About the position Mindspace is looking for an experienced, hands-on Operations Manager to lead the setup, launch and day-to-day operations of Beyond, our new premium hospitality and events destination in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for a true operator and builder - someone who knows how to take a complex hospitality operation from plan to reality, build the processes behind it, and then make sure it runs seamlessly every day. This is a highly hands-on role combining operational strategy with execution on the ground. You’ll own everything from venue setup, suppliers, logistics and technical operations to team building, budgets, reporting and the operational delivery of complex events. The ideal candidate comes from the hospitality, restaurant, F&B, catering, venue or similar operational environment and has experience building or running a high-quality, fast-paced operation. Requirements What we’re looking for • 7+ years of hands-on operational experience, ideally within hospitality, restaurants, F&B, catering, hotels, venues or complex event operations. • Proven experience building, launching or significantly developing an operation, rather than only managing an established one. • Strong experience managing suppliers, logistics and complex on-the-ground operations. • Experience building operational processes, procedures and standards. • Strong financial understanding, including budget management, reporting and P&L ownership. • Proven people-management and team-building experience. • A highly hands-on mentality — comfortable moving between strategic planning and solving operational issues on the ground. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously. • Strong hospitality and customer-experience mindset. • Fluent Hebrew and English. • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends when required by the venue and event schedule.

Description Fetcherr builds responsible AI that transforms market complexity into measurable profit growth. At the core of the company is the Market Model - a proprietary AI-powered model delivering accurate, granular demand predictions with 96% forecast accuracy and real-time decision intelligence for commercial teams. Built on a glass-box architecture, it uses market data - not personal data - with full transparency into logic and outcomes. First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. Fetcherr is scaling rapidly, and we are transforming our internal infrastructure into a high-velocity, self-service product. This is a senior opportunity to architect the future of our platform, setting the technical standard for how we deliver services while ensuring reliability and developer independence across diverse global markets. Responsabilities: • Self-service enablement: Build secure, automated pathways that accelerate development while keeping organizational standards intact. • Architectural modularization: Design Kubernetes-native abstractions — controllers and operators — and decouple infrastructure into independent service lifecycles that support rapid iteration. • Everything as code: Treat infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same SDLC as application software — versioned, reviewed, tested, and CI-gated. • Proactive reliability: Own production through robust observability, clear SLOs, and high operational hygiene; define alerting that fires correctly and lead blameless postmortems that fix the system. Requirements • Strong GCP experience at production scale (GKE, IAM, networking, Cloud SQL/BigQuery). No compromise here. • Kubernetes-native mindset: declarative-first, comfortable with controllers and operators, and a platform-engineering instinct for self-service and separation of concerns. • Everything-as-code discipline: any code ships through a defined SDLC (versioned, reviewed, tested, CI-gated). Terraform (KCC a plus), Helm, GitOps (ArgoCD or similar) in your toolkit. • Software engineering background, or proven strong development ability in Go and/or Python — you write production code, not just glue scripts. • Security awareness baked into how you build: least-privilege IAM, secret hygiene, policy and supply-chain gates, not bolted on after. • Production-first mindset: you design for reliability, observability, and recoverability, and you own what you ship. Nice to have: • Policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, Kyverno) and supply-chain/CI security tooling. • SLO/error-budget practice and DORA-based delivery measurement. • Multicloud experience (AWS / Azure) — GCP is home, but breadth helps. • Big Data or MLOps exposure (Airflow, Dagster, Ray, Kubeflow). • A point of view on AI-assisted and spec-driven development.

First deployed in global aviation, the technology is industry-agnostic and scales across volatile markets. Fetcherr delivers a consistent average profit uplift of 7%, with corporate partners including Delta, Virgin Atlantic, WestJet, Viva, and Azul. The Large Market Modeling (LMM) team is the engine underneath Fetcherr's pricing intelligence. We're the ones who actually build and train the models — taking a chaotic world of market signals, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics and turning them into reliable, production-ready demand models. Other teams at Fetcherr work with the models; we're the ones who bring them to life. Think of us as the team that teaches Fetcherr's AI how people buy — so it can always recommend the right price at the right moment. We are looking for an Engineering Team Lead to lead the MLOps efforts - drive the development of an internal machine learning platform for a group of ML teams. This is a hands-on leadership role: you will guide a small team of MLOps engineers that builds the automation and infrastructure powering our research (R&D) workflows and runs our pipelines to production. You will take ownership of end-to-end initiatives and drive the team toward critical infrastructure and model-lifecycle milestones, while staying close enough to the code to set technical direction and raise the bar by example. You will be responsible for building and maintaining the models and data pipelines behind our data science workflows, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and efficiency of the data used for training and inference, working across structured and unstructured data from many sources on a large-scale, distributed platform. Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of MLOps engineers, owning delivery and technical quality. • Take end-to-end ownership of infrastructure and pipeline initiatives across the LMM group, from design through production. • Stay hands-on: contribute to design and code, review work, and set engineering standards. • Drive the team through critical milestones in ML model-lifecycle and infrastructure ownership. • Partner with R&D and other stakeholders to translate research needs into robust, scalable systems. • Help evolve the platform, including our ongoing migration from Dask to Ray. Requirements • BSc or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering. • At least 5 years of commercial experience in Python. • At least 3 years of hands-on commercial MLOps experience in production (not side projects). • Experience managing or leading a team of engineers, with ownership of both people and delivery. • Hands-on experience owning the ML model lifecycle (training, deployment, monitoring, retraining). • Experience with pipeline orchestrators such as Dagster or Airflow. • Experience with a major cloud provider such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Experience with distributed computing systems. • Experience with Docker. • Experience with Kubernetes. • Commercial experience writing and maintaining scalable ML systems. • Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Nice to have: • Experience with Dagster (Advantage). • Experience with Dask or Ray (Advantage). • Experience with Spark, including implementing distributed algorithms in Python (Advantage). • Experience with traditional predictive, forecasting, or pricing-optimization ML systems (Advantage). • Experience in aviation, demand forecasting, or price optimization (Advantage). • Good understanding of data structures and algorithms (Advantage).

We are seeking an experienced Algorithm Team Lead - Optimization to lead our data science and data engineering efforts and oversee a team of skilled data engineers. This role combines hands-on technical leadership and team management, with responsibilities that include building and scaling data infrastructure to power real-time pricing, large-scale data pipelines, and machine learning products. The Price Optimization (PO) team is where insights become decisions. We work with large-scale customer data and market predictions — like demand forecasts — to drive revenue management decisions that actually move the needle. At our core, we build and maintain the decision-making engine. That means designing the data pipelines that bring customer data in, and running it through an optimization engine that simulates the market — weighing competition, pricing constraints, inventory availability, predictive models, and each client's unique business policies — to generate the best possible price recommendations. As the final step before recommendations reach the client, quality, reliability, and attention to detail aren't just nice to have. They're everything. You will lead the team through architecture decisions, development, and deployment of mission-critical systems—while growing and mentoring a high-performing team. Responsibilities: • Manage a team of data scientists and data engineers responsible for building robust, scalable, and high-performance data pipelines and infrastructure. • Design, build, and maintain distributed data processing workflows (batch & streaming). • Drive best practices for data quality, validation, testing, and observability. • Own and evolve Fetcherr’s data architecture in alignment with business and product goals. • Manage sprint planning, task breakdown, code reviews, and performance feedback for your team. • Contribute hands-on to key development tasks and architecture decisions. • Recruit, mentor, and grow the data science engineering team. The opportunity Our rapid growth into new verticals and markets presents a fantastic opportunity to evolve our platform. We are building on our initial successes by transitioning to a highly scalable architecture that seamlessly supports our expanding customer base across diverse industries. It’s an engineering opportunity to turn a carefully operated platform into a Kubernetes-native, self-service product. The goal is to serve internal customers first and deliver at high velocity with safe, capable self-service solutions aligned with the best practices of platform engineering. It's a leadership opportunity in equal measure: you'll build and grow the team that owns it, and have an impact on how platform engineering is done here as the company scales. What you'll own • Self-Service Enablement: Empower cross-functional teams with secure, automated pathways that accelerate development while maintaining organizational standards. • Architectural Modularization: Evolve our infrastructure into a decoupled, scalable architecture that supports rapid iteration and independent service lifecycles. • Unified Infrastructure Management: Implement a rigorous "Everything as Code" strategy, treating infrastructure, policy, and configuration with the same standards as application software. • Proactive Reliability: Foster a culture of operational excellence through robust observability, clear Service Level Objectives, high operational hygiene and safety. What success looks like: • In 6 months: Lead the transformation to a self-service infrastructure platform. Target a 30% reduction in deployment lead times and a 50% increase in self-service adoption among R&D teams. Implement platform-wide observability and SLO monitoring to ensure 99.9% uptime for core services. • In 12 months: Evolve the Platform Engineering team into a high-scale, autonomous unit that sets the standard for engineering excellence. Define technical domain ownership for core infrastructure and scale the global team. Who you are as a leader: • Your job is to deliver value sustainably — at a pace the team can hold indefinitely, not a sprint to burnout. • You empower, you don't assign. You give people context and autonomy, hold them accountable, and speak less so they speak more. • You build a learning team — retrospectives that turn data into action, postmortems that find root cause without blame, and deliberate work on growing each engineer and killing the bus-factor-of-one. • "The how" is non-negotiable: tested, reviewed, observable, highly available, staging-first. "Done" means in production, serving customers. • You stay hands-on enough to earn technical trust and make hard calls. Requirements What you bring • A strong record in Platform Engineering / DevOps, with deep hands-on Kubernetes in production. • Proven experience leading engineers: mentoring, hiring, and growing a team • Strong cloud-native and Kubernetes-native mindset: you reach for declarative, GitOps, controllers, and abstraction before bespoke scripts. • Fluency in Python, Go, and Bash sufficient to build tooling and review your team's work. • Hands-on with multi cloud at production scale (GKE, Cloud SQL, BigQuery). • Fluency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, KCC), Helm, and GitOps delivery (ArgoCD or similar) and opinions on doing them well at scale. • A product mindset toward platform: you treat internal engineers as customers and self-service as the goal. • A point of view on AI-assisted and spec-driven development, and how to make engineers faster with it while keeping change safe to ship. • A culture of learning from failure: blameless postmortems, real root cause, and fixing the system so the same incident can't recur. Nice to have • Multi-cloud experience (AWS / Azure) — GCP is home, but breadth helps. • Policy-as-code (OPA/Conftest, Kyverno) and supply-chain/CI security. • SLO/error-budget practice and DORA-based delivery measurement. • Big Data or MLOps exposure (Airflow, Dagster, Ray, Kubeflow).

The opportunity Aura from Unity is a large-scale mobile platform embedded on hundreds of millions of devices, delivering personalized content — news, video, and apps — to users at the moments that matter most. If you love doing real applied research — training deep learning models and seeing the impact on millions of users — this is that role. Our AI team builds content recommendation systems for news and video at massive scale, with challenges that are fun and far from trivial. The opportunity Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers build thriving ecosystems through Unity Ads, our performance advertising platform for mobile game growth. As a Performance Manager on the EMEA Managed Accounts team, you will own the performance of a portfolio of strategic advertiser accounts, using data and automated tooling to find and act on opportunities before they’re asked for. You’ll work hand-in-hand with Client Partners and Product to turn insight into revenue. Our vision for this role The best moment to talk to a client about performance is before they've noticed anything is wrong. That's the bar for this role. Proactiveness is the default here: you're catching the trend, the anomaly, or the untapped opportunity early enough that the conversation starts with a recommendation rather than an explanation. Getting there is as much an engineering problem as an analytical one. Our reach is growing fast, so monitoring has to be automated, analysis has to be repeatable, and the work you do on one account needs to be reusable across many. In practice you'll be working in SQL, Looker, and increasingly in agentic and AI-assisted workflows, building the layer that surfaces what matters rather than just operating inside it. What you’ll be doing • Own the performance of a portfolio of strategic gaming advertisers, working closely with Client Partners to turn data into optimization recommendations they can actually take to the client. • Build growth strategies for your accounts. Where the scale is, what's holding it back, and the order of changes that unlock it. You'll pitch these alongside your Client Partner. • Diagnose performance drops quickly and get to remediation steps that move the account. • Turn recurring analysis into something repeatable: dashboards, alerts, scripted reports, so the same question isn't answered by hand every month. • Take on performance projects that go beyond a single account. A best practice rolled out across a segment, a diagnostic applied to a whole cohort, a process the rest of the team ends up using. • Work with Product on pilots of new optimization features, and bring what you're seeing in the field back into the roadmap. What we’re looking for • At least 2 years in performance marketing, user acquisition, ad tech or programmatic. Mobile gaming exposure is a plus. • Strong analytical instincts and real comfort working in data tools, whether that's Looker, Imply or something else you've used day-to-day. • Hands-on experience automating recurring work: scripted analysis, scheduled reporting, alerting. Ideally you can point to something you built that stopped a manual task from repeating. • Comfortable working across teams, with Product, Client Partners and Engineering. • Clear written and spoken English, and the ability to make a complex data story land with a client as well as an internal audience. • Experience building AI processes and agentic workflows, not just prompting a chatbot. Something you've set up that runs a piece of analysis end to end, and a view on where that works and where it still needs a person. You might also have • Experience in a client-facing role, presenting analysis or recommendations directly to advertisers. • SQL or Python for anything beyond ad hoc queries. • Experience with ROAS-target bidding, plus a working understanding of cohort maturity and mobile monetization (IAP, ad revenue, hybrid). • Familiarity with attribution platforms like AppsFlyer or Adjust. The opportunity Unity is at the forefront of mobile advertising technology, helping developers and advertisers grow through our User Acquisition (UA) and monetization solutions. The SMB Customer's Growth team drives revenue growth across thousands of self-serve advertisers and publishers using Unity Ads, Offerwall (Tapjoy) and Unity LevelPlay. We don't manage clients one at a time. We grow them at scale, through data-led outbound campaigns, automation and AI. As a Senior Business Growth Manager, you'll own growth initiatives end to end. You'll spot the opportunity in the data, size it, design the campaign, launch it and measure the revenue impact. You'll also be a face of the team, leading workshops and webinars for clients and internal teams. This is a 6-month maternity cover, based in Tel Aviv. This role suits someone who loves digging into data, thinks in experiments and wants to build smarter ways of working with AI. What you'll be doing • Plan, launch and optimize scaled outbound campaigns (email, in-product and Intercom) that drive adoption, spend growth and retention for self-serve advertisers and publishers. • Design and lead workshops and webinars for clients and internal teams, covering topics like product best practices, growth playbooks and AI-powered workflows. • Find and size growth opportunities in the data, such as budget-capped campaigns, churn risk, product adoption gaps and accounts ready to graduate between segments. • Set KPIs for every campaign, track results in team dashboards and turn results into clear next steps. • Build and improve AI-powered workflows and automations (e.g. Claude, internal agents) that let the team reach more clients with less manual work. • Partner with Product, Marketing, Sales, Data and Account Management to launch initiatives and hand off high-potential accounts. • Share insights and performance reviews with the team and leadership in monthly syncs. What we're looking for • 2–4 years of experience in mobile advertising, ad-tech, growth, or customer success/account management, ideally with UA or monetization exposure. • Strong analytical skills. You're comfortable working with large datasets in tools like Looker, BigQuery/SQL, Salesforce or Excel/Sheets, and turning numbers into action. • Experience running campaigns or experiments at scale, with measurable results (e.g. adoption, revenue or retention lift). • Hands-on use of AI tools in your daily work, and curiosity to automate and build new workflows. • Proven experience presenting to groups, such as leading workshops, webinars, trainings or conference sessions, and confidence engaging a live audience and handling Q&A. • Ability to turn complex products and data into clear, engaging presentations and training materials. • Clear written and spoken communication in English, including writing client-facing copy and presenting results to stakeholders. • A self-starter who can ramp up fast and own projects independently from day one. Bonus points • Familiarity with Unity Ads, LevelPlay, Tapjoy or other ad networks and mediation platforms. • Experience with email/marketing automation tools such as Intercom or HubSpot. Additional information • This is a fixed-term, 6-month position covering maternity leave. • Relocation support is not available for this position This range reflects the anticipated base salary for this position.
