About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs). Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Tavily/Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI.
About Unframe Unframe is an AI-first startup helping the world’s largest enterprises bring LLM-powered applications to life in days - not months. We combine the speed of a product company with the flexibility of a consultancy, helping customers move from idea to deployed AI systems faster than anyone else in the market. Backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding, we’re building a fast-growing, revenue-generating company working with Fortune 500 customers globally. About the role We're looking for a Group Product Manager (GPM) to lead a team of Product Managers and own a portfolio of enterprise AI solutions delivered on the Unframe platform. This is a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment where many problems are not predefined. Working directly with customers, you'll deeply understand their needs, identify the right problems to solve, and lead your team in building solutions that deliver meaningful business value. We work on-site from our offices in Tel Aviv. You will operate as a product leader with end-to-end ownership, shaping opportunities and driving 0→1 products and POCs from first idea to deployed solution. What you’ll do • Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers • Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve (the use case with the clearest ROI) and define the success metrics before building • Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined • Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope • Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements • Support your PMs in the day-to-day of running their solutions across different customers: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock them so product implementations and solutions push forward • Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking • Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team • Mentor and develop your PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment What we’re looking for • Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required) • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments • Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making • Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production • Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers Why join us This isn't a typical product role. You won't inherit a roadmap. Every engagement starts with a real enterprise customer and a real problem. The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front. Then you take it from first idea to a deployed solution. You'll work in a true 0→1 environment, shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. From day one you'll have real ownership: shaping direction, making the product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.

What you'll do • Build the Support Engineering function from scratch, including processes, workflows, SLAs, escalation paths, and tooling. • Lead technical support for global enterprise customers, owning complex issues, escalations, and customer communication. • Investigate technical issues hands-on, including debugging APIs and integrations, analyzing logs, and performing root cause analysis. • Hire and develop a team of Support Engineers capable of resolving issues independently, minimizing reliance on Engineering. • Build an AI-native support operation, leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and intelligent workflows to automate issue investigation, troubleshooting, and knowledge management. • Build and maintain a living knowledge base, partnering with Product and Engineering to identify recurring issues and drive continuous improvements. What we're looking for • 6+ years of experience in technical support, support engineering, or similar customer-facing technical roles, including experience leading technical teams. • Proven experience building or significantly improving support functions, ideally in a startup or scale-up environment. • Experience supporting global enterprise customers, ideally Fortune 500. • Strong hands-on technical capabilities, including troubleshooting production issues, APIs, integrations, logs, and complex system behavior. • Hands-on experience building AI-powered workflows or agents using LLMs and modern AI tools, with a strong understanding of how AI can transform technical support operations. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong ownership, and the ability to prioritize under pressure. • Comfortable combining hands-on technical work with team leadership. Why join us? You’ll have the opportunity to build and shape the support function at Unframe from the ground up, working directly with global enterprise customers and alongside Product, Engineering, and company leadership. This is a highly impactful role for someone who enjoys combining customer ownership, operational thinking, and technical problem-solving in a fast-moving AI company. If you like creating structure where none exists yet and want to influence both customer experience and product direction, this role will give you exactly that.
