Description About Port Port is the Agentic SDLC Platform. The way engineering teams build software is constantly evolving, and every new wave - such as AI agents operating across the SDLC- makes engineering more powerful, but also more complex and chaotic. This role requires someone who genuinely understands how sales works and lives and breathes the business. Your Day-to-Day Data Quality & CRM Hygiene • Own ongoing CRM data integrity: pipeline stages, deal fields, forecast accuracy, field completeness • Proactively monitor data quality and flag inconsistencies before they break forecasts or reports • Understand the “why” behind data issues, not just fixing them, but preventing them Analysis & Strategic Insights • Analyze pipeline health, bookings, revenue, and funnel performance across segments and reps • Identify trends, anomalies, and risks before they become problems • Build and maintain analytical models for forecasting, performance tracking, and deal-level analysis • Work hands-on with spreadsheets, SQL, BI tools, and data warehouses to transform raw data into narratives • Present analysis to leadership and the CRO, both prepared reports and thinking on your feet in live discussions • Collaborate with Finance and RevOps on planning cycles, QBRs, and strategic initiatives Requirements Experience & Background • 3-5 years in sales analytics, ideally at a smaller SaaS company where you wore multiple hats • Deep understanding of sales funnels, pipeline mechanics, and forecasting; comfortable identifying risks and opportunities proactively • Genuine familiarity with core sales metrics and how they drive business decisions • Track record of presenting analysis to senior leadership Core Technical Skills • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets mastery: modeling, complex formulas, large datasets, data validation • Snowflake and SQL: hands-on experience querying a cloud data warehouse to build in-depth analytics, not just pull simple reports. Comfortable writing multi-step queries, joining tables, and validating output against source data • CRM platform experience: HubSpot preferred; Salesforce knowledge valuable • BI tools: exposure to Looker, Tableau, or similar for visualization and reporting

Priorities here shift the same day and the strongest ideas often arrive unplanned Requirements Writing and creative skills • 4+ years of experience in social media management or community building, specifically for a technical B2B SaaS or DevTools company. • Experience with technical storytelling—you can explain the evolution from a static Internal Developer Portal (IDP) to an Agentic Engineering Platform (AEP) in a concise, high-impact social post. • Proficiency in social media toolstacks (e.g., Sprout Social, Buffer, Canva, and native analytics platforms). • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, responding to industry news and technical trends in real-time. Description Fiverr's Applied Science group builds the intelligence behind the marketplace. We turn large volumes of unstructured data into structured understanding, and use it to connect the right people with the right work. We are a small team with an unusually large surface. We own the full path from raw data to production AI systems, and we are actively expanding what that platform can do. In this role, you will design, build and operate AI systems that run continuously in production: large volumes of unstructured data in, models and pipelines in the middle, structured signal that teams across Fiverr build on back out. The scope runs from data pipelines and retrieval infrastructure through to model quality, evaluation and cost. This is a hands on senior role, and you will help define how these systems get built here rather than inherit someone else's answer. What am I going to do? • Build and evolve our production LLM pipelines, turning unstructured text into structured data that the product consumes. • Design and operate large scale batch and near real time data processing, including correctness, freshness and cost. • Build the retrieval and serving layers that make our data usable in real time. • Decide what runs on which LLM model, and prove the choice with numbers rather than intuition. • Keep cost and latency predictable as volume grows: throughput, failure handling and monitoring. • Build agentic workflows that makes the whole team faster, and help set the standards others work to. Requirements • Have 5+ years building and operating production systems, and have seen what breaks at scale. • Have built real features on top of LLMs, with a feel for how they behave and where they need guardrails. • Are at home with data at scale: pipelines, asynchronous and distributed processing, storage and query design. • Design systems well. You can take an ambiguous problem, shape a system around it, and reason clearly about tradeoffs, boundaries, and cost. • Communicate clearly and work easily with product and data partners. • BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Advantage- familiar with LLM as a judge concepts, vector search or graph DB. At Fiverr, we know that talent has no single face. We welcome talent from everywhere and everyone because it makes everything we build better. Need accommodations? Just ask. And if this role excites you but you don't tick every box, apply anyway. The best people rarely fit the mold exactly. Equal opportunities At Fiverr, we prioritize diversity. This is a role for someone who is comfortable with ambiguity, operates with a high degree of independence and naturally takes ownership. We are looking for someone who does not wait for a fully defined task or process, but can identify what needs to happen, build the plan, align the right stakeholders and move the work forward. What am I going to do? • Own complex Trust & Safety operational initiatives from definition through execution, rollout and measurement. • Lead operational aspects of new moderation technologies, external vendor integrations and tooling improvements, including solutions such as automated and AI-assisted moderation. • Act as the operational owner for integrations: define requirements, identify dependencies, coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Policy, Legal and vendor stakeholders, manage timelines and drive decisions to closure. • Translate T&S problems and policy requirements into scalable operational workflows, enforcement logic, rules, tooling requirements and implementation plans. • Continuously identify operational gaps, inefficiencies and emerging abuse trends and proactively propose solutions rather than waiting for predefined projects. • Build and improve moderation workflows across automation and human review, balancing accuracy, operational efficiency, user impact and business needs. • Own relationships with relevant moderation and T&S vendors, including implementation, performance management, escalation and ongoing optimization. • Drive cross-functional projects involving Policy, Product, Engineering, Data Science, Legal, Customer Care, QA and Training. • Support incident and escalation management when operational or platform-integrity risks require rapid cross-functional response. • Help shape the longer-term operating model and capabilities of the Trust & Safety function. Requirements • 3+ years of experience in Trust & Safety, marketplace integrity, risk operations, fraud operations, content moderation, platform operations or another complex operational environment. • Demonstrated experience independently leading large or cross-functional projects. • Strong ownership mentality and bias for action — you naturally ask “what needs to happen next?” and make it happen. • Ability to take an ambiguous problem and turn it into a structured plan with clear decisions, owners and execution. • Strong stakeholder-management skills, including the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Data and business teams. • Comfortable working with technical teams and learning new systems, APIs, workflows and technical concepts. Engineering experience is not required, but technical curiosity is. • Strong analytical judgment and ability to use data to make decisions and measure operational impact. • Excellent written and verbal communication, with an ability to simplify complex topics and drive conversations toward decisions. • High level of independence, reliability and follow-through. Strong Advantages • Experience implementing or managing third-party Trust & Safety, moderation, fraud or risk technology. • Experience working with AI/ML-powered moderation, detection or enforcement systems. • Experience with moderation operations at scale or with BPO/vendor environments. • Familiarity with data analysis, SQL, dashboards or experimentation. • Experience working within a two-sided marketplace or other UGC-heavy platform. • Previous experience leading people or acting as the senior operational owner of a function. Working with AI AI and automation are integral to enhancing our Trust & Safety operations. You will leverage AI-assisted moderation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy, and potentially work with AI-driven analytics to identify emerging abuse trends. Your role will involve guiding the operational application of these technologies and ensuring their effective integration with human oversight and policy enforcement.
