Manager I, Engineering - Husky
Datadog · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Husky is what we call the distributed, petabyte-scale columnar event store at the heart of our Event Platform, which powers dozens of Datadog’s most popular products – Logs, RUM, APM, Cloud Network Monitoring, Netflow, and many more. Husky was built from the ground up at Datadog to store and query massive volumes of event data at low cost, with data fully queryable within seconds of arrival. As an Engineering Manager on Husky, you will lead one of a few closely collaborating teams that work directly on Husky’s internals. We own the full lifecycle of events stored by our Event Platform – whether it’s managing the ingestion of over 100 million events per second exactly-once, optimizing the persistence layer with lightning-fast compaction, tweaking our columnar format, timely deletion across hundreds of thousands of customer tables, or building the metadata service that enables hundreds of thousands of queries per second – you will be responsible for the growth and success of a team constantly meeting new scalability requirements driven by Datadog’s growing customer base and suite of products. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture - the relationships that it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our employees can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: • Manage a team of software engineers ranging from new grads to senior engineers, focusing on career development, inclusivity, and high impact • Be a technical leader of the team; while the role may not involve frequent hands on coding, you’ll be reviewing architecture decisions, RFCs, and pull requests and ensuring what the team ships is high quality • Partner with product teams to evaluate use cases, ensure smooth implementation, and prioritize new platform capabilities. • Share on-call responsibilities with the rest of the team and ensure a culture of operational excellence • Scale a petabyte-scale database to an exabyte-scale one Who You Are: • A software engineer at heart with previous experience leading software engineering teams and a track record of delivering high-quality software products, preferably with some hands on experience with Java or Go and a background in distributed systems. • Experienced with being on-call, leading incident responses, writing post mortems, and driving remediation efforts • An excellent leader with strong interpersonal skills, with experience in career development and performance management. Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you’re passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. Benefits and Growth: • New hire stock equity (RSUs) and employee stock purchase plan (ESPP) • Continuous professional development, product training, and career pathing • Intradepartmental mentor and buddy program for in-house networking • An inclusive company culture, ability to join our Community Guilds (Datadog employee resource groups) • Access to Inclusion Talks, our Internal panel discussions • Free, global mental health benefits for employees and dependents age 6+ • Competitive global benefits Benefits and Growth listed above may vary based on the country of your employment and the nature of your employment with Datadog. #LI-Hybrid About Datadog: Datadog is the leading observability and security platform for the AI era, providing businesses with unified visibility across the technology stack to manage complexity at scale. Manager I, Engineering - Sensitive Data Scanner
Datadog · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead our Sensitive Data Scanner (SDS) Telemetry team. The SDS group’s mission is to be the world’s easiest-to-use tool to discover, classify, manage, and report sensitive data risks across cloud, on-premise, and code environments. This team builds and scales the detection capabilities that scan all telemetry data flowing into Datadog — logs, APM spans, and RUM events — operating in streaming, at processing time, and at very large scale. You’ll lead a small, close-knit team based in Paris, with the opportunity to shape how the team grows as SDS Telemetry’s scope expands. It’s a chance to combine hands-on technical leadership with direct customer and product impact in the security and observability space. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture — the relationships and collaboration it builds and the creativity it brings to the table. We operate as a hybrid workplace to ensure our Datadogs can create a work-life harmony that best fits them. What You’ll Do: • Lead and grow a team of engineers building real-time sensitive data detection across Datadog’s Logs, APM, and RUM telemetry pipelines • Partner closely with the Logs, APM, and RUM teams, plus Datadog’s Trust & Safety team, to align on roadmap and integration priorities • Shape product direction by working closely with Product, grounding decisions in customer needs and business impact • Stay hands-on: contribute to design decisions and participate in the team’s on-call rotation • Recruit, mentor, and develop engineers as the team grows beyond its initial size • Help build a strong engineering culture as part of Datadog’s broader Sensitive Data Scanner group Who You Are: • You have experience building and shipping revenue-generating products, with strong product acumen and a customer-first mindset • You have hands-on experience with Go and/or Java, and a track record building distributed, streaming systems at scale • You have experience managing engineers — or are ready to step into your first formal management role — and know how to set goals, give feedback, and help a team grow • You measure success through customer and business outcomes, not just output shipped • You’re comfortable weighing tradeoffs between speed and correctness, ideally from experience in a fast-moving environment Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That’s okay. Engineering Manager
D
Director, Engineering
Datadog · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Datadog's Tel Aviv engineering site builds across some of our fastest-moving product areas — from Product Analytics, to Universal Service Monitoring, to Security Monitoring, to the Software Delivery tools that help engineers everywhere ship and operate software safely. It's a site with real engineering depth, and we're investing in the on-site senior leadership to match it. We are looking for a Director of Engineering, based in Tel Aviv, to lead a multi-team engineering organization in one of these areas, and help shape the site as it grows. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers and with engineering leaders across Tel Aviv, Paris, and the US to shape the roadmap; grow and develop the team to match the business needs; raise the bar on engineering practices and craft; and play a central role in building the culture of a site we're investing in for the long term. At Datadog, we place value in our office culture — the relationships it builds, the creativity it brings to the table, and the collaboration of being together. This role is based in our Tel Aviv office, where being present on site is central to anchoring and growing the team. What You'll Do: • Manage and grow a team of talented engineers, making sure they deliver high-quality, timely work and that they're happy, motivated, and developing in their careers • Hire and develop senior talent, engineers and managers alike, raising the seniority bar on site as we scale • Grow and develop a team of engineering managers — coaching them as leaders and building the layer of leadership the site needs as it scales • Partner with product managers and designers to shape the future of the product • Work with engineering leaders in Tel Aviv, Europe, and the US to deliver cross-cutting projects across a multi-hub organization • Help shape the future of the Tel Aviv site and the broader engineering organization Who You Are: • You are a product-building leader with real product sense, comfortable working hand in hand with product and design to decide what to build, not just how to build it • You came up through engineering and can earn the trust of senior engineers in a fast conversation; you favor breadth and adaptability, and you can ramp quickly into a technical domain you didn't start in • You integrate AI into how you lead and how your teams build, treating AI-first thinking as core engineering practice rather than a feature bolted onto the product • You have hired, grown, and developed engineering teams, creating long-term plans for people's growth and motivation • You have managed managers — you've hired, coached, and developed engineering managers, and led an organization with multiple layers of leadership beneath you • You have operated in multi-geography companies at scale, and you can read and work effectively across different sites and company cultures • You want to be the senior engineering leader on the ground in Tel Aviv — setting the technical and cultural bar, and building a site rather than inheriting a finished one • You have a customer-focused mindset and a relentless drive to build products that address real needs • You bring real depth in at least one of our areas — web and product analytics, agentic or developer-experience products, low-level systems and networking, or security engineering Datadog values people from all walks of life. We understand not everyone will meet all the above qualifications on day one. That's okay. If you're passionate about technology and want to grow your skills, we encourage you to apply. About Tavily: We're building the infrastructure layer for agentic web interaction at scale. Our API is designed from the ground up to power Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and real-time reasoning in AI systems. By connecting LLMs to high-quality, trustworthy web content, we help developers build agents that are not only intelligent - but also informed. We work with some of the most innovative teams in AI - from small startups shaping the ecosystem to the largest enterprises deploying AI at scale. Whether it’s powering sales assistants, research copilots, or internal knowledge tools, we’re the missing link between LLMs and the real world. About Nebius: Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure. Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI. Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D. The Role: We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Agentic Search team, building the search and retrieval infrastructure that powers AI agents and LLM-based applications at scale. This is a hands-on IC role with real ownership. You will take full end-to-end responsibility over a core product area, from defining strategy through shipping and iterating based on real usage data. You will work within a small PM team reporting to the Director of Product, alongside engineering, design, and go-to-market, shaping how AI agents discover, retrieve, and act on web information in real time. The product serves both a developer-facing PLG motion and a growing enterprise customer base, so you will need to be equally comfortable digging into API design and search quality as you are running customer discovery calls and informing competitive positioning. We are looking for someone who can operate as a senior strategic partner, not just an executor, and who has the potential to grow into a principal-level PM over time. You’re welcome to work hybrid from Tel Aviv, Israel. Your responsibilities will include: • Own a core product area end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, execution, and iteration based on real usage signals and customer feedback. • Drive search quality and relevance improvements by working closely with engineering and research to define evaluation frameworks, benchmarks, and release criteria. • Engage directly with enterprise customers and developer users to validate ideas, understand pain points, and shape product-market fit across both PLG and enterprise motions. • Monitor the competitive landscape in agentic search and AI-powered retrieval, identifying shifts, threats, and opportunities that should inform product decisions. • Collaborate with go-to-market teams (sales, solutions, growth) to ensure product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials reflect product reality. • Contribute to product strategy as a senior voice on a small, high-impact team, challenging assumptions and bringing independent judgment to key decisions. • Lead product experiments and rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype to production with clear success criteria. We expect you to have: • 5+ years of product management experience, with a meaningful portion in developer tools, API platforms, or search and retrieval infrastructure. • Track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets, working closely with engineering and design from concept through launch and iteration. • Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and how search and retrieval systems fit into agentic workflows. Hands-on technical background is a strong plus. • Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field, with the ability to engage deeply with technical architecture and tradeoffs. • Comfortable operating in ambiguity: you can context-switch between strategic thinking and tactical execution without losing the thread. • Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority. • Excellent written and verbal communication: you can explain technical concepts clearly to both engineers and business stakeholders. It will be an added bonus if you have: • Experience in search, information retrieval, NLP, or adjacent domains. • Background in API-first or developer-platform businesses with both PLG and enterprise motions. • Leadership experience in a high-growth technology company, especially post-acquisition or startup-within-a-larger-org environments. • People management or mentoring experience (building the skills of other PMs). Benefits & Perks: • Competitive compensation • Career growth and learning opportunities • Flexibility and work-life balance • Collaborative and innovative culture • Opportunity to work on impactful AI projects • International environment and talented teams What's it like to work at Tavily/Nebius: Fast moving - Bold thinking - Constant growth - Meaningful impact - Trust and real ownership - Opportunity to shape the future of AI.

What you’ll do • Lead a team of Product Managers working on complex, high-impact AI solutions for enterprise customers • Work closely with customers to find the right problem to solve (the use case with the clearest ROI) and define the success metrics before building • Operate in high ambiguity, shaping opportunities where requirements are not clearly defined • Drive the delivery of new solutions from early stages to production, making key product and trade-off decisions across speed, stability, and scope • Own a portfolio of solutions across one or more enterprise customers, setting priorities across multiple parallel engagements • Support your PMs in the day-to-day of running their solutions across different customers: help them prioritize, make trade-offs, and unblock them so product implementations and solutions push forward • Balance speed of execution with long-term quality, reuse, and product thinking • Identify patterns across solutions and push for reuse and productization, working closely with the Platform team • Mentor and develop your PMs, growing their product judgment and helping them operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment What we’re looking for • Experience working on complex systems and with enterprise customers, navigating competing needs and constraints (required) • 7+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years leading Product Managers, in high-growth or complex environments • Experience managing strong PMs, setting direction while empowering ownership and independent decision-making • Ability to operate in ambiguity, define problems, and lead teams in delivering new solutions from early stages to production • Proven track record of driving products or systems from concept to real-world impact, balancing speed, quality, and scale • Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills, working closely with engineering, AI, GTM, and customers Why join us This isn't a typical product role. You won't inherit a roadmap. Every engagement starts with a real enterprise customer and a real problem. The hardest part of the job is finding the right one: the use case that delivers true business value, with a clear ROI and the success metrics you define up front. Then you take it from first idea to a deployed solution. You'll work in a true 0→1 environment, shipping AI products to Fortune 500 customers in days, not months. From day one you'll have real ownership: shaping direction, making the product calls, and leading a team through ambiguity. You'll work closely with founders and senior leaders in a fast-moving company where things actually get built.

Come build with us. Together, we’re changing how the world works. As a Senior Product Security Researcher at Island, you will attack our product the way a motivated adversary would. You will research how Island’s security controls, browser features, cloud services, and AI capabilities can be bypassed, abused, or turned against our customers, and you will work with R&D to fix the root causes. This role focuses on product logic, trust boundaries, and the application and cloud layers, rather than kernel or memory-level research. Key Responsibilities • Product Control Bypass Research: Find ways to bypass or weaken Island’s enforcement features, such as data loss prevention, clipboard, download and screenshot restrictions, data masking, and access policies, and help design controls that hold up under real attacks. • Browser & Extension Security: Research the security of Island’s browser features, web platform integrations, and extension ecosystem, including the browser security model, extension permissions, and interactions between web content and privileged browser features. • Backend, API & Identity Research: Assess Island’s management console, cloud services, and APIs for authorization flaws, tenant isolation issues, and weaknesses in authentication and identity flows (SSO, OAuth, SAML, OIDC). • AI & Agent Security: Research the attack surface of Island’s AI and agentic features, including prompt injection, agent tool abuse, data exposure through AI workflows, and the security of MCP and agent integrations. • Threat Modeling & Design Review: Work with developers, architects, and product managers to model threats for new features early in design, and turn research findings into concrete security requirements. • Proof of Concept & Impact Analysis: Build proof of concepts that show real customer impact, and clearly explain risk and fix priority to engineering and leadership. • Tooling & Automation: Build tools and AI-assisted workflows that scale research across a large and fast-moving codebase. • Community & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor team members, contribute to internal playbooks, support our bug bounty program, and present research externally when appropriate. Advantages • Experience with Chromium architecture or enterprise browser and endpoint products. • Experience researching LLM applications or agentic systems. • Cloud security experience (AWS, Kubernetes). • Experience building security tooling or using AI to speed up research.
