We are shaping the future of revenue intelligence and we want people who are excited to build what comes next. You will work with a team that dreams big, moves fast, and cares deeply about the craft and about each other. Here, transparency and trust are core to how we operate, and every person has the opportunity to make a visible impact. If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career. Gong is looking for an experienced Director of Quality Engineering to join our R&D team and define how quality is managed, measured, and improved across Gong. In this role, you will lead our Quality Engineering, SRE, and NOC teams. You will help Gong move from reactive quality and reliability operations toward an engineering-owned model in which teams ship with confidence, operate their services responsibly, and continuously learn from production. A significant part of this mandate is to make Gong an AI-driven quality and reliability organization: using AI to prevent defects, understand change risk, detect customer impact, accelerate response, and continuously improve the systems and practices that keep Gong dependable. As Senior Director of Quality & Reliability Engineering at Gong, you will • Define and lead Gong’s quality and reliability strategy across R&D, including ownership expectations, standards, and metrics. • Lead and coach the Quality Engineering, SRE, and NOC organizations, creating clear missions, healthy interfaces, and strong career growth. • Establish a pragmatic quality-and-reliability operating model spanning design, development, production operations, incident response, and learning. • Guide Gong’s QE methodology and tooling, including automation strategy, test architecture, test data, test environments, performance testing, and other non-functional quality practices. • Set the direction for reliability engineering, including observability, alert quality, capacity and performance, incident management, and reduction of operational toil. • Ensure that service teams own the reliability of their modules while SRE provides the standards, tooling, enablement, and cross-service visibility. • Ensure the NOC provides effective triage, runbook execution, and operational coverage for the platform. • Build a strong incident-management and post-incident learning culture: prioritize customer impact, coordinate response, identify systemic causes, and drive corrective actions to completion. • Lead AI-driven quality and reliability across the lifecycle: from test design, regression, and flaky-test analysis to alert triage, incident response, postmortem automation, and decision support for capacity, rollout, mitigation, and rollback. • Measure the impact of AI adoption through outcomes such as escaped-defect reduction, test-signal quality, alert-noise reduction, and time to detect and mitigate. You should apply if you have • Significant experience leading Quality Engineering, SRE, production engineering, or a comparable combination of quality and reliability functions in a complex SaaS or cloud-product environment. • Experience leading multiple technical teams and managers, with a track record of building effective organizations, clarifying ownership, and developing leaders. • Strong technical judgment across test architecture, automation, observability, service reliability, incident management, and production operations. • Experience defining and operating observability standards, SLIs/SLOs, alerting, incident-response practices, postmortems, and on-call models. • A demonstrated ability to help engineering teams improve quality and reliability through methodology, platforms, coaching, and practical standards rather than heavy process. • Experience with AI-assisted testing, incident response, operational knowledge, or developer productivity workflows. • Experience defining metrics and operating reviews that change behavior instead of creating reporting overhead. • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to communicate risk clearly to both technical and executive audiences. • Prior experience as a software engineer, automation architect, or technical operations leader. This is not a traditional QA or operations role This is a leadership role focused on building the system that makes quality and reliability a shared engineering responsibility. The goal is not to create a central gatekeeper or a team that absorbs every operational problem. The goal is to build the strategy, capabilities, standards, teams, and operating rhythm that enable Gong to deliver dependable customer outcomes at scale. What makes working at Gong unique? Here at Gong, we trust and empower our employees with ownership to solve complex problems, make the right decisions, and build products that create radical impact. We call this “Own. Solve. Impact.” About us Gong empowers everyone in revenue teams to improve productivity, increase predictability, and drive revenue growth by deeply understanding customers and business trends. The Gong Revenue AI Platform captures and contextualizes customer interactions, surfaces insights and predictions, and powers actions and workflows that are essential for business success. Here at Gong, we encourage employees to express their personality and identity, and we ensure fairness and equal opportunities We follow a hybrid working model that combines working from home, on the go, and at the office. #LI-TD1

Senior Product Manager
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place. What am I going to do? • Make an impact: Drive outcomes across the Fiverr marketplace for clients and freelancers alike — but expect the specific area you own to shift. Where you focus is set by our strategic Bets, and those change as the Bets change. • Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation. • Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. • Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. • Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. • Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part. Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager. • A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product. • Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions. • Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base. • Good understanding of UI/UX. • Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter. • Genuinely energized by ambiguity and fast context-switching — comfortable being handed a new priority with less notice and fewer resources than you'd like, and adapting without losing momentum. This isn't a "pick a lane and defend it" role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles. • BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field. At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.

This role sits at the intersection of moderation operations, product, technology, data, policy and external vendors. The person will be responsible not only for maintaining existing operations, but for identifying gaps, building scalable solutions and driving complex T&S initiatives from problem definition through implementation. This is a role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, operates with a high degree of independence and naturally takes ownership. What am I going to do? • Own complex Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement. • Lead operational aspects of new moderation technologies, external vendor integrations and tooling improvements, including solutions such as automated and AI-assisted moderation. • Act as the operational owner for integrations: define requirements, identify dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and vendor stakeholders, manage timelines and drive decisions to closure. • Translate T&S problems and policy requirements into scalable operational workflows, enforcement logic, rules, tooling requirements and implementation plans. • Continuously identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging abuse trends and proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for predefined projects. • Build and improve moderation workflows across automation and human review, balancing accuracy, operational efficiency, user impact and business needs. • Own relationships with relevant moderation and T&S vendors, including implementation, performance management, escalation and ongoing optimization. • Drive cross-functional projects involving Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Customer Care, QA and Training. • Support incident and escalation management when operational or platform-integrity risks require rapid cross-functional response. • Help shape the longer-term operating model and capabilities of the Trust & Safety function. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment. • Demonstrated experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects. • Strong ownership mentality and bias for action — you naturally ask “what needs to happen next?” and make it happen. • Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a structured plan with clear decisions, owners and execution. • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Data and business teams. • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new systems, APIs, workflows and technical concepts. Engineering experience is not required, but technical curiosity is. • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex topics and drive conversations toward decisions. • High level of independence, reliability and follow-through. Strong Advantages • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems. • Experience with moderation operations at scale or with BPO/vendor environments. • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation. • Experience working within a two-sided marketplace or other UGC-heavy platform. • Previous experience leading people or acting as the senior operational owner of a function. Working with AI AI and automation are integral to enhancing our Trust & Safety operations. You will leverage AI-assisted moderation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, and potentially work with AI-driven analytics to identify emerging abuse trends. Senior Backend Engineer (Applied AI)
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Fiverr's Applied Science group builds the intelligence behind the marketplace. We turn large volumes of unstructured data into structured understanding, and use it to connect the right people with the right work. We are a small team with an unusually large surface. We own the full path from raw data to production AI systems, and we are actively expanding what that platform can do. In this role, you will design, build and operate AI systems that run continuously in production: large volumes of unstructured data in, models and pipelines in the middle, structured signal that teams across Fiverr build on back out. The scope runs from data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure through to model quality, evaluation and cost. This is a hands on senior role, and you will help define how these systems get built here rather than inherit someone else's answer. What am I going to do? • Build and evolve our production LLM pipelines, turning unstructured text into structured data that the product consumes. • Design and operate large scale batch and near real time data processing, including correctness, freshness and cost. • Build the retrieval and serving layers that make our data usable in real time. • Decide what runs on which LLM model, and prove the choice with numbers rather than intuition. • Keep cost and latency predictable as volume grows: throughput, failure handling and monitoring. • Build agentic workflows that makes the whole team faster, and help set the standards others work to. Requirements • Have 5+ years building and operating production systems, and have seen what breaks at scale. • Have built real features on top of LLMs, with a feel for how they behave and where they need guardrails. • Are at home with data at scale: pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, storage and query design. • Design systems well. You can take an ambiguous problem, shape a system around it, and reason clearly about tradeoffs, boundaries, and cost. • Communicate clearly and work easily with product and data partners. • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Advantage- familiar with LLM as a judge concepts, vector search or graph DB.
