Description About Us Arpeely is bootstrapped and has been profitable since day one. We built one of the most efficient programmatic acquisition engines on the planet: processing billions of ad decisions a day, generating terabytes of live behavioral data, and turning it into margins most SaaS companies would kill for. At the core of that engine is a team of data scientists and ML engineers running tens of billions of sub-second predictions a day, deciding in milliseconds which impression is worth buying and what it’s worth. Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned about how people move through the web and putting it into our most innovative consumer product yet: Ace AI, an AI-native browser already reaching millions of people, built to simplify and improve everyday online life with the help of AI. This is a rare opportunity: a category that hasn’t meaningfully changed in over a decade, and a profitable company with the data and the acquisition engine to win it on its own terms. Come build it with us. What You’ll Do • Mentor a team of extremely talented and success-hungry data scientists. • Initiate and manage cutting-edge projects from inception to delivery, including developing structured and automated solutions. • Lead the data strategy: be responsible for planning, prioritizing, and building the right data solutions to support business needs. • Apply your scientific knowledge and creativity to analyze large volumes of diverse data and develop algorithmic solutions and models to solve complex problems. • Identify and propose data science and algorithmic solutions for various product initiatives. • Use your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to explain technical concepts and analysis implications to senior leaders, and influence cross-functional teams to improve performance. • Partner with other departments (e.g. Management, R&D, Product) to support decision making. Requirements • Two years of experience in leading a team. • 4+ years of practical analytics experience in big data businesses (preferably at a B2C company). • A hands-on, passionate person who likes to get to the bottom of things in terms of algorithms, data, and business. • Excellent analytical skills with experience in querying large, complex data sets. • Strong understanding of statistical significance. • Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms; Python and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, etc. • BSc degree (or higher) in Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Computer Science, or any other quantitative field. • Self-learner, multi-tasker, able to work independently. • Self-sufficient, proactive problem-solver. • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. • Familiarity with the ad-tech industry — a big plus. • Experience in implementing real-time machine learning and data mining algorithms in large-scale environments — a big plus. • Fun to work with and a team player :)
Description About Us We're building a new B2C AI browser that will soon be in the hands of millions. Radically simple, delightfully fast, and enhanced by powerful AI features. Our mission is to simplify and improve daily online activities. We've shipped a beta, and the user base keeps growing daily. The surface area ahead is wide: AI features, system-level interactions, and cross-platform experiences on desktop and mobile. We're looking for an AI Product Builder to help define the next chapter of the browser - someone who ships their own prototypes, holds strong opinions on craft, and doesn't wait to be told where to start. You'll own a product area end-to-end: frame the opportunity, build the prototype that sells it, ship the experience alongside design and engineering, and measure how it lands. Your work will shape how people move through the web every day. Learn more at ace.ai. What You'll Do • Own product areas end-to-end, from discovery through post-launch iteration. • Turn ambiguous opportunities into opinionated proposals, backed by research, data and working prototypes. • Prototype the experience yourself — in Cursor, Claude, Figma, or whatever gets an idea into something people can feel. • Partner with and ship alongside design and engineering, from kickoff to polish. • Monitor performance post-launch and make the call on what comes next. Requirements • 4+ years shipping consumer or large-scale complex digital products — as a PM, designer, engineer, or in a hybrid role. • A track record of shipping thoughtful, user-centered features end-to-end and iterating on real data. • Strong product sense: simplifying complexity, seeing around corners, getting into details. • Design taste and UX judgment — specific, defensible opinions about flows, motion, and microcopy. • Technical fluency: comfortable reading a spec, pushing on architecture, and working with engineers as peers. • AI-native in practice: you build with AI — prototypes, experiments, automations, agents, not just documents. • Analytics baseline: comfortable thinking in SQL-shaped questions and finding the real signal. • Clear, concise communication — written and verbal. Nice to Have • Experience scaling consumer products from concept to a multi-million user base. • Experience with B2C AI products and interactions across mobile and desktop. • A history of shipping side projects, indie tools, or prototypes that escaped into the wild. This Role Is Exactly Right for You If • You'd rather ship a prototype than write a brief about one. • Given a rough direction, you come back with a plan and a proposed solution. • Your workflow doesn't end in a PRD drafted by AI. • Fast, iterative cycles feel natural, not frantic. • You enjoy collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. AI Product Builders can come from odd paths. Designers tired of throwing work over the wall. Engineers whose side projects outgrew their day jobs. Indie makers ready for a bigger surface and a team. If you've shipped things users care about and can defend the taste behind them, apply, regardless of what your title says now.

Our mission is to simplify and improve daily online activities. We've shipped a beta, and the user base keeps growing daily. The surface area ahead is wide: AI features, system-level interactions, and cross-platform experiences on desktop and mobile. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help define the next chapter of the browser. You’ll work closely with design, data, and engineering to explore new ideas, shape product strategy, and ship features that make everyday browsing feel simpler and smarter. You’ll guide projects from concept to launch: clarifying problems, framing opportunities, running tests, tightening scope, aligning stakeholders, and keeping a steady, thoughtful pace. The surface area is wide - AI features, system-level interactions, and cross-platform experiences, so you’ll have room to think big and execute with precision. What You’ll Do • Own end-to-end product development across discovery, definition, execution, and iteration. • Translate broad opportunities into product briefs, sharply defined problems, and clear roadmaps. • Drive alignment across teams with clear communication and crisp documentation. • Monitor performance and user feedback to refine features post-launch. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define how to make AI natural, unobtrusive, and genuinely helpful. Requirements • 5+ years of product management experience with consumer or large-scale complex digital products. • A track record of shipping thoughtful, user-centered features end-to-end and iterating based on concrete data. • Strong product sense: ability to simplify complexity, see around corners, and sweat details. • AI-native: you use AI tools daily to prototype, analyze and move faster. • Experience working closely with design, data, and engineering around ambiguous problems and emerging technologies. • Clear, concise communication — written and verbal. • Ability to balance speed, quality, and scope without losing sight of the user experience. Nice to Have • Experience scaling products from concept to mass market. • Experience with AI products, ML-powered features, or high-frequency tools. • Background in user research, prototyping, or technical exploration.

Many of the world’s biggest brands and publicly traded companies selling online rely on Riskified for guaranteed protection against chargebacks, to fight fraud and policy abuse at scale, and to improve customer retention. Developed and managed by the largest team of ecommerce risk analysts, data scientists and researchers, Riskified’s AI-powered fraud and risk intelligence platform analyzes the individual behind each interaction to provide real-time decisions and robust identity-based insights. Riskified is proud to work with incredible companies in virtually all industries including Booking.com, Acer, Gucci, Lorna Jane, GoPro, and many more. Abundant opportunities to create and contribute provide us with a sense of purpose that extends beyond ourselves, leaving a lasting impact. These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day. About the Role Riskified is building a new product-led growth motion designed to bring our technology to a much larger universe of ecommerce merchants. We are looking for a highly versatile, entrepreneurial marketer to work closely with the GM responsible for this business. This person will sit in Tel Aviv alongside the GM and act as an embedded marketing partner, with a strong connection to the broader Marketing organization. This is not a traditional channel marketing or product marketing role. It is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You will help define how merchants discover Riskified, understand our value, evaluate the product, convert, onboard, and engage. You might develop the positioning for a new merchant segment in the morning, write and build the corresponding landing page in the afternoon, and analyze its performance the following week. The right person will be comfortable operating like a startup marketer inside a larger company. You should be able to identify an opportunity, develop a point of view, build something, launch it, learn from the results, and improve it without requiring a large team around you. What You'll Be Doing • Partner closely with the GM of Product-Led Growth to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Riskified's down-market business. • Help design a scalable merchant journey across acquisition, education, evaluation, conversion, onboarding, activation, and expansion. • Develop positioning and messaging that translates Riskified's sophisticated technology into clear and compelling value propositions for smaller and mid-sized ecommerce merchants. • Design campaigns, landing pages, email and linkedin nurture programs, product education, sales enablement, and other merchant-facing experiences. • Work directly in CMS and marketing technology platforms, including WordPress, to launch and iterate on experiences without relying on specialist resources for every change. • Replicate and adapt existing website templates to quickly stand up new landing pages, campaign experiences, and tests. • Use AI tools such as Claude extensively across research, writing, ideation, analysis, prototyping, content creation, and lightweight graphic design. • Leverage brand design guidelines to create lightweight visual and creative assets when a full design process is not necessary, while knowing when to bring in specialist creative support. • Develop experiments across the funnel to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and engagement. • Use analytics and customer behavior to identify friction, develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and determine what to improve next. • Build repeatable workflows, templates, automation, and processes that allow the team to support a significantly larger volume of merchants efficiently. • Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Analytics, Design, and the broader Marketing organization to execute the growth strategy. • Develop platform-specific marketing strategies (e.g. Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce / Magento, etc.) • Continuously gather merchant, competitive, and market insights and translate them into better messaging, experiences, and growth opportunities. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, or related disciplines. • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other environment where you were expected to operate with significant autonomy and limited specialist resources. • Proven ability to take projects from strategy through hands-on execution. • Excellent (ideally native) English-language writing, messaging, and communication skills. • Strong instincts for positioning, customer psychology, and simplifying complex technology. • Comfortable working directly with web CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, HockeyStack, Mixpanel, GA4), and other digital marketing technology. • Highly proficient with AI tools and able to use them to materially increase the speed and quality of your work. • Strong visual judgment and the ability to create effective lightweight marketing assets without depending on a designer for every deliverable. • Analytical and experimental mindset, with comfort working with funnel metrics, conversion rates, behavioral data, and experimentation. • Strong process orientation and an interest in creating scalable systems rather than relying on manual execution. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, payments, fraud, or Shopify is a plus. • Experience building a PLG, self-service, SMB, or mid-market growth motion is highly valuable. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
