About Venn Venn is the sovereign AI platform for real estate. We turn each company’s data, knowledge and way of operating into its own Company Brain, then build bespoke applications and AI agents on top of it to grow revenue, reduce costs and improve performance. Our mission is to make sure AI sharpens what makes a real estate company different, instead of erasing it. Come build it with us. About the role Venn is building the AI operating layer for real estate and property management: a "company brain" that connects to our customers' existing systems, understands their data in context, and runs AI agents that do real operational work, like renewal tracking, delinquency monitoring and work-order triage. We're looking for a senior PM who has already shipped AI-native products and wants to define what agentic software looks like in a vertical that's ready for it. You'll own core parts of the product, from the context layer to the agents and applications built on top of it, and you'll have real influence on where the company goes next. What you'll do • Own the vision, strategy and roadmap for AI agents and agentic workflows in the product: what agents do, when they act on their own, and when a human stays in the loop. • Turn messy, real-world operational workflows into agent capabilities that are reliable, measurable and trusted by users. • Work hands-on with Engineering, Data and AI teams on agent design: tools and actions, context and data requirements, guardrails, failure modes and escalation paths. • Define how we measure agent quality and success (evals, accuracy, task completion, cost, latency, business impact) and use those measures to drive iteration. • Spend real time with US-based property management operators to understand their personas, flows and pain points, and turn those insights into product decisions. • Prioritize ruthlessly across customer needs, platform investments and new opportunities, and bring stakeholders along with a clear narrative. • Work closely with Customer Success, Operations and Marketing on rollout, adoption and positioning of AI capabilities. • Bring an AI-first mindset to how the product team itself works: prototyping, research and execution. What you bring • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B/B2B2C SaaS. • Proven, hands-on experience shipping AI-powered features in production, ideally LLM-based agents or agentic workflows that take action, not just generate content. • A strong working understanding of the modern AI stack: LLM capabilities and limitations, prompt and context engineering, RAG, tool/function calling, evaluation frameworks, and cost/latency tradeoffs. • Experience designing human-in-the-loop experiences and building user trust in AI-driven decisions. • A data-driven approach: you define success metrics before you build and you measure outcomes after. • Experience working with US-based customers and understanding their businesses, workflows and buyers. • Excellent communication skills and the ability to drive alignment with senior leaders and cross-functional directors. • A builder's mindset: you're comfortable prototyping on your own (with AI tools, no-code, or code) to test ideas quickly. Big advantage • Experience in Proptech, vertical SaaS, HRtech or marketplace products. • Experience building platform or data-layer products (integrations, data models, APIs). • Experience leading or mentoring other product managers. • An early-stage or growth-stage startup background. Join us in our mission to create a sense of belonging for everyone. If you've already built with AI and want to build what comes next, we'd love to talk.
Duda is the platform thousands of agencies, SaaS companies, and web professionals use to build and grow websites at scale. We're rebuilding what a website platform does in the AI era - not just where sites get built, but how partners generate, personalize, and automate the work of growing their clients' businesses. AI isn't a feature we bolted on; it's how the product increasingly thinks and acts on our partners' behalf. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most strategic surfaces at Duda: the space where partners build their sites and turn visitors into customers. It's a rare combination - a product used by a demanding professional audience every single day, and a wide-open opportunity to define what AI-native building and growth automation look like. This is a high-ownership role for a PM who operates like a builder: someone who forms a sharp point of view, prototypes instead of writing decks, and has already made AI a core part of how they work. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems and want the room to shape a product from strategy to ship, this is for you. What you'll do • Own the strategy and roadmap for your squad - grounded in company goals, data, competitive research, and a deep understanding of how partners work. • Define how AI transforms the building and growth experience: content that generates itself, messaging that personalizes at scale, and agentic flows that take multi-step work off partners' plates. • Drive the product end to end - from the core building experience partners rely on daily to the automation tools that help them grow. • Lead and inspire an empowered team of engineers, QA, and designers, alongside a technical team lead. • Set the KPIs that matter and use them to steer - adoption, engagement, and real partner outcomes. • Partner closely with stakeholders across the company, and be the clear voice of your product's strategy and progress. What we're looking for • 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products people actually use. • A builder's instinct - you move fast, prototype your ideas, and turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting to be told how. • AI is already in your bloodstream: you use it daily to work faster, and you've shipped AI-powered features with a strong point of view on where it creates real value versus hype. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a growth mindset - you make decisions from data and customer insight, not opinion. • Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products. • Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth/engagement metrics is a strong plus.
Duda is looking for a highly experienced Product Designer to help shape the future of our AI-powered website-building platform. You’ll lead complex product design work end to end, from framing problems and validating ideas to delivering polished, high-quality experiences. You’ll raise the bar across the team through strong product judgment, exceptional craft in Figma, a practical understanding of code, and a clear point of view. What you’ll do: • Design impactful experiences for web professionals and agencies. • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, Data, and Content to move quickly from insight to launch. • Turn customer needs, business goals, and emerging AI capabilities into clear product solutions. • Improve our design system, processes, and product quality; give thoughtful feedback and raise the bar. What we’re looking for: • 6+ years designing successful digital B2B or B2B2C saas products in fast-moving product teams. • Exceptional UX and UI craft, with a portfolio that demonstrates meaningful product impact. • Experience owning ambiguous, complex flows from discovery through delivery. • Practical experience designing AI-powered products, or a deep understanding of how AI changes user experiences and product workflows. • Clear communication, strong product thinking, and confidence working with senior stakeholders. • Advanced Figma experience. • Hands-on experience working with a design system, either building and evolving one directly, or contributing to its ongoing maintenance and adoption in a product environment. • Strong technical understanding and close collaboration with engineerings and product managers to support informed, shared decision-making that benefits the product and drives its continued growth.

You think instinctively about user impact - not just technical correctness. • Hands-on production experience operating data systems at high scale - billions of records. • You are comfortable working with Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake. You know how to design efficient data-access layers, work with sharded and partitioned systems, optimize schema and query performance under load, and build reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines. • Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments. AWS experience is a significant advantage. • Experience building products or workflows powered by LLMs or Agentic AI. • Experience enabling and mentoring engineers on your team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can discuss architecture with engineers, align on roadmap with product managers, and explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience using modern AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate development and improve quality. • Proven ability to self-manage, work autonomously, and drive projects forward without heavy oversight. It Would be Really Cool if you Also Have: • • Deep experience with designing or maintaining high-scale data pipelines, including streaming, batching, or real-time enrichment workflows. • Experience with micro-services or micro-frontend ecosystem architectures. • Experience leading workshops, sharing knowledge internally, or driving community practices. • Experience participating meaningfully in recruiting - crafting interview questions, conducting technical interviews, and contributing to hiring decisions. With AI seamlessly integrated into every workflow, entrepreneurs can focus on their craft while scaling their businesses with confidence. We know experience comes in many forms - some visible on your resume, others not. No one candidate will be a 100% perfect match to our description, so if you thrive in a fast-paced, intellectually curious environment and have relevant experience, we encourage you to apply. We're seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own paid social as a core growth engine for HoneyBook. You'll take ownership of high-budgets, full-funnel campaigns, shape testing frameworks and push the channel mix into new territory. A few of the things you will do: • Own the strategy, budget allocation, and day-to-day management of large-scale paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Reddit, and other emerging channels - balancing brand awareness and performance objectives, and making the call on where and how to invest to hit pipeline and revenue targets. • Use creative and conversion data to identify and reach high-value audiences, and continuously optimize performance across the funnel. • Lead testing roadmaps — audience, creative, bidding, and platform-level experiments — and translate results into scalable strategy. • Partner closely with Creative, Lifecycle, Brand, and cross-functional stakeholders (Product, Data, Finance) to plan and execute high-impact, integrated campaigns. • Measure, track, and document all test results, brand lift studies, and critical insights; build the measurement frameworks that connect spend to business outcomes. • Create and present clear, actionable reports and recommendations to marketing leadership, using data analysis and visualization to tell the story behind the numbers. • Stay ahead of platform changes, betas, and emerging channels, and bring point-of-view on where HoneyBook should test next. • Act as a senior voice on the team — sharing best practices, raising the bar on channel expertise, and mentoring more junior team members as the team grows. What we're looking for in a candidate • Analytical thinking— a healthy data obsession is required to work in this role given the amount of data at our fingertips. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. • Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward. • Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance. • Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms. What's needed: • 5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube. • Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus. • Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization. • A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy. • Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting. • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools). • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems. Responsibilities: • Support AI Performance: Own Fin Guidance, Procedures, Data Connectors and escalation rules, batch-testing and simulating every change before it goes live, and own the Support AI roadmap. • Knowledge Architecture: Own the Help Center and internal knowledge as one structured source of truth for people and AI, kept current with every release. • Knowledge Review Gate: Approve every knowledge change our agents propose until each class of change earns the right to ship on its own. • Intercom Administration: Own Intercom workspace configuration, permissions, ticket types, attributes and workflows. • Integrations: Build and maintain integrations through the Intercom API and webhooks, connecting Fin to the Guardz platform, Linear, Slack, HubSpot and our data warehouse. • Agent Operations: Operate and extend the Support AI agents infrastructure built around Intercom, keeping them scheduled, monitored and cost-aware, with prompts and skills managed as versioned code. • Evaluation & Trust: Build the evaluation sets that prove each agent works, set trust thresholds per intent class, and own the safety rails: audit log, rollback and kill switches. • New Capabilities: Partner with Engineering to let Guardy gather customer context and platform configurations, and empower it to use this context to resolve a greater variety of requests. • Strategic Bug Resolution (T4): Be Support's final escalation point for high-impact customer bugs, owning them from reproduction and root cause through code, tests, pull request and production verification. • AI-Assisted Fixes: Validate agent-generated RCAs and pull requests and drive them to merge with the owning team, who review every change. Hand back fixes that outgrow a few days' scope with findings and a proposed approach. • Supportability: Ship changes that prevent repeat tickets: clearer errors, better logging and safer retries. Requirements: • 4+ years in support, escalation or software engineering, CX operations or automation engineering, with 2+ in B2B SaaS. • Hands-on helpdesk administration (Intercom, Plain or Pylon preferred; Zendesk counts): workflows, data model, APIs. • LLM-powered workflows or agents you've run in production, including prompt and skill design, tool use and evaluations. • TypeScript/Node.js or Python, SQL (PostgreSQL), REST APIs, webhooks, Git, pull requests and automated tests. • Proven ability to debug production systems you didn't write, using logs, traces and database queries. • Clear structured writing: a help article, a Fin Guidance rule and a technical spec, equally well. • A habit of measurement: you baseline a metric, change something, and show whether it moved. • Working knowledge of IT security and MSP environments (Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, identity, endpoint, email). • Excellent communication skills in English, and the ability to work independently as the owner of a function. • Advantages: Intercom Fin configuration, Claude Code, Agent Skills or MCP, n8n or Make, NestJS, Sentry, an MSP, MSSP or cybersecurity vendor background, and experience founding a small function.
