Description We are looking for an exceptional Production Troubleshooting & Incident Expert to take end-to-end ownership of complex production incidents in a mission-critical banking environment. This is not a traditional support role. The person in this position will be expected to quickly understand complex problems, build a clear picture of the incident across multiple systems, identify the relevant components and dependencies, determine the root cause, engage the appropriate engineering teams, and drive the incident through to complete resolution. Our production environment consists of multiple applications, services, infrastructure components, business processes, and integrations with the Bank's systems. Successful troubleshooting therefore requires both deep technical capabilities and strong system-level thinking. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver — someone who is comfortable entering an unclear situation, asking the right questions, connecting information from multiple sources, and rapidly turning uncertainty into a structured understanding of the problem. Responsibilities Troubleshooting & Root Cause Analysis • Build a clear technical picture of an incident and identify the root cause, even when the initial information is incomplete or ambiguous. • Follow the complete transaction and process flow across multiple systems. • Form hypotheses, validate them systematically, and eliminate possible causes. The role requires the ability to understand not only what each component does, but also how the entire system behaves as one ecosystem. Debugging & Investigation • Perform advanced troubleshooting using logs, monitoring tools, traces, metrics, databases, APIs, and other diagnostic information. • Navigate between different systems and data sources to reconstruct what happened. • Identify patterns, anomalies, timing issues, dependencies, and unexpected system behaviour. Incident & Crisis Management • Identify the right technical stakeholders. • Separate facts from assumptions. • Communicate status, findings and risks to C-level management. • Assign clear actions to relevant stakeholders. • Verify that the production environment has fully recovered before closing the incident. Requirements • Exceptional hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with at least +5 years of experience in this field. • Strong holistic thinking and ability to understand complex multidisciplinary systems. • Ability to quickly learn unfamiliar systems and connect information from multiple technical and business sources. • Ability to ask the right questions, challenge assumptions and distinguish facts from hypotheses. • Strong ownership and a drive-to-resolution mindset. • Ability to act well under intensive and high-pressure environment. • Ability to move comfortably between business processes and deep technical investigation. • Experience in banking, financial systems or other mission-critical environments is a strong advantage. Technical Background • Production troubleshooting in complex, distributed environments. • Microservices and distributed architectures. • Cloud and On-Prem environments. • Kubernetes. • APIs and system integrations. • SQL and database investigation. • Application and infrastructure logs. • Monitoring, Observability, metrics and tracing. • CI/CD and modern DevOps environments. The candidate does not need to be the developer or infrastructure expert for every component, but must have the technical depth and curiosity to understand how the pieces work together and where to investigate when something goes wrong. Interpersonal & Leadership Skills Exceptional interpersonal skills are a critical requirement for this role. The candidate must be able to: • Communicate clearly and accurately. • Build excellent working relationships with engineers, managers, business stakeholders and Bank teams. • Know when to push, when to listen, and how to keep everyone focused on solving the problem. The goal is - Bring clarity to complex problems and drive them to resolution.

At least 2 in cybersecurity, cloud, or application security (AppSec) - a must! • Solid understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and security practices, tools, and frameworks. • Strong technical orientation, with the ability to engage deeply with engineering teams • Proven ability to own an entire product feature / capability / module end-to-end, with a comprehensive understanding of system flows and user interactions beyond a single feature or domain. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, dynamic startup environment with a hands-on approach. • Background in network analysis, active directory, cloud IAM - an advantage. • Background in intelligence, cyber operations, or security research - an advantage. Building a New Foundation for Cloud Security The best security control doesn't detect a bad action. It removes the ability to perform it in the first place. That's what Act does. We're an action-centric cloud security company focused on reducing cloud risk by removing excessive and unintended access across cloud environments. As AI is making attacks faster and less predictable, patching and detection can only go so far. So we make sure every identity in the cloud, human or machine, has only the access it actually needs, without turning security into an operational burden. We're early-stage, well-funded, and built by repeat security operators who previously created Medigate (acquired by Claroty). We're building a team of exceptional people who take ownership from idea to outcome, with the autonomy to make decisions and drive their work forward. We care deeply about the customer, move fast, and enjoy building together. If you want to build something that matters from the ground up and see your work go live within days, this is the place. The role We are looking for a Software Engineer, Data Platform to join our team and take ownership of the data infrastructure that powers our cloud security platform. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and make a significant impact in the field of cybersecurity. What you’ll do • Design and build backend systems that process complex cloud infrastructure data at scale • Own the data layer end-to-end: storage architecture, partitioning strategies, query optimization, and incremental load patterns • Build and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines that deliver clean, modeled data to product features reliably and fast • Design ingestion pipelines that normalize data from AWS, Azure, and GCP into a consistent internal model — so adding a new cloud provider doesn't mean rebuilding the integration layer • Work closely with Product and Research to turn security insights into real, usable capabilities • Ensure data completeness through backfill management, historical data loading, and accurate aggregation layers • Leverage AI tools as part of your daily workflow — we build with AI, not just for AI • Improve our codebase, tooling, and engineering practices as we grow What you’ll bring • 5+ years of hands-on software development experience, with significant time on data-intensive systems • Strong backend skills (Node.js/TypeScript/Python/Golang preferred) • Proven experience building data pipelines, ETLs, and data models in production at scale • Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) — ideally at the API and data ingestion level • Familiarity with cloud data platforms such as Redshift, BigQuery, or Snowflake • Solid understanding of system design, data structures, and performance tradeoffs • Experience working alongside or embedded with data teams - you understand how data engineers think and what they need • Strong sense of ownership, clear communication, and ability to move fast without cutting corners Our culture We live by three values: Win, Learn, Have Fun. We play to win - we set ambitious goals and hold ourselves to high standards. We learn constantly - from customers, from each other, and from our mistakes. Description ZyG is revolutionizing eCommerce with the first Agentic Operating System for eCom scale. This end-to-end platform helps product inventors and entrepreneurs turn their products into successful Direct-to-Consumer businesses, addressing the three key challenges of eCom scale: poor product bets, lack of scale infrastructure, and the need for often-complex financing. With a connected system of AI Agents built on a unified data infrastructure, the OS analyzes scale-market fit, replaces the fragmented tools, agencies, and manual workflows that typically power eCom growth, and offers the financing needed for DTC scale. The Role We are looking for a CRO Manager to take ownership of ZyG's conversion and funnel optimization across both hands-on execution and strategic design. In this role, you will run and lead optimization initiatives, owning the full funnel end-to-end - from landing pages to purchase and growth - while also defining how optimization should be structured and scaled across brands. What you'll do • Own and optimize conversion across the full funnel (landing page to purchase), driving CVR, subscription opt-ins, and expansion (upsell/cross-sell). • Close the loop between creative, audience, and performance to the funnel - match the right creative, messaging, and offers to the right audience and funnel stage. • Optimize for economics, not just conversion - balancing immediate CVR with LTV and CAC payback, and weighing acquisition against long-term retention. • Lead experimentation, moving from ad-hoc testing to repeatable, systematic learning loops. • Build reusable optimization systems that scale across all current and future brands. • Translate brand learnings into structured, AI-ready inputs that power automated variant generation and personalization. • Take ownership of CRO KPIs, analyze performance, translate insights into continuous improvements, and communicate results clearly to leadership. • Work closely with Engineering, Data, and cross-functional teams (performance, creative, lifecycle, partnerships) to align and scale growth. Requirements • 5+ years of hands-on experience in CRO and funnel optimization, with deep experience in the D2C e-commerce space. • Analytical and data-driven, with a strong grasp of unit economics and the tradeoffs between CVR and LTV. • Strategic mindset with experience building systems, not just executing playbooks. • Experience defining KPIs and driving performance against them (not just working toward predefined goals). • A systems thinker who prefers building platforms and reusable frameworks over one-off fixes, and knows how to make work compound across multiple brands. • A self-starter comfortable operating at the intersection of execution and architecture, working closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Creative.

The Role We're looking for a Customer Support Communications Manager to own the content and training that keep our support organization sharp across every brand we work with. You'll be the person who makes sure that no matter which brand a customer reaches out to, or which rep answers, the answer is accurate and on-voice - and that new reps get there quickly and stay sharp over time. What you'll do • Knowledge bases: Build and maintain accurate, easy-to-navigate knowledge bases for each partner brand, keeping content current as products, policies, and promotions change. • Help Centers: Own the customer-facing Help Centers end to end - structure, content, search performance, and the overall self-serve experience, tailored to each brand's voice. • Macros: Write, organize, and continuously refine support macros so reps can resolve common issues quickly and consistently, without sounding robotic. • Internal communications: Keep the support team informed on policy changes, product launches, known issues, and process updates - through clear, timely internal updates and a well-organized internal knowledge hub. • Rep training: Design and run onboarding training for new support reps, plus ongoing training/certification as processes, tools, and brands evolve. • Quality & consistency: Regularly audit tickets, macros, and Help Center content for accuracy, tone, and consistency across brands; close the loop with reps and stakeholders when gaps are found. • Cross-functional alignment: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Operations to make sure support content reflects the latest brand messaging, policies, and launches. • Metrics & reporting: Track how documentation and training impact support quality (CSAT, first-contact resolution, ticket handle time, escalation rates) and use that data to prioritize what to fix or build next. Requirements • 2+ years in a customer support enablement, or support communications role - ideally supporting more than one brand, product line, or business unit at once. • Excellent English written communication skills, with the ability to adapt tone and voice across different brands. • Proven experience building and maintaining knowledge bases, Help Centers, or macro libraries (e.g., Zendesk, Intercom, Gorgias, or similar). • Experience designing and delivering onboarding and ongoing training programs for support teams. • Comfortable working with support metrics (CSAT, FRT, resolution time) to identify gaps and prioritize work. • Able to juggle multiple brands, launches, and deadlines without dropping details. • A clear, structured thinker who is direct and actionable, and can turn ambiguous situations into simple, usable guidance for a team. • Fluent in English (Hebrew a plus, given our Tel Aviv base). Nice to Have • Experience in DTC/eCommerce or a multi-brand/agency-style environment. • Familiarity with AI-powered support tools (chatbots, AI-assisted macros, auto-suggested responses). • Experience working in a fast-moving startup environment. What We Offer • The chance to shape support operations and culture at an early-stage, well-funded startup from the ground up. • Direct exposure to a portfolio of fast-growing DTC brands, not just one. • • A collaborative, fast-paced team building genuinely novel AI-driven infrastructure for eCommerce.

The Role We are looking for a hands-on Amazon practitioner with strong growth potential to own a portfolio of brand accounts end to end - advertising, listings, launches, creative direction and the client relationship. This role sits at the intersection of Amazon performance, brand marketing and operations. You bring solid Amazon experience and the drive to go deeper: you get into the campaigns and the reports yourself, learn fast, and decide what happens next based on the data. What you'll do • Account Ownership: Own revenue, profitability, strategy and the weekly client relationship for a portfolio of Amazon accounts. • Amazon Advertising: Plan, build and hands-on optimize SP, SB and SD campaigns against ACOS / TACOS targets - bids, budgets, placements, harvesting, negation and architecture. • Diagnostics & Action Plans: Read Amazon's reports in depth, diagnose why sales moved, and turn it into a clear weekly action plan. • Listings & Brand Store: Own product-page optimization and SEO, A+ content, Brand Store and Virtual Bundles. • Creative Direction: Review product pages and creative critically, brief designers on what to fix and why, and QA the output. • Launches & Catalog: Lead new product launches from listing upload to ranking, and run deals and promotions around key events. • Brand Alignment: Connect Amazon to the brand's wider eCommerce strategy - positioning, DTC funnel, pricing and promotional calendar. • Operations & Brand Protection: Oversee inventory planning and FBA shipments with our logistics team; protect account health, the Buy Box, Brand Registry and reviews. • VA Management: Work with our VAs on your accounts - assign, prioritize and QA their execution. Business-level English; the team works in Hebrew. Advantages • Amazon DSP & AMC Hands-on: Running DSP campaigns and writing AMC queries. • Influencers & Affiliates: Amazon Creator Connections, influencer and affiliate programs for Amazon. • Off-Amazon Paid Media: Google Ads, Meta and TikTok advertising and how they drive Amazon traffic. • TikTok Shop: Hands-on management of a TikTok Shop. • Beauty / Wellness Background: You know how these categories sell on Amazon. • Walmart & International: Walmart Marketplace / Walmart Connect, Amazon EU or other regions. • Basic SQL.
