Description Money is becoming software. That changes everything about how it has to be protected. Stablecoins, tokenized assets, and payments made by AI agents are moving real value at machine speed. That’s where Blockaid comes in. We build the security technology behind how money moves. Coinbase, MetaMask, Uniswap, and many of the largest platforms moving money today rely on us to screen billions of transactions and stop fraud, scams, and hacks before they reach a single user. We’re backed by investors including Sequoia Capital, Ribbit Capital, and Cyberstarts, firms behind some of the biggest names in cybersecurity. We're looking for an IT Manager to own how Blockaid works day to day: how people get access, how their machines operate, how the network runs, and how the offices function. What You'll Do: • Help Desk & Support. Serve as the single point of contact for all IT support. Handle everything from day-to-day access requests and software hiccups to laptop troubleshooting, ensuring the team gets fast, hands-on help directly from you. • Identity. Own Okta as our primary IdP. Automate the full joiner-mover-leaver lifecycle from HiBob into every downstream app, and own SAML and OIDC integrations, SCIM provisioning, and adaptive MFA policies. Access should be a function of someone's role, not a ticket. • Endpoints. Own our Apple fleet in Jamf Pro: zero-touch enrollment, configuration profiles, patch policies, and scripted deployments. A new hire's Mac should be compliant and fully configured before they open it. • Network and offices. Own the firewall and wireless infrastructure end to end: policies, VPN, segmentation, 802.1X, and zero-trust remote access. Own every meeting room too, including Meet and Zoom hardware, displays, booking, and cabling, and standardize the build so a new office is a deployment rather than a project. • SaaS. Primary admin for Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Linear, GitHub, and dozens more. Integrate through APIs and webhooks rather than manual sync, and drive license and vendor consolidation. • Automation and AI. Treat every recurring manual task as a bug. Write code against the Okta, Jamf, Google Workspace, and HiBob APIs, and use LLM tooling, coding agents, and MCP integrations to build support workflows that resolve requests without a human in the loop. • Security and compliance. Partner with Security on zero-trust access, patch remediation, access reviews, and automated evidence for SOC 2 and ISO 27001. Support incident response with the logs and device actions the team needs, fast. Requirements • 2-3 years experience running IT in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting and troubleshooting macOS environments - a must. • A strong service mindset and the ability to independently manage and resolve everyday tech issues end-to-end. • Deep hands-on Okta: lifecycle management, group rules, SAML and OIDC, SCIM, and authentication policies. • Advanced Jamf Pro engineering and macOS troubleshooting at the command line. • Real network experience: firewalls, controller-based wireless, VLANs, VPN, and 802.1X. • Google Workspace administration in depth, plus experience owning conference room AV. • Strong scripting and comfort working straight against REST APIs. You should be able to read an API doc and have something working the same day. • Demonstrated use of AI tools to ship real work.

Vi is an enterprise AI platform for health enterprises – healthcare, biopharma, and wellness. We deploy agentic AI and predictive models into production environments where the output drives the next best actions for patients, care teams, and operations to deliver ROI and improve health outcomes. The Vi Platform is the shared layer under every Vi application. It turns data, models, agents and compliance into services that every product uses to onboard clients, reach patients and measure results, so a capability is built once and reused everywhere. We are looking for a senior data scientist to take those services from idea to production, and to keep them running as they grow. You will be part of the Vi Platform team, reporting to the VP of R&D. This is a hands-on IC role at the crossroads of data science, software engineering and cloud infrastructure: you design the service, you build every layer of it, you ship it, you measure what it does for the products that use it, and you maintain and extend it with the features its users need. Responsibilities Train and evaluate models on tabular data: Turn patient- and member-level tabular data – claims, clinical, engagement and vendor feeds – into features, labels and models (gradient boosting, tabular foundation models, embeddings), with an evaluation harness that defines what "good" means before a product feels a change. Own services end to end: From a one-page design through API, SDK, UI and infrastructure to production, built to the platform's service standards: tested at every level, auto-deployed on merge, with live status and cost per job. Build data services at scale: Spark and EMR jobs over the lakehouse, orchestrated in Airflow, that resolve identities, join vendor feeds and score millions of records per run, and that get faster and cheaper with every release. Put models and LLMs into production: Foundation model, embedding, classification and agent services, each with an evaluation harness behind it, so a model change is measured before a product feels it. Build the full stack: Backend services, web consoles and SDKs that an engineer, a product team or an agent can use self-serve, with a user guide for people and a playbook for agents. Run what you ship: Monitoring, alerting, retries and cost per job. You are the first responder when your service is red, and you announce every release to its users with measured numbers. Work AI-native: AI coding agents are part of how we build every day. You drive them, review their output critically, and build services that agents consume as easily as people do. Requirements 4+ years of hands-on data science experience, with a track record of training, evaluating and shipping models that run in production as a hands-on IC. Data science and ML in production: Building and evaluating models (tabular, embeddings, LLM-based), deciding what "good" means for a service, and measuring it. Data engineering at scale: Python, SQL and Spark on AWS (EMR, Athena, Glue, Iceberg), workflow orchestration (Airflow), and performance work on large joins and feeds. Tech Stack: AWS, Docker, CI/CD, and monitoring; you own the infrastructure of your service, not just the code. Agentic workflows: Designing, shipping and evaluating multi-step LLM agents that call tools, models and data services to get real work done, with evals that catch regressions before users do, and an AI-first way of working with coding agents as a daily tool. High ownership and velocity: You scope, design, build, ship and support without a hand-off. You write the design doc and the user guide, and your work stands up to a review.
Vi is the market-leading Enterprise-AI platform for health. We serve some of the world's largest health organizations, from Fortune 500 healthcare providers to pharma and consumer brands, and help them maximize acquisition, enrollment, engagement, retention and health outcomes. Vi Activate is a productized data solution, outputting Precision Targeted Audiences for paid media marketing to reduce marketing waste and drive meaningful client KPIs more effectively. As a Vertical Delivery Lead on the Activate Squad, you'll own delivery for the Pharma vertical from start to finish: the audiences we build, the deliverables clients receive, and the performance those audiences drive once they are live in-market. Activate audiences are deployed across paid media channels, so success here depends on understanding how media actually performs. You'll pair strong media and data skills with technical agility to spot problems early, diagnose root causes and drive fixes. You'll work closely with our US-based Client Performance, Deployment and Account Management teams, and join client conversations as the delivery expert, alongside the client-facing lead. This role is for someone who takes full ownership, leads with solutions and works AI-native by default. Key Responsibilities: Audience Strategy, Delivery & Quality: Own the creation, delivery and optimization of Vi audiences for your vertical, from translating client use cases into audience requirements through build, QA and deployment handoff. Serve as the final quality bar for all client deliverables. Measurement & Data Requirements: Define the POC measurement framework with Client Performance, validating the right methodology (geo-split, holdout, attribution) and success metrics before launch. Own data requirements, ingestion, geo-split validation and internal reporting, collaborating closely with the Squad on dashboard setup and maintenance, and streamline data sharing for low-friction partner collaboration. Performance Monitoring & KPI Accountability: Monitor audience-level performance across Meta, TikTok, Programmatic and other channels, and own monthly (or more frequent) optimizations. Share accountability with Deployment and Client Performance for exceeding client KPIs. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner daily with US-based Client Performance, Deployment and Account Management teams, while supporting the Client Performance lead on client calls to communicate audience strategy, measurement approach & data-driven optimizations. Keep ownership, deadlines and next steps clear, and escalate blockers with a proposed solution. Technical Problem Solving & Product Feedback: Work hands-on with Deployment and Data teams to troubleshoot audience onboarding, match rates, pixel and measurement issues. Be intentional about turning recurring issues into clear product feedback and process improvements, tied to measurable outcomes. Requirements Paid Media Expertise: Strong hands-on understanding of paid media channels, including Meta, TikTok, Programmatic/Display and Search. You know how audiences are onboarded, targeted and optimized in each, with 4+ years of experience launching, analyzing or optimizing paid digital campaigns. Solid grasp of media performance dynamics (match rates, reach and frequency, bidding, creative, attribution), and able to tell whether results reflect the audience or the media setup. Data Fluency & Measurement Expertise: Extremely analytical and data fluent. You can design and validate measurement methodologies (geo-split, holdout/incrementality, attribution), define data requirements and set up reliable data flows. Technical Agility & AI-Native Mindset: Comfortable navigating unfamiliar technical concepts and tools, with the ability to learn, adapt, and get up to speed quickly. You're curious, resourceful, and willing to get hands-on to understand how things work and solve problems. You already use AI tools daily to automate and scale how work gets done. Ownership & Solution Orientation: You take full ownership of outcomes, not just tasks. Dependencies don't become excuses: you bring options and a recommendation, and drive work to decisions and next steps. You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and operate well in ambiguity. Collaboration & Communication: Excellent written and verbal communicator who builds trust across teams and time zones. Comfortable presenting to clients and explaining technical topics simply. Preferred Qualifications: Pharma & Healthcare Experience (Advantage): Experience in pharma or healthcare marketing, especially reaching patients and caregivers across Clinical (trial recruitment), Commercial and Disease State Education campaigns. Working knowledge of healthcare data (claims, diagnosis and treatment signals) and its privacy and compliance considerations.
