We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for the healthcare industry: health insurers and payers, hospitals and provider networks, and the platforms that sit between them. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable healthcare solutions: products that solve a specific business problem for a payer or a provider and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for healthcare organizations. As one of the first Vertical PMs, you will turn this field experience into a catalog of solutions that sales can pitch from the first meeting, and that our deployment teams can take to production faster each time. You will work closely with country GMs, Deployment Strategists, FDEs, HQ product groups, R&D and marketing. Healthcare has the highest stakes and the least room for a wrong answer of any industry we sell into. A member asking what their cover actually includes, a patient trying to move an appointment, a family trying to understand a bill. Solutions here have to be accurate, careful with patient data, and know exactly when to hand the conversation to a person. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's healthcare solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog across payers and providers. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for healthcare customers, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior payer and provider buyers. • Build a deep understanding of payer and provider operations, buyer needs, regulation and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Set the patient privacy, accuracy and human-handover bar that a payer or a provider will accept, together with R&D, security and legal, and define how a solution integrates with the clinical and administrative systems a customer already runs. • Own the market rollout for each solution: which countries it enters and in what order, what has to change for it to work in each one, and how we grow penetration from there. A solution is judged by its total across every market, not by a single deal. • Lead a cross-functional team of engineers and designers from discovery to production, while maintaining team health. • Define and track the metrics that show each solution is working, and communicate progress to leadership. • Operate independently, think strategically and communicate clearly with executive and technical audiences. Who You Are • 5+ years of product management, solutions or strategy experience in B2B or enterprise software. • Experience building products for healthcare payers, providers or health technology companies, or working inside one. • Experience taking a product from customer discovery to repeatable sales. • Experience working closely with engineering, sales and customer-facing teams. • Experience presenting to and influencing senior executives. • AI-native PM with demonstrated ability to use AI tools to build prototypes and demos, and to redesign workflows. Advantages • Experience with AI agents, LLM-based products or workflow automation. • Experience in a pre-sales, solutions or forward-deployed role. • Knowledge of core healthcare processes, such as benefits and eligibility, claims and billing, scheduling and patient intake, or care navigation. • Familiarity with the clinical and administrative systems that healthcare organizations already run. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. We are looking for a Vertical Product Manager to own Wonderful's solutions for travel, transportation and hospitality: airlines, hotel groups, rail and ground transport, car rental, cruise, and travel technology. This role is responsible for the strategy, roadmap and go-to-market of repeatable solutions for these industries: products that solve a specific business problem for a travel operator and that we can sell and deploy again and again, in every country we work in. Our teams in the field already build valuable agents for travel and hospitality customers. This vertical has two modes and a solution has to do both. On a normal day the job is commercial: bookings, changes, upgrades and extras. On a bad day, a cancelled flight or a storm, thousands of people need to be rebooked in the same hour and the agent is the only thing that can absorb the volume. A solution that only works on a quiet day will not be bought. What You'll Do • Drive the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Wonderful's travel, transportation and hospitality solutions, from the first solutions to a full catalog. • Identify the highest-value repeatable solutions, using what we have already built for customers in these industries, input from the field and market research. • Convert repeated customer needs into productized solutions rather than one-off builds, in partnership with HQ product groups and R&D. • Own the full solution offering for go-to-market, including demos, pricing, business case and reference deployments, so that solutions win deals in pre-sale. • Partner with marketing and sales on positioning, sales enablement and conversations with senior travel and hospitality buyers. • Build a deep understanding of airline, hotel and transport operations, buyer needs, seasonality and competitors, and use it to shape priorities. • Design for both modes of this industry, the growth day and the disruption day, and define how each is measured. Set what the solution must do when volume spikes and plans have to be rewritten at once. • Experience building products for airlines, hotels, transport operators or travel technology companies, or working inside one. • Knowledge of core travel processes and systems, such as reservations and booking, changes and cancellations, disruption handling and rebooking, loyalty programs, or property and fleet operations. • Experience with a product that had to hold up during a demand spike or a service failure. • Experience working across several countries or markets, or in a fast-growing startup. About The Role You sit inside a product group and own its go-to-market from 0 to 1. You work with the field on the first customers, learn how to sell this product, and turn that into a playbook the whole org can use. What You'll Do • Build the playbook. Define how we sell your product: buyer personas, value proposition, use cases, demo story, positioning and messaging, and pilot structure. Work with the Head of Commercialization on pricing and packaging. • Go 0 to 1 with the field. Join the first deals. Run discovery, shape the demo around the customer's business case, and test the playbook in real conversations. Scout for design partners for new capabilities. • Design pilots that succeed. Set the scope, success criteria and business impact story for each POC. Spot risks early and run root cause analysis when a pilot gets stuck. • Hand it over to scale. Make what works easy for other teams, inside Wonderful and at the customer, to run without you. You own the content, they own the rollout. • Feed the product. Turn what you hear from customers into clear, prioritized input for PM and engineering. • Expand into target regions. Identify the local subject matter capabilities required and recruit local talent. What You Bring • 4+ years in a technical, customer-facing role at a product company: solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical product management, or technical BD. • You're a builder. You can put together an agent, connect APIs and debug a demo in front of a customer. • Commercial instinct. You can run a business requirements discussion, build a business case, and know why pilots and deals get stuck. • You can talk to a CTO and to a business buyer in the same meeting. • Excellent written and spoken English. You present daily. • Based in Tel Aviv, happy to travel. Strong Plus • You've shipped LLM-based agents to production (prompting, tool use, evals). • You've taken a product from its first customers to a repeatable motion. • You've built playbooks that other teams use, for example deployment, onboarding or change management. • Exposure to pricing or enterprise sales cycles. What Success Looks Like • A proven playbook for your product: personas, value proposition, demo story and pilot structure, tested with real customers. • Other teams run the playbook without you: the field, DS and FDEs, and customer teams. • Demo-to-POC conversion and POC success rate in your group are up. • A pricing and packaging proposal for your product is live. • PM gets a steady, useful flow of customer input. Job Description You'll be a senior engineer on a deliberately flat, entrepreneurial team. Day to day you'll design and build agentic AI systems - agents, workflows, the orchestration layer that ties them together, and the infrastructure that makes all of it reliable at scale. This is hands-on building, not oversight. What you'll do • Design and build agentic workflows and the AI systems behind them - agents, the orchestration layer, and the infrastructure that runs them reliably • Take significant, ambiguous areas of the system and drive them from rough idea to working capability • Help scale the platform from a first working workflow to something used across the marketing organization • Contribute to evaluation, quality, and reliability - making sure systems don't just run, but run well • Work directly with the people who'll use what we build, and translate their needs into systems Qualifications • Substantial software engineering experience, with a track record of building and shipping complex systems • Hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems - this is a requirement, not a nice-to-have. We’re looking for someone who has designed agent workflows, wrestled with prompts and context, handled the failure modes, and shipped something real • Strong product instincts: comfortable with ambiguity, able to define a problem before solving it, and opinionated about what's worth building • Comfort working in a small, flat, fast-moving team where you set much of your own direction • The ability to communicate clearly with non-technical partners across marketing Nice to have: • Experience with orchestration frameworks for agentic systems (e.g. LangGraph or similar) • Experience with evaluation frameworks, RAG, or working with knowledge bases at scale • Familiarity with the marketing domain, or a genuine interest in it • Experience taking a system from early prototype to broad organizational adoption Additional Information We're a small, fast-moving team building the AI systems that are changing how Wix's marketing organization works. Our goal is to take Wix marketing into the agentic era, where marketers are supported end-to-end by AI that carries real work from start to finish. This is a rare chance to build agentic AI that's actually in production and actually changing how a large organization works. Not a demo and not a proof of concept. You'll have real ownership, work alongside experienced engineers on genuinely hard problems, and help define what an AI-native marketing organization looks like. For more Information feel free to talk to Sasha Belenky.

Job Description We are looking for a sharp, trend-obsessed Social Media Manager to manage the social presence of some of Wix's biggest brands, including Wix.com, Wix Studio and Symphony. You will own the strategy and the craft: planning what we say and where, then creating the short-form videos that bring it to life, for both organic and paid, from A to Z. This is a hands-on role for someone early in their career who lives on social, spots trends before they peak, and can take an idea from a first hook to a published video on their own. On your day to day you will: • Establish social media strategies for various Wix products across short form video platforms - TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts. • Build and manage content calendars, balancing always-on organic content with campaign, launch and product moments • Create short-form video content from A to Z: concepting, scripting, shooting, editing, captioning and publishing, for both organic and paid use • Develop platform-native content that fits the nuances of each channel and each brand's voice and audience • Partner with the paid media team to produce, test and iterate on social ad creative, including hooks, formats and variations • Monitor trends, memes, sounds and formats, and turn them into timely content that feels native and fresh • Track performance across channels, report on results and use insights to optimize content, formats and posting strategy • Use AI and automation tools to speed up ideation, production and editing, and experiment with new workflows Qualifications • 1-2 years of experience in social media, content creation or a similar role (agency, in-house at a tech/AI brand or personal brand experience all count) • Proven ability to create short-form video end to end, with a portfolio or sample videos that show your work • Hands-on editing skills with tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects or similar • Hands-on experience with Ai video creation tools, like Higgsfield, Weavy or similar • A fresh perspective on social and an intuitive grasp of trends, formats, creators and culture across TikTok, Instagram and beyond • Natural instinct for strong hooks, storytelling and what makes people stop scrolling • Understanding of content strategy and planning, including calendars, platform best practices and audience insights • Familiarity with paid social creative and what makes an ad perform, or strong curiosity to learn fast • Strong writing skills and a clear, clever tone of voice • Analytical mindset: comfortable reading metrics and adapting based on performance • Self-starter who ships consistently, takes initiative and thrives in a fast-moving environment • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; fluent English (written and spoken)
Job Description • Collaborate daily with Product Managers, Developers, and Editor groups to define, design, and deliver extraordinary products. • Take charge of functional design and create wireframes, from rough sketches to rich prototypes • Conduct extensive product research based on support tickets, data, competitor analysis, etc. • Map all scenarios and create product flows • Drive the full design cycle, from inspiration to a working, pixel-perfect product — using AI tools to prototype and validate ideas hands-on. • Analyze data and conduct usability sessions with real users once a product is launched Qualifications • 3+ years of UX + UI design experience in product teams. • Strong grasp of UX patterns and the product lifecycle - from research to prototyping, design, usability testing and more. • Hands-on experience with AI development tools such as Claude and Codex, with enough technical and development knowledge to build functional prototypes, understand code, and collaborate closely with engineers. • Proficient in working with Figma with strong focus on building and working with a design system. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a passion for continuous learning. • Strategic thinker who quickly grasps complex systems and turns them into clear, pixel-perfect design solutions. Additional Information The Editor Platform group is at the core of Wix’s ecosystem, building the infrastructure that runs Wix's core product, the Editors. We are a fundamental part of the company, driving innovation and enabling growth for millions of users globally. We consist of Product manager, UX, BA, Content, Dev, and Ops to deliver the most significant impact and value. We define the strategy and scope of tools and products at Wix, then work closely with management and many cross teams to execute our products on a scale. We research the market both inbound and outbound, understanding our versatile user base's needs, intents, and emotions - from SMBs and enterprises to independent users, agencies, and entrepreneurs worldwide. Our goal is to ensure our users can build any site they want and be proud of it.
Job Description If you want to work where AI, developer tools and the entire Wix platform meet, this team is for you. We're building how Wix sites are extended with code in the age of Vibe Coding: an orchestration layer, an AI agent that writes code, and an IDE built into Wix products. • You'll be a true xEngineer here, working on frontend, backend and AI agents. You'll own complex systems that touch almost every part of the Wix Developer Platform, and along the way you'll learn how Wix works as a whole. • Build and evolve the Studio 2 Orchestrator - connecting Developer Platform components such as Remote Machine, Code Store, BaaS, Wix CLI and Dev Center into one smooth development experience • Develop Wix Code Codegen, an AI agent that generates production-ready code for Wix’s new generation editors - Studio 2 and Harmony • Build the IDE Platform, a reusable VS Code-based React component used in Studio, Velo and Wix Vibe • Own features end to end across the stack, from React UIs to backend services and from architecture through production • Work with Developer Platform teams and core Wix teams (Editors, Viewer, MetaSite and more) to design solutions that span systems • Help decide how the Wix Developer Platform should work in the world of Vibe Coding Qualifications • Experienced software engineer with a strong background building production systems • Strong full stack skills. You might come from a frontend or backend background, but you can and want to work across both • Strong programming skills in TypeScript / JavaScript, with hands-on experience in React and Node.js • A proven ownership mindset: you take features from design to production and stay responsible for them afterward • A great team player with strong communication skills and real curiosity about the wider Wix ecosystem, beyond your own domain • Experience with AI agents / LLM-based products or developer tools – an advantage Additional Information The DevEnv team is part of Wix Code and is the Developer Platform’s gateway in the Vibe Coding domain. We own, among others, three connected products: the Studio 2 Orchestrator, the layer for extending Wix sites with code; Wix Code Codegen, an AI agent for code generation in Studio 2 and Harmony; and the IDE Platform, a reusable VS Code-based component used in Studio, Velo and Wix Vibe. What defines our work is breadth. The Orchestrator connects many Developer Platform services, including Remote Machine, Code Store, BaaS, Wix CLI and Dev Center. Our AI agent and IDE have to understand core Wix: the Editors, the Viewer, MetaSite and more. Few teams at Wix see this much of the system, and that deep, cross-platform knowledge is both what the role requires and what it gives you. We’re a true cross-engineering team.
