But we’re more than just software. We’re a team of bold thinkers, innovators, and real estate enthusiasts who believe complex processes should feel simple. Our platform combines modern technology with expert services, helping our customers raise more capital, deliver a better investor experience, and scale their businesses smarter. Agora is backed by top-tier VCs like Insight Partners and Qumra Capital, and we’re growing fast. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups. About the Role We’re looking for a Communications and Content Lead to define and amplify how Agora sounds and shows up externally, and deliver high-performing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead conversion. Reporting to the Director of Integrated Marketing, you'll lead brand strategy, thought leadership, PR, content, social media, and influencer marketing. You’ll help shape Agora’s positioning as a trusted, established, and differentiated category leader. This is a hands-on role that requires strategic thinking, strong execution, and the use of AI to scale both the quality and quantity of brand and performance content. You’ll have direct ownership of copy quality, consistency, and iteration, and work closely with Product Marketing, Growth, and Partnerships. What You'll Do • Own Agora's communications and content strategy • Lead our upcoming company rebrand to redefine our positioning, messaging, voice, and differentiation in the market. • Write and edit copy for paid channels, marketing emails, website content, landing pages, blogs, guides, organic socials, and customer stories. • Own social media strategy and execution: content calendar, voice, posting, and engagement across channels. • Manage PR and media relations hands-on, without relying on an external agency: building relationships with journalists, analysts, and industry voices directly, and driving high-impact earned media. • Launch and run Agora's influencer program: identify, recruit, and manage relationships with relevant real estate, fintech, and proptech influencers and creators to expand Agora's reach and credibility. • Build executive visibility, working with the CEO, CMO, and leadership team on speaking opportunities, thought leadership, media, awards, and executive communications. • Design and use AI-powered workflows to accelerate ideation, variation, versioning, and iteration of copy while maintaining quality. • Define and measure communications, brand, and performance KPIs, including awareness, trust, share of voice, social engagement, market perception, new customers acquired, and customer expansion. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in communications, PR, brand, or content, ideally in B2B SaaS, FinTech, PropTech, or another complex technology category. • An exceptional writer, editor, and storyteller who loves creating content, not just managing it. You enjoy turning ideas into campaigns, videos, social posts, blogs, and customer stories. • Proven, hands-on PR experience: pitching, writing, and securing coverage directly, without depending on an external agency to execute. • Proven experience building or evolving a brand and shifting market perception. • Experience building or running an influencer program from the ground up: sourcing partners, managing relationships, and measuring impact - a plus • Experience working closely with C-level executives. • Experience using AI tools to increase speed and scale without compromising quality. • A data-driven, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to move seamlessly between big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. • Native-level English. What Sets You Apart You've helped turn a company into a recognized category leader, not simply by generating attention, but by building credibility, shaping perception, and creating a distinctive point of view, and you've done it with your own hands on the keyboard and the phone, not just by directing an agency. You know how to turn a story into coverage and a messy brief into clean copy. You’re equally comfortable pitching a journalist and writing a LinkedIn post, and you see communications and content as a growth driver, not simply a marketing function. Equal opportunity Agora is an equal opportunity employer. Consistent with our mission of serving a diverse and global audience, we value a diverse workforce and inclusive culture which reflects that. We encourage applications from all qualified individuals without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, national origin, marital status, disability, and veteran status. We’ve been named one of Globes’ Most Promising Startups, recognized as a Best Start-Up Companies to Work For by Duns 100, and one of Business Insider’s Hottest PropTech Startups. The role The Growth Lead runs Agora's growth engine and owns the pipeline it creates. You will manage the full growth team: growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing operations. You set the plan, decide where the budget goes, and hold every channel to the pipeline and revenue it drives, not the leads it reports. You're a hands-on manager: you still open the ad account, read the funnel data and fix the landing page that isn't converting. What you'll do • Own the number. Own marketing-sourced pipeline and what it costs to create. Set quarterly targets by channel and report progress every week. • Lead the team. Manage the owners of growth engineering, user acquisition and marketing ops. Set their goals, coach them, and hire as the team grows. • Run paid acquisition. Own budget, bidding, audiences and creative testing across Google, LinkedIn, Meta and new paid partners. Measure it on cost per opportunity and per customer, not cost per lead. • Grow organic and AI search. Own SEO, AEO (visibility in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews), landing pages and conversion rate optimization. • Turn accounts into pipeline. Own ABM, intent signals and email nurture that move target accounts toward a sales conversation. • Make the data trustworthy. Own attribution, HubSpot lifecycle, lead routing and reporting, so every dollar ties to opportunities and closed revenue. • Work with sales. Partner with SDR and sales leaders on lead handoff, speed to lead and lead quality. • Keep testing. Run a steady cadence of experiments in new channels, offers and AI workflows. Scale what works, cut what doesn't. Requirements • 6+ years in growth or performance marketing, including 5+ years in user acquisition with hands-on ownership of paid budgets. • 2+ years managing marketers directly, not only agencies or freelancers. • B2B experience. You've optimized paid spend to pipeline and revenue in a funnel with a sales team, not to installs or sign-ups. • Experience working directly with SDRs and AEs to move marketing's leads through the funnel, from first meeting to closed revenue. • A record of lowering cost per opportunity while scaling spend, with numbers to show for it. • Hands-on experience building and running ABM and email marketing programs yourself, not only overseeing them. • Working depth across the growth mix: SEO and AEO, CRO, website, events and webinars, and attribution. • Fluency with data. You build your own analysis in HubSpot or Salesforce, GA4 and spreadsheets, without waiting for an analyst. • You use AI tools every day to move faster, from research and copy to automation. • Excellent written and spoken English. You'll work daily with US sales teams and customers. What sets you apart • You've scaled pipeline at a B2B SaaS or fintech company selling high-value contracts to a niche audience. • Experience in real estate, proptech, fintech or financial services. • You've built an attribution model from scratch. Equal opportunity Agora is an equal opportunity employer. Consistent with our mission of serving a diverse and global audience, we value a diverse workforce and inclusive culture which reflects that. The team + the role The Mobile SDK team at Pendo develops and maintains the Pendo mobile product — our native SDKs for iOS and Android, along with integrations across React Native, Flutter, MAUI, and CMP. We work deep in OS internals, maintain rigorous automation and release pipelines, and collaborate closely with customers to ensure their success with the product. A single defect in our SDK can affect thousands of host applications, so quality isn't a value we aspire to — it's the baseline we ship against. Pendo's mobile SDK enables businesses to collect detailed analytics and visual session replays on user behavior within their mobile applications — without extensive coding. That data helps customers understand how users interact with their apps and enables delivery of targeted in-app messages and guides that improve experience and drive adoption. As a Software Engineer on this team, you'll work on a product that is technically demanding, customer-visible, and genuinely consequential. You'll use AI coding tools as a core part of your workflow — and apply the same engineering rigor and review discipline to AI-generated code as you would to anything written by hand. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and follows Pendo's in-office model: in-office 3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Design, implement, and maintain new SDK features, ensuring seamless integration with the broader Pendo mobile product across iOS and Android. • Dive deep into OS internals to optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the SDK functions correctly across all supported devices and OS versions. • Contribute to SDK development across mobile frameworks — Flutter, React Native, MAUI, and CMP — ensuring compatibility and performance in each environment. • Use AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code) as a core part of your daily workflow; apply strong engineering judgment and review rigor to AI-generated code before it ships, holding it to the same bar as hand-written code. • Write clean, efficient, maintainable code with a strong focus on quality — developing unit tests, implementing automated testing, and participating in code reviews. • Provide technical support to international customers: troubleshoot issues, guide them through solutions, and lead live conversations with adequate English proficiency. • Partner closely with product managers, designers, customer-facing teams, and other engineers to align on goals and deliver the best possible mobile experience. Who you are Beyond the qualifications, we hire through a specific lens. These aren't buzzwords; they're the things we'll actually look for in how you talk about your work. You're a builder, not a maintainer. You're most energized when there isn't a clear path yet, and you get to define it. You don't wait for direction; you identify gaps, shape solutions, and drive them forward. At Pendo, great Mobile SDK engineers don't just implement to spec — they understand the host application context their code runs inside, anticipate failure modes, and hold the quality bar high because they know the downstream consequences when they don't. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it — and you bring the judgment to know when to rely on AI output and when to verify, correct, or reject it. In SDK work, that distinction matters: AI-generated code that looks right and ships wrong can break thousands of production apps. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier and applies the same rigor to its output as to their own. Must-haves • 3–4+ years of experience in iOS or Android app development and/or mobile SDK development, including 2+ years of hands-on experience with Objective-C or Kotlin. • Deep understanding of either the iOS or Android platform — performance optimization, memory management, and behavior across OS versions and device types. • A genuine passion for mobile development and the flexibility to work across different frameworks and environments as the product evolves. • Strong English verbal communication skills and a customer-centric mindset — you can lead a live troubleshooting conversation with an international customer clearly and confidently. • Strong collaboration skills: you work well with experienced engineers and cross-functional teams and communicate clearly across disciplines. • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. Nice-to-haves • Prior experience developing and maintaining mobile SDKs specifically — not just mobile apps. • Hands-on development experience with Flutter, React Native, Xamarin Forms, or MAUI. • Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications or SDKs. • Knowledge of mobile security best practices and data protection standards. • Practical, day-to-day use of AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, or similar) in a professional development workflow. CONTRACTOR: Forward Deployed Engineer, Pendo Predict The team + the role Pendo Predict helps companies act on customer behavior before problems surface. We build custom predictive models — churn, upsell, expansion, and more — on top of product usage, CRM, and data warehouse data, and put those insights directly into the workflows of CS, Sales, and Product teams. By analyzing historical product usage alongside CRM and data warehouse outcomes, Predict forecasts which accounts are at risk, ready to expand, or likely to convert — surfacing intelligence where teams can actually act on it. As a Forward Deployed Engineer on the Predict team, you'll embed directly with customers and prospects to design, build, and ship predictive models inside their real-world data environments — and feed what you learn back into the product. This is a hands-on, hybrid role at the intersection of engineering, technical consulting, and customer-facing work. You'll own the technical side of the customer journey end-to-end: from pre-sales discovery and proof of value, through data modeling and integration, to enablement and adoption. SQL is a daily tool in this role. This is a contractor engagement based in Herzliya, Israel, working on United States EST hours. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel and works hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office. What this looks like day-to-day • Run technical discovery with customers to assess product analytics maturity, data availability, and business processes — and use that to set realistic implementation expectations and position Predict for their stage. • Work hands-on with customers to design the data model and define the business metric the model will predict; map customer data sources (Pendo, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other warehouses) to Predict requirements and best practices. • Build and present compelling predictions in the prospect's own domain — explain methodology, model accuracy, and activation to earn credibility with technical stakeholders including data and data science teams. • Guide customer IT and data teams through integration steps, optimize model parameters for each customer's specific context, and diagnose and resolve blockers quickly — data quality issues, configuration gaps, and expectation misalignments included. • Help customer teams translate predictions into actions and playbooks; document how different teams (CS, Sales, Product) should respond to predictions for consistent, repeatable outcomes. • Identify and enable champion users to evangelize Predict internally — and channel field learnings back to Product and Engineering to shape the roadmap. At Pendo, great Forward Deployed Engineers don't just implement — they create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined, earn trust with technical and business stakeholders alike, and make sure what they learn in the field makes the product better. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you explore unfamiliar data schemas, how you build proof-of-value models, how you document customer environments for handoff. We want someone who sees AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut. Must-haves • 2+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering, technical account management, or similar customer-facing technical role in B2B SaaS. • Strong, hands-on SQL — comfortable exploring unfamiliar schemas, building data models, and validating data quality in live customer environments. • Ability to run technical discovery and communicate complex concepts credibly to both business stakeholders and data or engineering teams. • Comfort with ambiguity and ownership — you can create momentum on problems that aren't fully defined without waiting for someone to scope it for you. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. • Based in Israel and able to work hybrid from Pendo's Herzliya office; availability to work US EST hours is required. Nice-to-haves • Background in data, analytics, or BI — analytics engineering, data analysis, BI development, or data science. • Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, Azure Synapse) and CRM data structures (Salesforce objects, Opportunities, renewal workflows). • Familiarity with product analytics tools such as Pendo, Mixpanel, or Amplitude. • Exposure to ML concepts including model training, evaluation, and explainability (e.g., SHAP values). Sr. Product Manager, Mobile SDK — 9-Month Fixed-Term The team + the role Pendo's mobile SDK is embedded in hundreds of enterprise applications — native iOS and Android, plus React Native, Flutter, .NET MAUI, and Ionic/Capacitor — delivering analytics, in-app guides, and session replay to over 110M monthly active users. It is a developer-integrated product at an inflection point: hybrid framework parity, cross-surface guide delivery, and version fragmentation across an installed base that cannot be forced to upgrade are all live, unsolved problems with revenue implications. We're looking for a Sr. Product Manager to own Pendo Mobile end-to-end for nine months while our current PM is on maternity leave. This is a full mobile role with no secondary product area. You'll own the SDK roadmap, run live enterprise escalations, and make the architectural and commercial tradeoffs that protect at-risk revenue. This role requires SDK product experience specifically — not mobile app PM experience. The distinction matters: you're shipping software that other companies' engineering teams integrate into their own production applications, on their release cycles, with their performance budgets, and with their users affected when something goes wrong. We need someone useful in week two, not month two. This is a full-time Pendo employee position with full benefits for the nine-month fixed-term. This role is based in Herzliya, Israel, in-office 2–3 days per week. What this looks like day-to-day • Own the mobile SDK roadmap end-to-end: release planning, versioning and deprecation strategy, and driving version adoption across a fragmented installed base — a shipped fix isn't a delivered fix until customers upgrade. • Bring Mobile into Pendo's AI surface: from AI tagging to agentic installation, AI guide building extensions, and exposing mobile behavioral data through Pendo's MCP so customers' own agents can use it. • Run the escalation motion: own the weekly customer status update, triage sev-level issues with Engineering and Support, and lead customer communication when the SDK is implicated in a production incident. • Deliver named enterprise commitments on schedule — offline guide serving, hybrid app guide delivery, and session replay payload reduction all have dates attached. • Protect at-risk ARR: $3M+ of mobile revenue is exposed to SDK capability gaps across hybrid architectures; partner with CE, CSM, and Sales on renewal-critical accounts. • Own cross-platform unification and developer experience — close hybrid framework gaps, solve cross-surface guide delivery across the native/WebView boundary, and reduce the integration cost for customers' engineering teams. At Pendo, great PMs don't manage backlogs — they make architectural and commercial calls that show up in renewal conversations within weeks. You'll join a product mid-flight, take ownership fast, and be the named PM on every active customer issue before the end of your first month. You're AI-curious — genuinely. You're not using AI tools occasionally. You're rewiring how you work around them. You're faster, sharper, and more prolific because of it, and you bring that energy to everything: how you synthesize escalations, how you reason about where AI genuinely improves a workflow versus where it's decoration, how you move from insight to decision in a matrix organization operating heavily on async Slack. This is how the team operates. Must-haves • 5+ years of B2B SaaS product management in a multicultural and global organization. • 3+ years owning an SDK or developer-integrated product as the PM — with command of versioning and release strategy, backwards compatibility and deprecation, adoption across a fragmented installed base, and crash impact on software you do not control. This is a hard requirement. • Mobile platform fluency: native iOS and Android, and the practical differences between hybrid frameworks from an integration standpoint. • Demonstrated AI product judgment — you've shipped an AI-powered capability or can reason clearly about where AI improves a workflow versus where it adds noise; you use AI tooling actively in your own work. • Escalation temperament: you've owned sev-level escalations where your SDK caused a production issue in a customer's app and stayed credible through it. • Enterprise customer-facing skill in English, with large regulated accounts and their engineering teams; comfort operating in a matrix organization with US stakeholders and heavy async communication. • Available to start as soon as possible and committed to the full nine-month term. Nice-to-haves • Experience with product analytics, session replay, crash reporting, or digital adoption platforms. • Hands-on background in mobile engineering before moving into product. • Experience joining a product mid-flight and taking ownership quickly — an interim, transition, or turnaround assignment. • Experience running a design partner or early-access programme with enterprise engineering teams. • Previous experience with Pendo or comparable mobile SDK tooling. About the Team This team builds an AI-native predictive analytics platform that embeds ML and AI-driven insights directly into production Go-To-Market workflows — powering real-time decisions at scale. The team owns the full stack from distributed data pipelines and backend services to ML and AI-powered capabilities that ship directly to customers. We are building toward a model where AI components are first-class runtime dependencies, not bolt-on features. Agentic AI development is a core part of how we increase engineering velocity and deliver customer value. This is a team that ships daily, iterates constantly, and treats speed as a capability to be deliberately improved. The Role This is a high-ownership, builder-first Sr. Software Engineer role. You will design, build, and ship AI-integrated data systems from concept through production — owning outcomes end-to-end, including deployment, monitoring, cost, and business impact. We are seeking a candidate who views AI tooling as a fundamental force multiplier in their daily engineering process. This position is central to our transition into an AI-native function, requiring an individual capable of making decisive, pragmatic architectural choices on reversible matters to maintain momentum. We need an experienced builder of production-grade, data-centric systems who is obsessed with delivering customer value and possesses a deep, curious enthusiasm for the transformative potential of AI. What You Will Build • AI-Native Systems Development. Design, build, and own scalable data and ML pipelines, backend services, and AI-powered capabilities that are part of the platform's production decision-making layer. AI and ML components are runtime dependencies in this role — not research projects or experiments. Candidates will have strong back end and data engineering skills to thrive in this space. • Daily Shipping. Decompose complex work into safely mergeable increments and ship them daily. Treat large, multi-day pull requests as a risk to momentum. Use feature flags, canary releases, and rollback architecture to manage risk through isolation — not through avoidance. • AI-Augmented Engineering Workflow. Leverage AI-assisted development tooling (code generation, automated testing, architecture prototyping) as a core workflow multiplier. Evaluate and experiment with emerging AI tools and frameworks with direct hands-on engagement. Bring technical depth to AI fluency — architecture and capability tradeoffs, not surface-level awareness. • End-to-End Ownership. Own your work from design through production deployment, operational monitoring, and business impact measurement. Accountability extends beyond the feature to CI/CD pipeline health, observability, cost efficiency, and domain-level outcomes. • Architectural Decision-Making. Make pragmatic, timely architectural choices that balance modern AI and data technologies with reliability, cost, and delivery speed. Distinguish reversible vs. irreversible decisions and move forward without waiting for consensus on the former. Document decisions in lightweight ADRs and own the outcomes. • Cross-Functional Collaboration. Partner with product, design, infrastructure, and GTM teams to translate customer and business needs into technical solutions. Operate with business awareness — understand how your systems impact revenue, customer outcomes, and strategic priorities. What You Bring Required • 5+ years building and shipping production-grade back end and data systems in distributed cloud environments (AWS and/or GCP). • Hands-on AI/ML integration in production workflows. You have shipped systems where AI, LLM, or agent-based components are part of the production runtime — not just prototypes or research. You can speak to the architectural tradeoffs of integrating AI into live backend systems. • Active use of AI-assisted development tooling as a workflow multiplier. You currently use AI tooling (Copilot, Cursor, or equivalent) to accelerate your engineering output and can articulate specifically how it increases your throughput. You stay current on relevant tooling without being directed to do so. • Strong back end expertise in Java (Spring Boot), Python, and/or Go. Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases, data modeling, and query optimization. • Demonstrated expertise in automated testing, CI/CD, and observability. • High-Velocity ownership - candidates should thrive in high-ownership, builder-first environments where shipping daily and owning outcomes are fundamental to the role. • Demonstrated ability to break work into small, incremental deliveries and maintain strong delivery flow. You have a track record of decomposing complex work into small, safely mergeable increments and shipping software solutions to solve customer pain continuously. You can describe your approach to scope deconstruction and provide concrete examples. Preferred • Experience shipping ML-Ops powered systems in production (model serving, monitoring, retraining pipelines). • Experience with distributed data technologies (e.g., Parquet, Athena, or similar query engines). • Experience making and documenting architectural decisions autonomously (ADRs or equivalent lightweight decision records). Senior Low Level Engineer - Infrastructure About the Role Build the agent that Neo's whole product depends on: a privileged, cross-platform systems program written in Rust. Everything Neo shows a security team starts on the endpoint. The sensor is the organization's presence on each machine - responsible for collection, posture and visibility, and local enforcement of the organization's security policies. Doing that well means running deep in the operating system on Windows, macOS and Linux: always on, trusted with elevated access, and never in the way. This role owns the hard parts of it. What you'll work on • The low-level, OS-level infrastructure the sensor is built on: the layer that handles low-level and OS-level operations directly and turns raw platform capabilities into reliable building blocks for everything above it - installation and deployment, endpoint security frameworks, network visibility, driver-adjacent work and more. • Infrastructure that is the backbone of the product — code where stability, correctness, and quality aren't aspirations but the actual job, because every feature Neo ships stands on it. • The sensor's core capabilities on top of that foundation: collection, posture and visibility, and local enforcement of the organization's security policies. • Reliability engineering for software that can't fail quietly: crash handling, recovery, and keeping the agent healthy and hard to tamper with on machines no one is watching. • The full lifecycle of a production system agent: how it ships, installs, updates, and runs unattended across a customer fleet. Tech you'll work with The work is low-level systems development in Rust, close to the operating system across Windows, macOS, and Linux - memory, processes, files, networking and the OS internals that expose them. Alongside that, you'll lean hard on agentic coding tools; deep fluency with at least one is central to how we work, not a bonus. Expect to range across the stack - OS internals, AI tooling internals, CI, and a fair amount of reverse engineering - and to learn the parts you don't know yet. What we're looking for • 5+ years of systems programming in Rust, C, or C++, working close to the OS. • Hands-on experience with the internals of at least one of Windows, macOS or Linux (services or daemons, process and file APIs, security frameworks and low level development). • Experience shipping and operating production-grade software for a large customer base - you understand what enterprise-grade means in practice: reliability across thousands of diverse environments, upgrades that can't break anyone, and problems you only ever see through telemetry • Strong ownership and independence - you drive your work end to end, stay independent without going dark, and keep the customer's experience in view even when you're ten layers deep in the OS. • A team player with strong communication skills - you explain deep technical work clearly, surface problems and discuss them, resolve technical disagreements with arguments rather than ego, and make the people around you better. Nice to have • A security background - endpoint protection, EDR/MDM, or any product whose job is defending machines rather than just running on them. • Networking - protocols, secure transport, and how software behaves on real-world networks; hands-on experience with traffic inspection, interception, or network visibility tooling is a real plus. • Deeper AI knowledge - beyond daily tool use: how models and agents work under the hood, or experience building agentic workflows and evaluating their output. • Applied cryptography - you've worked with encryption, signing, or trust chains in real systems, not just used a library blindly. • Backend / Full stack knowledge and understanding.
