We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the healthcare industry: health insurers and payers, hospitals and provider networks, and the platforms that sit between them. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable healthcare solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a payer or a provider and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for healthcare organizations. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing. Healthcare has the highest stakes and the least room for a wrong answer of any industry we sell into. A member asking what their cover actually includes, a patient trying to move an appointment, a family trying to understand a bill. Solutions here have to be accurate, careful with patient data, and know exactly when to hand the conversation to a person. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's healthcare solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across payers and providers. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for healthcare customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior payer and provider buyers. • Build a deep understanding of payer and provider operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the patient privacy, accuracy and human-handover bar that a payer or a provider will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, and define how a solution integrates with the clinical and administrative systems a customer already runs. • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software. • Experience building products for healthcare payers, providers or health technology companies, or working inside one. • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales. • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams. • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives. • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows. Advantages • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation. • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role. • Knowledge of core healthcare processes, such as benefits and eligibility, claims and billing, scheduling and patient intake, or care navigation. • Familiarity with the clinical and administrative systems that healthcare organizations already run. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for travel, transportation and hospitality: airlines, hotel groups, rail and ground transport, car rental, cruise, and travel technology. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for a travel operator and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for travel and hospitality customers. This vertical has two modes and a solution has to do both. On a normal day the job is commercial: bookings, changes, upgrades and extras. On a bad day, a cancelled flight or a storm, thousands of people need to be rebooked in the same hour and the agent is the only thing that can absorb the volume. A solution that only works on a quiet day will not be bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's travel, transportation and hospitality solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior travel and hospitality buyers. • Build a deep understanding of airline, hotel and transport operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Design for both modes of this industry, the growth day and the disruption day, and define how each is measured. Set what the solution must do when volume spikes and plans have to be rewritten at once. • Experience building products for airlines, hotels, transport operators or travel technology companies, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core travel processes and systems, such as reservations and booking, changes and cancellations, disruption handling and rebooking, loyalty programs, or property and fleet operations. • Experience with a product that had to hold up during a demand spike or a service failure. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. About The Role You sit inside a product group and own its go-to-market from 0 to 1. You work with the field on the first customers, learn how to sell this product, and turn that into a playbook the whole org can use. What You'll Do • Build the playbook. Define how we sell your product: buyer personas, value proposition, use cases, demo story, positioning and messaging, and pilot structure. Work with the Head of Commercialization on pricing and packaging. • Go 0 to 1 with the field. Join the first deals. Run discovery, shape the demo around the customer's business case, and test the playbook in real conversations. Scout for design partners for new capabilities. • Design pilots that succeed. Set the scope, success criteria and business impact story for each POC. Spot risks early and run root cause analysis when a pilot gets stuck. • Hand it over to scale. Make what works easy for other teams, inside Wonderful and at the customer, to run without you. You own the content, they own the rollout. • Feed the product. Turn what you hear from customers into clear, prioritized input for PM and engineering. • Expand into target regions. Identify the local subject matter capabilities required and recruit local talent. What You Bring • 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a product company: solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical product management, or technical BD. • You're a builder. You can put together an agent, connect APIs and debug a demo in front of a customer. • Commercial instinct. You can run a business requirements discussion, build a business case, and know why pilots and deals get stuck. • You can talk to a CTO and to a business buyer in the same meeting. • Excellent written and spoken English. You present daily. • Based in Tel Aviv, happy to travel. Strong Plus • You've shipped LLM-based agents to production (prompting, tool use, evals). • You've taken a product from its first customers to a repeatable motion. • You've built playbooks that other teams use, for example deployment, onboarding or change management. • Exposure to pricing or enterprise sales cycles. What Success Looks Like • A proven playbook for your product: personas, value proposition, demo story and pilot structure, tested with real customers. • Other teams run the playbook without you: the field, DS and FDEs, and customer teams. • Demo-to-POC conversion and POC success rate in your group are up. • A pricing and packaging proposal for your product is live. • PM gets a steady, useful flow of customer input. The Role As a Forward Deployed Engineer at Wonderful, you’ll turn complex enterprise workflows into AI agents that work in the real world. You’ll operate at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer delivery. Embedding directly with enterprise teams, you’ll uncover how their operations actually run, identify where AI can create meaningful value, and build the systems that deliver it. You’ll lead projects from initial discovery through production deployment, combining customer insight with hands-on engineering. After launch, you’ll measure real-world impact and keep iterating until the solution delivers meaningful results. This role is for versatile engineers who enjoy combining deep technical work with customer context. You’re comfortable entering unfamiliar environments, asking incisive questions, and shipping practical solutions without waiting for a perfect specification. What You’ll Do • Embed with customers to understand their workflows, constraints, and measures of success. • Turn loosely defined operational problems into clear technical plans and production systems. • Design and build AI agents that integrate with customer tools, data, and business processes. • Own deployments from prototype through launch, monitoring, and continuous improvement. • Test with real-world data, measure business outcomes, and iterate based on evidence. • Make pragmatic tradeoffs across architecture, reliability, speed, and user experience. • Partner closely with Wonderful’s Product and Engineering teams to improve the core platform. • Turn lessons from individual deployments into reusable tools, patterns, and best practices. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of experience building software or solving complex technical problems. • Strong foundations in software architecture, system design, and production engineering. • Experience working across APIs, integrations, data flows, and distributed systems. • The ability to bring structure and momentum to ambiguous problems. • Confidence working directly with customers, from operational teams to technical stakeholders. • Clear communication, sound judgment, and a strong sense of ownership. • Genuine curiosity about applied AI and its potential to transform how businesses operate. Nice to Have • Experience in a forward-deployed, solutions engineering, consulting, or customer-facing technical role. • Experience building AI agents, workflow automation, or conversational systems. • Familiarity with LLM evaluation, observability, and reliability in production. • Experience deploying and improving systems in complex enterprise environments. What You’ll Do • Own the product narrative. Define what it is, what it enables, and why it matters. Connect capabilities to business value: what the enterprise gets, not what the product does. Keep it sharp against a fast-moving competitive field and coherent with the Wonderful platform story. • Deliver stories in every format. Product videos of every type: launch films, feature walkthroughs, demo narrations. Plus release notes, web copy, and sales narratives. You write the script and the one-liner. • Find stories. Find them in the product, in deployments, in customers. The best material isn't handed to you; you go dig it out from product and field teams. • Build enablement and sales materials. Decks, one-pagers, battle cards, demo scripts. Build them, maintain them, keep them the single source of truth. • Break down for industries and buyers. Adapt the product’s core messaging for specific verticals and for business, technical, and risk buyers. • Work AI-first. AI is embedded in how this team operates. You'll use it daily and help design how. What We’re Looking For • 5+ years of B2B product marketing, ideally with a technical product. • Truth seeking. You dig into what the product actually does and what customers actually experience, and you make sure the messaging reflects it. • Proven ability to develop positioning and turn it into sales-facing and customer-facing assets. • Range across formats: video scripts, release notes, positioning docs, web, enablement. • Depth over breadth: you can go deep on one product and become its foremost internal expert. • Fluency with AI tools as part of your daily workflow, not as an afterthought. • Comfort in an early-stage, fast-paced environment. Things move quickly here. Candidate Privacy Notice
We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for retail: apparel and beauty, grocery and big box, home and DIY, marketplaces, and consumer services. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable retail solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a retailer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for retailers. Retail is the vertical where an agent is judged on revenue and not only on cost. The same agent that tracks an order can also help a shopper find the right product, bring back an abandoned basket, or answer the store phone calls that nobody picks up today and turn them into visits. Our solutions have to prove both sides of that, in the brand's own voice. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's retail solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for retail customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior retail buyers. • Build a deep understanding of retail and e-commerce operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Build solutions that move revenue as well as cost, and make the revenue case provable: define how each solution is attributed and measured so that a retailer's commercial team will accept the number. • Experience building products for retailers, marketplaces or consumer brands, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core retail processes and systems, such as order management, returns and exchanges, product catalog and search, loyalty, or store operations. • Experience with revenue-side programs such as product discovery, recommendations, basket recovery or win-back campaigns. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to own the tools that make every Wonderful deployment a high-quality one. This role sits between Product and Deployment, and is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and adoption of the tooling our Forward Deployed Engineers (FDEs) and Deployment Strategists use to build, test, launch and improve AI agents for our customers, across all our products. Our deployment teams are fast and creative. Where the product had no answer, they built their own: command-line tools, test harnesses, local helpers, workbenches. Some of it entered the product, much of it lives with the person who built it. As one of the first Technical PMs, you will turn this field experience into product, so that every FDE gets the speed-up, not only the one who wrote the script, and so that the same issue does not repeat in the next deployment. You will work closely with Deployment leadership, FDEs, Deployment Strategists, HQ product groups and R&D. Deployment quality is where an AI company earns or loses trust. An agent that worked in the pilot has to keep working in production, in every language, channel and customer system it touches. That takes a loop that does not fully exist yet: monitor, collect, diagnose, improve. Building that loop, and making it part of the product, is the heart of this role. Technical PM - What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for deployment tooling across all Wonderful products. • Own the tools that help FDEs and Deployment Strategists build, test, evaluate, launch and monitor agents, from the first build to production. • Build the quality loop for agents in production: evals, test suites, regression checks, monitoring and the path from a detected issue to a fix. • Find what the field has already built, decide what becomes product, and bring it in, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Decide where each tool belongs: the core platform for what has a long life, the catalog or an FDE section for the rest, or not at all. • Run the intake of field needs into product: one clear channel, a regular ranking with the deployment teams, and a fast, visible answer on every request. • Review FDE contributions from a product view, with clear criteria and response times, so that good field work reaches the product and does not wait in a queue. • Spend real time in deployments. Understand how FDEs and Deployment Strategists work day to day, and treat them as your customers. • Define and track the metrics that show deployment quality and speed are improving, such as time to production, issues found before go-live and repeat incidents, and communicate progress to leadership. • Work with the PM of every product group so that what you learn in deployments shapes their roadmaps, not only yours. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with technical and executive audiences. Who You Are • 4+ years in technical product management, forward-deployed engineering, solutions engineering or software engineering in B2B or enterprise software • Experience as an FDE, solutions engineer or developer tools PM, building or shipping tools that other engineers use • Hands-on technical ability: you write code, read pull requests and system logs, and can build a working prototype yourself • Experience working closely with engineering and customer-facing technical teams • Experience taking an internal or developer-facing product from discovery to wide adoption • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and to redesign workflows Preferred Qualifications • Experience with AI agents or LLM-based products in production, including prompt and context engineering, evals and quality or accuracy reviews • Experience with testing, observability or CI/CD tooling • Experience deploying software inside enterprise customers, including integration with customer systems • Experience working across several countries or markets • Experience in a fast-growing startup Candidate Privacy Notice
We are looking for a Program Manager to run the most complex, cross-company projects in Wonderful's product organization, working directly with our Chief Product Officer. This role is responsible for turning big priorities into plans with clear owners, dates and outcomes, and for driving them to delivery across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing. Wonderful is growing fast, and the projects that matter most do not fit inside one team: a product launch that has to land with customers in several countries at once, a strategic deal that needs product, engineering and deployment working as one, a new way of working that every product group adopts. As the first Program Manager in the Office of the CPO, you will be the person who makes these happen: you take an ask from the CPO, build the plan, line up the people and see it through. This is an execution role with real weight. You will work with senior leaders across the company, speak for the CPO's priorities in rooms he is not in, and be trusted to raise a problem early, with a proposed fix, rather than report it late. Program Manage - What You'll Do • Own a portfolio of cross-company programs for the CPO, from the first ask to delivery: internal programs, customer-facing launches and large strategic deals. • Turn high-level goals into end-to-end plans with scope, milestones, owners and dates, and keep them current as things change. • Drive execution across Product, R&D, Deployment, Sales and Marketing, in a matrix organization where you lead through influence. • Identify risks and dependencies early, and bring them to the CPO with options and a recommendation. • Coordinate product launches with customers: readiness across product, deployment, enablement and marketing, so that launches land on time and work in production. • Support large strategic deals from the product side: align what was promised, what will be built and who delivers it, and track it to the customer's go-live. • Run the product organization's operating rhythm: roadmap reviews, leadership updates, offsite and planning cycles, and follow up on every decision and action item. • Make work visible across teams: clear status, shared tools and one source of truth for the CPO and leadership. • Design measurements to track the impact of each program, and report progress, issues and risks to stakeholders in a timely way. • Improve how the product organization plans and executes, and help the CPO turn what works into standard practice. • Operate independently, think critically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of program management, technical program management, consulting, strategy or operations experience in technology companies • Track record of delivering complex, cross-functional programs from inception to delivery • Experience working directly with senior executives and influencing leaders without direct authority • Strong organizational, planning and prioritization skills, with the ability to run several programs at once • Enough technical understanding to work with engineering teams on scope, dependencies and trade-offs • Excellent written and verbal communication in English • AI-native, with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to plan, track and redesign workflows Preferred qualifications • Background as an engineer, TPM, management consultant or chief of staff • Experience with enterprise software launches or large B2B customer deployments • Experience with AI or LLM-based products • Experience working across several countries and time zones • Experience in a fast-growing startup Candidate Privacy Notice
What you'll do • Own and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of Wonderful's AI OS components: from ideation and design through production launch, and continuous iteration based on real customer usage. • Partner closely with engineering, forward-deployed teams, and enterprise customers. Turn what you learn into decisions of what actually makes an agent reliable or a deployment succeed. • Define and own the metrics that matter for each product, and use them to continuously adjust strategy for maximum impact and growth. What we're looking for • 3+ years of product management experience in hyper-growth tech companies, ideally with some exposure to AI/ML or agentic products. • Highly analytical, with a proven track record of investigating reality over opinion, and using it to drive prioritization and strategic decisions. • Genuine passion for AI, comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. • Strong technical fluency, comfortable discussing tradeoffs with engineers. • Exceptional problem-solving skills, a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, and the instinct to build the frameworks that keep a fast-moving team focused. What you'll do • Extend Wonderful’s platform by designing and building reusable primitives that turn one-off customer and internal needs into scalable platform capabilities. • Become a top contributor to the Wonderful Catalog by shipping custom tools, agent skills, applications, and end-to-end workflows that teams and customers genuinely adopt. • Own and evolve our organizational knowledge agent, demo factory, and other internal systems the company relies on every day. • Turn successful prototypes into stable, supported products that become part of Wonderful’s core offering. What we're looking for • 5+ years of experience building production software, with strong technical depth and the ability to own architecture and move quickly across the stack. • Ex-founder or founding-team member who has built and shipped a product from zero, owned outcomes end to end, and made decisions with incomplete information. • Strong product instincts, with experience prioritizing roadmaps and building tools that teams genuinely rely on. • Exceptional communicator who creates clarity across engineering, product, GTM, leadership, and customers. • Highly proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and energized by building the systems that enable a fast-moving organization to scale. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for telco, media and technology: mobile and broadband operators, streaming and media brands, and technology platforms. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for an operator, a media brand or a platform, and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for operators, media brands and technology platforms. These are subscription businesses, so the agent is part of the commercial relationship and not only the support queue: activating a new subscriber, fixing a service problem before the customer calls, keeping a customer who is one minute from leaving. They also run at a volume and with peaks that most industries never see, which makes scale and latency a product problem here and not an infrastructure footnote. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's telco, media and technology solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior buyers at operators, media brands and platforms. • Build a deep understanding of operator and subscription economics, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Make the solutions hold up at operator scale: peak events, low-latency voice, proactive outbound, and the local language of every market we sell in. Turn what the vertical needs into clear asks on the HQ product groups and R&D. • Experience building products for telecom operators, media or subscription businesses, or technology platforms, or working inside one. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the financial services industry: retail and commercial banks, digital banks, and insurers. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable financial services solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a bank or an insurer and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for banks and insurers. Financial services conversations sit at the points where a customer is most exposed and the institution is most procedural: a mortgage decision, a disputed charge, a lost card, a claim after an accident. Solutions in this vertical have to be accurate, explainable and auditable, in the local language and under the local regulator, or they do not get bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's financial services solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across banking and insurance. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for bank and insurer customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior banking and insurance buyers. • Build a deep understanding of bank and insurer operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the accuracy, explainability, audit and escalation bar that a regulated financial institution will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, so that a solution can reach production and not only pilot. • Experience building products for banks, insurers or other financial institutions, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core financial services processes, such as lending and mortgages, payments, cards and disputes, claims and underwriting, or financial crime and compliance. • Experience working across several countries or markets. • Experience in a fast-growing startup. Description About Us Arpeely is bootstrapped and has been profitable since day one. We built one of the most efficient programmatic acquisition engines on the planet: processing billions of ad decisions a day, generating terabytes of live behavioral data, and turning it into margins most SaaS companies would kill for. At the core of that engine is a team of data scientists and ML engineers running tens of billions of sub-second predictions a day, deciding in milliseconds which impression is worth buying and what it’s worth. About Ace AI Now we’re taking everything we’ve learned about how people move through the web and putting it into our most innovative consumer product yet: Ace AI, an AI-native browser already reaching millions of people, built to simplify and improve everyday online life with the help of AI. This is a rare opportunity: a category that hasn’t meaningfully changed in over a decade, and a profitable company with the data and the acquisition engine to win it on its own terms. Come build it with us. We're looking for a Product Data Analyst to own the numbers behind Ace and play a central role in shaping product decisions. You’ll work closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and company leadership to understand how people use Ace You’ll own the analytical process end to end: identifying the right questions, defining metrics, designing experiments, working directly with product data, interpreting results, and translating findings into clear product decisions. We move fast, experiment constantly, and expect analysts to be hands-on, curious, technically strong, and comfortable challenging assumptions. What You'll Do • Own the consumer funnel end to end. Analyze acquisition, install, onboarding, activation, engagement, retention, and monetization across desktop and mobile. Identify where users drop, understand why, quantify the opportunity, and turn insights into concrete product opportunities. • Run the experimentation engine. Own experiments end to end - identify what’s worth testing, define the right metrics and methodology, analyze the results, and translate learnings into clear product decisions. • Go deep into the data. Work directly with large-scale behavioral data to investigate questions, uncover patterns, diagnose problems, and find opportunities that aren’t obvious from a dashboard. • Shape how we measure the product. Define the metrics that matter, make sure we’re measuring new features correctly, and create a trusted analytical foundation for understanding product performance. • Be a strategic product partner. Work closely with Product and leadership to frame important questions, challenge assumptions, and bring a strong data-driven perspective to product strategy and prioritization. • Use AI to work differently. Use modern AI tools as part of your daily workflow to explore faster, investigate deeper, automate repetitive work, and build lightweight solutions when needed. • Make the organization faster with data. Build frameworks and self-service capabilities that help teams answer common questions independently, so your time stays focused on the highest-impact problems. Requirements • 5+ years as a Product Analyst or Data Analyst in a fast-paced product environment. Consumer product experience is a strong plus. • Excellent SQL and analytical skills. You’re comfortable working directly with large, complex datasets and can independently get from a product question to a trustworthy answer. • Strong experimentation skills. You understand how to design, evaluate, and interpret A/B tests, including the statistical principles and practical pitfalls behind them. • Strong product thinking. You don’t stop at what happened - you want to understand why it happened, what it means for the user and the business, and what we should do next. • Technical curiosity. You’re comfortable understanding how products work under the hood and collaborating with engineers on data, instrumentation, experiments, and technical product questions. • AI-native mindset. AI is already part of how you work. You actively use modern AI tools to increase your speed, depth, and independence. • High ownership. You don’t wait for perfectly defined requests. You identify important questions, investigate them independently, and drive them toward decisions. • Strong communication. You can turn complex analysis into simple, clear conclusions that people can understand and act on.
