All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to any of these characteristics. About the Role We're growing our Data team and looking for a Data Engineer who lives and breathes data. At Appdome, data moves fast and at scale: trillions of live threat events feeding real-time detection, risk scoring, and response. This role is about designing data so it stays fast under heavy volume: the right architecture, models, and storage choices to keep latency low and throughput high. You'll own data systems end to end, from ingest to serving, and have real influence over how we build. What You’ll Do • Design, build, and maintain scalable, low-latency data pipelines, ETL/ELT, and infrastructure. • Architect data models, schemas, and storage layouts optimized for fast retrieval at large volume. • Build real-time / event-driven ingestion and processing for high-throughput threat and risk data. • Optimize SQL and NoSQL databases - query tuning, indexing, partitioning, cost/performance tradeoffs. • Work with big-data volumes across pipelines, data lakes, and warehouse / lakehouse layers, using Spark for large-scale processing and enrichment. • Own data observability - pipeline health, freshness, and quality. • Collaborate with software engineers, security experts, and data scientists to integrate data into Appdome's products. Requirements • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. • 3+ years hands-on with large-scale data infrastructure. • Strong Python (including Pandas). • Deep SQL and NoSQL knowledge, with real performance-optimization experience. • Proven experience with real-time/low-latency systems, and the data architecture and modeling instincts that make them fast. • Comfort with big-data volumes, pipelines, and data lakes. • Experience with streaming / event-driven design (e.g., Kafka). • Spark / PySpark for large-scale processing, or a strong adjacent big-data background. • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, independent mindset. Advantages • Experience with ClickHouse. • Data warehousing and lakehouse / open table formats (e.g., Apache Iceberg). • Vector databases and embeddings - storing and serving them to support AI and data-science features (e.g., pgvector). • Strong system design and data architecture sense - knows how to build the data model the right way. • Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code) in day-to-day work. • Experience with security, fraud, or other high-volume telemetry data. • Comfort with containerized infrastructure (Docker, basic Kubernetes) and light DevOps (CI/CD, Git). • ElasticSearch, Redis, DynamoDB, or Metabase. Who you are • Independent and self-driven - comfortable owning systems end to end. • Growth-oriented - eager to develop and take on more over time. • Collaborative - communicates well across engineering, security, and data science. • Adaptable - thrives in a fast-paced environment with a can-do attitude.

Act Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The Role We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our team and own the user-facing experience of our cloud security platform. You’ll build a fast, intuitive, and data-dense product that lets security teams understand and act on complex cloud access data at a glance. What You'll Do • Design and build a modern, responsive web application using React and TypeScript • Translate complex security and cloud data into clear, actionable, and intuitive UI/UX • Build reusable component libraries and design systems that scale across the product • Work closely with Product and Design to turn concepts into polished, production-ready features • Optimize application performance, especially around large, data-heavy views (graphs, tables, dashboards) • Collaborate with backend engineers to define clean, efficient APIs • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow - we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • At least 5 years of hands-on frontend development experience • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript, with deep understanding of modern frontend architecture • Experience building complex, data-heavy UIs (dashboards, visualizations, tables at scale) • Strong sense of UI/UX and attention to detail • Familiarity with state management, testing, and performance optimization in large frontend codebases • Experience working closely with backend and design teams • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role You'll own a product lane end to end. At Act, PMs don’t hand off a backlog, they take an area from raw customer signal to GA and deliver the win. Our PMs own end-to-end use cases like external perimeter hardening across IAM and network dimensions, human access boundaries, application perimeter enforcement, and agentic application least-privilege enforcement. You’ll take on an end-to-end boundary use case and everything it touches.

The role We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack to join our team and own features end-to-end - from the UI down to the backend services and data that power our cloud security platform. What you’ll do • Design and build features end-to-end, from UI (React, TypeScript) to backend services and APIs • Build and maintain backend systems that process complex cloud infrastructure data • Design clean, efficient APIs that connect a fast, intuitive frontend to a scalable backend • Work closely with Product and Design to turn security insights into real, usable capabilities • Make pragmatic architecture decisions across the stack, balancing speed and long-term maintainability • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow - we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • At least 5 years of hands-on full stack development experience • Strong proficiency in React and TypeScript on the frontend, and Node.js (or similar) on the backend • Experience designing and consuming APIs, and working with relational or cloud-native databases • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tradeoffs across the stack • Strong sense of UI/UX combined with solid backend engineering judgment • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. And we have fun doing it: we believe great work happens when people enjoy working together.

Member of Technical Staff - Islo
Incredibuild · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Member of Technical Staff - Islo Engineering teams want background agents that pick up tasks, run on their own, and hand back real results - PRs, fixes, verified outcomes. Islo is the runtime for autonomous coding agents. We run agents in isolated environments connected to real tools with a policy layer that blocks what you didn't approve. Enterprise teams use us to deploy agents they can actually trust. We're a small team in Tel Aviv. Engineers figure out what to build, talk to customers directly, and ship it. We're growing fast and hiring people who want to own product - not just tickets. If you're ready to solve hard problems in a space that's being invented in real time, come join us. As a Member of Technical Staff You will engineer innovative cloud solutions: - Build robust, scalable cloud services in Rust, Python and TypeScript for Islo's agent runtime. - Design and implement secure, isolated agent environments using MicroVMs, virtualization, containers, and other isolation techniques. - Develop developer-facing surfaces creating clean abstractions over low-level infrastructure. - Build agent orchestration, policy engines, and verification layers that let background agents pick up tasks, use real tools, and hand back results humans can review. - Build resilient, high-performance solutions. You will shape the product: - Own problems end-to-end - from understanding the user's pain to shipping the solution. - Talk to customers regularly: discovery calls, onboarding sessions, debugging their workflows, gathering feedback on what we shipped. - Turn messy, ambiguous requests into clear product decisions - what to build and what to cut. - Write lightweight specs and design docs when it helps the team move fast; skip the ceremony when it doesn't. - Prioritize the backlog based on customer impact and what the team learns in the field. - Demo new capabilities to customers and iterate based on what you learn in the room. - Join customer calls - technical deep-dives, onboarding, troubleshooting live agent runs. - Attend and speak at conferences and meetups on agents, developer tools, and AI infrastructure. - Be the technical face of Islo with early adopters: answer hard questions, collect real-world failure modes, bring insights back to the team. We encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't perfectly align with all requirements. We prioritize a positive attitude and potential over an exact match in experience or skills. Juniors are welcome - if you've shipped something, enjoy talking to users, and want to learn how autonomous agents actually run in production, we'd love to hear from you.

E-commerce Product & CRO Manager
Zyg · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale. This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing. With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale. The Role We are looking for a CRO Manager to take ownership of ZyG's conversion and funnel optimization across both hands-on execution and strategic design. In this role, you will run and lead optimization initiatives, owning the full funnel end-to-end - from landing pages to purchase and growth - while also defining how optimization should be structured and scaled across brands. What you'll do • Own and optimize conversion across the full funnel (landing page to purchase), driving CVR, subscription opt-ins, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell). • Close the loop between creative, audience, and performance to the funnel - match the right creative, messaging, and offers to the right audience and funnel stage. • Optimize for economics, not just conversion - balancing immediate CVR with LTV and CAC payback, and weighing acquisition against long-term retention. • Lead experimentation, moving from ad-hoc testing to repeatable, systematic learning loops. • Build reusable optimization systems that scale across all current and future brands. • Translate brand learnings into structured, AI-ready inputs that power automated variant generation and personalization. • Take ownership of CRO KPIs, analyze performance, translate insights into continuous improvements, and communicate results clearly to leadership. • Work closely with Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams (performance, creative, lifecycle, partnerships) to align and scale growth. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and funnel optimization, with deep experience in the D2C e-commerce space. • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of unit economics and the tradeoffs between CVR and LTV. • Strategic mindset with experience building systems, not just executing playbooks. • Experience defining KPIs and driving performance against them (not just working toward predefined goals). • A systems thinker who prefers building platforms and reusable frameworks over one-off fixes, and knows how to make work compound across multiple brands. • A self-starter comfortable operating at the intersection of execution and architecture, working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative.
