Forward Deployment Creative
Sett · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Description A winning ad could change the trajectory of a mobile game. The only way to consistently find winners is to explore more, faster, and smarter than anyone else. Sett is a UA creative performance platform for mobile gaming. We build agentic AI systems that analyze performance data, generate diverse playable and video ad concepts, deploy them to ad networks, and continuously learn from the results. The full creative loop. Automated, and done better than humans only. Our system doesn't remix templates. It creates fundamentally different creative hypotheses, each one built from real performance signals. Sett is looking for a Forward Deployment Creative to own how AI agents drive creative performance for our partners' games end-to-end - from understanding each game, its players and what wins in its ads, through designing the AI workflows that produce its creatives, to deployment and live playable ads that perform. We're looking for an AI-native builder with deep game dev roots - someone who learns a new pipeline fast, turns repeated work into tools, and doesn’t stop at a demo. You carry every workflow from first prototype all the way to measurable impact in production. Responsibilities • Map how each partner’s creative and UA teams work, and pinpoint where AI will save the most time or lift performance the most. • Design AI workflows for creative and game dev work, and deploy them into Sett’s and the partner’s pipelines. • Turn repeated work into AI tools that make every next project faster. • Own every technical conversation with the partner: the game, the brand, the delivery rules, the pipeline. • Lead each project from discovery to production; say early what cannot be built or will not hold on a device. • Build playables, shaders and tools with AI coding agents. • Own the path to live: game feel, optimization, variations, packaging, analytics and QA. • After launch, measure the real result and keep iterating until it performs. • Raise the technical bar across the team: engines, 3D, technical art, game feel. Requirements • 2–4 years building games or interactive content, with playable ads shipped to live campaigns. • Deep knowledge of the ad networks (AppLovin, Unity, Mintegral, Moloco and others) and their delivery rules: size caps, MRAID, store links, packaging. • Hands-on experience with game engines such as Unity or Unreal Engine. Experience with web game frameworks (PixiJS, Three.js, Cocos) is a plus. • Technical art depth: 3D, shaders, VFX and animation, and the optimization to keep it smooth on low-end devices. • AI-native: you build every day with AI coding agents and generative tools, and you have built tools or workflows other people use. • A true AI enthusiast: you follow every new model and tool, try it the week it ships, and know what is ready for production. • A strong eye for game feel: you know what makes a playable fun in the first five seconds. • Partner-facing: you can run a technical conversation with a game studio’s production and UA teams, and say early, with a reason, what will not work. • You read performance data and know what to change next. • Excellent written and spoken English for working with global partners.
