More than 100 people worldwide, in Israel, US & Europe who are smart, humble, curious people who thrive at the intersection of law and AI, and we're looking for the leader who will protect and grow that edge as we scale. About the Role A Senior AI/ML Engineer role on our Data team, sitting at the intersection of AI engineering, data science, and data platform. You'll build agentic, LLM-based systems that turn vast amounts of unstructured information into high-quality structured signals — powering Darrow's products and surfacing legal risk — owning each solution across the full lifecycle, from exploration to production. You'll work closely with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal experts to turn ambiguous problems into scalable AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong engineering judgment, deep data/ML expertise, and a focus on reliability beyond the prototype stage. What You'll Do • Design, build, deploy, and operate production AI systems: agentic, LLM-based extraction workflows and batch/online inference pipelines and owning them from exploration through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. • Define quality metrics and build evaluation datasets, testing processes, and feedback loops for ML and LLM systems; monitor accuracy, latency, cost, and data quality, and investigate and fix failures. • Explore large, complex datasets to surface useful features and patterns, and translate findings into production-grade implementations. • Partner with data engineers on ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and storage to deliver dependable data products. • Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude) effectively while maintaining strong technical judgment and ownership of your systems. • Help shape engineering standards for production AI: testing, observability, reproducibility, data lineage, versioning, and safe deployment. Requirements What You Bring • 6+ years in ML engineering, AI engineering, data science, or backend engineering for data-intensive systems, with hands-on experience taking systems to production (deployment, monitoring, evaluation, versioning, improvement). • Strong Python skills and data orientation — SQL, NoSQL, data pipelines, and both structured and unstructured data. • Solid data science foundation: feature engineering, statistical reasoning, experiment design, error analysis, and relevant metrics (precision, recall, accuracy, coverage). • Experience with LLM-based applications: structured extraction, tool calling, agentic workflows, prompt design, embeddings, retrieval, and model evaluation. • Understanding of production AI tradeoffs, quality, latency, scalability, reliability, cost and experience integrating AI into batch, orchestration, API, or event-driven workflows. • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, breaking problems down and driving them to production. • Strong communication skills across engineering, data science, product, and domain-expert teams. Nice to Have • Document intelligence, information extraction, entity resolution, classification, ranking, or large-scale enrichment pipelines. • Experience building or operating agentic systems in production. • Natural Language Processing experience. • Familiarity with orchestration/ML tooling (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, MLflow, or similar). • Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, vector databases, or modern data-processing frameworks. • Cloud-native experience: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD. • Experience with human-in-the-loop review or feedback-driven AI systems. • Familiarity with legal, financial, compliance, or other data-intensive domains where quality and explainability matter. What Success Looks Like • AI capabilities move reliably from experimentation to production, on systems engineers, scientists, and domain experts can depend on. • Agentic workflows deliver accurate, measurable structured data that strengthens Darrow's products and decision-making.

We're seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid social as a core growth engine for HoneyBook. A few of the things you will do: • Own the strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management of large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels - balancing brand awareness and performance objectives, and making the call on where and how to invest to hit pipeline and revenue targets. • Use creative and conversion data to identify and reach high-value audiences, and continuously optimize performance across the funnel. • Lead testing roadmaps — audience, creative, bidding, and platform-level experiments — and translate results into scalable strategy. • Partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Finance) to plan and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns. • Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies, and critical insights; build the measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes. • Create and present clear, actionable reports and recommendations to marketing leadership, using data analysis and visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. • Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging channels, and bring point-of-view on where HoneyBook should test next. • Act as a senior voice on the team — sharing best practices, raising the bar on channel expertise, and mentoring more junior team members as the team grows. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. • Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward. • Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance. • Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms. What's needed: • 5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube. • Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus. • Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization. • A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy. • Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting. • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools). • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems. Description The 4M story is likely one you haven’t heard before: We are on a mission to reveal the world below us—to do for the world below ground what Google Maps did for the world above. By leveraging cutting-edge technology, we are mapping the subsurface infrastructure to make reliable, real-time utility data accessible to the construction industry - completely transforming a traditional industry. We’re a growing startup with 100 employees currently based in Tel Aviv, Israel, and Austin, Texas. The Opportunity We are looking for a Staff Algorithm Engineer to join our core Algorithm team — a high-autonomy group responsible for the algorithm and ML systems at the heart of 4M's mapping engine. This is a role for engineers who think in systems, bring cutting-edge computer vision and algorithmic thinking to ambitious real-world challenges, and own problems end-to-end with an entrepreneurial drive. In the AI era, being a strong engineer means more than writing great code. It means operating as both an architect and a team lead — designing the solution with clarity, then guiding AI agents to execute it at a level and speed that wasn't possible before. We are building a culture where this is the norm, and we're looking for someone who is excited to work and grow in that direction. You will work across computer vision and algorithm disciplines — researching solutions, designing experiments, and delivering production-grade implementations — while collaborating closely with data engineering and product teams. What You'll Do • Research and implement novel computer vision and algorithmic solutions for challenging real-world problems — spanning perception, learning, optimization, and graph-based reasoning. • Own algorithm quality end-to-end: design experiments, evaluate results, and drive iterations until production reliability targets are met. • Work across disciplines — sharing models, methods, and insights with algorithm, data engineering, and product teams. • Monitor production model health proactively; identify degradation early and lead remediation efforts. • Integrate AI tools into your workflow and grow into the role of architect and team lead — designing the solution, then directing agents to build it. • Raise the bar on the team's technical culture through code reviews, knowledge-sharing, and rigorous algorithmic thinking. Requirements Required Qualifications • Relevant B.Sc./M.Sc. with 10+ years of experience as a Computer Vision or Algorithm Engineer, OR relevant Ph.D. with 7+ years of relevant industry experience. • Broad and deep computer vision background, with strong algorithmic foundations — comfortable working across CV and adjacent algorithm domains. • Deep proficiency in deep learning frameworks (PyTorch preferred). • Proficiency in Python — writes clean, production-grade code. • Proven E2E ownership: has taken CV problems from research to production, not just model experimentation. • Strong problem-solving skills — comfortable with ambiguous, non-textbook problems. • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial: identifies gaps, drives solutions, and takes accountability for outcomes. • Mentor and upskill team members, including knowledge sharing and strategic technical development. • Good communication skills — can clearly explain complex algorithmic decisions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. AI-First Mindset We are building an AI-first engineering culture, and we're looking for engineers who are genuinely excited about working this way. You don't need to arrive with a fully formed AI workflow — but you should have the curiosity and the drive to develop one. In practice, this means: • You're already experimenting with AI tools in your work — code assistants, LLMs, or AI-augmented workflows — and you want to go further. • You're open to learning how to operate as both an architect and a team lead: holding a clear picture of the solution, then directing AI agents to get there. • You see AI not as a threat to engineering craft, but as a multiplier of it. Specific tools and methods can be learned together. What matters is the mindset and the motivation to grow into this way of working. Preferred Qualifications (not required!) • Experience with GIS datasets or geospatial computer vision tasks. • Familiarity with GNN / graph-based algorithms. • Experience with AWS cloud services (SageMaker, S3, EC2). • Background in active learning or AI-assisted annotation pipelines. Why Join 4M If you want to apply cutting-edge computer vision and algorithmic thinking to ambitious, unsolved real-world problems — and see your work directly shape a product that is redefining an industry — this is that role! • Hard, original problems spanning computer vision and algorithm design that push the field forward. No textbook solutions, no incremental improvements on existing products. • CV and algorithms are the core technology driving 4M's mission — your work is the product. • Full end-to-end ownership: from research spike to production, you see the full impact of your work. • You'll grow into operating as both architect and team lead — a scope of influence that compounds over time in ways traditional engineering roles don't offer. • High-autonomy culture that trusts engineers to lead — real responsibility from day one, no micromanagement. • Pre-scale startup (~100 people): your influence on the technical culture, the stack, and the direction is real and lasting.
