Senior AI Developer
BlackEdge Labs · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About BlackEdge Labs BlackEdge Labs is the technology and innovation arm of BlackEdge, a growing publicly traded financial group operating across mortgages, payments, and corporate financing. We build the software, data, AI, and digital platforms that support the Group's operations, growth, and future financial solutions, combining deep technological expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach. About the role We're looking for a Senior AI Developer to join BlackEdge Labs and build the LLM-powered products and agentic systems that run in production across the Group. The role is centered on applied AI engineering: designing and shipping agents, RAG pipelines, and tool-calling workflows; building the evaluation, guardrail, and observability layers that make them reliable in a regulated environment; and driving an AI-assisted engineering lifecycle in which coding agents are a core part of how we build software. This is a hands-on, applied engineering role — you'll write production Python, own features end-to-end, and set the standard for how AI is built and used across our engineering teams. It is not a research or data-science position. What you'll be doing Designing, building, and deploying LLM-powered capabilities — agents, RAG, tool calling, structured extraction, and workflow integrations — using Python, FastAPI, LangGraph, and Azure. Building evaluation suites, guardrails, and observability for LLM systems: measuring output quality, catching regressions, and optimizing cost and latency. Owning product features end-to-end — from requirements and technical design through implementation, code review, testing, and production rollout — using AI coding agents throughout the workflow. Designing and maintaining internal AI development tooling: coding-agent skills and plugins, AI-assisted development pipelines, and standards for reviewing, testing, and securing AI-generated code. Leading technical design reviews and architectural decisions for agentic and distributed systems. Building the event-driven backend services these capabilities run on, with the resilience, observability, and security required in a regulated financial environment. Working closely with Product and business stakeholders to translate requirements into well-scoped AI solutions. Mentoring engineers on effective and responsible use of AI throughout the development process. What you'll need 4–5 years of hands-on backend / software engineering experience, including real production experience building LLM-powered systems. Strong proficiency in Python and experience building scalable, resilient, and secure APIs and services. Production experience with LLM APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, or similar): tool calling, structured outputs, prompt design, cost and latency optimization. Hands-on experience building agents with LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, or a similar agent framework. Experience designing and implementing RAG pipelines — chunking, embeddings, vector search (pgvector, Azure AI Search, or similar), and retrieval quality tuning. Experience evaluating LLM systems: building eval sets, measuring output quality, and catching regressions before production. Hands-on experience using AI coding agents (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) in production codebases, including reviewing and correcting AI-generated code. Working knowledge of asynchronous processing, event-driven architecture, and cloud/DevOps practices (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring). Strong security and compliance awareness — PII handling, secrets management, and auditability — including as applied to LLM inputs and outputs. Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions with technical and business stakeholders. Strong communication skills in Hebrew and English. Nice to have Experience with multi-agent systems, MCP, or building internal developer tooling, SDKs, or platform capabilities. Experience with fine-tuning, model routing, or running open-weight models. Experience with elastic, PostgreSQL, and message brokers such as Azure Service Bus. Experience in FinTech, lending, real-estate underwriting, or another regulated environment. Experience with Hebrew/RTL document processing or OCR pipelines. M.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Ready to build AI-powered products and development capabilities that shape how software is built across a growing publicly traded financial group? We'd love to meet you. This is a full-time, office-based position at our Tel Aviv office. The position is open to candidates of all genders.

DevOps, Security & GRC Engineer
BlackEdge Labs · Tel Aviv-Yafo

About BlackEdge Labs BlackEdge Labs is the technology and innovation arm of BlackEdge, a growing publicly traded financial group operating across mortgages, payments, and corporate financing. We build the software, data, AI, and digital platforms that support the Group's operations, growth, and future financial solutions, combining deep technological expertise with a practical, business-oriented approach. About the role We're looking for a DevOps, Security & GRC Engineer: a hands-on DevOps engineer who owns the security and compliance layer of our cloud platform. This is a DevOps role first. You'll build and run infrastructure as code, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud environments on Azure, and use that foundation to turn security policy and regulatory requirements into enforced, measurable, continuously monitored controls. You'll work closely with the CISO, the organization's GRC stakeholders, and the engineering teams, bridging platform engineering and governance. The goal: every environment deployed from code, every security baseline enforced automatically, and a reliable, real-time, organization-wide view of security and compliance posture. What you'll be doing DevOps and platform engineering Own infrastructure as code on Azure: design, build, and maintain Terraform modules, state management, and multi-environment deployments (dev / test / prod). Build and operate CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps, including automated infrastructure deployment and approval gates between environments. Work GitOps-style: every infrastructure change goes through Git, pull requests, and code review, with continuous drift detection against deployed resources. Run and improve production cloud environments: networking, containers, observability, and reliability. Security engineering (DevSecOps) Enforce security baselines at deployment time with Azure Policy definitions, Terraform guardrails, and pipeline templates. Build security into the pipelines: secret, dependency, container, and IaC scanning, with findings blocking promotion between environments. Harden identities and access: RBAC, least privilege, PIM/PAM, service accounts, and workload identities, monitored against approved baselines. Define security baselines for Azure, Microsoft 365, SaaS applications, data protection, network, and endpoints. GRC and compliance automation Translate security policies and regulatory requirements into measurable technical controls. Develop API-based automations and integrations that collect evidence from security systems into a centralized control platform, and build and operate that platform's own infrastructure. Continuously monitor policy compliance, detect gaps between policy and implementation in real time, and track remediation with system owners. Build KPIs, KRIs, and management dashboards that give leadership a reliable, organization-wide view of security and compliance posture. What you'll need At least 4 years of hands-on DevOps or Cloud Engineering experience, building and running production cloud infrastructure. This is a must; the role is built on it. Strong Terraform experience: module design, state management, and multi-environment deployments. Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps, including automated deployment of cloud infrastructure. Experience operating production environments in Azure (preferred), AWS, or GCP, including cloud networking, containers, and application security. Proven Python development experience, plus PowerShell or Bash scripting, and experience with REST APIs and system integrations. Hands-on identity and access management: RBAC, least privilege, PIM, PAM, and access governance. Security engineering experience: cloud security baselines, security scanning in pipelines, and DevSecOps tooling. A solid understanding of security controls, governance, compliance, and risk management (GRC), and the ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into measurable technical controls. Nice to have Microsoft stack: Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph API, Defender, Sentinel, Azure Policy, and Azure Landing Zones. DevSecOps tooling such as Defender for Cloud, GitHub Advanced Security, Checkov, tfsec, or Trivy. GitOps experience (Flux or Argo CD) and running Kubernetes / AKS in production. CSPM/SSPM platforms or Identity Governance solutions such as Entra ID Governance, SailPoint, or Saviynt. Development experience in C#/.NET or Java. Familiarity with SOC operations, data protection and DLP, network security, or endpoint security. Certifications such as HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate, AZ-400, or AZ-500. Experience in a financial or regulated environment. Ready to build the technology layer that connects security policy, regulation, and security systems within a growing publicly traded financial group? We'd love to meet you. This is a full-time, office-based position at our Tel Aviv office. The position is open to candidates of all genders.

GTM Lead
Anyray · Tel Aviv-Yafo

You'll work straight with the founders and own how Anyray sells. Half the week you're in deals, the other half building the machine behind them. The role Every LLM call carries tokens that don't need to be there, and the provider bills for all of them. Anyray sits between a company's users and the models and takes that waste out as the request goes through. The result is usually up to 60% off the inference bill with no change in output, and every saved token accounted for. It runs inside the customer's own cloud, so nothing leaves their network, works with whatever provider and model they already use, and goes in within minutes. What you'll do Build your own pipeline. That means targeted outbound to engineering and platform leaders, starting in the Israeli ecosystem and moving into the US. Run deals start to finish: demo the product, handle the technical conversation yourself, and carry evaluations through to a signature. Own the GTM engine: the outbound, the deal process, the playbooks, the collateral. Get Anyray in front of the right people, on LinkedIn, at meetups and events, and through customers who'll vouch for us. Grow into leading the whole GTM function. The motion you build is the one you'll run. Who you are You know how to create your own momentum and don't wait to be handed a process. You've sold into the US market and are comfortable running those cycles remotely. You generate your own pipeline. Outbound is just how you work. You're technical enough to sell infrastructure without an SE in the room. You get LLMs, tokens and cloud deployment well enough to hold your own with a VP of Engineering. You want to build the function, not just hit a number, but you still love the close. Bonus points An existing network among engineering and platform leaders in Israeli tech. You've sold devtools, cloud, or AI infrastructure before. Why this role Full ownership of revenue and the motion behind it, a direct line to the founders, and a mandate that grows with everything you close. How to apply If that's you, email [email protected] and tell us about the hardest deal you've had to close.

Software Engineer, Anyray Connect
Anyray · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We're hiring a software engineer to own Anyray Connect. It runs on every developer's laptop at our customers and puts their AI coding tools on our gateway. One product, one owner. The role Anyray cuts the cost of every LLM request a company makes. The gateway is the server side. Connect is the client side, and it's the part developers actually see. Connect is a Node CLI and a signed tray app for macOS, Windows and Linux. It points a developer's AI coding tools at our gateway by writing each vendor's own config, signs them in, keeps their credentials fresh, and repairs itself when something drifts. For IT, it ships the artifacts they need to roll it out across a fleet. It's real, it's shipping, and customers are using it. You'd own it. What makes it hard You can't SSH into a developer's laptop. You can't undo their OS update. The apps you write into ship new builds without warning you. Every install is someone's work machine. A bad write doesn't just fail a deploy, it stops someone from working. Connect also does a lot of what malware does. It installs persistence, reads the login Keychain, writes into other apps' config, survives their updates, and heals when something removes it. The difference is that all of it is signed, visible, reversible, and agreed to up front. This is user space rather than kernel, and TypeScript rather than C++. It's still system-level work, and it isn't an IT or helpdesk job. What you'll do Own Connect. The CLI, the tray app, updates, docs, and what ships next. Write into other apps' config without breaking them. Back up what you touch, roll back cleanly, and never leave someone's setup worse than you found it. Keep up with vendors. Config shapes change under us. Check before writing, and fall back to a manual path instead of guessing. Stay clear of antivirus. Persistence and credential helpers are exactly what EDR watches for. Measure what actually trips a scanner instead of assuming. Ship for managed fleets. Profiles, policy, credential helpers, and silent rollout. That's what an admin needs to push this to a few hundred laptops at once. Make it debuggable from far away. Health checks, repair commands, and diagnostics that carry metadata only. Never prompts, never keys. What you need Strong TypeScript, and a few years of shipping code you still owned afterwards. You've shipped client-side software onto machines you couldn't reach: a desktop app, CLI, agent, installer, or IDE extension. You're careful with other people's state: atomic writes, idempotency, and a clean rollback when something fails halfway. You'll pick up the Windows bug, not just the Mac one. You write tests, and you can debug from logs and a screenshot with no shell on the box. You already build with AI coding tools. Nice to have MDM experience with Jamf, Intune, Group Policy, or configuration profiles. You've reverse-engineered a closed app's config to find a safe place to write. You've shipped a signed desktop app, with notarization, Authenticode, Tauri or Electron. You've got software cleared through Defender, SmartScreen, or Gatekeeper. Packaging and self-update experience. Rust. Handy for the tray, but we'll teach you. How to apply Apply here or email [email protected]. Tell us about something you shipped onto machines you didn't control, and what broke.

Staff Software Engineer
Anyray · Tel Aviv-Yafo

We're hiring a staff software engineer to build and own the systems that run Anyray's optimizer on real enterprise traffic. This is production-grade work on the hot path of every LLM request. The role Anyray is a self-hosted, pre-model middleware that optimizes the cost and performance of every LLM request. That optimization lives across every layer of a request: input, context, tool output, files, dev commands, and caching. It's a hands-on engineering role. You own real production systems end to end, and you're on the hook for their latency, reliability, and correctness under real customer load. Why this role LLM optimization is a young field with no settled playbook, so the optimizations you invent here are genuinely new, and they ship into production rather than a paper. And they matter: real enterprises run enormous volumes of LLM traffic and feel every wasted token, so the work you do lands on live customer requests and solves a problem they actually have. It's about as close to the frontier, and as close to the product, as engineering gets. What you'll do Invent and ship optimizations. Design new strategies across every layer of a request: prompt and context compression, tool pruning, file and dev-command trimming, semantic caching, cache-prefix stabilization. Then take them all the way to the hot path. Each one has to cut tokens on real traffic without degrading output. Prove every win. Build the evals and the token/quality instrumentation that separate a genuine saving from a plausible-sounding one. An optimization only ships when the numbers back it. Live in the caching trade-offs. Provider prompt caches only pay off on byte-stable prefixes, and a naive rewrite can cost more than it saves. A lot of the job is knowing exactly when an optimization actually wins: deterministic transforms, per-session decision pins, semantic dedup. Build and own the gateway that runs them. The real-time proxy that carries production LLM traffic, with streaming, retries and backpressure, executing every optimization on the live request path. Keep it fast and deploy anywhere. Defend a tight latency budget on the hot path, and package the whole thing so it installs cleanly into any customer's cloud, whether that's AWS, GCP, Azure, containers or Kubernetes, and upgrades without drama. Own systems end to end. From first commit to code serving live customer traffic, plus the spend-visibility and governance product built on top, with a direct line to the founders. What we're looking for You've built and run backend or infrastructure systems in production, owned them end to end, and care about latency, correctness, and observability. You're comfortable in the request hot path. Concurrency, streaming, tail latency and failure modes are things you reason about by default. You've shipped to cloud environments and can build something that installs cleanly in someone else's. You're strong in TypeScript/Node, which is our stack, or fluent enough in a systems language that picking it up is quick. You already build AI-native. Coding agents and LLM tooling are part of how you ship. You understand, or want to go deep on, LLMs, tokens, and how model APIs actually behave. Nice to have You've built proxies, gateways, or high-throughput streaming and networking systems. Experience with LLM inference, model APIs, or ML infrastructure. You've packaged software for customer self-hosting, with Helm, operators or air-gapped installs. You've been early at a company before and liked it. How to apply If this sounds like you, email [email protected]. Tell us about a system you built and owned end to end, or a nasty production problem you tracked down and fixed.

Query Infra Team Lead
Zafran Security · Tel Aviv-Yafo

Zafran is building the next generation of vulnerability and risk management. Our platform brings together security, asset, vulnerability, exposure, and business context from many systems — then turns that data into clear investigation, prioritization, and action. We’re creating a new Query Infra to own the investigation infrastructure of Zafran’s data layer for the Platform. This team will take over the infrastructure behind our investigation databases and search capabilities. Data Infra will own the foundations behind Zafran’s data layer: infrastructure, modeling, performance, reliability, and query capabilities on top of our investigation databases. Other product and engineering teams will build customer-facing experiences, workflows, dashboards, and insights on top of the capabilities this team provides. We’re looking for an experienced Query Infra Team Lead to build and lead this team — someone who comes from deep data infrastructure, analytical databases, search infrastructure, and large-scale querying, and who wants to shape one of the most important technical foundations of Zafran’s platform. About Zafran: Our Mission: To stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities, everywhere. What makes us different: Zafran de-risks 90% of critical vulnerabilities overnight across your hybrid environment and utilizes Agentic Capabilities and your existing security tools to rapidly mitigate and remediate the 10% most likely to be exploited. Who’s behind us: Zafran is backed by Menlo Ventures, Sequoia Capital, Cyberstarts, and a deep belief that cybersecurity should move as fast as attackers do. We’re one of the fastest-growing companies in the industry, scaling to meet demand from the world’s most advanced, security-obsessed organizations. We’re serious about our mission- so expect work that matters, teammates who challenge and inspire you, and plenty of fun along the way! What you’ll do • Create, build and lead Zafran’s Data Infra team from the ground up. • Own the infrastructure of Zafran’s investigation data layer for the Platform. • Turn Zafran’s investigation infrastructure into a dedicated, well-defined platform capability. • Design and evolve the data models, schemas, indexing strategies, and query patterns that power Zafran’s investigation databases. • Lead the architecture, operation, and scaling of the databases and search infrastructure that power investigation, analytics, and query use cases across the platform. • Partner closely with Product, Backend, DevOps, Security Research, and customer-facing engineering teams to define clear boundaries, contracts, and data-layer APIs. • Make the data layer reliable, observable, cost-efficient, and performant across many tenants and large volumes of security data. • Set engineering standards for schema design, data modeling, query optimization, migrations, backfills, and data-quality monitoring. • Mentor engineers, review technical designs, and raise the bar for how Zafran builds and operates data infrastructure. • Stay hands-on: this is a leadership role for someone who can still go deep into architecture, production issues, performance bottlenecks, and complex queries. What you bring • 4+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Engineering Manager of a data infrastructure, platform, backend infrastructure, or database-oriented team. • 4+ years of hands-on experience with large-scale analytical databases, data platforms, or search infrastructure. • Deep understanding of data modeling, query optimization, indexing, partitioning, storage layouts, and performance tradeoffs. • Production experience with ClickHouse, Elasticsearch, or similar systems (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, OpenSearch). • Strong backend fundamentals and the ability to design reliable, scalable, observable, and maintainable systems. • Experience running data systems in production: monitoring, incident response, capacity planning, cost management, migrations, and backfills. • Ability to define clean interfaces between platform teams and product teams. • A leadership style that combines technical depth, ownership, mentorship, and cross-team collaboration. • Comfort in a fast-moving startup where the team is still being shaped. Nice to have • Hands-on ClickHouse experience in production. • Hands-on ElasticSearch experience in production. • Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data architectures. • Experience with streaming or event-driven ingestion pipelines, including Kafka or similar technologies. • Background in cybersecurity, vulnerability management, exposure management, CTEM, SIEM, EDR, CNAPP, CSPM, or related security-data domains. • Experience building a new team, owning a platform capability, or extracting infrastructure ownership from a product team. • Experience supporting analytical or investigation-heavy product use cases. Why this role matters Zafran’s product depends on making complex security data usable, searchable, explainable, and actionable. The Data Infra team will own the technical layer that makes this possible. This is a chance to define how Zafran models and queries investigation data, how our product teams consume it, and how our platform scales as customer data grows. You’ll be joining at the moment where the data layer becomes a dedicated platform discipline — and you’ll have the opportunity to shape both the architecture and the team behind it.

Senior Software Engineer – Remediation Workflows

Zafran's ServiceNow application is on the ServiceNow Store and is how a large part of our enterprise customer base experiences our product day to day. It has been built and maintained by an external partner; we are bringing it in-house. You would be the first ServiceNow engineer at Zafran and the owner of that application end to end — architecture, roadmap, code, certification, releases, and customer escalations. This is a product engineering role, not a platform administration or consulting role. You are not implementing ServiceNow for internal users; you are shipping a certified commercial application that installs into instances you do not control, at organizations whose configurations and data volumes you cannot predict. The work is substantially independent, with real ownership over technical direction, and sits close to both our product team and our customers' security operations teams About Zafran: Our Mission: To stop the exploitation of vulnerabilities, everywhere. What makes us different: Zafran de-risks 90% of critical vulnerabilities overnight across your hybrid environment and utilizes Agentic Capabilities and your existing security tools to rapidly mitigate and remediate the 10% most likely to be exploited. What you'll own • The integration between Zafran's platform and ServiceNow, end to end: data ingestion, correlation of findings to configuration items, remediation workflows, and bidirectional sync • Architecture, development, and maintenance of the backend services behind the integration, built for scale: millions of records, partial failures, rate limits, and retries • Architecture, development, and maintenance of Zafran's scoped ServiceNow application • New capabilities on top of ServiceNow's security and CMDB modules, from design through customer POCs to release • Technical escalations from customers' ServiceNow administrators: joining calls, debugging in their environments, and turning what you find into fixes and product improvements • The technical side of pre-sales conversations when a prospect's ServiceNow team has hard questions • The ServiceNow Store certification and release cycle, with the support of the team • Versioning and upgrade paths: shipping new versions without breaking existing customers, including migration logic where the data model changes • Automated testing, source control, and release engineering for the application • Close collaboration with external development partners where relevant • Growing Remediation Workflows beyond ServiceNow as the role evolves Required • 5+ years of hands-on experience in backend development in a product R&D team, with languages such as Golang, Python, Java, JavaScript, or C/C++ • Hands-on development experience on ServiceNow: server-side scripting, integrations, scoped applications • Experience building and running production systems at scale: services, data pipelines, and integrations with third-party systems • Defensive engineering instincts for code that runs in environments you cannot inspect - unknown customizations, unexpected data volumes, partial failures, rate limits, and retries • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies as needed • Strong problem-solving, sense of ownership and communication skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment • 5+ years of experience, in at least 2 positions • Mentality of a team player, with a capability to see the big picture, and use it to focus on critical detail • Capability and will to take responsibility and have a deep influence • Clear written and verbal communication with customers' technical teams Strongly preferred • Experience shipping an application to the ServiceNow Store and taking it through certification • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Vulnerability Response or Security Operations - particularly third-party integrations built on the VR integration framework • CMDB knowledge, including CI identification and reconciliation (IRE) • IntegrationHub, Scripted REST APIs, Flow Designer • Experience with source control and automated testing (ATF) for ServiceNow applications • Golang • Certified Application Developer (CAD) Nice to have • Security background more broadly - vulnerability management, exposure management, or SOC workflows • Service Graph Connectors • MID Server architecture, especially for customers with on-premises or network-restricted deployments • Experience with domain-separated instances as a deployment target (MSPs and large enterprises may install our app; it needs to behave correctly there)
