If you want to grow, stretch, and do work that truly matters, Gong is the place to do the best work of your career. As an Observability Platform Team Lead, you'll define how Gong sees and understands its production systems. You'll lead the team that builds our telemetry foundation: instrumentation standards, pipelines and tooling that let every engineering team detect, investigate and resolve issues quickly. This role sits where backend engineering meets production operations. If you're a hands-on backend engineer who has led OpenTelemetry adoption and believes good observability is something you design in, not bolt on, this is your opportunity to shape the practice from the ground up. You'll Own: • Team leadership & mentorship: Shaping and growing a high-performing team, and building a culture of ownership, curiosity and operational excellence. • Observability strategy & standards: Defining how services emit logs, metrics and traces, including conventions, defaults and a golden path that teams actually want to use. • OpenTelemetry adoption: Leading instrumentation across our Java and Spring Boot services, from SDKs and auto-instrumentation to Collector architecture and context propagation. • Telemetry pipelines & vendors: Owning the reliability, scalability and cost efficiency of telemetry pipelines in a multi-vendor environment. AI Security Manager
F
Senior Product Manager
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Working in Product means making bold decisions with the data you have. You're the type that always asks, “Is there a better way?” From product managers to designers to researchers, the people who thrive here are strategic by nature, curious by default, and comfortable sailing without a full map. So if you challenge assumptions and know how to bring multiple stakeholders together, the Fiverr Product team might be your place. What am I going to do? • Make an impact: Drive outcomes across the Fiverr marketplace for clients and freelancers alike — but expect the specific area you own to shift. Where you focus is set by our strategic Bets, and those change as the Bets change. • Lead a multidisciplinary team: Collaborate with engineers, designers, and data scientists to drive product delivery and innovation. • Turn data into decisions: Define how we collect, validate, and use the signals that power the product — translating data into reliable inputs for better decision-making. • Drive the end-to-end user experience: Continuously improve the surfaces and flows that users rely on, from onboarding to ongoing engagement. • Develop and execute roadmaps: Create strategic product roadmaps and lead their execution, balancing short-term delivery with long-term platform thinking. • Collaborate across teams: Work with stakeholders across the organization to align on a shared direction and amplify impact. How we actually work: Fiverr's product org runs on strategic Bets — leadership sets a small number of company-wide Bets each half, derived directly from our OKRs, and most of our capacity flows there. Teams get assigned to whatever Bet most needs them next, not necessarily their "home" domain. That means the traditional model — a fixed squad with permanent mission and task ownership — doesn't really apply here. Scope, team composition, and priorities move as the Bets move, sometimes mid-cycle. You're joining a team and a mission-driven org, not a fixed job description, and the right person for this role reads that as the exciting part, not the risky part. Requirements • At least 5 years of relevant experience as a Product Manager. • A proven track record of making an impact as an entrepreneur, leader, or product manager — ideally on a marketplace or platform product. • Strong analytical skills: developing product hypotheses, applying validation methods, and working with data to drive decisions. • Strong ability to translate opportunities and needs into products and features across a broad and diverse user base. • Good understanding of UI/UX. • Savvy learner, avid listener, articulate communicator, and presenter. • Genuinely energized by ambiguity and fast context-switching — comfortable being handed a new priority with less notice and fewer resources than you'd like, and adapting without losing momentum. This isn't a "pick a lane and defend it" role. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with short delivery cycles. • BA / MA / BSc / MSc in a related field. At Fiverr, we're not about checklists. If you don't meet 100% of the requirements for this role but still feel passionate about the position and think it'll make your life more fulfilling, we want to hear from you. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly.

Senior Backend Engineer (Applied AI)
Fiverr · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Fiverr's Applied Science group builds the intelligence behind the marketplace. We turn large volumes of unstructured data into structured understanding, and use it to connect the right people with the right work. We are a small team with an unusually large surface. We own the full path from raw data to production AI systems, and we are actively expanding what that platform can do. In this role, you will design, build and operate AI systems that run continuously in production: large volumes of unstructured data in, models and pipelines in the middle, structured signal that teams across Fiverr build on back out. The scope runs from data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure through to model quality, evaluation and cost. This is a hands on senior role, and you will help define how these systems get built here rather than inherit someone else's answer. What am I going to do? • Build and evolve our production LLM pipelines, turning unstructured text into structured data that the product consumes. • Design and operate large scale batch and near real time data processing, including correctness, freshness and cost. • Build the retrieval and serving layers that make our data usable in real time. • Decide what runs on which LLM model, and prove the choice with numbers rather than intuition. • Keep cost and latency predictable as volume grows: throughput, failure handling and monitoring. • Build agentic workflows that makes the whole team faster, and help set the standards others work to. Requirements • Have 5+ years building and operating production systems, and have seen what breaks at scale. • Have built real features on top of LLMs, with a feel for how they behave and where they need guardrails. • Are at home with data at scale: pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, storage and query design. • Design systems well. You can take an ambiguous problem, shape a system around it, and reason clearly about tradeoffs, boundaries, and cost. • Communicate clearly and work easily with product and data partners. • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Advantage- familiar with LLM as a judge concepts, vector search or graph DB. At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we prioritize diversity. We celebrate difference and embed it into every aspect of our workplace and product, as well as our community. Fiverr is proud and committed to providing equal opportunity employment to all individuals regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, citizenship, national origin, disability, Veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law. In addition, Fiverr will provide accommodation to individuals with disabilities or a special need.

Engineering experience is not required, but technical curiosity is. • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex topics and drive conversations toward decisions. • High level of independence, reliability and follow-through. Strong Advantages • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems. • Experience with moderation operations at scale or with BPO/vendor environments. • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation. • Experience working within a two-sided marketplace or other UGC-heavy platform. • Previous experience leading people or acting as the senior operational owner of a function. Working with AI AI and automation are integral to enhancing our Trust & Safety operations. You will leverage AI-assisted moderation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, and potentially work with AI-driven analytics to identify emerging abuse trends.
