We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager. Someone who can turn complex technology into compelling stories, build our product marketing function from the ground up, and help shape how the market understands what we do. This is a rare opportunity to define what product marketing looks like at a fast-growing AI startup. You'll work directly with the Head of Marketing, Product, and Sales to own our positioning, messaging, product launches, competitive intelligence, and sales enablement. You won't inherit a playbook. You'll help write it. We're looking for a builder and a doer. Someone who can think strategically, write exceptionally well, and execute independently. And because we're a small, ambitious team, you'll also roll up your sleeves and contribute to broader marketing initiatives when needed. What You'll Do Build Our Product Marketing Foundation • Own and evolve Chamelio's product positioning, messaging, and value propositions. • Build the messaging frameworks, buyer personas, and go-to-market foundations that will support our growth. • Translate complex AI technology into clear, differentiated stories that resonate with in-house legal teams. Own Product Launches & Go-to-Market • Lead product marketing for new features, capabilities, and major releases. • Partner closely with Product to understand what's being built, why it matters, and how to bring it to market. • Develop launch messaging, announcements, emails, blog posts, and in-app communications. • Drive product awareness, adoption, and engagement through compelling customer communications. Enable Sales to Win • Create sales collateral that makes a difference: pitch decks, one-pagers, battlecards, product videos, and case studies. • Own competitive intelligence and positioning across the legal tech and AI landscape. • Equip Sales with messaging, objection handling, and differentiated stories that help win deals. • Work directly with the sales team to understand customer objections, competitive challenges, and opportunities to improve our story. Be the Voice of the Customer • Talk directly to customers and prospects to understand their challenges, motivations, and buying decisions. • Turn customer insights into stronger messaging, content, and go-to-market strategies. • Develop compelling customer stories, testimonials, and use cases. • Stay close to market trends, competitors, and the evolving needs of in-house legal teams. Help Build Marketing Beyond PMM • Collaborate with designers and creative agencies to bring our messaging to life. • Support events, webinars, campaigns, and field marketing initiatives. • Contribute to newsletters, website content, and social media when needed. • Jump into whatever needs to get done. We're building something big, and there's no room for "that's not my job." What You Bring • 3–5 years of B2B SaaS product marketing experience, with hands-on ownership of positioning, messaging, launches, and sales enablement. A must! • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills. You can take complex technology and make it simple, compelling, and memorable. • Strong PMM fundamentals. You understand positioning, differentiation, go-to-market strategy, competitive intelligence, and customer insights. • Experience working closely with Product and Sales, translating product capabilities into customer value and commercial impact. • A builder's mindset. You're excited about creating processes, frameworks, and assets from scratch rather than maintaining existing ones. • Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal. • Startup mentality. You're comfortable with ambiguity, changing priorities, and doing things outside your formal job description. Why Chamelio? Be the first. You'll be Chamelio's first Product Marketing Manager, with the opportunity to shape the function, set the standards, and build the playbook. Build a category, not just a product. We're challenging how an entire industry thinks about legal technology. Real ownership, real impact. Your ideas won't get buried in layers of management. You'll have the freedom to build, experiment, and execute. A company on the rise. We're a fast-growing, VC-backed AI startup with ambitious plans and a product that's changing how legal teams work. Great people, zero corporate nonsense. We're ambitious, a little crazy, and serious about building something exceptional. We work hard, have fun, and enjoy the ride.
About us Chamelio is revolutionizing legal tech with an AI-powered Legal Intelligence Platform trusted by some of the world's fastest-growing companies, including Wiz, Socure, Appsflyer and Monday. We help in-house legal teams accelerate negotiations, reduce risk, and unlock institutional knowledge through automated workflows. About the job We're hiring our first Head of Product to own product at Chamelio: the vision, the roadmap, and the business outcomes they drive. Today product is founder-led, and you'll take it over. We're not looking for a backlog manager or a spec writer. We're looking for someone who thinks like a founder: sets the direction, makes the hard calls on what we won't build, and owns the result. Most of your time will be spent outside the building, with the legal teams who use Chamelio, the buyers evaluating it, and the market we're shaping. When it matters, you'll still go deep on the work yourself. You'll be the bridge between our customers and R&D, and you'll build the product function as we scale. If you want to define what AI-native contract management looks like for in-house legal, and own the outcome, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do • Own Chamelio's product vision, strategy, and roadmap end to end, and the outcomes they're measured by adoption, expansion, and retention • Own product metrics and usage: define what success looks like for every capability, make sure it's measured, and track activation, adoption, and depth of usage across every customer account. Use that data, alongside what you hear from customers, to decide what to build, double down on, or kill, and make it the shared scoreboard for the company • Spend most of your time with in-house legal teams (GCs, legal ops, commercial counsel) and turn what you learn into opinionated product decisions • Be the face of the product to customers and prospects: lead strategic customer conversations, executive briefings, and design partnerships • Own how Chamelio shows up in the market, partnering with sales and marketing on positioning, pricing, packaging, and launches • Track the legal tech and AI landscape closely, and turn competitive and market signals into where we play and how we win • Define how AI shows up in the product: where agents act on their own, where humans stay in the loop, and what "good enough to trust" means for legal work • Partner with R&D, design, and our R&D attorneys to take what you hear from the market to production, fast • Hire and grow the product team as we scale What You'll Bring • Passion to own and deliver – you take full responsibility for product outcomes, not just outputs, and drive them from idea to adoption • Curiosity and adoption of AI tools – you use tools like Claude, Cursor, or Claude Code in your own work and have a point of view on how AI is changing how products get built • 8+ years in product management, including owning product strategy and roadmap (not just a feature area) in B2B SaaS • A strong customer-facing presence: you're credible in front of GCs and executive buyers, and comfortable leading high-stakes customer and sales conversations • A track record of shipping AI-powered products where outputs aren't deterministic and you had to define what "correct" means • Experience building for enterprise buyers with complex, high-stakes workflows • Executive-level judgment: you can set direction for the company, defend it to founders and the board, and change course when the evidence says so • A clear writer and communicator who creates clarity out of ambiguity in a fast-paced startup environment Bonus Points • Experience as a first product hire, or taking over product from founders • Experience building and leading a product team (PMs and designers) • Background in legal tech, CLM, or other document-heavy, high-stakes domains (legal, compliance, finance) • Hands-on familiarity with LLM evals, agentic workflows, or RAG systems • A technical background (engineering or data) that lets you go deep with R&D • Experience with enterprise integrations ecosystems (CRM, procurement, e-signature) Why Chamelio? • Make an impact: Your work will transform how legal teams at leading companies worldwide operate • Own the product: Set the direction for the whole platform, not a slice of it • Ship fast: Work in a lean, high-velocity environment where decisions turn into production quickly • Grow with us: Join early, build the product function, and grow with it as we scale
About the Role We’re looking for a hands-on, resourceful Technical Integration & Implementation Engineer to lead customer implementations, build integrations, and manage data migrations at Chamelio. This is a technical, customer-facing role focused on writing scripts, working with APIs, and building solutions that connect Chamelio with third-party platforms. You’ll work directly with customers to understand their needs, answer technical questions, and guide them through the implementation process. Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end data migrations from third-party contract management platforms into Chamelio. • Explore third-party APIs, authentication methods, and data structures. • Develop Python scripts and Jupyter notebooks for data extraction, transformation, validation, and migration. • Design and build integrations between Chamelio and customer systems, including procurement, CRM, and other enterprise platforms. • Build integrations using REST APIs, webhooks, native connectors, and automation platforms such as n8n and Zapier. • Work directly with customers to understand requirements, answer technical questions, and explain integration and migration processes. • Troubleshoot integration issues, investigate API limitations, and develop practical workarounds. • Collaborate with Legal Engineers and R&D on technical challenges and integration improvements. If you want to do the most meaningful work of your career, help our customers and partners advance their AI strategies, and be part of a high-performing team that believes in each other, come build with us at Crusoe. About This Role: Crusoe is the world's first vertically integrated, sustainable AI cloud. We build and operate GPU infrastructure powered by clean energy, from data center design through IaaS products to managed inference at scale, enabling AI-native companies to run demanding workloads without compromising on sustainability or reliability. Crusoe Cloud is 1,400 people and growing, and the TPM frameworks are still being built -- which means there is a genuine opportunity to shape how the function operates rather than inherit how it already works. The Managed Inference platform is where customers run production LLM workloads without managing low-level infrastructure, and it is one of Crusoe's fastest-growing product areas. The Staff TPM for Managed Intelligence connects model engineering, IaaS, product, and data center operations to deliver a reliable, scalable inference platform. You will own end-to-end program delivery across multi-quarter roadmaps, model onboarding, inference optimization, and production readiness for new model versions. Deep familiarity with the model layer -- including how LLMs are served, optimized, and evaluated in production -- is essential to being effective in this role. What You'll Be Working On: • End-to-end program delivery: Own multi-quarter release planning, dependency governance, and executive communication across the Managed Inference platform. • Complex, high-risk program management: Drive model version rollouts, inference optimization campaigns, SLA readiness for new GPU hardware, and multi-tenant capacity planning from kickoff through delivery. • Cross-functional alignment: Coordinate across Model Engineering, IaaS, Cloud Foundations, Data Center Operations, and external model providers to keep programs on track and unblocked. • Proactive risk identification: Surface risks across model serving, reliability, capacity constraints, and vendor timelines before they become program-level problems. • Execution frameworks and dashboards: Build lightweight, scalable TPM frameworks suited to Crusoe's pace; maintain real-time execution dashboards and deliver crisp, data-driven executive updates. • Phase 0 planning for model onboarding: Own pre-launch planning for model onboarding on new GPU generations, including firmware and driver readiness, CUDA and ROCm stack validation, and commissioning criteria for inference workloads. • Stakeholder leadership: Drive alignment and push back effectively across engineering, product, and operations leadership -- including highly technical stakeholders who have not previously worked with a TPM. What You'll Bring to the Team: • 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager in fast-paced technical environments, with a track record of owning complex programs end-to-end across engineering and product organizations. • LLM inference and model serving knowledge: Working familiarity with batching strategies, quantization approaches, and the tradeoffs that govern latency, throughput, and cost at production scale. • Multi-tenant systems experience: Familiarity with isolation, quota management, and SLA enforcement across concurrent workloads. • Fine-tuning and alignment awareness: Sufficient familiarity with fine-tuning and alignment workflows to govern program timelines, identify technical risks, and coordinate across the teams that own them. • Low-structure execution: Proven ability to build execution models in environments where the process did not yet exist, and make them stick with teams that didn't ask for them. • Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication for delivering clear, data-driven, decision-oriented updates to executive stakeholders. • AI tool integration: Active, daily use of AI tools to improve program execution, risk detection, and communication -- not just personal productivity. • Cross-functional influence: Proven ability to drive alignment across engineering, product, and infrastructure leadership without direct authority, including with highly technical stakeholders. Bonus Points: • Experience working with teams building platforms or services for AI inference and/or training. • Direct experience governing model onboarding programs across GPU generations, including firmware, driver, and stack validation. • Experience coaching or mentoring junior TPMs in a high-growth technical environment. • Exposure to multi-site or globally distributed engineering teams. • Background at a Series D to Series F company or a high-performing team within a hyperscaler focused on AI infrastructure. Benefits: Crusoe also offers a competitive benefits package designed to support financial security, health, and overall well-being. Our benefits are tailored to local market standards and include core offerings such as pension contributions and additional perks to support work-life balance.
