Job Summary We are looking for a Principal Product Manager to lead the Agentic Browser theme for our Prisma Browser product in Tel Aviv. The Prisma Browser team develops the market-leading Secure Enterprise Browser, bringing to market a unique and innovative approach to delivering security and enabling work on any device. The solution, based on a browser, provides zero trust access, data protection, threat prevention and low-level security mechanisms, all coupled with advanced policy and analytics functions for the security admin. AI agents are rapidly becoming active participants in the enterprise - browsing, reading, and taking actions autonomously and on behalf of users. The browser is a core arena where this new agentic activity actually happens, which puts Prisma Browser at the center of one of the most important shifts in enterprise security. We're looking for a Principal Product Manager to own this frontier end-to-end: defining what it means for the enterprise browser to safely enable, govern, and secure AI agents - and to turn that vision into a market-leading product. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for a builder who wants to shape a category, not just a feature. You'll set the strategy, own the roadmap, and drive delivery across your own engineering squad - while serving as the company's go-to expert on agentic browsing and its AI security aspects. More information about Prisma Browser can be found here. Key Responsibilities • Own the strategy and vision for the Agentic Browser initiative - a product theme at the intersection of AI, agents, and enterprise security - and translate it into a compelling, differentiated roadmap. • Define how the enterprise browser enables and secures AI agents - spanning the browser's own AI capabilities, the governance of third-party and desktop agents operating in the browser, and integration with the broader AI-security portfolio. • Research the market, competition, and fast-moving AI/agentic technology landscape to stay ahead of where the industry is heading, and position Prisma Browser as the leader. • Identify and close the emerging security gaps unique to AI and agentic workflows - prompt injection, agent identity and accountability, data exposure, and policy enforcement for non-human actors. • Prioritize features and specify technical requirements. As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead your own organic engineering squad and drive delivery end-to-end. • Partner with product designers to create compelling, intuitive experiences for both end users and security administrators in a domain with little established precedent. • Work with the field and customers to validate direction, gather direct feedback, and learn alongside design partners navigating the same agentic shift. • Be the leading authority on agentic browsing and AI security within the organization - the go-to person for product, field, and leadership. Qualifications • 7+ years of product management experience, including leading complex, ambiguous, 0-to-1 initiatives end-to-end. • Proven ability to own a product area strategically - from vision and market research through specification, delivery, and go-to-market, across both inbound and outbound activities. • Hands-on experience with AI/agentic technologies - building, deploying, securing, or integrating LLM-powered products, AI agents, or agentic infrastructure. • Strong understanding of AI security challenges - such as prompt injection, agent identity and governance, model/content inspection, and the risks introduced when autonomous agents act on a user's behalf - strong advantage. • Experience specifying product features and working closely with engineering teams to deliver them. • Experience working with product designers to shape UI/UX. • Comfort operating at the frontier of a fast-evolving space, with the judgment to make decisions amid ambiguity and incomplete information. • Experience with cybersecurity products - strong advantage. • Computer Science B.Sc., equivalent education, or equivalent military experience required. Our Commitment We’re trailblazers that dream big, take risks, and challenge cybersecurity’s status quo. It’s simple: we can’t accomplish our mission without diverse teams innovating, together. Job Summary As a Senior Software Engineer on the Cortex Platform Application team, you will be a hands-on technical leader responsible for designing, building, and operating critical backend platform services and customer facing features used across Cortex. This role is for an engineer who can combine deep platform/backend expertise with strong ownership, practical execution, and cross-team influence. You will help build scalable and reliable services, guide technical decisions, improve engineering methods, mentor engineers, and raise the quality of how the team designs, ships, documents, tests, and operates its systems. The team owns a broad set of platform capabilities, including areas such as application configuration, dashboards and reporting infrastructure, metrics, multi-tenant and MSSP infrastructure, log forwarding, notifications, auditing, access and permission engines, filtering and querying infrastructure, and other shared application platform domains. We develop customer facing features, as well as internal capabilities serving other development teams within cortex. We are looking for someone who is not only strong technically, but also enjoys being a part of a high-performing team, taking ownership from within, and helping turn strong execution into repeatable engineering practice. A successful candidate will quickly become a trusted part of the team by shipping meaningful work, learning the team's domains, and helping others move faster. Over time, this person will help the team increase delivery capacity while also improving how work is designed, documented, tested, operated, and shared across the organization. The right person will not act as an external advisor or abstract architect. They will join the team's day-to-day work, earn trust through execution, and help create organized technical influence from inside the team. • Design, build, and operate scalable, reliable, and secure backend services for the Cortex Platform. • Act as a hands-on technical leader, writing and reviewing production code for critical platform services. • Lead technical design for complex backend and platform domains, balancing long-term architecture with practical delivery. • Own and improve core platform capabilities used by internal engineering teams and Cortex customers. • Drive operational excellence, including observability, monitoring, alerting, incident response, reliability, and participation in on-call. • Improve engineering methods around documentation, testing, design reviews, ownership models, and production readiness. • Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers through design guidance, code reviews, production work, and day-to-day collaboration. • Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, security experts, QA, DevOps, and other engineering teams. • Help internal customers use platform capabilities correctly by creating clarity, alignment, and practical technical guidance. • Identify gaps in systems, processes, and ownership, and lead improvements without adding unnecessary process or friction. • Contribute to a calm, practical, low-ego engineering culture focused on ownership, execution, and continuous improvement. Qualifications • 5+ years of professional experience in backend/platform software development. • Strong hands-on experience with backend development using languages such as Go, Javascript, C++, C#, Ruby, Python, or similar. • Proven experience designing, building, and operating large-scale distributed systems in production. • Strong understanding of software architecture, data modeling, APIs, reliability, observability, and production operations. • Experience working in cloud-based environments. • Ability to lead technical decisions while staying close to the code and implementation details. • Strong ownership mindset, including accountability for production behavior, quality, and long-term maintainability. • Experience mentoring engineers and raising technical standards within a team. • Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams without relying on authority. • Practical, collaborative, low-ego working style. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with public cloud platforms such as GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD systems, and modern production infrastructure. • Experience building internal platforms, shared services, developer platforms, or application infrastructure. • Experience with multi-tenant systems, permissions, access control, configuration systems, notification systems, auditing, metrics, or reporting infrastructure. • Experience leading cross-team technical initiatives. • Experience improving engineering practices such as testing strategy, documentation, design processes, incident reviews, or ownership models. • Experience in cybersecurity, SaaS platforms, or enterprise-scale backend systems.
