About Us Riskified empowers businesses to unleash ecommerce growth by taking risk off the table. Many of the world’s biggest brands and publicly traded companies selling online rely on Riskified for guaranteed protection against chargebacks, to fight fraud and policy abuse at scale, and to improve customer retention. Developed and managed by the largest team of ecommerce risk analysts, data scientists and researchers, Riskified’s AI-powered fraud and risk intelligence platform analyzes the individual behind each interaction to provide real-time decisions and robust identity-based insights. Riskified is proud to work with incredible companies in virtually all industries including Booking.com, Acer, Gucci, Lorna Jane, GoPro, and many more. We thrive in a collaborative work setting, alongside great people, to build and enhance products that matter. Abundant opportunities to create and contribute provide us with a sense of purpose that extends beyond ourselves, leaving a lasting impact. These sentiments capture why we choose Riskified every day. About the Role Riskified is building a new product-led growth motion designed to bring our technology to a much larger universe of ecommerce merchants. We are looking for a highly versatile, entrepreneurial marketer to work closely with the GM responsible for this business. This person will sit in Tel Aviv alongside the GM and act as an embedded marketing partner, with a strong connection to the broader Marketing organization. This is not a traditional channel marketing or product marketing role. It is a hands-on growth role for someone who enjoys moving between strategy and execution. You will help define how merchants discover Riskified, understand our value, evaluate the product, convert, onboard, and engage. You might develop the positioning for a new merchant segment in the morning, write and build the corresponding landing page in the afternoon, and analyze its performance the following week. The right person will be comfortable operating like a startup marketer inside a larger company. You should be able to identify an opportunity, develop a point of view, build something, launch it, learn from the results, and improve it without requiring a large team around you. What You'll Be Doing • Partner closely with the GM of Product-Led Growth to develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for Riskified's down-market business. • Help design a scalable merchant journey across acquisition, education, evaluation, conversion, onboarding, activation, and expansion. • Develop positioning and messaging that translates Riskified's sophisticated technology into clear and compelling value propositions for smaller and mid-sized ecommerce merchants. • Design campaigns, landing pages, email and linkedin nurture programs, product education, sales enablement, and other merchant-facing experiences. • Work directly in CMS and marketing technology platforms, including WordPress, to launch and iterate on experiences without relying on specialist resources for every change. • Replicate and adapt existing website templates to quickly stand up new landing pages, campaign experiences, and tests. • Use AI tools such as Claude extensively across research, writing, ideation, analysis, prototyping, content creation, and lightweight graphic design. • Leverage brand design guidelines to create lightweight visual and creative assets when a full design process is not necessary, while knowing when to bring in specialist creative support. • Develop experiments across the funnel to improve acquisition, conversion, activation, and engagement. • Use analytics and customer behavior to identify friction, develop hypotheses, prioritize experiments, and determine what to improve next. • Build repeatable workflows, templates, automation, and processes that allow the team to support a significantly larger volume of merchants efficiently. • Partner across Product, Sales, Customer Success, Operations, Analytics, Design, and the broader Marketing organization to execute the growth strategy. • Develop platform-specific marketing strategies (e.g. Shopify, Shopify Plus, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce / Magento, etc.) • Continuously gather merchant, competitive, and market insights and translate them into better messaging, experiences, and growth opportunities. Qualifications • 4+ years of experience across growth marketing, product marketing, digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, product-led growth, or related disciplines. • Experience working in a startup, scale-up, or other environment where you were expected to operate with significant autonomy and limited specialist resources. • Proven ability to take projects from strategy through hands-on execution. • Excellent (ideally native) English-language writing, messaging, and communication skills. • Strong instincts for positioning, customer psychology, and simplifying complex technology. • Comfortable working directly with web CMS platforms (e.g. Wordpress), marketing automation tools, analytics platforms (e.g. Looker, HockeyStack, Mixpanel, GA4), and other digital marketing technology. • Highly proficient with AI tools and able to use them to materially increase the speed and quality of your work. • Strong visual judgment and the ability to create effective lightweight marketing assets without depending on a designer for every deliverable. • Analytical and experimental mindset, with comfort working with funnel metrics, conversion rates, behavioral data, and experimentation. • Strong process orientation and an interest in creating scalable systems rather than relying on manual execution. • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with a high degree of autonomy and self-direction. • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with senior leaders. • Experience in B2B SaaS, ecommerce, fintech, payments, fraud, or Shopify is a plus. • Experience building a PLG, self-service, SMB, or mid-market growth motion is highly valuable. • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience. GlassesUSA · Tel Aviv-Yafo

GlassesUSA.com - part of the Optimax Eyewear group - a leading direct-to-consumer online eyewear retailer in the U.S. With the largest selection of styles and brands, we make it easy for everyone to find their perfect pair. Our mission is to enrich lives by offering eyewear tailored to individual needs, style preferences, and budgets. Through innovative technology and AI-driven solutions, GlassesUSA.com is reshaping the eyewear industry and delivering a seamless, personalized shopping experience. We ensure quality, affordability, and efficiency by controlling the full supply chain, from product design and manufacturing to optical lens production and digital experience. About the role: You'll own a product area for our B2B2C vision insurance product, setting strategy and leading the work that brings it to life. This is a senior, hands-on role for someone who can both shape the vision and drive the day-to-day. What you'll do: • Set and run a smart, data-backed product strategy in a fast-moving startup environment. • Spot new ways to create real value for our users. • Define what needs building, then lead the work end to end with designers and developers — making sure we solve the right problem, not just ship something. • Run user research, and use what you learn to make our products simple, clear, and easy to use. • Catch problems in the live product early, dig into the details, and find practical fixes fast. • Lead work with outside partners and third-party tools when the project calls for it. • Travel abroad several times a year, typically 1–2 weeks at a time, to work closely with teams. What you bring: • 3–5 years managing consumer-facing (B2C or B2B2C) products, with a track record of driving real business results — e-commerce experience is a strong plus. • Experience building for the US market, with a feel for what American users expect. • Comfortable working in short, iterative cycles (agile). • Strong sense for good user experience. • A proven knack for getting cross-functional teams aligned and moving — even when no one reports to you. • Clear, confident communication, both written and spoken. • Fluent English and Hebrew; knowledge of Russian is a plus. • Self-starter who takes on more, acts independently, weighs risks, and goes after opportunities. • Equally at home on the creative side and the analytical side, you let data guide your decisions. • Sharp attention to detail while juggling several projects, staying steady under pressure, and hitting deadlines. • Hands-on with AI tools like Gemini and Claude for product discovery and idea generation — ideally using them to solve real problems, not just experiment. • A natural leader inside the company. • Positive, organized, creative, and driven.
