Our work is fueled by a deep understanding of customer needs, driving us to deliver unparalleled solutions in this revolutionary field. We are looking for a highly experienced Architecture Prototyping Engineer to join our R&D team and turn early-stage architectural concepts into working proof by creating or modifying any or many layers in a system (HW to Cloud). Description Quantum Machines is a global leader in control systems for quantum computing, scaling from individual qubits to arrays of thousands. We're looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to drive the technical direction of our core backend layer and lead the engineers building it. The systems you'll own handle bursty, high-throughput workloads: thousands of requests per second, strict latency requirements, distributed coordination, hard concurrency problems. You'll shape the architecture, review the designs, and still write the code. What Makes This Role Different Our backend team is the orchestration layer between: • Hardware control systems (C++) • Client-exposed SDK (Python) • Reporting and management system (Go) • Business logic (Java/Kotlin + Spring) As Tech Lead, you're the technical anchor of that layer. When teams disagree on where a boundary belongs, you drive the decision. When a design has a flaw nobody's spotted, you catch it. When the hardest problem lands, you're close enough to the code to pick it up yourself. Requirements Requirements • 8+ years building backend systems in Java/Kotlin, including experience leading the technical work of a team • You still write code, and you're good at it - this is not a management-only role • Deep concurrency expertise: race conditions, lock ordering, async patterns - and you can teach others to reason about them • Architecture at system scale: throughput, distributed coordination, performance trade-offs • Design review leadership: you can take apart a design constructively and propose one that will hold • A track record of mentoring engineers who got better because of you • You treat code quality as a system property, building the standards and culture that sustain it Strong Plus • Spring experience • gRPC-based communication • Python programming • Experience in polyglot environments • AI coding agent experience, with opinions on how a team should use them well • Experience with real-time, low-latency, or hardware-adjacent systems You'll Thrive Here If You • Lead through reasoning, not title • Ask questions when requirements are unclear, rather than guessing • Know when to insist on "right" vs. "good enough to ship" • Give direct, kind feedback • Communicate clearly, including to non-backend audiences

Description Description Join Lumia, backed by Team8 and NewEra, and help us solve the next generation of AI security challenges at scale. Our product combines AI, security, high-performance networking and distributed systems. You'll design and build core services across our platform, and your networking and infrastructure experience will help us build fast, reliable and secure systems. Life at Lumia We're a small, early-stage team that takes the work seriously but not ourselves. We move fast, argue about architecture over lunch, celebrate wins together and help each other when things break. Everyone here has a real say, good ideas win no matter who they come from, and you'll see your work in production quickly. If you love hard technical problems and want to have fun solving them with people you like, you'll fit right in. What you'll do • Design, build and own backend services and microservices across the Lumia platform • Work on network-facing components, including proxies and traffic handling, with a focus on performance, reliability and security • Help shape our architecture, infrastructure and cloud deployment • Debug and optimize complex systems, from application code down to the network level • Work closely with product and research to turn AI security ideas into production features Requirements Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on software development, preferably in Go • Strong experience with microservices and cloud-native applications • Background in high-scale, low-latency distributed systems with a focus on performance • Solid understanding of networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, L4-L7, DNS, HTTP/1.1, HTTP/2 and TLS • Hands-on experience building or extending proxies (forward, reverse or transparent) or other traffic-handling services • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and cloud networking (VPCs, load balancers) • Quick learner who does well in a fast-paced, changing environment • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership • A positive team player Advantages • Experience with Envoy, NGINX, HAProxy, Squid or similar proxy technologies • Background in network security products such as SASE/SSE, SWG, firewalls, IPS/IDS or CASB • Experience with TLS inspection, certificate handling or encrypted traffic analysis • Low-level networking experience: Linux kernel networking, eBPF, iptables/nftables • AI and LLM experience, with an understanding of real-world applications • Event-driven architecture experience (Kafka, RabbitMQ, NATS) • Understanding of security best practices and compliance for cloud systems
Description We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer to join our engineering team. We work in Python and TypeScript across the whole product — data pipelines and backend services, APIs and integrations, and the interfaces our users work in every day. We don't split the team into front-end and back-end: you'll take a problem and follow it wherever it leads, and we'll shape the balance around what you're strongest at and what you want to grow into. This is a role for someone who wants real ownership over what they build — from the first design conversation through to production and the metrics that tell you it's working. What you will do • Design and build features end to end in Python and TypeScript — from data model through service layer to the user-facing experience • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and integrations with customer environments and external security tools • Work with data at scale: ingesting, normalizing, and structuring information from diverse and messy third-party sources • Turn complex data into interfaces that make a security analyst's job obvious rather than harder • Take part in architectural decisions and shape how the product and the codebase evolve • Own your work end to end — design, implementation, testing, rollout, and monitoring • Work directly with product and design in short cycles, with real users close by Requirements What we're looking for • B.Sc. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience building and shipping production systems • Strong proficiency in Python and TypeScript (or strong depth in one and real fluency in the other) • Solid engineering fundamentals — data modeling, API design, testing, and a feel for what makes systems maintainable • Experience with cloud environments • Strong problem-solving skills, a real sense of ownership, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced startup • A team player with a big-picture perspective who still sweats the critical details • Excellent communication and collaboration skills Nice to have • Experience with cybersecurity products, vulnerability management, or network security • Experience building data pipelines or working with large-scale data processing • Experience with building AI systems or ML/data science systems • Familiarity with modern front-end frameworks (React or similar) • Experience with high-scale, high-concurrency systems • Experience at an early-stage startup
Description We’re a stealth-mode startup backed by Team8 and founded by AI industry leaders. We’re building the trust platform for AI agents, delivering evaluation, guardrails and continuous optimization through simulation that make agent reliability as systematic, predictable, and iterative as modern CI/CD engineering. We’re at the forefront of a new engineering discipline, and we’re building an exceptional team to match. About the Role We’re hiring our first dedicated Marketing Lead. We’ve already built an initial demand gen engine, you’ll take ownership of it, sharpen it, and scale it into a full function, while also owning product marketing end to end. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, someone who can personally write, ship, and measure marketing, not just direct it. You’ll build on an early foundation rather than start from a blank page, with a rigorous, hypothesis-driven approach to everything you run. What You’ll Do • Take ownership of the demand generation engine we’ve started building, sharpen, systematize, and scale it across the right channels, campaigns, and audiences. • Lead product marketing end to end: positioning, messaging, narrative, and go-to-market foundations. • Translate complex product capabilities into sharp, technically credible value propositions for enterprise buyers and technical audiences across Dev Tools, Infrastructure, and AI. • Personally write high-quality technical content, blog posts, technical explainers, website copy, decks, one-pagers, and sales enablement materials, that reads as credible to engineers, not just marketers. • Build and run outbound and growth campaigns, from strategy and messaging through execution, analysis, and optimization. • Design and run structured A/B tests across messaging, campaigns, and channels; track metrics rigorously and iterate based on evidence. • Engage directly and authentically in developer and technical communities, Reddit, Hacker News, X/Twitter, Discord, GitHub, to build organic credibility, awareness, and inbound demand. • Partner closely with product and engineering to sharpen narrative, refine positioning, and bring new capabilities to market effectively. • Build the marketing foundations, systems, and operating rhythm needed to scale a category-defining company, including a point of view on what to build in-house vs. via freelancers/agencies as the team grows. Requirements What We’re Looking For • 5+ years building and scaling marketing at an early-stage (seed/Series A) startup, ideally as employee #1 or #2 in marketing. • Strong B2B SaaS background specifically in AI, Dev Tools, Infrastructure, or other deeply technical products, not primarily consumer or generalist SaaS. • Proven ability to personally write clear, technically credible content, this is a hands-on writing role, not a strategy-and-oversight role. • Direct experience building organic reach and credibility in developer/technical communities (Reddit, Hacker News, X, Discord, GitHub). • Clear track record in demand generation and product marketing for enterprise customers. • Strong understanding of enterprise buying motions, outbound strategy, and performance-driven marketing. • Methodical, data-driven operating style, comfortable designing experiments, tracking funnel metrics, and making decisions from evidence rather than opinion. • Hands-on experience with A/B testing, messaging optimization, funnel analysis, and campaign analytics. • Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills. • Strategic, highly operational, and comfortable operating in ambiguity. • Builder mindset, able to create structure, momentum, and results in a zero-to-one environment. Nice to Have • Prior experience in AI/ML, security, or evaluation/observability tooling. • Technical background (CS degree, former engineer, or technical PM) that lets you go deep with product and engineering. • Experience hiring and standing up a marketing team as the company scales.
