You’ll work closely with the Head of Finance Operations while independently managing key processes and ensuring they are handled effectively from start to finish. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in finance operations, accounts payable/receivebale, accounting, or a similar role. • Solid understanding of core financial processes, including invoices, payments, reconciliations, and basic accounting principles. • Strong attention to detail and a consistently high level of accuracy. • Proven ability to independently manage processes from start to finish. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate discrepancies, identify root causes, and find practical solutions. • Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • Good Excel / Google Sheets skills and confidence working with financial data. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English. • A hands-on, proactive approach and willingness to get into the details. • Technologically curious and comfortable using AI and automation tools, with an interest in finding smarter and more efficient ways to work. • Ability to adapt quickly to changing processes, priorities, and business needs. Advantages • Experience working in a high-growth startup or fast-paced environment. • Experience in the travel, hospitality, or e-commerce industry. • Experience working with ERP, accounting, payment, or finance systems. • Experience building, improving, or automating financial processes. • Experience using AI tools to improve workflows or automate repetitive tasks. • Experience working with international suppliers, multiple currencies, or cross-border payments.

Software Engineer
S
AI Engineering Tech Lead – Hands-on
Sedric · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description You'll design the architecture that lets AI run compliance at scale. Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. Our agentic AI automates oversight across customer communications and marketing — real-time guardrails on calls, pre-approval review on every marketing asset, and post-publication monitoring across partners and channels. Because every customer gets a dedicated compliance model, accuracy goes up, false positives go down, and compliance teams move faster without taking on more risk. AI isn’t a feature at Sedric — it’s the product. Every agent, LLM flow, and retrieval pipeline that runs a customer’s compliance program runs on backend systems someone has to design, build, and keep fast, accurate, and cost-efficient at scale. We’re looking for a hands-on AI engineer who designs those systems and writes the code. You’ll own the architecture of our AI backend end to end, ship it to production, monitor how it performs with real customers, and raise the bar for the engineers around you through code reviews, design reviews, and mentoring. The mission? We're at an inflection point. Enterprise financial services clients are signing on, and they need more than a product — they need a platform. That means a unified LLM strategy, an architecture that scales, and an R&D org that moves with the same urgency as the business. This role reports to the AI team Dev Team Lead and is based in Tel Aviv (hybrid model). This is a hands-on engineering role. It’s not a research position and not a people-management role. You’ll spend most of your time designing and building production systems. What You’ll Own You'll own Sedric's AI reference architecture end to end — the patterns, standards, and platform capabilities that every AI initiative across engineering builds on. You'll lead architecture reviews, set the technology roadmap, and make the call on what we adopt, pilot, or retire. • Design and build the backend architecture for Sedric’s AI agents, LLM pipelines, and retrieval systems, and write a large share of the production code yourself • Take AI capabilities from prototype to production in a multi-tenant SaaS environment • Optimize for scale and cost: model selection, prompt and token efficiency, caching, batching, latency, and infrastructure spend • Build monitoring and evaluation for AI quality in production (accuracy, false positives, drift, cost per customer) and act on what it shows • Set engineering standards for AI development and mentor engineers through pairing, code reviews, and design reviews • Bring new AI techniques into the product when they solve a real customer problem, and prove it in production Requirements You're a fit if… • You have 5+ years of ML/AI architecture experience in a SaaS company • 3+ Backend development experience • You bring both the technical depth and the leadership range this role demands. • You've built agentic systems with tool use, planning, and multi-step reasoning in production, not just in a notebook • You've set up AI governance and evaluation harnesses from scratch • You have proven, hands-on experience with AI in production systems • You can take a project from concept to shipped and interface with stakeholders the whole way • You hold a relevant degree; an advanced degree in CS, ML, Statistics, or a related field is a plus • You're comfortable in front of customers and executives, translating technical tradeoffs into business terms You're probably not a fit if… • You want to execute against someone else's architecture, not design your own • You'd rather avoid customer or stakeholder conversations than lead them • You think about the technology and skip the business context it lives in • You need long runway before shipping — this role moves fast and mixes design with execution • You want a playbook handed to you rather than writing the first one What Success Looks Like Your first 90 days goals: • Day 30 — You understand the AI architecture of the platform end to end — the systems, the constraints, the decisions already made. • Day 60 — You've shipped LLM-driven improvements and optimized existing flows for latency and reliability. • Day 90 — You own AI design across the platform — teams come to you before they build, not after. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards • Meaningful equity in a high-growth compliance AI company • Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy between you and impact • Flexible, output-first culture — we care what you ship, not when you log on • Work on problems that matter in an industry that’s ready to change How to Apply & Important Notice Do you think that this is for you? apply directly or send your resume to [email protected]. Equal Opportunity Employment Sedric.Ai is an Equal Opportunity Employer. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, genetic information, disability, or protected veteran status. Data Lead
Sedric · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Sedric is the AI compliance platform for financial services. Our data lives in silos — Postgres, Snowflake, product usage, customer interactions, billing, infrastructure costs. Each one tells part of the story. Nobody sees the whole picture. When leadership asks “why did our cloud costs jump 30%?” or “which customers are actually driving growth?”, we spend days stitching together an answer that should take an hour. That gap slows down the decisions that matter most. We’re hiring our first Data Lead to close it. This is an engineer who thinks like an operator: you’ll build the foundation — architecture, pipelines, models — and then use it to connect product behavior, customer outcomes and business performance into one view that drives strategy. No inherited warehouse, no dashboard graveyard, no analyst backlog. A blank page, and a company that needs you to fill it. The Data Lead reports to our Head of Product, is based in Tel Aviv (hybrid), and works daily with Product, Engineering, Operations (GTM) and Finance. What You’ll Own The full data lifecycle — from raw data and modeling to insight, recommendation and measurable impact. You build the infrastructure, but the job is the decisions it enables. You go from data to analysis to action, and you own the outcome. • Data architecture — design and evolve the stack connecting Postgres, Snowflake, product usage, customer interaction, billing and infrastructure cost data into one source of truth • Pipelines and models — build and maintain production-grade ETL pipelines and clean, reusable data models in Snowflake and dbt • Data quality — set up checks and monitoring so nobody has to wonder whether a number is right • Product KPIs — define the metrics that matter across product, operations and the business, with one shared definition per metric • Strategic analysis — connect product usage, customer behavior, revenue and costs to answer the questions leadership is actually asking: where we grow, where we leak margin, what to build next • Product enablement — give Product the usage, adoption and retention insight it needs to prioritize, and make our own AI measurable: model accuracy, false positives, customer outcomes • Business operations enablement — give GTM and Finance self-serve dashboards, alerting and analysis on pipeline, revenue, unit economics and cloud costs • Impact — turn findings into initiatives with Product, Operations, Engineering and Finance, then measure whether they worked • AI-driven execution — use AI tools to write, review and debug SQL and dbt faster, so your time goes into judgment, not boilerplate Requirements You’re a fit if… You bring a data engineer’s foundation, an analyst’s business instinct, and the judgment to know when a simple query beats a sophisticated pipeline. • You have 5+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or analytics engineering, with real exposure to business analytics • Your SQL is strong — this is a must — and you have deep experience with relational databases • You’ve built production-grade ETL pipelines and data models, not one-off scripts — ideally on Snowflake and dbt, with Python where it’s needed • You’ve built BI dashboards (Looker, Tableau, Omni or similar) and defined KPIs people actually trust • You connect the dots across domains — product usage to revenue, customer behavior to cost — and turn to an ambiguous question like “why did costs go up?” into a validated answer and a recommendation • You explain complex analysis clearly to engineers and executives, and you use it to move decisions, not just inform them • You’re skeptical of numbers that don’t add up, and won’t ship a dashboard you don’t trust yourself • You’ve been the first or only data person somewhere before, or you’re ready to be • Bonus: experience with product analytics or customer interaction data (calls, chats, messages), early-stage high-growth startups, or AI-driven products You’re probably not a fit if… • You want a fully built warehouse and a backlog of tickets waiting for you • You’d rather build the perfect pipeline than answer the business question in front of you • You’re a pure analyst who hands off the moment data needs engineering — or a pure engineer who stops at the pipeline • You need someone else to tell you which metrics matter • You see BI as a reporting function, not a decision-making one • You’re uncomfortable being the only data person in the room What Success Looks Like Day 30 — Mapped every data source across product, customer interactions, billing and infrastructure, and shipped a data quality audit flagging the biggest gaps and inconsistencies. Day 60 — Shipped the core data models and the first set of high-value product and business dashboards, with KPI definitions every team has signed off on. Day 90 — Delivered a data roadmap, moved at least one core metric from disputed to trusted, and brought leadership a data-driven recommendation that changed a decision. Compensation & Benefits • Competitive salary aligned with industry standards • Meaningful equity in a high-growth compliance AI company • Direct access to leadership — no bureaucracy between you and impact • Flexible, output-first culture — we care what you ship, not when you log on • Work on problems that matter in an industry that’s ready to change How to Apply & Important Notice Do you think that this is for you? apply directly or send your resume to [email protected] Equal Opportunity Employment Sedric.Ai is an Equal Opportunity Employer. Sales Engineering Manager, EMEA
Port.io · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave of AI operating across the SDLC makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. Port gives teams one platform to build, govern, and operate the software development lifecycle, so every team can move as fast as technology allows. Following our $100M Series C, we're in an exciting stage of significant growth and global expansion. As a product-led company, we believe the recipe for success is a world-class product that speaks for itself. The Role Developers, platform engineers, SREs, and security engineers are navigating a fundamental shift in how software gets built: more AI, more complexity, more pressure to move fast. Port exists to bring order to that chaos, and the SE team is at the center of making that vision land with some of the world's most sophisticated engineering organizations. We're building out EMEA SE leadership as we scale, and we need someone who knows what it takes to win technical deals and is ready to put most of their energy into nurturing and growing a team of SEs. You'll own the pre-sales technical motion across EMEA, set the standard for how great SE work gets done, and make sure your team has everything they need to run sharp POCs, deliver compelling demos, and close 6–7 figure enterprise deals. Your primary job is to coach, develop, and build the team, and to jump in on customer calls for competitive situations, escalations, and strategic accounts when it matters. This is a fast-moving, high-ownership role at a company that's growing fast and is still early enough that what you build here will shape how the function operates globally. About Your Day-to-Day Lead and develop the EMEA SE team • Manage, coach, and grow a team of 3+ Mid-Market and Enterprise SEs across EMEA • Run 1:1s and deal reviews that sharpen both technical skills and commercial judgment • Build a culture of technical excellence, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement Be the technical authority when it counts • Maintain deep enough fluency to jump in on critical demos, POC escalations, or competitive calls when the team needs it • Partner with AEs, Sales leadership, and Product on deal strategy for strategic and complex accounts • Serve as an escalation point, not a first responder Build the team you want to have • Own EMEA SE hiring end-to-end: work with recruiters, run interviews, and close great candidates • Work closely with the technical enablement team to maintain and improve onboarding that gets new SEs up to speed quickly and sets them up for success from day one Set the standard for how SEs operate • Define and continuously refine SE best practices: POC frameworks, qualification criteria, discovery methodology, and handoff standards • Influence the playbooks and processes that make the team consistent and scalable • Champion the use of AI and automation within the SE workflow • Partner with GTM Automation to identify and deploy tooling that gives the team real leverage Close the loop with Product • Synthesize deal-level insights into structured, actionable feedback for Product and Engineering • Be a credible voice from the field that helps shape roadmap priorities Who You'll Work With You'll report directly to the Director of Sales Engineering and work closely with EMEA Sales leadership, the AE teams, Technical Success, and support teams. Your counterparts in the Americas and APJ are part of the broader SE leadership team that you'll plug into. You'll have a regular seat at the table in Product and Engineering discussions, bringing the field perspective where it matters. You'll partner with GTM Automation on the tooling that helps your team punch above their weight. Requirements • 6+ years of strong enterprise SE experience. You've run technical evaluations, led POCs, and helped close large, complex deals. • 2+ years of experience managing a team of Sales Engineers or Solutions Consultants at a software company, preferably in a startup environment • Experience in developer tooling, DevOps, platform engineering (including internal developer portals, CI/CD, and cloud-native infrastructure), or an adjacent technical domain is a strong plus • A track record of hiring and developing SE talent, not just inheriting a team • Hands-on technically: you're comfortable taking over a demo, covering a POC check-in call, or whiteboarding architecture when it counts • Comfortable in front of executives. You’ve described the value of software you’ve sold to rooms full of executives at large and small companies. You can easily describe this value in any given customer’s terms • Ability to travel within EMEA for customer meetings and team visits • Builder mindset: you create process and structure, not just manage it Note: The working schedule for this position is Monday to Friday.

We act as the central nervous system for engineering, enabling platform teams to unify their stack and expose it as a governed layer through golden paths for developers and AI agents. By combining rich engineering context, workflows, and actions, we help organizations transition from manual processes to autonomous, AI-assisted engineering workflows while maintaining control and accountability. As a product-led company, we believe in building platforms that fundamentally shape how modern engineering organizations operate. About the role At Port, we've taken a platform-first, builder mindset from day one, developing the modular building §blocks we call pillars. Our users are exceptional engineers who continuously build creative and unexpected solutions with our platform. Being a PM here means embracing that creative tension while staying relentlessly focused on where the platform needs to go next. As a PM at Port, you'll own a pillar end-to-end alongside your team of engineers and designers. You'll build and evolve it as a standalone value stream and as a connected part of the broader platform. PMs at Port are full picture owners: they shape the story of their pillar from market positioning to technical enablement, defining success not just by what gets shipped, but by the measurable impact it delivers. What you'll do • Define what to build and why. Go deep with customers, analyze usage data, and research the competitive landscape. Bring that view to your team, build a sharp perspective on what's worth building next, and communicate the reasoning to engineering, leadership, and the market. • Shape experiences engineers choose to use. Port’s developer experience spans the entire ecosystem across the UI, API, CLI, and daily chat and coding interfaces. Work closely with design and engineering to make each surface deliberate, from the first wireframe through launch. • Drive cross-functional impact. At Port, PMs don't hand off and wait. You work across engineering, design, marketing, sales, and CS throughout the full product cycle, accountable for picking the right problem, the solution built, and whether the launch lands. • Build for agents and developers. Port is the context and action layer for both. Shape your domain so agents can act on it reliably and developers can navigate it intuitively. Understand the tradeoffs in how data, APIs, and interfaces serve both. Separate the signal from the hype, and use that view to sharpen your roadmap. • Measure what matters. Define success metrics before you ship. Track adoption, analyze what's landing, and iterate until the outcome is real. Requirements • 4+ years in product management across at least two companies or roles, with a track record of shipping products that developers or technical users rely on. • Shipped an AI-powered product. You know what it takes to get an AI product or feature into production at a quality bar that users trust. • Technically grounded. You've experimented with APIs, MCP, CLI, and similar surfaces. You can think like the engineer you're building for and hold your own in technical conversations. • Obsessed with experience. You care deeply about how something feels to use, not just what it does. Whether it's a UI, API, chat, or CLI interface, you've worked closely with designers and engineers to make each surface right, and pushed back when something wasn't good enough. • Analytical. You work with both qualitative and quantitative data to drive decisions. You define success metrics before you ship and use them to decide what to do next. • Hands-on with AI. AI tools are part of your daily workflow. You have a real thesis on where AI for developers is heading, and you can articulate why. • Strong communicator. You explain product decisions clearly, inspire the team around a direction, and can tell the story of what you're building to customers and executives alike. • Collaborative by default. You share credit, ask for input, and make the people around you better. You've pulled a team forward on something hard, not just contributed to it.

Description About Port At Port.io, we are building an open and flexible Agentic Engineering Platform for modern engineering organizations. Following our recent $100M Series C funding round, we are in a phase of rapid hypergrowth with strong enterprise momentum. Why we’re looking for you: We’re looking for a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our Platform team and own the reliability of Port’s production platform. For many of our customers, Port is a critical part of their infrastructure, and they count on it to be reliable and performant. Your focus will be reliability and observability. You’ll help teams monitor their services efficiently, set best practices for monitoring defaults and high value metrics, define SLOs and error budgets, and standardize how we investigate incidents and learn from them. You’ll be the person who defines what “reliable” means for each service, measures it, and makes sure we keep that promise. Success here looks like fewer and shorter incidents, alerts that people trust, error budgets that guide decisions, and dev teams that ship confidently to production. Your responsibilities will include: • Define and own SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets for Port’s critical services, together with the teams that own them, and use them to guide release and prioritization decisions • Evolve our observability stack - metrics, logs, traces, and alerting - so issues are caught before customers notice • Lead incident response and postmortems - coordinate mitigation and communication during incidents, run blameless postmortems, and track follow-up actions to completion • Shape and take part in the on-call rotation - runbooks, escalation paths, and alert hygiene for a sustainable on-call experience • Partner with R&D teams on production readiness - review new services and major changes for reliability, scalability, and operability before launch • Drive capacity planning and performance work - load testing, finding bottlenecks, and scaling the platform ahead of customer growth • Strengthen system stability with AI - use Port and our monitoring stack to give incident-response agents the context and tools to investigate incidents, suggest fixes, and resolve them, reducing MTTR and improving how we handle incidents. Who you’ll work with: • You’ll report to the Platform team lead and work alongside your Platform team teammates on the infrastructure and delivery foundations that reliability depends on. • You’ll partner with R&D teams to set reliability targets and improve how their services behave in production. • You’ll work with FinOps where relevant, to balance reliability and performance with cost. Requirements What we’re looking for: • 5+ years of experience in SRE, production engineering, or a DevOps/platform role with clear ownership of production reliability. • Hands-on experience operating production workloads on Kubernetes in AWS (or a similar cloud provider). • Strong experience with observability tooling such as New Relic, Sentry, and OpenTelemetry, or similar, including designing meaningful alerts and dashboards. • Practical experience defining and working with SLIs/SLOs and error budgets. • Experience with Infrastructure as Code and CI/CD, such as Terraform and GitHub Actions, or similar. • Good understanding of distributed systems, networking fundamentals, and common failure modes of cloud-native SaaS platforms. • Experience operating AI or agent-based systems in production. • Solid coding skills in at least one language (e.g. Python, Go, or TypeScript/Node.js) for automation and tooling. • A track record of driving reliability improvements across teams, including without formal authority, and mentoring other engineers. • Hands-on experience with incident response and postmortems. • Excellent communication skills, especially under pressure. • Fluent Hebrew and English. Nice to have: • Experience with load and performance testing at scale. • Experience with chaos engineering or structured failure testing. • Experience operating databases, queues, or streaming systems in production.
