Data Lead- Full-Stack Data Engineer
Venn · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About Venn Venn is the sovereign AI platform for real estate. We turn each company’s data, knowledge and way of operating into its own Company Brain, then build bespoke applications and AI agents on top of it to grow revenue, reduce costs and improve performance. The intelligence stays the customer’s proprietary asset and compounds over time. More than 270 owners and operators run on Venn across 30 states and five countries. Our customers include Related, Bozzuto and Kairoi Residential in the U.S. and Grand City Properties in Europe. Our platform is approaching one million homes, and our contracted revenue has more than quadrupled in the past year. Venn has raised over $140 million from investors including Group 11 and NOA, and recently acquired a16z-backed Zuma to accelerate our AI agents. Our mission is to make sure AI sharpens what makes a real estate company different, instead of erasing it. Come build it with us. About the role We are looking for a hands-on Data Lead to build and own Venn’s data domain end-to-end. This is a key role for someone who combines strong engineering capabilities, deep data passion, product thinking, and business understanding. We are looking for a builder who can independently create the data infrastructure, deliver reliable dashboards and insights, support product and business decision-making, and turn data into a strategic asset for the company. This is not just a reporting or BI role. You will be responsible for building the data foundation that will support Venn’s next stage of growth- across infrastructure, product analytics, business insights, executive reporting, customer-facing analytics, and future AI-driven use cases. What you’ll do • Own Venn’s data domain end-to-end- from infrastructure and pipelines to dashboards, insights, and business impact. • Build and maintain scalable data pipelines across product, finance, GTM, customer, and operational data sources. • Design reliable data models and create a clear source of truth for key company metrics. • Build business and executive dashboards that help leadership understand the state of the business. • Analyze product usage, engagement, adoption, retention, feature performance, and customer value. • Support Product, R&D, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, and leadership with meaningful data insights. • Translate business and product questions into clear data analysis and actionable recommendations. • Work closely with R&D, while being technically independent and able to build and deliver solutions without relying on engineering support for every step. • Define data standards, documentation, quality checks, metric definitions, and best practices. • Use modern AI tools to accelerate data development, analysis, documentation, automation, and insight generation. • Identify opportunities where Venn’s data can support smarter product experiences, automated insights, customer-facing analytics, and AI-supported decision-making. The must • 6+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, BI, product analytics, or similar data roles. • Strong hands-on development background- currently coding or previously worked as a developer / software engineer. • Strong SQL skills and experience building data models, pipelines, and reporting layers. • Experience working with modern data warehouses such as Snowflake, BigQuery, Redshift, or similar. • Ability to build data solutions independently, end-to-end, from technical design to implementation and delivery. • Strong product and business understanding, with the ability to connect data to real company needs. • Experience building dashboards, reporting layers, and business/product insights. • Hands-on experience using AI tools as part of day-to-day technical work, analysis, development, or data workflows. • Ability to work directly with stakeholders across Product, R&D, Finance, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership. • High ownership, independence, curiosity, and strong problem-solving skills. The nice • Experience in B2B SaaS, marketplace, PropTech, real estate technology, or product-led companies. • Experience with product analytics, event-based data, funnels, cohorts, retention, and engagement metrics. • Experience with BI tools such as Looker, Tableau, Power BI, Mode, or similar. • Experience building semantic layers, metric layers, self-service analytics, or customer-facing analytics. • Experience with LLM-based tools, AI agents, automated insights, recommendation systems, or AI-powered analytics workflows. • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with ambiguity and evolving priorities. Who you are • You are a builder who likes taking unclear data problems and turning them into working solutions. • You are technical enough to build things yourself, but business-oriented enough to understand why they matter. • You can go deep into the data, but also zoom out and see the bigger picture. • You enjoy working with engineers, product managers, finance, GTM teams, and executives. • You want to build the data function, not just be part of one.

Senior Product Manager
Duda · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Duda is the platform thousands of agencies, SaaS companies, and web professionals use to build and grow websites at scale. We're rebuilding what a website platform does in the AI era - not just where sites get built, but how partners generate, personalize, and automate the work of growing their clients' businesses. AI isn't a feature we bolted on; it's how the product increasingly thinks and acts on our partners' behalf. We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to own one of the most strategic surfaces at Duda: the space where partners build their sites and turn visitors into customers. It's a rare combination - a product used by a demanding professional audience every single day, and a wide-open opportunity to define what AI-native building and growth automation look like. This is a high-ownership role for a PM who operates like a builder: someone who forms a sharp point of view, prototypes instead of writing decks, and has already made AI a core part of how they work. If you're energized by ambiguous, high-impact problems and want the room to shape a product from strategy to ship, this is for you. What you'll do • Own the strategy and roadmap for your squad - grounded in company goals, data, competitive research, and a deep understanding of how partners work. • Define how AI transforms the building and growth experience: content that generates itself, messaging that personalizes at scale, and agentic flows that take multi-step work off partners' plates. • Drive the product end to end - from the core building experience partners rely on daily to the automation tools that help them grow. • Lead and inspire an empowered team of engineers, QA, and designers, alongside a technical team lead. • Set the KPIs that matter and use them to steer - adoption, engagement, and real partner outcomes. • Partner closely with stakeholders across the company, and be the clear voice of your product's strategy and progress. What we're looking for • 5+ years in product management at a SaaS company, with a track record of shipping products people actually use. • A builder's instinct - you move fast, prototype your ideas, and turn ambiguity into a plan without waiting to be told how. • AI is already in your bloodstream: you use it daily to work faster, and you've shipped AI-powered features with a strong point of view on where it creates real value versus hype. • Strong strategic and analytical thinking with a growth mindset - you make decisions from data and customer insight, not opinion. • Excellent communication and the ability to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Comfort with technical depth and platform-scale products. • Experience with marketing automation, email, CRM, or growth/engagement metrics is a strong plus.

Senior AI/ML Engineer
Darrow · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description Who We Are You are looking for a role that challenges you intellectually and lets you build things that matter. You have an entrepreneurial mindset, you enjoy solving complex technical problems, and you thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. Most of all, you want your work to have meaning. We're Darrow – a fast-growing startup in the Legal Exposure Management space. We have an open, action-driven culture unlike any other. Our work starts from a simple idea: legal exposure should be visible while it's still possible to act on it. We've built a technology engine that scans massive amounts of public data to identify legal exposure and evaluate its financial value at sale, and every tool or workflow you build here moves that mission forward. We have one advantage technology and AI can't replicate: our people. More than 100 people worldwide, in Israel, US & Europe who are smart, humble, curious people who thrive at the intersection of law and AI, and we're looking for the leader who will protect and grow that edge as we scale. About the Role A Senior AI/ML Engineer role on our Data team, sitting at the intersection of AI engineering, data science, and data platform. You'll build agentic, LLM-based systems that turn vast amounts of unstructured information into high-quality structured signals — powering Darrow's products and surfacing legal risk — owning each solution across the full lifecycle, from exploration to production. You'll work closely with data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and legal experts to turn ambiguous problems into scalable AI capabilities. This is a hands-on role for someone with strong engineering judgment, deep data/ML expertise, and a focus on reliability beyond the prototype stage. What You'll Do • Design, build, deploy, and operate production AI systems: agentic, LLM-based extraction workflows and batch/online inference pipelines and owning them from exploration through deployment, monitoring, and iteration. • Define quality metrics and build evaluation datasets, testing processes, and feedback loops for ML and LLM systems; monitor accuracy, latency, cost, and data quality, and investigate and fix failures. • Explore large, complex datasets to surface useful features and patterns, and translate findings into production-grade implementations. • Partner with data engineers on ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and storage to deliver dependable data products. • Use AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Claude) effectively while maintaining strong technical judgment and ownership of your systems. • Help shape engineering standards for production AI: testing, observability, reproducibility, data lineage, versioning, and safe deployment. Requirements What You Bring • 6+ years in ML engineering, AI engineering, data science, or backend engineering for data-intensive systems, with hands-on experience taking systems to production (deployment, monitoring, evaluation, versioning, improvement). • Strong Python skills and data orientation — SQL, NoSQL, data pipelines, and both structured and unstructured data. • Solid data science foundation: feature engineering, statistical reasoning, experiment design, error analysis, and relevant metrics (precision, recall, accuracy, coverage). • Experience with LLM-based applications: structured extraction, tool calling, agentic workflows, prompt design, embeddings, retrieval, and model evaluation. • Understanding of production AI tradeoffs, quality, latency, scalability, reliability, cost and experience integrating AI into batch, orchestration, API, or event-driven workflows. • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments, breaking problems down and driving them to production. • Strong communication skills across engineering, data science, product, and domain-expert teams. Nice to Have • Document intelligence, information extraction, entity resolution, classification, ranking, or large-scale enrichment pipelines. • Experience building or operating agentic systems in production. • Natural Language Processing experience. • Familiarity with orchestration/ML tooling (Airflow, Dagster, Prefect, MLflow, or similar). • Experience with data warehouses, data lakes, vector databases, or modern data-processing frameworks. • Cloud-native experience: AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, IaC, CI/CD. • Experience with human-in-the-loop review or feedback-driven AI systems. • Familiarity with legal, financial, compliance, or other data-intensive domains where quality and explainability matter. What Success Looks Like • AI capabilities move reliably from experimentation to production, on systems engineers, scientists, and domain experts can depend on. • Agentic workflows deliver accurate, measurable structured data that strengthens Darrow's products and decision-making.

Senior Full Stack Engineer II - CX Offering
Forter · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About the Role Forter seeks a highly skilled, motivated Senior Full-Stack Engineer II to join the Customer Experience Offerings (CXO) team. This team delivers and scales Forter's core offerings and agentic experiences, creating smart automation for customers to confidently understand, configure, and optimize their journey. Part of the Customer Experience group, this high-impact, hands-on role involves working across the full application stack - backend (Node.js, TypeScript), frontend (React, Next.js) and data pipelines. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in fullstack development, large-scale data stores, data models, and high-throughput infrastructure. As a Senior II, you will be a technical leader within the CXO team: owning complex initiatives end-to-end, raising the architectural and quality bar within your domain, mentoring peers, and partnering with cross teams to drive real customer impact. We're investing heavily in Agentic AI and you'll be a central force in shaping how we build it. If you thrive on technical ownership, have a track record of setting the quality and architecture bar for a team, and are energized by building experiences that bring real value to customers - we'd love to meet you. What You’ll Be Doing • Act as the go-to technical expert across one or more core areas of the CXO platform, setting the standard for code quality, maintainability, and architecture for the team. • Drive technical decision-making on complex, mission-critical systems. Lead design reviews for large-scale initiatives and contribute to all major architectural decisions within your domain. • Own and deliver large, cross-system initiatives, handling open-ended problems with ambiguity. Define key success metrics and measure project impact post-delivery. • Proactively identify and drive improvements to system costs, scale, and operational stability. • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs, document pain points and suggestions, and drive improvements that benefit multiple teams. • Improve team processes: identify gaps in documentation, design/code review practices, and onboarding; propose and lead adoption of improvements. • Think like a product owner: proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience from quality-of-life improvements to impactful new capabilities and bring them to the roadmap. Who Are You? • 7+ years of experience as a software engineer, with deep expertise in full-stack development, including strong command of modern backend technologies (Node.js, TypeScript) and frontend frameworks (e.g., React, Next.js). • Demonstrated track record as a go-to technical expert: you have led complex multi-system initiatives, set architectural standards, and influenced technical direction across teams. • Experience building customer-facing products and working closely with product managers and customer facing stakeholders. You think instinctively about user impact - not just technical correctness. • Hands-on production experience operating data systems at high scale - billions of records. • You are comfortable working with Redis, Kafka, SQS, Elasticsearch, MySQL, and Snowflake. You know how to design efficient data-access layers, work with sharded and partitioned systems, optimize schema and query performance under load, and build reliable ingestion and transformation pipelines. • Strong familiarity with cloud-native environments. AWS experience is a significant advantage. • Experience building products or workflows powered by LLMs or Agentic AI. • Experience enabling and mentoring engineers on your team. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can discuss architecture with engineers, align on roadmap with product managers, and explain tradeoffs to non-technical stakeholders. • Experience using modern AI development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot, or similar to accelerate development and improve quality. • Proven ability to self-manage, work autonomously, and drive projects forward without heavy oversight. It Would be Really Cool if you Also Have: • • Deep experience with designing or maintaining high-scale data pipelines, including streaming, batching, or real-time enrichment workflows. • Experience with micro-services or micro-frontend ecosystem architectures. • Experience leading workshops, sharing knowledge internally, or driving community practices. • Experience participating meaningfully in recruiting - crafting interview questions, conducting technical interviews, and contributing to hiring decisions. You'll need to analyze performance at a granular level, diagnose issues quickly, and identify new opportunities to optimize and scale campaigns. • Creative thinking— guided by data, you'll partner with the Creative team to iterate on high-performing ads, develop new testing frameworks, and push creative strategy forward. • Strategic ownership— you don't just execute campaigns, you own outcomes. You can zoom out to set channel strategy and zoom in to catch the details that make or break performance. • Inquisitive— you challenge the status quo, constantly look for new tactics within existing channels to drive performance, and stay on top of new digital media opportunities and emerging platforms. What's needed: • 5+ years of professional experience managing and scaling paid social campaigns with significant budgets at a global subscription-based or SaaS company, including hands-on, senior-level ownership of Meta and YouTube. • Proven experience managing campaigns across TikTok, LinkedIn, and/or Reddit; experience testing and scaling emerging platforms is a strong plus. • Extensive experience with audience segmentation, personalization, and conversion rate optimization. • A track record of building and running structured testing frameworks (creative, audience, bidding) and translating results into strategy. • Sharp attention to detail across all aspects of campaign management, from setup to reporting. • Strong command of marketing analytics platforms and marketing technology (attribution tools, ad platform reporting, BI tools). • Comfortable leveraging AI tools to speed up analysis, reporting, and day-to-day execution. • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills; comfortable presenting insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders. • You thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and enjoy owning ambiguous, high-impact problems.
