes. We're looking for a specific kind of person. You're probably a great fit if: • Experienced: You have 5+ years of software engineering experience. You deeply understand how things work under the hood (networking, data structures, and deployment). • Genuinely Fullstack: You have strong skills in modern frontend (React) and backend systems. React Native is a big plus. • AI-Native: You fluently use coding assistants (like Cursor, Copilot, or Claude) to work faster, but you carefully review and own every line of code you ship. • Product-Minded: You care about why you are building something. You base your decisions on evidence, not just gut feelings. • Autonomous: You are reliable. When handed a goal, you get it done without needing to be micromanaged. • A Team Player: You bring positive energy, communicate clearly, own your mistakes, and leave your ego at the door. How we work Our workflow is fast and structured. We use Linear to track every task from idea to production. You will typically handle several tasks at the same time. We are an AI-first team, meaning we expect you to use AI tools to automate repetitive work, speed up your coding, and multiply your output without sacrificing quality. Talk nerdy to me. Don't mind if we do. Our tech stack: • Frontend: React + React Native (TypeScript) • Backend: Python • Cloud: GCP — GKE, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions • Data & experimentation: BigQuery, MySQL, Redis, and our internal A/B experimentation platform • Workflow: Linear (idea → production), AI tooling throughout Thinking of a great addition? Let's do it.
